We tried tadke wali Maggi , cheese garlic bread and tossed chana. I personally loved garlic bread. Tossed channa and maggi are good too.
Simple place with nice ginger tea, I mean what else do you need 😛. Also courteous staff, especially titu devnath.
Been there twice. Loved the ambience. Retro music, food and chai. Staffs are also humble.
We loved the chamomile tea and chaats are amazing here !😍 The Kokum juice is authentic and well, great Bollywood music of 90's
Decent place to hangout with buddies.
Loved the atmosphere, the tea is really good. It's a nice place to hang out with friends for long hours and have conversations over tea.
This place gives you the friendly cafe vibe with old school charms. With the combination of good music (mostly covers of hindi songs or the classics in the background) and tea it offers a great place for people of all age to kick back and relax. I have tried most of their items in the menu and must say some of them took me by surprise. Do make sure to check out the khakra pizza called Indian Basillica. It's easy on pocket and on the eyes.
Nice place and staff is very friendly ,subil is a nice guy,
Today in the morning we there for breakfast. The place will give you a complete feel of bollywood and chai. You will find light in the form of glasses, all chai katli arround and on the corner, you going to find parle G biscuit.
They have sufficient space and they have exterior space also to sit.
So we ordered cutting chai, adrak chai, masala chai. All the teas are good which come in a small pot with small parle G biscuit.
Then we ordered aloo paratha, paneer paratha, tadka maggie (too good in taste), angrezi maggie (not good), cheese corn sandwich, mushroom sandwich, paneer sandwich, pancakes, veggies, falafel (took more than 40min to serve), poha. All the parathas were good which were served with dahi and achar but the sandwich are not that great.
Other than tea we ordered pineapple juice, watermelon juice and cold coffee.
Overall its a great place where they have lot of options to have and throughout the restaurant you will get a feel of chai.
Taste wise -5/5
Service -4/5 little slow
Rate wise - 700 for two
Ambiance - 5/5
This place puts all the other chai places to shame. The menu is bang on with its options of desi style sandwiches, maggi dishes and desi snacks(samosa, pakoda etc). It also boasts a wide range of chai options which don't disappoint. It gets aspirational with pasta on the menu but it's an one time try-if you like the pasta your mom makes at home. The ambience and the courteous staff make this place a must visit.

Bakasura visited chai Galli on the way back from his office on a weekday night!
The place is located at Brookfield and has a small parking space in front of it.
The ambience of the place is old style, retro touch all across. It has old bollywood movie posters all across the place with fancy colourful spoon stands. The handwash too is soo unique. The place isn't more of a hippe one but more of a retro Galli style.
Coming to the things that bakasura ordered.
Being a vegetarian, bakasura did try some of their signature dishes.
We started with the typical old rajasthani chai. The best part about this was that, it was literally served with a small parle-g packet. Bakasura loved this. We then ordered the special chai Galli vada pav. Served with chilli, this was perfect with the chai.
We then ordered french fries, nachos and tadka Maggie.
The Maggie was legendary and we had two plates of it.
Then came the best of the best.
Their signature pizza.! It is super unique. First time ever that bakasura came across this, a pizza with a base of Khakra. And it didn't disappoint us. The khakhra was so good and bakasura totally Recommends this to you all. We couldn't imagine that Khakra could go so well as a base for the pizza. Do visit chai Galli and do try the pizza. It was one amazing dish.
We also had pancakes to finish the course.
So yes, this place is definitely a bakasura Recommended place.
Head over here today!
This is the best place to hangout with friends. It’s located close to Brookfield Mall, next to PlanB to be precise. The ambience is nice and cozy, hanging lamps made of Chai glasses looks cool.
About the food, I’ve had Khamani [5/5], it was served on top of a crispy khakra and topped with Sev and Pomegranate, Nachos platter [4/5] comes with loads of cheese, mayonnaise, and black olives, the tortilla chips seemed to be freshly fried, Veggies on a khakra [5/5] #recommended which is the Indianized version of pizza with Khakra as the base, loaded with cheese, capsicum and onions, Tadke wali maggi [5/5] #recommended is something worth trying, it’s the spicy version of maggi topped with fried onions, Pink Sauce Pasta [5/5] #recommended is one of the best pasta I’ve had, it is served piping hot and tastes amazing, I’ve also tried their Nutella Pancake [5/5] and Fruit Salad with Vanilla Ice cream.

Had been here on a Friday evening. The place had a colorful funky ambience. Bollywood music was being played. The playlist could have been better.
Food ordered : Hare Bhare Pakode , Chole Kulche , Cutting Chai
Hare Bhare pakode was a combo of paneer , aloo , onion and mirchi pakodas. The name was slightly misleading. However , the pakodas were good. Chole kulcha was quite good. Cutting Chai was served in a kettle with a Parle G biscuit packet. Tea was decent, nothing to shout about . Overall , a decent place to satisfy your tea and snack cravings if you are staying in and around Whitefield. Would want to try out more options here. 1 extra rating for the eye catching ambience.
India’s national drink is considered to be Chai-slash-tea. Whether you are at home or other places, your morning meal is incomplete without tea and why not its cheap, delicious and very easy to hunt on. Am I Right? Most Probably – Yes. Many folks swigs tea as a habit and also they are not immune from the allure of tea specially in the morn, some peeps sips chai for a boosted kick to start their day or in the evening when most people take time to unwind.

Thadka maggie: This one of the best dishes here. Definitely try it here. The quantity is really good as well.
Pink sauce panther pasta: Even this is a dish you should not miss here. These main courses here are just awesome.
Chai galli special Vada pav: It was average dish and they provide it with Nachos.
Khamani: It is a good dish you can try it here. It is served in a beautiful way.
Nachos platter: Fully loaded with cheese. This is an average dish.

A great place for snacks and fabulous interiors with good music!
We went for the snack time. We had a Ginger tea, samosa, chilli cheese fries , nutella topped pancake , hara bare pakode. The pancake was so good and tea was too awesome must try dishes there. Pakode was the mix of 6 bajis and fries was little okay. Because it was too dry and we couldnt eat.
Fries could have been much more better.

Saw this restaurant several times and thought of going there, suddenly we were thinking of having light dinner (snacks) and thought that let's give this place a try. It was a rainy evening and we ordered tea there first. They gave Parle g along with the teapot. It was recalling the childhood days. We had alu paratha, brownies and a delicious dessert called fried mango with vanilla. Believe me this is just awesome and I would request you all please go there and have it if you like mango. Talking about the ambience it's based on the old bollywood theme and mixed with the desi touch. perfect name 'chai galli'
Its the go-to-cafe for Brookefield dwellers. It boasts of its varieties of tea. I love their Rajasthani chai and it is must have for me everytime I vists.
This place very nice when you want to chill and talk for hours. Ambience is really innovative and creative. Perfect casual hangout place.
We went for breakfast. Foods were good. We ordered cheese garlic bread, poha, mubaiwala sandwich, corn and cheese sandwich, galli spl coffee and cutting chai. All the items were very nice.
Staffs behavior is very good. They are cooperative and service was also fast.
Overall the place is really good.
Being in Bangalore and exploring food joints like chai Gali , awaome experience , decent place to be as if you are looking forward cosy warm ambience , those fairy light decor done in their outside sitting,
They have decent menu with wide range of food options to choose from , ranging from delicacies from the streets of India to Italian food and not to forget their signature chai..
We have ordered street food being Punjabi and it was morning time like chola bhathura and filled golgapa
With ginger tea,,
Very tasty food ,
Over all good experience
Varieties of tea and most of them tastes as per the description. They serve the tea in kettle which gives a very authentic feeling. Snack items are also good there. A decent place of group of friends to have chit chat there.
I recently visited this place with my friend.
Following are things we ordered :
Simple Margherita Pizza : It was ok.
Pink pasta : Pasta was perfectly cooked overloaded with cheese and sauses. It tasted yumm.
Ginger Tea : If you are tea lover you should not miss Ginger tea here.
Staff was polite and quick in delivery of food.
A nice small joint to hang out with friends over tea. The staffs are very polite and humble especially Pappu Da. I have been here many times.
A nice little cafe right in the middle of a bustling road .. service is good..portions are also sufficient..nice ambiance with old hindi/Kannada songs being played in the background..food tastes like home..we ordered
paratha ,paneer bhurji, and adrak tea for two
This place brings in the feeling of your home. The best part about it is it serves tea in the old school type kettle along with a cute customized packet of parle g.
We ordered giber tea and it was remarkable.
The French fries and garlic toast was good too.We ordered Mumbai style sandwich which didn't appeal much to us.Overall a good place for evening time chit chat with friends
Really good for vegetarians
I liked the pasta
Fried Maagie is awesome
Loved the tea and parle g combo
Good place to sit and talk and enjoy
Overall decent place
Good place to have decent breakfast. Had ginger tea(pot serves 2).Cheese garlic bread and chole kulcha. Both were good. Would be definitely visiting to try much more :)
This place gets a sheer 5 star rating for their seasonal item, fried mango with vanilla icecream. I realized sweet and salty outer coating with tangy mango pulp inside is a heavenly combination with vanilla icecream. Apart from that, their aloo paratha (recommended), masala chai and brownie with icecream were good too. Chhole bhature could have been prepared better. Service was great. Ambience was very soothing, old bollywood songs which were being played in the background added to the charm.
Green Tea (Japanese) = Good experience, different style of serving. Ambience is cool as compare to other Tea shop visited. Pricing is on the higher end tough.
The aloo paratha was really good and so was the cutting chai. Has a good spread of options available for breakfast. The pancakes could have been fluffier and better.
The decor is very filmy with bollywood movie posters and grafitti. Service and ambience are equally good.
Just barged in for mid day meal 😁 it was a great experience with food. Chai is my energy drink. I ordered chole Kulcha and Ginger tea. Both were awesome. Staff was bit unresponsive, but not a big deal. Would like to try all items one day. Great taste 😍😍
I have been to this place and it is time to the Mango Festival here. Loved the Mango milkshake and other Mango delicacies. Perfect place for beating the summer heat.
Good taste and nice place to chill
I used to spend more than 2 hours it's such an adorable place for the couple's to chill good taste and good service
A very nice and cute place to hangout in Brookfield.
The concept and interiors feels like a college hangout cafe..
The chai is very good! And they serve the chai pot with a chotu Parle G packet which will definitely make you go awwww and get a flash back of your childhood.
Really good place to hangout for people of any age group.
I feel the items are over priced! They can make the portions bigger
Make yourself comfortable because this place will be difficult to leave. Poha & any of their signature chais does the magic. Has a variety of snacks and drinks ( all on the tasty side ) 😁 And they play amazing songs 😍👌
Ginger tea - 4/5 .. with the extra bonus of the nostalgic mini Parleg biscuit packs accompanying every order of chai... Yet to try anything other than chai from this cafe..
As the name rightly indicates, this place serves a variety of ‘chai’ in a ‘galli ‘ type of set up with all those quirky interiors minutely chosen to fit the theme. Have tried different kinds of chai there and all are super awesome and can effortlessly refresh you after a hard day’s work. My personal favourite among all the options is the “ cutting chai”. A small packet of Parle G ( note:free of cost ;) ) is given with each pot of chai .The savouries are yummy too , especially the samosa.
Suggestions: 1)Tea pot is served for even number of guests,1 tea pot for 2 people and likewise 2 teapot for 4 people. However, if there are 3/5 people there is a confusion regarding the number of tea pots to be ordered .They should have a provision to serve such guests also.
2) Staff is quite courteous and prompt but could be better in terms of customer delight.
I am in love with this place!! Hub of all unique snacks :) :D
Recently I have started being on diet and prefer eating healthy food items...This place provides me all of that... The best part is It opens at 7.30 AM itself so I prefer going there early in the morning after my Gym regime! They give you some Healthiest options which u generally do not get outside.
1. Khamani ---- a bit non healthy
2. Dal Pakwaan ----- Quite healthy
3. Tofu Bhurji ----totally Healthy
4. alllll the varieties of Chai..Be it Masala..Ginger...bestest is Clove Tea! The aroma itself makes u feel better. Again for Healthy foodies...You get the option of without Sugar Chai ..you can add Sugarfree in it! Chai Galli provides you the sachets :D :D
I will recommend you this place if you are Health freak + foodie..and don't want to compromise with the taste and quantity!! Go there for sure...!
The ambience is SUPER Cozy!! Chilled out!! Music is not loud at all!!Songs going on in the background will never disturb your conversations! If some good 90s songs are going on then I prefer disturbing my conversation and enjoy them at that moment!
Staff is courteous and solve all your doubts about the food names...I have eaten their heads a lot many times just to know what exactly does that food item mean :P :P
SO ALL IN ALL....GREAT PLACE TO HAVE A CALM..COOL CONVERSATION WITH YOUR NEAR AND DEAR ONES ALONG WITH UNIQUE FOOD ITEMS and of course...CHAI GALLI'S CHAI!!!

Chai Galli is one decent place to be at if you're looking forward to a place with a cozy ambience. Spotted easily in Brookefield with those fairy lights decor done in their outside sitting. As you enter, you'll spot some Bollywood style wall decals with hall of fame movie posters all around. The place can easily accommodate around 40-50 people. My visit to this place was apparently on a weekend and the place was jam-packed.Somehow the staff arranged a place for me.
They have a decent menu with a wide range of food options to choose from, ranging from delicacies from the streets of India to Italian food and not to forget their signature Chai.
Cutting it down straight to food and drinks, here are my recommendations which won't leave you disappointed :
*GALLI SPECIAL SANDWICH : Four large portions of sandwich slices grilled to the crust filled with tangy chutney fillings and veggie-paneer mix layers make it a perfect sandwich.
*LEMON ICE TEA : A classic lemon iced tea with a perfect balance of taste, served chilled for a standard refresher
*MASALAFIED GARLIC BREAD: Garlic bread with fusion of Indian flavours on the top. Delicious short bites for a nice appetizer
*TADKE WALI MAGGI : This one was such nostalgic dish for me because i remember my mother used to make a similar version on weekends with caramelized onions and extra spices adding up to the overall flavour of the maggi.A MUST TRY
This is an amazing Vegetarian cafe. Believe my words (since they're coming from a non-vegetarian), this place serves some really amazing vegetarian dishes.
With an interior that justifies it's name, the ambience is comforting and it's staffs are very courteous.
We had the following (in the order of the pictures) -
1. Veg Pasta
2. Khaakra topped with khaman dhokla
3. Corn shots
4. Masala filled garlic bread
5. Tadke waali maggi
6. Veg Pizza
7. Peach Iced Tea
8. Masala chai
9. Galli special sandwich
Happy eating! :)
What A Great Experience Chai Galli Delivered. Have always wanted to visit them since the opening, and whenever I drive past them, that urge increases, finally I visited them recently.
The Decor is Indian Quirky with Bollywood overtones, With Manish Arora’ish Tea Pots.
Since it was a warm evening, I started off with a refreshing glass of iced tea, that helped cool down a bit. Started off with a Corn Cheese Pani (less) Sookha Poori, that hit all the right notes.
The garlic bread was wonderfully made, but I was impressed by the Dhokla & Kakhra Fusion dishes, the presentation was absolutely fabulous, tasted wonderful. Worth a mention was the Dhokla On top of a beautiful circle Khakras, & the Khakra Pizza.
Next Came, One Of The Most Perfectly Made Aglio Olio, the best part, the pasta was cooked al dente. The cheese sprinkling on top was an overkill, but the dish was delicious.
I tried the Masaledar Maggi, which Was A Delicious Spicy Version Of The Very Homely Favourite, Maggi. Loved the mild sweetness added by the fried caramelised onion on top.
But the most best of the Visit was definitely the Chai, Both the Masala & The Ginger Chai, perfect to the core & one of the most delicious chai I tasted this year.
It’s a great place to catch-up with friends gulping over tasty chai, and not just over snacks but also some wonderful mains in a wonderful ambience.
Several times I passed by this place and always its jam-packed with the crowd. I bookmarked this place long back and finally got some time to visit for a dinner. This place is located near CMRIT college with a limited seating capacity for approximately 70 folks.
Take a look at what I have tasted there
👉Vada pav :
This is a plain Vada pav served with green chutney. The buns are fluffy and the stuffing tasted good.
👉Tadkawale Maggi :
I have never had this before anywhere. Maggi is cooked to perfection and tossed with tadka. The fried onions on the top has got soothing taste and overall a delightful snack to grab.
👉Corn and cheese panipuri :
Panipuri is filled with corn and grated cheese was sprinkled on the top. It tasted a bit different but if you are a corn lover then it's a must try.
👉Masala filled cheese garlic bread :
Garlic bread is baked perfectly and adequate amount of cheese and Masala are layered on the top. But this snack hasn't got the flavours balanced and it could be improved.
👉Pasta :
Pasta is slightly undercooked but it was loaded heavily with veggies. The flavour was perfect and delicious.
👉Khakra Pizza :
This fusion came out really well. Instead of pizza base they used Khakra and layered heavily with veggies on its top. I personally liked it due to the balance of flavours. This is a must try.
Well, my experience at this place was good. Staff are polite and I quick in service. I would say the pricing is very decent with wide range of varieties in the menu. Do pay a visit at your leisure.

Another amazing place for India's favourite drink, chai. The place was echoing with bustling happy tea lovers the moment I walked in. My friends were very happy with the place since all are major tea lovers (I too love tea, my fav being ice tea). They have an amazing variety of teas (hot and cold) and array of veg-food with a nice modern twists. Give this place a definite try.
Some of my recommendations
Lemon ice-tea
Masala garlicbread
Galli special sandwich
Tadka Maggi
Veggie celebration
Veggies on Khakhra
Ginger-tea (most recommended)
Its my favorite place...Its good for evening snacks or when you wanna have light food...Pasta, pizza, deserts and salads are yummy...Unique ambiance ...loved everything about this place
Mr hemant given exceptionally good service and food behavior awesome taste is mind blowing interior is authentic dhaba with modal modern like it
Nice interior. Bit expensive.
U can try different varieties of tea. Especially for tea lovers. Nachos were good earlier. but when i went recently it was ok.
This is one of my favorite place in Whitefield and I've been there multiple times. They have awesome chai with a lot of options for sides.
This time I ordered kala chana chaat, tofu bhurji, chamomile tea, peach iced tea, Vada pav, masala chai. There masala chai, ginger chai and tofu bhurji are my all time favourite, though they have reduced the size of teapot recently. Everything you order here is well prepared and served but the prices are a little on the higher side.

The ambience and the music really will take you back to the early 2000's! Proper Desi wall paints with old Bollywood classics poster on it some places and Indian railways logo at one corner. Place is well lit and the chai is good too! PS: you get free parle-g with tea 😛
This place is very nice... Its a chillout place
Ambience is excellent and also the taste...
Liked Chai in kettle get memory of old days....
Liked Poha too...
This is a good place to hang out with friends on tea and light snacks!
Try maska bun with elaichi masala tea. Maggie cooked chai galli style is also worth trying!
This is an amazing place to chill, especially after a long day of work. I absolutely love this place ! Must visit! The chai is superb and the staff is very polite. 😊
An excellent place for brunch. It has become a goto place for my friends and me for good food.. I personally loved chole kulcha, Ghar ke gehu and panini!! Awesome service by suban.
Would definitely recommend a visit here.
My go to place for Chai and paratha. Parathas are one of the best found in the city and the tea is awesome! Good ambience and equally good service.
Very nice place. Ambience is good. Tasty food. Best part is nice collection of hindi songs which make it sweet place to hang around.
Tried tadke wali maggie and poha which was very tasty.
Go ahead and enjoy this place
Love the ambiance. The food is really simple and good. Ordered chole kulche, masala garlic bread, veg feast sandwich and mint herbal tea. The top select was definitely the chole kulche, was simply amazing. The garlic bread was good. Sandwich was average. The mint herbal tea was definitely refreshing. A total 4 of 5 for the overall service, quality of food and the whole experience.
Really awesome place to hang out. Very courteous staff and food is great. Really like the place. The parathas are awesome. Recommend trying the paneer paratha
Loved this place! Cozy and quiet.. chai themed cafe ;)
Variety of tea is great... Nice place for evening hangout with friends :)
We ordered Adrak ki chai. They serve the tea in a pot which is kinda cool!!
A must try for tea lovers. Aadraki chai is refreshing. Aloo parantha is one of the best in town. A bit pricey but ambiance, food quality and taste, makes it worthy.
The teas were lovingly presented in exquisite ceramic teapots, and you'll find that the prices are quite fair given the exceptional quality and experience they provide.
The food, well, it's more than just good; it's absolutely delicious. The ambience has that cool factor, creating a welcoming atmosphere. With a decent seating capacity, it's a perfect spot for a small celebration, a relaxed team lunch, or simply hanging out with friends. Overall, it's a wonderful place to spend quality time with friends and colleagues.
New chai gully is a cafe kind of place. They serve differnt kinda teas. Any specials for the day are displayed on the board. The food was okay. Hot chocolate was not up to the mark.
We had here:
Gully special sandwich - good
Rajasthani tea - great
Hot chocolate - not good
Chocolate brownie- okay
Overall, all it is a casual place to have quick bites.
Food taste was really good. 🍔🌯🌮🍛🍧🍟
Ambience is also cool.
Theme as suggested the name Chai Gully 😅 (see the pictures to get an idea)
Sitting capacity is decent.
Place is good to have a small celebration, team lunch or just to go with your friends. ✌️✌️
Overall nice place to visit to spent sometime with your friends and colleagues. 👥
What really stood out to me was the attention to detail. The teas were served in beautiful ceramic teapots . The prices were reasonable considering the quality and experience offered.
This place is one of the best in ITPL Aces layout. Till now we had tea, chola bhutura and pizza....all were really good and value for money. Very soft spoken and service is quite fast.
This place has chai + old movie theme . It's my go to place for white sauce pasta. You will get wide variety of food options. Pricewise bit costly. I tried white sauce pasta, cutting chai, angrezi Maggi, bhajiya platter. They will give small parle g packet with chai which is very cute. Must visit place to spend evening with loved ones.
It's a good cafe to hangout with friends with lot of varieties of tea. Veg pizza is really good, it's quite cheesy. Must try it. Pasta is okayish. Only one thing is they put lot of sugar in their beverages even on asking them to put less sugar. Otherwise it's good.
Fan'Tea'stick Place! Must Visit for Chai Lovers! Loved ambience and service! Taste was Awesome! Pretty good quantity of food compared to charges! The host/manager was friendly! Arranged some out of menu items for a toddler! Personally liked Ginger Chai! They do have dedicated parking space in basement which is a big advantage in this area as we always struggle for parking space. Will surely visit again with more friends for chai pe charcha!😇
Pricing felt little high.
You get varieties of Teas to try and hence limited coffee options with lovely serving. Snacks items tastes nice. We tried chai gully special Maggie and it was good. Pizza was average and not worthy. You can try their various pakoda, Vada pav, burgers, french fries etc
They have out door seating as well.
You get little space parking in the front.
Overall good visit for quick evening meetings and hangout with friends.
If you have questions post it, if you like my review give a like and comment.
Cutting chai was good. Ambience and resturant services are good.
Overall good place to hangout within budget!!
Cutely designed cafe giving you all the desi vibes and tapri like ambience. It offers various tea options from different styles and state famous. The dishes are creative and tasteful. They give tea in beautiful glass kettles and antique strainer. The staffs are also quick. Best part is that the cafe is really pocket friendly.
A cute cafe near to sansar mall, its a good place to hang out with friends over a cup of tea and some snacks. Great variety of tea’s and food. We ordered mix pakoras and there special sandwich. Sandwich was just too delicious 🤤 pakodas were nice but they were oily 😒. Overall experience was nice👍🏻
This place offers Great and unique ambience. I liked the antique feel this place gives. This place is a must go for Chai lovers. These guys have a large variety of Chai offered. Rajashthani Chai is a must try. Taste is simply awesome. I also loved the concept of kettle given along with Chai cups. One star less as I found food a bit on expensive side which doesn't justify the taste though. Keep it up guys!
It's one of the best hang out zones in the locality for street food types and chai varieties for a great ambience and presentation.
Liked their aloo Paratha and cutting chai with parle G. Prices are nominal and new items added recently.
Good place to hangout !! Ambience of childhood memories and retro type . Had tea which was average and limited choice for coffee here . Overall ok !! Staff need to be more courteous!!

We also had pancakes to finish the course.
So yes, this place is definitely a bakasura Recommended place.

It's a busy place with yummy snacks and the amazing tea!!
Loved the theme and ambience. A lovely place to hangout with your gang 😋
Do try their maggi, corn shorts and definitely tea with parle-G biscuits combo!!
