Absolutely delightful. Hostess, Anjali was pleasant. Food portions were feeling filter, coffee and service, efficient, courteous, and polite my first time here to spending frequent travel, just be patient to be seated, it will be worth it
One of the finest experience of south indian cuisine at the KIA T1.
They serve you the authentic food with a very good service.
Highly recommended.
It is so fresh clean and so so delicious it made me feel back at home. It was total comfort food and I would recommend this place strongly to all my friends. They also have a set of extremely friendly staff who are so helpful. I was travelling alone and had a great time.
Had a wonderful lunch during my transit. The quantity was more than enough and the staff was very courteous. Especially Sajin who was prompt in ensuring we had everything we need. Definitely a quality eatery in Bengaluru airport to try.
Was looking for lunch options around BLR airport and saw this place. They had a special Onam Sadhya. The workers were dressed up for Onam and there were lots of decorations. Didn't feel like you were at an airport restaurant. Got the Spl Sadhya...all of the items were delicious! Not a big fan of desserts but the payasam was really good. Best part was the service....food came out real quick and my server Sandra was very pleasant and attentive. She would look around the floor and make eye contact with all the customers to see if anyone needs anything.
This restaurant is in the Domestic terminal, the place is inviting and has spacious seating options.
Where is goes down is the Service, practically non existent, don’t dare to step in if you have to catch a flight in a hurry.
I did not get my order together 😂 got my coffee after I paid the bill ( ofcourse when I complained).
The pongal was served on a banana leaf, (wow, this is what I love about preserving your traditions) and it tasted great, it was piping hot just how I like it. The chutney and sambar tasted great. Could have easily given a five star, but for the price, this being an airport location is not cheap. Not sure I enjoy paying a hefty premium for regular comfort food.
## Tip - Place your order directly with the guy who punches your order in the computer system. Don’t rely on the waiter they casually miss it and hence the delay in getting your orders.
Love the authenticity of this place. They serve fresh, tasty food (Kannada cuisine).
Service is quite quick.
I highly recommend the South Indian meal ( which I had tried earlier).
This time I had a plate of idli which was very well made.
Had lunch here after arriving from another flight. Food was great, both quality and quantity wise. Service was also good.
Good place for breakfast at Bangalore domestic departure
The idli was just okay. But the sambar was so so good. I never have sambar but today I had two servings.
Also it’s a bit pricey, but I think that’s about airports
Before pitching in to the main part, guys it was expensive ( tho i know food is always expenses at the airport) but costed 560 per thali which was overly priced i felt, 450 bucks id something maximum that i would pay. But anyhow had no option other than this for a good, mouth watering breakfast. They served it in a brass or brass sort thali plate which was fancy and appealing, looks less but very heavy guys, maybe two thalis is perfect for three. Amazing taste otherwise.
