Awesomely light and fluffy ice creams. Almost all thier chocolate ice crems are great! And even though the quality seems too much to finish, you'll never realised how it all settles easily into your tummy!
Cute place for ice creams, though the price of sundaes look costly the quality and quantity makes it up for it. We were presently surprised the other day when we were offered buy one get one free. I loved the Turkish coffee with whipped cream, I couldn’t get enough of it. I would definitely visit this place again, next time you are here try waffles with eggs and spicy maple syrup. Something I wanted to do this time but wouldn’t.
One more cute little ice cream shop in Malleshwaram. Love their wide range of menu and the taste and presentation is both very good. Tried most of their ice creams and no disappoint at all. Wouldn’t think twice to go to this place 😍

Amazing place to have some equally amazing ice cream! Located in Mantri mall, ambiance is very good. The seating, plush and the general effect pleasing to the eye.
Coming to the ice cream, they were filled with cream and chocolate, oozing out an awesome gourmet experience! We had the chocolate ones ( forgot the name!) and yes, they are worth having once more.
Slightly on the pricey side, but not that much. The general environment around makes up for the higher price bracket.
Have been visiting this place since the time they have opened their outlet in Mantri [Guess in 2009 or 2010]. Never have I walked out of this place disappointed. Icecreams are heavenly, and amazing flavours.
To start of I must say that the Ice-Creams from this place is heavenly. Wherever it is, it will surely showcase its elegance with its awestruck flavours! 😍 The staff was good too.Only thing I would have preferred the quantity a bit more for the price.

i especially love their float ice cream shake, nutty crispy tower, hurricane, but the best is the fondue that is attractive to look and delicious to taste.
I would recommend brownie in Swensen's if you are waiting for someone and know for sure they are going to be late. As the plate in which they serve is as big as the brownie, you need patience of a watch repair guy to avoid spills ;)

Had an unplanned visit to this place somewhere back in July and since visited it many times only to be taken aback by their sundaes.
Ambience- The usual ice cream parlor feel, although in the middle of a mall. The walls are adorned with photos of their sundaes and ice creams with a red and brown interior which is unremarkable.
Ice cream- have tried almost all the sundaes here but the best till date has been the earthquake. Filling for 4 or 5 people to say the least. The flavors combinations are great and the quantity is quite literally earth moving. 2nd best would be the hurricane, followed closely by the chocolate fondue. No matter what you order I'm sure you can't go wrong. I haven't tried the beverages so can't comment on those, because quite frankly once you've started downing their ice cream you won't have any room for anything else. In case you do prefer the Indian flavors of ice cream then the falooda carnival is a must try.
For the chocolate lovers the coit tower is a good bet.
In case you wanna try individual scoops then I recommend the mocha almond fudge, strawberry banana and cream and the praline almond fudge.
Damages- not that heavy in the pocket considering that you'll be sharing with a few people. About 500 for 2 would be the max you'll be able to shell out.
Verdict- definitely worth a try for ice cream lovers

The location is apt and the icecream formations are very novel. Service was prompt and the prices are okay considering it is in a swanky mall.
All acceptable but for the portions which were tiny! yogurt tasted good but the icecream itself left a tinge of bitterness towards the end(hope it was a one off case)
Ambience - it's really subtle nothing fancy. A good place to have a nice conversation with your friend.
Ice cream - we had ordered a crispy cocktail. Well we didn't worry like the fruits they had in it. The I've cream was great. We also ordered a chocolate shake with brownie it was at par nothing wow about that either (brownie was worry good though :p)
I suggest anything with more Ice cream is a better option than shakes or having fruit in it.

Went to this ice cream parlor as so many people had told me to visit this place! I took a chocolate based dessert and it tasted so yum!
They had given a scoop of chocolate ice cream and vanilla ice cream on top of it. They had topped it up with whipped cream, nuts, a wafer cone and a cherry dipped in chocolate sauce! It tasted so good. It was filling as well.

The place is always crowded. The staff are very polite and nice. But I find the service to be quite slow. My favorites here are their earthquake and chocolate fondue.

Evry icecream here has an unique taste. No matter how much we eat, there's always room for deserts!. Cause deserts doesnt go to the stomach, they go to the heart!. Waffle sundae and chocolate trio here are my favourite. They have different varieties of chocolate flavours. Chewy chocolate is the best and the sundaes with this flavour are mouth watering.

I have been quite a regular here and my sweet tooth gets me here at least once every month. I was here with dad and tried the newly introduced sizzling brownie with ice cream. They had it just right with the amount of ice cream and syrup and it all blended just yummy in my mouth..my stomach is thanking them with all my gut! :-D

The ambiance was pretty good for an ice cream parlour and service was quick. A little steep price point for the quality but guess it's worth a try.

A small,cozy,busy place located in mantri mall. Known for its desserts and cakes. The options of desserts are unlimited over here. I tried ebony ice cream here. The price for unit was 200 bucks but the taste was good,having 3 scoops of different ice creams and a banana piece with chocolate syrup spread on it. Its a must try place..

Hello again guys! So, if you haven’t been to swensen’s yet, you need to go now! This is a cute little dessert parlor with beautiful people and great ice creams. YAYYYY!!! It is located in a few places in bangalore but i went to the one at Malleshwaram. Unlike other ice cream places, this one is quite spacious.
What I loved the most here was their never ending sundae menu. All exotic flavours making you crave for more. I was quite impressed by their staff as well, very quick and extremely kind. I tried their sizzling brownie ice cream which was new on the menu, also found the waffle sundae and of course, the sticky chewy chocolate demand a special mention. Everything was great, nothing to complain about…not the service, the ambience, the ice creams everything was just fab.
So guys, having a rough day? Head to swensens. Having a great day? head to swensens. You just need a reason. I love that place, I hope you guys just ”head to swensens” and feel what i feel 😜

Swensen's was quite a revelation. A very neat, airy and inviting ice-cream parlour located at Mantri Mall. We were quite impressed with the menu and a special mention to the collection of Sundaes here which is great. The flavours on offer are also eclectic- ranging from the usual ones to exotics like Turkish Coffee and Sticky Chewy Chocolate. The Swiss Orange Chip we tried was delightful with chunks of orange to bite into and chocolate giving the icecream its body. The place also serves beverages and there is ample space for everyone to relax and enjoy the delights available. Wish they would expand to more parts of the country.
Always crowded as it's in the busy Mantri mall.
But staff is pretty quick and helpful. Not really reviewing the ice cream as I'm sure most of you do know how it will be (yummy 😍)

Swensen's has always been my go to dessert place in the past, before many other concept based dessert outlets opened up. So when I was in Mantri mall the other day and spotted this outlet in ground floor, couldn't resist from paying them a visit. We ordered two chocolate based sundaes and both turned out to be super delicious. The tall one being ebony and ivory and short one was Triple choco ring a ding! These two are massive and we really dint feel like having dinner afterwards! Ebony has a lil extra sticky caramel at the bottom and it gets lil awkward while eating! Nonetheless, a visit to Swensen's has always been a happy one!
Went with a friend of mine tried their Choco and Strawberry Sundae.Quantity was also very less and taste was ok nothing extraordinary.

A recent shopping trip with siblings led us to this outlet to take a break and enjoy some ice creams.
As we were full with some good lunch, wanted to try some light desserts.
We ordered 2 strawberry sundaes and 1 chocolate Sundae.
The chocolate one was alright but the strawberry Sundae was delicious and a good try.
Some are not too heavy on pocket too.
The place is neat with good seating.

Fantastic place. Had the Gold Rush which consisted of a scoop of Turkish coffee, a scoop of chocolate ice cream, chocolate brownie, caramel and chocolate sauce, a piece of waffle topped with whipped cream and a cherry. The taste was amazing.
Tried a few ice creams here and must they are pretty good. Especially the banana waffles sundae. The chocolate ice cream with brownie and whipped cream was equally good. But what really put us out was the service. There was only one girl who was !managing the entire show. She was doing a heck of a job still it was too much even for her to handle. I seriously hope the management puts some more staff for waiting on customers.

Ice cream on a rainy day proved to be an amazing experience! Took the metro to Mantri square which put me straight into the heart of the mall. The place looked amazingly beautiful! With all the mouth watering ice cream posters! It proved hard to decide on the course! With a final order of four ice creams of different varieties and a bit of gossip with my cousins!
It took 15 odd minutes to provide us the dishes, The experience was worth the wait! The ice cream was deliciously attractive. I for one say it was worth the money!

I had this hot chocolate filled ice cream with brownies split on the two sides of the cup, with fresh cream and cherry topping. Also called happy choco brownie. Really very tasty! Then there was this nutty crispy tower, with fruits and cereals in it. Had a hint of caramel and cappuccino. Good as well. A visit once in a while will be worth the penny.

Swensen's is an American icecream franchise and apparently the outlet in mantri mall is the first that was opened in India way back in 2010. Swensen's maintain the quality and offer a luxurious and delectable choice of ice creams. They are consistent with the offerings. Absolutely creamy and luscious ice creams will make you want to come back for more. The presentation is amazing too. On my recent visit i tried their chocolate sizzler. The brownie was soft and moist and the chocolate sauce was thick and had balanced sweetness. I like the sticky chewy choco fantasy too. There are many flavours on the menu. Getting to taste, before you choose a flavour also helps with the selection.
Decor is minimalistic yet classy for an ice cream store. Service is fine. There was one guy managing all the tables and he did a great job!!

Nice setup, a good range of ice cream sundaes to choose from. Tried iced tea and we wanted to try cookie and cream and Almond caramel fudge on the cone but the waiter suggested we go with a walk-away sundae which would get us additional topping at almost same price. Which was nice thing. The iced tea was OK to say the least and the ice creams were good. They would satisfy your ice cream cravings but won't blow your mind away.
After a walk around the mall post having a meal one should definately step into this place for a Sugar Rush. What life would be without dessert? Mundance. Exactly! Some people eat food by the looks of it and if your one of them definately go get your hand on some toothsome desserts. So at Swensen's they offer a wide range of choice from Thick Shakes to Sundaes to Waffles to Splits to Scoops everything imagineable. Their way of representation for the dish is really admirable: How they make use of alot of toppings and wafer crumbles. The price is really reasonable and the desserts are really appetizing!

This is my go to ice cream place. Quality and service is best. Specially the quality is excellent. Service is very polite. Also, I wish the Swenson hired more people. I feel sorry for the service boys. there is usually one or two person only handling service, cleaning and the cash register. Also guests are made to wait pretty long to get menu!
Unlike any icecream parlour in bangalore they maintain their taste and quality..and the amount paid for any of their combos/flavours is worth it..

Swensen's is definitely the best place I've tried so far for waffles. It's surprising how the waffles have the perfect sweetness, every single time. I ordered the waffle sundae but instead of vanilla icecream I went with sticky chewy chocolate. The waffles & icecream served along with whipped cream & a cherry is an apt dessert this summer.

Awestruck. In a word. Didn't think this would be so good to get a 4.5 from me. A friend had told me this was the best but less did I believe.
We ordered a standard vanilla with choco fudge named Hot Fudge Super Sunday which Was splendid but the mesmerizer for me was something called carnival golden.
Juicy fruits with mellow icecream topped with best fresh cream in the world.
The best part is the ice cream doesnt taste much sweet as usual Indian made ice creams do.
The service was super quick. Music was nice but an Arijit's track from Aashiqui 2 was a bonus.
When do I get a chance to go there again?

Nicely lit and maintained place inside mantri mall.. This was my first visit to swensen's and first impression is amazing.. Where does it stand on my list of ice cream destinations..? Definitely not at the top.. We tried the crispy cocktail and nutty crispy tower which had a nice taste and presentation.. Hoping to give a try on more options..
The best sundaes on town. Situated in the upper ground floor of mantri mall is a must try place if you love icecream. Banana split and the nutty crispy tower are my favorites.i tried finishing Hurricane and earthquake on separate occasions , but turned out to be too much for me . I never had shakes or scoops from here so no comments on those .

Or this is the place you bring your kid when they deserve a special treat for finishing that science project, Or this is the place you go for late night treat with your close friends after a movie.Or you want to break your diet and treat yourself to a malted milkshake. As for the ice cream, what can I say, it's just your standard, scoop-style ice cream, though the restaurant tendency is to sell it in the "big ass container full of assorted flavors and toppings" configuration. After some searching, we found it is possible to get one scoop or single cone,but the staff may look at you with pity for not overindulging like everyone else.Hehe
On the constructive side... Try to have more attentive staff so that they are able to better service the customers. It seems that the staff sits around looking confused a lot.Took us about 7 minutes before anyone even brought us menus. Then another 7 minutes just to be noticed and have someone walk over. Not a good look. However, I will say once we made first contact with our server, he did come back and check on us a couple of times.

The sundaes here are irresistible. This place is insanely underrated and has to be lauded for it's genuine taste in flavors. I was completely blown over. Definitely much better than the much hyped Stoner but yes I agree these are two completely different genres. They also provide different toppings to choose from which adds a nice touch to it.
Great to have traditional sundaes here with real fruits and bananas which most of the ice cream parlours have stopped these days. Quality of icecream is obviously great !!
Really nice yummy creamy ice-creams but overpriced. Loved the chocolate and coffee ice creams. The small ice cream scoops are also overpriced. Good lighting.
The first Indian city to house Swensen’s outlets! Situated on the upper ground floor of the Mantri mall, this place has a welcoming appeal!. Being our usual chocoholic selves, we ordered the Gold Rush and the Chocolate Crunch. And in almost ten minutes, we were already hogging on the chocolatey goodness.
A wonderful way of completing you're weekend dinner! ? The way they present the ice cream😍 is very appealing! The staffs r really friendly 😄! The ambience is quite decent ,has everything that a typical icecream shop must have!

Verdict- An interesting Icecream Parlour with a variety of tasty flavours & innovative Sundaes. The servers are friendly & the service is quick. The ice creams are priced reasonably.
Must Haves- The Turkish Coffee Ice Cream, The Waffles(both normal and brownie), the brownie sundae & the earthquake.

I had been there last night to celebrate my daughter's 10th birthday. I had plans of going to another ice cream outlet in Indiranagar, but my daughter who has grown up eating from this place insisted on us visiting her favorite parlor. This has become a ritual for her on her birthday every year.We started by ordering a Firehouse happy B'day ice cream combo for the birthday girl. This had three scoop of ice cream with pineapple, strawberry jam & chocolate fudge on top & some cream topped with cherries. The service was quick & she had her ice cream along with a small teddy bear gift on her table within no time. After the b'day song was over she blew out the single candle on the top & went on to enjoy her favorite desserts. She gave a big thumbs up for this & in my terminology that must certainly be a 5*.My wife asked for a Gold rush which had two scoops of Turkish coffee & chocolate ice cream in it, decked with caramel & hot fudge. Extra additions in this were a waffer. Taste wise she said it was good & she would give it a 4*.As for myself, I asked them for a Crispy cocktail which had a waffle filled with fresh fruits, two scoops of vanilla ice cream & topped with a cherry. Taste was I have had much better stuff so I am giving this a 4*.The ambiance was bright & clean so will give them a 4.5* for this.The staff was very polite & quick, so another 4.5* for that.The taste was quite good & hence giving it a 4*.As for VFM, it gets a 4.5* too.Yes, I will be back there with my daughter next year to see her blow out the candle & take a bite at her favorite ice cream joint.

One of my favorite ice cream parlours in Bangalore is Swenson's. I have visited this place many times and I am so happy to find that the taste remains the same. Since I am a frequent visitor, I am gonna give a collective review of all the ice creams I have had over the years.
The sticky chewy choco fantasy is my all time favorite. The chocolate ice cream, whipped cream along with the sticky chocolate is outta of this world. The ice cream is perfect in texture and is kept at a right temperature too. This dessert is a MUST TRY for all the hardcore chocolate lovers out there.
For those who love strawberry, the trio strawberry stripes is a must try. It has three different ice cream scoops along with whipped cream, banana slices and strawberry jam which altogether is marvelous.
The fondue for 2 is a brilliant dessert too. The presentation is flawless. The chocolate sauce, the freshly cut fruits and the ice creams together will make anyone go mad.
I have tried all the chocolate flavors and all the flavors are unique and excellent in their own way.

One of the best malls in bangalore, direct access from metro station and lot of options to explore within a mall, food court is amazing, shopping options, varieties of brands with colorful things for every age groups of people so I suggest you to visit this mall for sure.
Shops are trending and ambience is excellent.
We tried pizza hut there, was good but service need to be improved.
Childrens games zone are next level, good condition and lot of variety.
Maitri square mall is very near to the sample circle metro station, that is one of the greatest advantage and very convenient to commute.
And like all other malls, most of all the brands we can get here. Shopping experience will be good as we have shops for all price points.
Food court also is good in here, most of the outlet are available and all variety of food we can get to choose and reasonable sitting place available.

In time zone it's very worst.
Mall has a lot brands in it. If some exclusive stores of laptops would have been there then it would have been better. Food court is also huge. Turkish ice cream is also there.
Best mall in the bengaluru. Get all home appliances, dresses and very big food hub on top wing of Mall.
