Review Sattvam Bakes - Bengaluru

R Yash
One of Bangalore's fine restaurants serving only vegetarian fare, with no onion or garlic on the menu. Lovely pure veg restaurant. Situated on the 4th floor, nice quite locality. Hidden from the main crowded main road. We had been for lunch . Just loved the overall service quality of staff right from making a reservation over phone to arriving there and requesting a suitable table. Food was superb , soup and starters about 4-5 varieties served at the table all were good. Main course numerous options including two types of pizza and 2 Chinese but Indian food options lot many and everything I tried was tasty though we can’t try all :-( The desert section was vast & very yummy treat for the eyes & stomach. Overall a very good veg restaurant Must Try. Must go for lunch with out having breakfast @morning, then you can taste all foods .😊

Hey! Recently visited sattvam to try their pure veg buffet and I was impressed with their quality, lip smacking taste and variety. From starters to desserts everything had enough variety that you’ll be spoilt for choice. The Indian and Chinese starters were very tasty and were served at the table , they also had a mezze platter which was a new thing. The momos, paneer and spring roll were my favourite. They have a live pizza pasta counter which I loved. For main course I loved all their gravies are they were extremely tasty and creamy , went well with her butter naan. Finally the main part which was the best and had most variety-desserts!!!! They had many indian sweets like jamoon , lauki ka halwa, chocolate pastry , honey cake , blueberry cake and chocolate fountain We then finally ended our meal with nitrogen paan. I totally recommend this pure veg buffet for good food and great service

Birthday Party Organized at Sattvam Party Hall. Had a great experience from initial planning to the end of the event. Banquet hall manager was very professional and corporative in the arrangements. The food and amenities were all well organized. Highly recommend this restaurant for birthday parties.

Just superb. You can Just relish the pure, clean, healthy food. It is on the ideology of ISKON. You get good, organic pure food, but no onion and garlic in the dishes. Am sure even a non vegetarian person would love to eat over here. Huge seating area, aesthetically superb, service marvelous. Soup and starters are served on the table. Oh! Yes even Jain dishes are served. For the main course buffet spread is laid out. Mouth watering, sumptuous Pani Puri (you have to add the ingredients and eat). Various chats, salads, tasty Dals, Various dishes of rice. Papad, Rotis and a marvelous spread of pastries. If you are a sweet tooth person you will love the pastries and the Indian sweet meat. Yes, even a bash of fruits. You can have come ice cream with toppings of your choice - mango, starwberry, chocolate, chocolate chips and 'n' no. of sweets. Children would love. Last but not the least they serve you sweet Pan, it's good for your digestion. If you are visiting Bengaluru, don't miss the opportunity to try out this Restaurant "SATTVAM". You will just love it. Very tasty veg dishes. And yes, it is very reasonably charged. First time tasted Sandalwood drink. It was superb, flavour of sandalwood - when you gulp it down your throat, you get that flavour of Sandalwood - oh My God, just fantastic. Don't Miss it! Enjoy the sumptuous, mouth watering vegetable dishes.

Sattvam has been one of the OG #pureveg #buffet restaurants in #nammabengaluru . I was left in awe of their wide range of food options which are not only tasty but also so clean. I was thoroughly impressed by their dessert section with desi and videsi sweets to satiate your taste buds. . . Special thanks to Mr. John (head chef) for being extremely polite not only to us but also to the other customers and helping us all.
What’s up for Dinner
May be I just got lucky, we were the first ones in the restaurant and had the whole buffet spread for ourselves. Concept is Satvik food ( no onions, no garlic etc) offered to the Gods before being served to patrons. Having no onions and garlic, enhances the food experience as you taste the real ingredients and how they are supposed to taste. I loved everything that I tried, I obviously did not try the western food pasta / pizza etc. it didn’t make sense when you had an overload of quintessential authentic Indian cuisine surrounding you, why would you even bother Since it is a mango season, there was one whole counter for mango desserts, just wow. Loved the experience here, if I am in Bangalore again, will not hesitate to stop by.

So yesterday we indulged in a little Sattvic food. We were curious how food without onion and garlic tasted. To our surprise it was quite a lovely experience. (We are hard core non-vegetarians). The ambiance was nice and the place was clean. They have two floors. The staff was courteous. Our lunch began with a mezze platter. I must say it was good but they can avoid hummus as it needs to include garlic. And authentic fattoush salad shouldn't consist of chick peas. The Indian bread sticks were yum. We loved the stuffed paneer, kebab, crackling spinach, lemon rice, boondi raitha, anar dhana Pani puri, the rich gravies, the dal makhani, the rasmalai, etc. But special mention goes to the aloe vera bhaji that was astonishingly tasty. It was a great experience. The restaurant had everything from Pani puri to pizza! Perhaps with a little tweaks to some dishes, I'd give it a five star!! 😀

An amazing place with 100% vegetarian food prepared on sattvic principle, highly organized sitting area, excellent and vibrant ambience, cater up the need of family based dining or corporate dining, couple dining, and even solo dining. Ideal place to celebrate birthday or anniversaries with family and kids in this peaceful place. The food and service is worth the value served for and pocket friendly too. The food is not only tasty but highly authentic in its taste. One need to visit to know the value of this place. Only thing is that they have only buffet system and there is no explicit choice for menu, however, there are wide varieties of dishes to try for...go and have a good time in peaceful environment

Went for a buffet with friends. If you are looking for a place with no onion and garlic but variety and a good sumptuous meal. Sattvam is the place. The staff are not too accommodating. But the food is good and hygiene is maintained.

They may have a very limited variety to offer but if you are craving for something sweet while in Sadashiv Nagar, give Sattvam Bakes a try. The muffins and cookies are recommended.

One of the better off Vegetarian, eggless, sattvic desert options in town. Be it a donut, a cheesecake , a pastry, patty or a pie- they get it right. I usually stop by on weekends or holidays and the cakes are generally fresh on those days. It is moderately affordable. It is walking distance from Sankey tank if you happen to be around the area.

The cakes were not fresh and there was nothing great about it considering the price. One can buy better cakes at smaller, less expensive bakeries.

Plus point is vegetarian, not a huge spread but recently they have started adding one or two new items. You can visit for quick bite but don't expect too much and you might find visit worthy.
Shwetha K

Yogesh K
