We stayed here for the New Years. Kids and adults enjoyed the place. The staff took care of our needs and made sure we had a good time.
The resort, tents, game area and the garden is maintained very well. It was a great start to 2024. Gala dinner and music was grt. We played lots of outdoor and board games.
The staff at Olde Bangalore Resort deserves special recognition for their exceptional service. Every member of the team was welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. Whether it was arranging for my transport, assisting with my luggage, or providing recommendations for nearby attractions, their professionalism and warmth were truly commendable.
The accommodations at the resort were equally impressive. I stayed in a spacious and well-appointed cottage that was tastefully decorated and equipped with all the modern amenities one could desire. The attention to detail in the room's design, along with the comfortable furnishings, made me feel right at home. Additionally, the cleanliness and upkeep of the entire resort were impeccable.

Buffet dinner is with limited choice but of good quality. Breakfast spread was good.
We had booked 3 luxury tents. However, toiletries provided in each tents was different. Like one was provided with toothbrush etc not the other two. But since we stayed for only one night it dint impact us.
It's a nice resort nestled in a quiet village near the Bangalore airport, Stone Hill School, Padukone Academy. It has got all you can look forward to for a nice family or with a friends outing. If you are looking for an intimate wedding ceremony also, this place would be ideal. The food is excellent, service superb. There is a lot of greenery around. The accommodation is in a twin, three or four sharing tent accommodation with all modern amenities (A/C, Heater, clean wash rooms, clean linen etc.) Though it's a tent , it's fully secured just like a room in a hotel. They have a pool and pool side restaurant. Apart from this they have party halls , restaurants built in Kerala style buildings with a courtyard and all.
We visited this resort just for Dinner. Loved the ambience , the food was prepared from their vegetable produce so it tasted fresh and yummy. Very courteous staff with quick service. I would definitely visit again .
While the concept of going back to the days of yore is great, the discomfort not having air conditioning can be a deal breaker for most.
Food on the other hand is great, those chicken sausages are something else!
Would highly recommend the place for those who do not need modern conveniences, the camping ground facility is definitely 👌
If you want to get away from it all and revisit the past this place is it!
The staff are 5 star...very warm, helpful, attentive, ever smiling and ready to helpout. The resort is well kept even though it is quite old, so that is impressive. Its kept sparkingly clean and organised. The brick facade and simple interiors adds to the charm. The food is very regular, so a 2.5 star for that. There is an opportunity to go to the neighborhood Ayurveda setup for an authentic Kerala massage...which is excellent. Overall a nice quiet time spent.

I conducted an experiencial leadership workshop at Olde recently and i was reminded of how awesome the Olde team is. It was a very busy day for them with a marriage and about 200guests but we got such good service that I was amazed They worked with us till late night and from early morning to set up the gear for our program in their cricket ground. The food at Olde is delicious and everything is made inhouse even their muffins breads sweets etc. Their eco-friendliness is evident from their building, their rooms and their methods. Close to Bangalore airport, it's location is convenient especially when we have outstation participants. I greatly recommend this place for events.
We stayed in suite tent facing garden.
They have maintained the old charm with some additions. If you want to experience to stay in a tent with all other amenities, then this is the place. Staff were courteous, greenery was eye soothing. It's close to the airport and you can go out to eat. Over all a nice stay
Olde Bangalore is a nice and quiet resort which is on the outskirts of Bangalore. This is off Bellary road before the airport toll booth.
We booked tented accomodation which was air-conditioned. It was spacious n had a sitout. The TV was old , however there was cable network available.
The breakfast buffet was very good. Had dinner as well which was a-la-carte. The food was good, however service was slow.
The property has a large swimming pool n several indoor games - TT, Badminton, Pool, Carrom etc. There is sufficient place to walk around - inside the property and the adjoining gated layout.
All in all, a good weekend getaway.
