Review Pindi - Bengaluru

Atul Mengi
The Pindi Bangalore, HSR . So, located on the service road of HSR, this place attracted people because of their rooftop ambience. Unfortunately, they have shut down their rooftop part. . I went here to eat their lunch buffet and had a variety of delicacies: - Blue Lagoon Mocktail - Chicken Soup - Starters - Paneer Tikka, Veg seekh kebab, mutton kebab, tandoori chicken, egg chilli, potato chilli, etc. - Main course - Dal Makhani, Butter Chicken, Fish curry, Kadhai Paneer, Mix veg and Pindi Chana- their signature Dessert: Vanilla Ice cream, Gulab Jamun, Fruit salad and Gajar ka halwa. . My ratings: Food:: 4.5/5 Ambience: 4/5 Music: 3.5/5 Service: 4/5 Presentation: 4/5 . I will overall rate this place as 4/5. . It was love at first site, ambience is very nice with 2 options to sit, one inside and one is open roof top depending on choice. Talking about food starting with starters both veg and non vegetarian have a good delicious try outs like paneer tikka, alu chat, fish fry, kababs . Main course is really great. Desserts don't have much choice but gulabjamun with scoop of ice and gajar ka halwa is worth giving a finish to such a relish.
MANOJ KUMAR
Wonderful place with awesome cuisines.. I loved both veg and non veg items there.

Aam panna was too good, little bit problem of mosquito, when we reported they lit mosquito repellent. Overall food was good.
Shubhangi Tarika
The best part, despite of the odd timing (5.45ish pm) it was open and served main course. The food was good and so was the ambience. Overall enjoyed my visit.
Rashmi N.C
Nice ambience. Declicious starter. We didn't have much options in dessert.
Manish Kaujalgi
Good ambience with Great food. Little expensive for the quantity they serve. Small area but nicely maintained. Waiters and servers are absolutely cooperative and non interruptive. Had been there thinking rooftop in my mind. But rooftop is not well maintained and lunch there is not ideal under the scorching sun. Not at all a good view from the rooftop. So choose wisely if you are looking for a rooftop with good view.

A surprise find and awesome place. The location will hardly make you believe that a rood top restaurant is in the locality. The restaurant boasts dining and also an indoor Air Conditioned dining. Punjabi food is delicious. They serve good drinks but don't have any Miller Brand. Requested to start serving quality of Beer like Miller. Anyways, Food is good. Service is awesome. Place is clean. Buffet ..I just LOVED it. Keep it up..:)

Though the ambience of this place is pretty good and one can have a really peaceful time here, they lack behind in taste of main course. The starters are delicious but my experience with the main course was average. Overall I can say this place is a bit over-rated. The ambience is quite romantic though. I liked this place majorly due to the ambience.

Good food and service. Money's worth. Unlimited buffet, served @ table.

This place surely is for ppl who like to enjoy their food. The buffet is widespread with great starters. I thoroughly enjoyed the food. They have an awesome variety of starters in veg and non veg and each item was very tasty. Service is very good and they serve starters on the table. Value for money and highly recommended !!

Nice place for organising small Birthday parties... Open terrace space with good food and service... Drinks available in 3rd floor with variety of cocktails. Cozy environment and very good staff with smiling faces. Really had a great time with friends and family...

Went there for a buffet with a big group on a weekend. Starters are very good and a good variety as well.Good choice for veggies and non-veggies . You can fill up with starters itself but there is a decent spread of main course as well. Can be visited at least once. Nothing to be called out which was disappointing
Spriha Tantia
We just happened to end up at this place and I loved the laid back vibe. It almost felt as if we were in a dhaba on the rooftop. The food was delicious & the service was quick.

I visited this restaurant with a large group of people. The restaurant is located quite close to the drainage and thus you would feel mosquitoes sting your body sometimes. Nonetheless, the rooftop experience compensated for the mosquito bites.

We chose the buffet system. The dinner started with soup followed with starters and then the main course and dessert. The soup was fairly good, It lacked spices. The starters were okayish with the main course being better than the starters. The juice and desserts tasted really fresh.

Overall, worth visiting once.
Sai Chaitanya P
Too expensive for the food served. Paneer kurkure and soy champ masala is tasty. They also charge service charge. Except these two, rest all are below average
Rohan Maini
It was good restaurant but now closed for some reason. The rates as what other restaurants charge but taste is far better.

I have been on certain occasions here and never left dissatisfied. The non-vegetarian will love the taste whereas veggies will adore too. I am expecting this to be open soon.

Don't ask for home delivery on weekends.
Tarun Kumar Goel
When a traditional dish like Kurkuri Bhindi is served with luxury. The main course comprised of 1 chicken, fish, paneer and mix veg curries. Good tasty starters with decent buffet minimal spread.Service can still improve.
Singh Bhavesh
Friendly staff, top floor open environment dining makes it best in raining season.
Food tastes good, drinks at cheap price. Overall bit more than good.
Rashmi
Ambience: 3/5, service: 3.5/5, Food : 3/5, VFM: 3/5

Note: The place is super close to drainage. There are loads of mosquitoes and it stings closer you sit to the open space.

The place looks good however it didn't grow for me.

Must try : Jamun, chicken starters
Alright : Paratas were decent. Curry was just alright.
Don't dare to try: Bloody Maria 🤣

The service is decent.

Value for money: The starters and jamun is nice.
I have ordered from Pindi Bangalore quite a few times, and once decided to try the place out for lunch. They have nice ambiance and the service was quite good. The food taste and quality has always been great and the restaurant experience was great. The place is not easily visible from the road and is on the 3/4th floor.
Sandeep Kumar Sharma
ambience 2*, service 4*, food 3*.
Not worth the price quoted in menu.
Normal roof top restaurant without any theme based internal. Kitchen and furniture's too normal, mosquitos. small fans some fluorescent bulbs nothing grand about this ambience. it is unmanaged as described above.
Service was good. normal food quality. normal
My son’s 1st birthday party was held here last year on the rooftop; it was a lunch gathering. The stuff and the manager were extremely courteous and helpful ( even took care of balloon decorations at a very nominal price ; also arranged to play some video clips on their tv set). The buffet spread was quite good ( both veg & non-veg; even arranged for curd rice for few of the guests at no extra cost).

I'm not someone who generally writes reviews but since we came across this North Indian joint in HSR, we definately thought it's worth mentioning.
Fantastic food coupled with great ambience and served by polite staff. Our evening was just perfect. We are glad we choose this place to celebrate my wife's birthday as they made us feel really special. From candlelight on the table to a cake in the end, it was all there..
Must try here includes Bhatti ka Murg and rada chicken. Go and enjoy 😊
Amit
food quality is very poor, too much oily. chicken was not fresh.. and washroom at open area is very dirty and not in a usable condition and too much mosquitoes at night in open area. it was simply pathetic. I highly dont recommend this restaurant to any one.
Shivani Dar
Not worthy of the name pindi bangalore. Food was pretty much bland. Ordered bhutta kebab, dal makhni with desi ghee malai kofta and finally garlic naan. Can call below average. Ambiance was okay. There are way better places in HSR layout to try north indian punjabi food.
Hello Food
We had gone to Pindi to attend a private party hosted by our friend for his daughter's first birthday.
Thebplace was very well decorated with balloons and the buffet was laid out. They had also arranged a small cake table. Food was good. What stood out was the Haryali Chicken tikka and Dal Makhani. The gulab jamun was fantastic too. And a special mention for gajar ka halwa which brought memories of true north indian flavours..

After reading reviews, went there for lunch on Thursday. Orders Buffet, as it was not spread out so the waiter were serving us personally.
To start with the starters were not up to the mark.
Chicken tikka and mutton seekh kabab (only items which were tasted ok)-3/5
The chicken kebab was smelling bad, as it was frozen and then fried. In veg we had paneer tikka, aaloo tikki, chilly potato- Average not even ok.
Main course - fish was smelling bad.
Dal makhni was good, butter chicken ok
But rest all not worth mentioning.
Dessert dont let me go there.
Just avoid this place.

I visited Pindi for a team lunch. Staff was very kind and welcoming. Ambience is decent. It had good food items for a buffet, 4-5 starters, 2-3 curries, 2-3 desserts, all in all, a perfect Indian meal.

We were around 20 people, both veg and non-veg. I, particularly, am a Jain. The manager specifically made 2-3 items separately for me, shahi paneer and dal. Best part was - all others had to fill up their plates from the buffet. Me, I was served on the table since my food was Jain. (Perks of being a Jain, you know)

Thank you, Pindi staff for catering to my special requirement considering the fact that there aren't many restaurants who serve Jain food in Bangalore.
Apoorva Kumar G Rao
cheap price buffet is available here. Including tax it will cost around 400 for buffet. Dont expect much variety. tastewise OK. Can try this if you are putting money from ur pocket. Not worth for corporate outings(because of lack of variety in food menu)
Krishna Oduvil
Biryani was really substandard and same with the fish starters that was ordered .
Kritika
Chicken rara was extremely oily.

If you are looking for good Punjabi food in a rooftop setting then Pindi is your place to be.
We have been eating here for a while and have enjoyed it everytime.
Our favourite is Bhatti ka amurg ( Spicy chicken starter) , Rada Chicken ( chicken in Keema gravy) Dal makhani and Paneer lababdar. Can't go wrong with this list.
The staff is very friendly and recognises you each time you go back. They always serve us with a smile.
I hope they maintain their quality so that we can keep going back again and again

Fantastic!! That's one word to describe our experience at Pindi. Great Punjabi food with great ambience and excellent service.
We really enjoyed our time there on Saturday night. Had a couple cocktails along with the starters and had there famous butter chicken for main course.
Loved our experience. Will surely be back !!

Of late this place has lost its sheen...was a big fan till almost a year or so back when it was opened...would be great if they could maintain the same authentic punjabi taste that set this restaurant apart from others in the locality...

Tasty food. Glad to have finally found a nice North Indian place here. Quite fast service. The staff was also very courteous. Overall nice experience

I would say “STOP and RETHINK” to everyone who are thinking of going to this horrible place. My visit was not at all good. I went with four of my friends to have dinner, the service is too bad. Group of office employees came for their office dinner. Lot of drinking was happening, which is cool. But women and children were there and they were totally drunk, loud and misbehaving. I requested the waiter to ask them to tone it down a little bit. Waiter replied that they have already booked it and paying a lot. And refused to do it. I ask you guys not to go there. Better to eat at home then at this place.
Bidyut Rono
Decent food, cool ambiance and quality service. Nothing to complain but nothing extraordinary as well. They should consider upgrading experience.

Went to Pindi for a private party for my friends birthday. Had a great time. We were seated on the rooftop. All the starters including their special Bhatti ka Murg and Galauti kebab were simply amazing. It was served hot to us. Since we were a big group we also sampled quite a few starters by ordering non veg platters. Everything was impeccable.
For mains we went with the traditional north indian combo of Butter chicken with Dal makhani and it was totally Devine.
All the staff was really attentive and soft spoken with a smile lighting their face.
Had a great experience..
Anjori Roychoudhury
Totally clueless staff, mismanaged, disorganised. No coordination between manager and staff....Warm beer served. Below average food quality.
Anchal Arora
Decent place. I had pretty high expectations, but veg was not that great and hence the 3 rating. Service was good. Murg lababdar was definitely awesome, daal makhni good and murg makhani was soft though had little less cream. Other than that dahi kabab were oily but filling was good, soya chaap was bland.. n chaap in main course was also pretty much the same with too much oil. Methi malai matar had no taste either. Cooking was fine though but taste n blend of spices was not up to the mark. Aam Panna n guava mocktail were good though little sweet.

1. Food Quality and quantity - 5/5
2. Ambience - 4/5
3. Staff -Amazing. They took care from beginning till end. Very rare restaurants where they pour water when they see ur empty glasses automatically. And they dnt only serve initially, they made sure once our first half was complete, they asked if they can serve other portion as well.

Must recommended.
JJ
5/5 for the service and one of the best dal makhni we had in Bangalore. Staff is a way too courteous and helpful. Food is amazing and decent ambience. Everything tasted so good that we end up ordering too much for two people.

Loved this place. It has a very fusion ambience on the 3rd floor and an open air roof top. We were on our last day holiday in Bangalore and staying with our relative in HSR so decided to have lunch at Pindi. The service and hospitality was great. Though crowded the staff took very good care of us. The tandoori chicken was succulent and the dal makhani was thick and well balanced. The Naans were perfect. Nice and crispy , just the way we like them.
Had a great experience. Great place to go for Punjabi flavours..

This restaurant is worst of its own kind.
The kind of embarassment that i have faced due it's bad management, i will never forget.

My teammate had given me responsibility of organizing farewell lunch for one of my colleague.
On Tuesday , I called the restaurant on number mentioned in Zomato and then booked a table for 15 people.
After sometime I got a confirmation message.
So on Wednesday our team visited the restaurant at scheduled time , when we reached there and asked for table the manager told that there was no table available.
Then I told we have booking , hearing this he asked who has taken the booking , then i show him the message and he told that some other staff might have taken and he was not aware of that.
Then he told , you can do one thing , you people can sit as group of 4 or 6 at different table.
Then we told him we have come for lunch , we can't sit like this , so at the end we decided to leave and we opted for other restaurant nearby as there was no other option left.
Jitu Basumatary
One of the best butter chicken in galouti kebabs and had in Bangalore. We went to Pindi on a quiet weekday dinner. The place was decently crowded with a fewoffice gatherings. We got a table for two on the rooftop with a nice view. The setting is perfect with cool Bangalore Breeze blowing. They even put a candle light on a table on our request. Service was nice and quick and the cocktails were yummy.
A fantastic place to go for a nice romantic dinner
Harry Jayamony
Online ordering experience has been pathetic

I had to wait for 1 hour and 30 mins to get 1 starter and 1 main dish. This is totally not acceptable
Hemant Bagiyal
Went for Lunch buffet here with my team. We were served 4+4 starters and 5 to 6 items in main course also. The variety was not that much but all dishes tasted very well. Our entire team enjoyed. It was also very pocket friendly at RS. 450/- per head.
Overall it was a good experience. This place can surely be tried for their Punjabi dishes. We were served really good butter chicken , tandoori chicken, Dal makhani and gulab jamuns.
A must try for team outings..

Uncomfortable chairs that angle into your back. Horrible service, understaffed with erratic servers bringing your dishes randomly.
Sairam Kumar
Very very worst .writing review also waste for this.Food is not at all good.Chicken will burnt into BLACK cover while smoking.taste also not good.they not allowed to take at buffet.they will serve one by one immediately.ice cream also they will give 10/- simple one with vinella only.no softdrinks at all.Guys please dont waste ur money by spending here.even they charge SERVICE CHARGE ALSO....Only one point is good here that GOOD STAFF .

In one sentence, It's very bad. I came here with my team for lunch which was supposed to be a treat by few of us..and the experience was very bad.

Ambience: The ambience is nothing as it looks in the pictures. The rooftop is banned so we had to occupy the inside seating area. When we went the AC was not working and as there are no windows we were literally sweating. There is no proper lighting.

Food: We had opted for Buffet which we feel was a mistake. Do not opt for Buffet. Welcome drink was mere lime water with some blue coloring added. We had just 4 starters .. one type each of veg, chicken, paneer and mutton. In veg we had aloo tikki which was okay. Paneer was fine. Chicken and mutton was not at all good. For main course, we had plain rice, jeera rice, paneer gravy, fish gravy, chicken masala and daal makhani. So the choice was pretty limited and the non-veg items were very bad. The fish curry did not taste anything near to a fish curry. For dessert we had gulab jamun, vanilla ice cream and gajar halwa out of which the gulab jamun was good.

Service: Too slow. The starters are served on table and for 30 of us it was quite a waste of time.

All in all it was a bad experience and would not recommend any one to visit here unless they improve anything. It has a pretty good rating on Zomato and have mentioned rooftop ambience which were the two reasons we chose this place but we are highly disappointed by the service and food. Closed rooftop should be mentioned clearly on Zomato.

Mohan Sushantam
Go there for missi roti and sarso da saag. These two items are the winner by a distance.

Top that up with lassi which is good enough to satisfy at least two people with moderate appetite.

We keep ordering the saag and rotis at home as well. It’s a little oily but worth every penny. I bet even the non vegetarian items would rock.
Aarzoo Sabharwal
Visited this place for an occasional. . had asked them to decorate the table and organize cake ( for some charges) which was beautifully done .
Dal makhni :4.5/5
Naan : 4.5/5
Service :5/5
Pindi Channa : 4.5/5
gaiar ka halwa : 4/5
Ambience :5/5 ( got a table in the outs area , with candles and roses )
Must visit .. can go for birthday , anniversary :)
ProDeep Rajashekar
The restaurant seems to be not so well maintained. The view itself is not that good in roof top as most of it is abstracted with the tarpaulin that they have put. Once in a while you will get this bad smell as it’s close to the drainage. Tune quality of food is also not so great for the price. In total the experience was not that great.
Trivendra Singh
We chose Pindi rooftop for a Valentine's Day dinner. They were serving some fixed menu which we thoroughly enjoyed. It had a variety of starters main course and drinks to choose from. Food was amazing including both starters and main course. Service was understandably a tad bit slow since the place is absolutely packed.
We loved the rooftop ambience and it made our evening a special one. Special thanks to the courteous staff who was serving all the guests with a smile.
All in all a great experience.
Chhaya Pathania
We went there for valentine's dinner and the food was not that great, service was slow. The desert they served had a very hard brownie and it was not worth of spending so much money.
Ambience is not so great. And you can get this kind of food and ambience at any road side food outlet without taking a hole in your pocket.
Amit Aggarwal(myquest4food)
Location 3/5, Ambiance 3/5, Food 4/5, Service 3/5, Value for Money 4/5

We didnt want to sit on rooftop as it was a bit cold and chose their in door restaurant. Place is quite spacious with courteous staff.

We ordered mushroom soup, Tandoori chicken, Kadai paneer and roti. Soup and starter was amazing and kids ate it to the content of their heart. We instructed to keep spices in check which was duly followed. Main course was above average. But, I liked their choice of spices and ample open space which makes it quite kid friendly
Mrinali Shobhit
I really don’t want to waste my time detailing the bad experience we had. The food was really not good with over cooked in chewable chicken and real bad lassi, the mosquitoes were really not allowing us to sit and the staff was not very attentive too.
All in all the choice of going to this place was not a wise one. Will bot suggest you this place as this place serves really ordinary food with real slow service.
Sandhya RAVI
Very poor quality of food. People used to authentic Punjabi food are certainly in for a major disappointment! The dal makhani was bland and flavorless. Dal makhani which is supposed to have a smooth creqmy texture was nowhere close to smooth. Overall a disappointing experience for Punjabi food lovers!
Shashank Sisinthy
Doesn't have much of an ambience or a decor to boast. The Bhatt da murg was at its succulent best. We also ordered garlic / pudina naans and chicken rada which were all good. Serving staff was courteous and efficient.
Manas Goswami
Food was well cooked and our order was served pretty promptly. Had chicken biryani and a lasooni tikka, both of which I can definitely try again. For the ambience and location it's a bit on the expensive side. Overall, a good place to dine out but nothing extraordinary.
I had been wanting to try out the food at Pindi since long, having heard rave reviews about it from fellow foodies. The husband and I visited recently, to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and had a highly disappointing experience. :(

The place is pretty and does have a charming ambience, but on the Friday evening we visited, the atmosphere was akin to that of a bar. The whole place was smelling of booze, and a weekend party was in progress at the table next to us, quite raucous. The very dim lighting within made the place more bar-like. This definitely isn't the spot to have a quiet meal or a conversation, especially on a weekend evening.

We might have made do with the lack of quietude, too, had the food been as beautiful as we had expected it to. Sadly, though, it wasn't. We opted for an a la carte meal over the buffet, choosing Dahi Ke Kebab and Tandoori Mushroom from the appetisers, and Naan and Makhani Paneer Masala for the main course. Both starters were wayyyyyy too spicy, even when had with the mint-and-curd chutney served alongside. The naan was okay, but the Makhani Paneer Masala was, again, bad - it just had a whole lot of cream in it, and lacked any real taste. We were too disappointed to order any dessert.

The prices here are steep, and we ended up paying a bomb for a meal that we didn't enjoy, on a day that was special to us.

Service was prompt, and the staff was courteous and warm. No complaints on that front.

I'm not sure we'll be visiting here again. :(

[Reviews are totally based on ones’ perception; So, the climax only not story :) ]

Ambiance : 3.6
Food : 3.7
Service : 4.0

Some info about the Non-veg buffet I had :
Soup : Veg corn and chicken
Starters : Chicken, Mutton seek kabab, Fish fry.
Main : Daal makhani, paneer Kadhai, fish curry, chicken curry.
Desserts : Vanila ice cream, gulab jamun, gajar halwa and fruit salad.

Though cheap but lot of pros and cons . Please read below:

Word of advice :
Only chicken in starters is very good ! Mutton seek kabab doesn't taste good. And fish fry sucks, no spice not even salt.
Fish curry in main course is very tasty, kissed With coriander with tomato gravy!
Each dessert sucks! Plain vanilla, porridgy gulab jamun (reminded me of the ones I used to get in my college mess), average fruit salad, and not-so-special gajar halwa.

If you want to eat starters only, this place is not for you. Better go to Earth Plate. But for main course I really would recommend this place.

PS : I wanted to click photos, but it was day time and its ambiance is not that good.

Cheers !

I have been to this restaurant twice and the quality they maintained for buffet is top notch.

Even though my visit was a buffet lunch they delivered me on table with unbelievable quality.

I have only one concern with cleanly ness and smell.
Please try to maintain different tables for non alcohol guests.
Neha Shankar
Lip smacking sarson ka saag and maki ki roti. The veg platter was average since lemon salt dominated the taste of the kebab. Commendable Gajjar halwa and Gulaab jamoon.
Manvendra Jain
Nothing extraordinary. We tried veg starter, Dal Makhani and Jeera Rice. Even the quality of rice used was of sub standard. And Dal Makhani was just normal Ma ki daal with no richness. Only good thing I can say is service was quick and ambience is decent.
Amit
If you are a tandoor chicken fan.. this is the place for you.. their tondoori chicken is one of the best I had in Bangalore. Rooftop ambiance is good with a garden theme. Staff is very friendly and curteous..!! Would also recommend chilly fish, virgin mint lemonade here..! Have fun.!!
Ranveer Singh
Being from Delhi and being a big fan of butter chicken, we decided to give Pindi a try. Had heard a lot about them and it did not fail to impress..
It was nice and creamy and more importantly not sweet at all.. was perfect with garlic naans. Also for starters we tasted Bhatti chicken.. which had very distinct flavours.
All in all great experience. Not to forget it was served nice and hot by smiling waiters.
Will definitely be going back for more..
Ganesan Rajagopal
I don't know why this place gets so many positive reviews. We visited on a Sunday around 2 for lunch. The staff were friendly but the service was pretty bad. We had to ask three times for the welcome drink that comes with the buffet and since our young daughter wasn't going for the buffet, we had ordered a butter kulcha which the server himself asked whether it should be brought immediately but promptly forgot about it and it took multiple reminders to get it. Then we asked for a repeat of a starter and again it took several reminders to finally get it served. The place wasn't even packed, so the poor service was only because they were very disorganized.

On top of the poor service, they added a 7% service charge by default and the guy who presented the bill had the gall to ask me to add a tip for the credit card charge! May be he didn't expect me to see the service charge is already included.

The ambiance was okay. The food itself was nothing to write home about. I found the some of the starters too salty and others were okay. Nothing particularly impressive. Not going there again for sure.
Prerika Goyal
Would have given zero rating if had an option. Worst service ever!! Took really long time to serve the food. Rude behaviour of staff. And when asked to pack left over food, they packed it in tissue papers, which is highly unhygienic and unprofessional. Worst experience!! Wouldn't recommend !!

Good food and definitely a great location. Service was good . Had tandoori murg which was really very nice a must try here and the veg platter which was spicy and delicious at the same time .

Whenever you wish to sinfully indulge into punjabi food, this is my go to place. A little heavy in the pocket but they make it up with their food quality, taste and service.
What to eat there: Dal makhni, butter chicken, shahi paneer, rara mutton, any of the starters.
They have a perfectly spiced dal makhni which just melts in the mouth. The butter chicken too is real good - creamy, a tinge of sweet with a perfect amount of spices and roasted chicken.
I have tried 3 starters - chicken tikka, paneer tikka and dahi ke kabab and all of them were good.
Naan and tandoori roti are perfectly baked to a crispiness that goes real well with the gravies. But word of caution if you are ordering a home delivery do not order naan or tandoori roti, those breads dont travel well. You can order a laccha paratha or a plain paratha.
The restaurant has 2 kinds of seating arrangements- indoors and terrace. The terrace seating is really good if the weather is not hot.

Tried this place on Sunday night. Got a table at the rooftop.. it was quite crowded and the ambience was amazing. They have little lights everywhere and hanging bulbs.. Bar is also available sober could opt for a couple of drinks, which complimented the Bangalore weather perfectly. In food we tried the Bhatti chicken which was amazing along with Galauti kebab, which was soft mutton kebab and melted in our mouth. We also had Paneer lababdar in gravy along with garlic naans. All of which was very good.
Service was good and staff was attentive. Enjoyed the evening..

Worst food quality. I ordered chicken biryani which got delivered after one n half hour n that too with pathetic packing all food leaking outside. I opened n there was bad smell from the biryani. I ate two spoons n tasted chicken felt omitting. I doubt whether it was chicken or soon different meat. Very low quality n worst biryani I ever had. Entire money was wasted. I couldn't eat even 10spoons of it n threw away. I guess they parcelled it from some street joint?or they are having some serious quality issue.....

This review comes in after having ordered from this place quite a few times - that is whenever we are in the mood for some quality North Indian food. Have tried their chicken tikka, paneer tikka, Veg galouti kebab, lasooni tikka, kakori kebab, butter chicken and various naans. So far, the experience has been pleasant. Will definitely recommend this to all.

I plan to visit the outlet soon and update the dine-in experience too.

Food was amazing, very delicious.
Ambiance was really nice.
Service was not upto the mark, waiters were always in a hurry to take away dishes, menu etc.
They had some controversy in the billing system.

Went to Pindi rooftop to celebrate New Years and what a nice choice it was. The place was absolutely buzzing and thankfully we had booked a table.
The place was beautifully decorated with free lights and plants every where. They even put a candlelight on our table at our request.
Great food and excellent service. There was a limited menu but everything we had was fantastic.
Really had a wholesome experience. Loved it !!

Shit place. They don't know to prepare biryani, tastes like some raw vegetables and chicken salad. Galauti kabab, was bad, tasteless. Never come to this place awkwardly you will have to encounter the chef for a horrible taste.

Awesome service, good ambience.. perfect place to take your better half to have a perfect date experience.. rooftop experience is also nice..

I have come here several times in past few months. I think it offers the best north Indian food in HSR layout. The staff is very courteous and the service is quick. It has this chic little rooftop with a lot of plants and fancy lights. Although in a modest building, ambience wise it gets full marks, imo. There is a good variety of food to choose from. Never had a drink here, but they have standard drinks I think. The place gets a bit crowded over the weekend but till the groups of 4, one can get a table easily. Only issue is the drain smell that one has to bear while parking the car, else it is perfect.

One of the best places to be around that area.
A lovely menu consisting of great starters and nice chicken dishes.
Lovely decor with nice ambience!
Really nice place to hangout with friends!

Perfect ambience and amazing Food:)
Loved it.
Would really wanna go again.
Also the decor catches the eye.
The butter chicken is perhaps their best.

Having moved recently to HSR, I was told about this restaurant from my friends who had a birthday party at Pindi.
Going on recommendations I hosted daughters first birthday over the weekend. The best part was that we could customise the Buffet in the budget that we had. The staff was very helpful and cooperative.
Coming to the food. All my guests enjoyed the typical North Indian fare we had opted for, which included Tandoori chicken, Butter chicken, Dal makhani etc.
Overall a great place to have private parties as they have the option of 3rd floor or rooftop.

They serve buffet on table at once served in a big plate. Bad decision to take my friends for a buffet lunch over here.

Ambience - 1/5
Food - 3/5
Service - 2/5

This is an amazing place to dine, with a wonderful ambience and decor. The food is absolutely brilliant, perhaps one of the best north indian restaurants I've come across. Their butter chicken is my personal favorite. Great place to be!

Cannot rate less than this also for the Gulam Jamun which are amazing ❤️
Very deceptive pictures and reviews

So u get out of the car and u realise what a mistake this is because the building seems to be an old government offc building 🙄

So they have two sitting areas at 3rd Floor and then at 5th Floor (Roof Top)

The 3rd Floor area was stinking the second u enter and thus we opt for roof top.

Nothing great in ambience.

The restrooms are so dirty that u rather not use them.

Coming to food and service
We ordered starters and drinks
Starters were cold and not great when asked why those are cold the staff informed as food comes from 3rd Floor it gets cold by the time it comes.
Same with main course the gravy was so bad that we ate just for the sake of not wasting food.

Lime water is something no one can screw up but that was tooo pathetic.

The glasses were sticky to hold as all the drink has spilled probably bcoz they were bringing everything from 3rd Floor.

Also they kept consolidating the orders so that they have to make less trips to the kitchen thus increasing the wait time.

Not at all recommended. The whole experience is very bad.

Though u can visit the place for gulan jamuns as those were amazing😊

Please improve everything possible.

Visited a while back with friends. We ordered paneer Tikka, veg kabab, kadai paneer and Overall food was tasty and better than other restaurants in the vicinity. Prompt service and nice ambience too.

Had one of the best Galauti kebabs and Soya Champ in Bangalore at this hide away right next to the outer ring road. The rooftop ambience was perfect to enjoy Cocktails, Mocktails and food. The Lababdar dishes were sumptuous too, we enjoyed the main course with Garlic Naan.
Overall a fantastic experience and a great service too..
PS- they also have an indoor floor for the Lunch Buffet , which I found out is priced quite economically. Will surely be back with my team to try it out.

Visited this place looking forward to an authentic Punjabi cuisine.
The place, being really well set up except for that it was too dark inside.
We started off with a Virgin Mojito which was nothing less than a lemon juice. Not recommended.
We ordered Bhatti da murgh, which was medium spicy and would be good for people who like it light on spice.
We then ordered the Murgh Biryani, which wasn't all that great, for it was a Tawa Biryani and not a Dum Biryani.
3 items, and the cost came upto over 1200.
Definitely not worth the money you would want to spend here if you're on an empty stomach looking for a stomach filling lunch.
Tried 4 of their drinks, starter and main course. Apart from main course which was ok everything else was not. There were mosquitoes in restaurant and they did not have any coils so make sure to wear full pants. I went there because of zomato rating but everything about restaurant was very disappointing.

Very good ambience and same like food and service, food was good and service staff also friendly , But I think they need to improve on hospitality....

Superb place.Thoroughly enjoyed with my team.We opted for the unlimited drinks package with food on the rooftop on sunday evening. The vibe of the place was excellent as so was the service. The best part was that the staff was helpful enough to let us customize our menu according to our team budget which gave us a nice varity of starters and Main course..

A lazy mind's craving for a sumptuous buffet spread landed us up in Pindi. The ambience, food and its variety were average. Food-wise, I relished a particular paneer starter, apart from which, everything else were pretty much standard.
Overall, their service stood out among all other factors. Though we opted for buffet, from starters till desserts, everything was served on the table which made it hassle free.

Went on Sunday night with my family. Had to wait for 30 mins on the rooftop before getting a table . But the goodness totally worth the wait . Will recommend Bhatti ka murg for nonveg and Dahi ke kabab for vegetarians. Paneer lababdar was delightful too . Great service and ambience to top it off .
Must visit .

Over ratted place.. food was tasteless and quite expensive.. went there after seeing rating on zomato, but couldn't find anything good in food both veg and non veg.

Went for Saturday lunch for Buffet with my friends.Tucked in a service lane adjacent to ring road.the food was great.ambience is very nice and attractive...

The food was not at all good.
Ambience was ok
Staff not so cooperative. I wanted to talk to the manager about the food. Couldn't find him anywhere
We had veg buffet. Spread is good considering the price..1 mocktail (fixed it seems), 4 starters, one soup, salad, assorted breads etc. Taste was above average, I would say...not really authentic. Ambience is good. Service was pretty slow and hence, disappointing.

We had a lot of expectations from this place. It is well rated. After reading the reviews and seeing the pictures on zomato, we decided to try it out. But our experience was very different. The food is bad. Period. The starters were very dry. We ordered butter chicken and it turned out to be a major let down. The worst butter chicken I've ever had in my life! It was tasteless and pathetic. The main course too was highly disappointing. The food was tasteless and pretty expensive. Sheer waste of money. Please avoid this place.

Went for Sunday lunch for Buffet with my family of four. Really enjoyed the spread and was easy on the pocket too. They offered us a variety of starters and some of their specialities in Main course. All food including desserts were spot on.Only issue was that it was not available on the rooftop as it was booked for a private party. Will surely be back as we were served well.....
Praveen Kashyap
The experience was not as per our expectations at all. One if the recommended dishes Butter Chicken instead of being anywhere near to good was absolutely pathetic. In fact one if the worst butter chicken ever had. Tandoori chicken was completely dry and the main course just failed to leave any mark. We were hopeful of having some dhaba style food but were left utterly disappointed.

Nice quite place in HSR. Tried this place after searching in Zomato. Had Bhatti ka murgh Shahi paneer garlic naan .. chicken starter was amazing. Shahi paneer was brilliant.
Over all food was worth the money.
Coming to ambience it's a nicely lit place . Being a rooftop restaurant has its perks. Courteous staff also.
Not going by ambience as usual because food is the priority for me. Tucked in a service lane adjacent to ring road, this Punjabesque (At least by name and music played) did not disappoint me with the food. We have ordered butter naan, lal maans, chicken rabda and some paneer dish.. Every dish was delicious and well cooked. Especially the lal maans flavors were something I never had before. We couldn't go to the roof top as a birthday party was going on. Third floor was not bad but not a great setup. But again, the food was very tasty. Worth trying!!

Not at all a good place, photos do not match the actual ambience.the good reviews might be old.
The food is very pathetic, the starters were very spicy , so we asked to make main course less spicy and guess what there was nothing in the main course except salt.no flavor in the food.
mosquitoes will be biting you in the name of ambience.
there was not at all a single dish which was average all below it, worst restaurant ever visited.
Please try to avoid it.

Ambience: 3/5
Service: 3/5
Food: 1/5

Food was not what we expected. Butter chicken was really bad. Service is okay, not really good. Overall, not a good experience.

Visited first time. Looking at the entrance I was a bit skeptical but it turned out to be a great place. We sat in the rooftop dining area. Liked the ambience. We ordered tomato shorba, hariyali shorba, dahi ke kebab, bharwan aaloo and malai paneer for starters. Shorba was good, paneer and aaloo were average but dahi ke kebab was excellent. For main course we ordered paneer makhni, daal makhni and breads. Paneer makhni was very good and breads were really well done.
Overall, we were quite happy with the food and service. Will go back again.

Ambience - 4/5
Food - 4/5
Service- 4/5

The best place I've ever been to in Bangalore (for food).

Being a north Indian, I loved the place. Everything I ordered was perfect.

The food was great, the service was great, the place was great, the prices were great.

There isn't a single thing that I disliked about the place.

A must visit, and for me it is an "ADDA" now.

And yes, they have the best soya chaap in Bangalore

Roof top restaurant serving good food and having friendly staff a good place to take your family this weather. We tried their north India dishes which was decent just that they could be served little hot

We were expecting the long wait time but we were wrong, we managed to get table for five people.

We tried their special butter chicken, Dal Makhani, Kashmiri Kabab, Mutton Seekh Kebab and in the dessert we ordered Kulfi Faluda. Service was satisfactory and Prices are shocking it won’t hole in someone pocket.
