Review Bierre Republic - Bengaluru

Kaizen
One of the few good microbreweries in blore. Not much in the way of selection but what they what they offer is pretty decent. Food is above average. Staff is courteous and pleasant. They lack activities and games but they've got a projector and a big screen and play mostly pop music videos, good for match days though. They have a few "rocker table-chairs" which are pretty popular with visiting patrons (esp. Couples) and serve beer in "shoeglasses". A major "con" is the horrendous traffic jam you will be stuck trying in to get there!

The ambience at the place is amazing and being at the rooftop feels even better. Wheat beer is a must try and so is their Sangria.

Love this place. Great crowd. Serves hookah. I have a special liking to the wheat beer and their boot shaped glasses.

Visited this place yesterday for dinner.....really loved the ambience .....the seating arrangement was very unique and the bar counter was really interesting with the wooden models of planes ...ships ...and cars.....the menu is quite extensive.....lot of items ranging from veg to non veg ..north cuisine to south cuisine .....wines to cocktails....to desserts....huge menu . We first ordered a beer tower......and some French fries with a cheese dip ....then we ordered a non veg chicken platter ...a pizza and some nachos and some lamb burgers . The French fries were really good ....not oily and crispy and not too salty and with the dip they tasted really good... The beer was really chilled and tasty ......really loved the beer .....I recommend this place for all beer lovers . The non veg chicken platter was just amazing....with 3 varieties of chicken ...kalmi kebab type ....chilly chicken type ....and a sort of sweet spicy chicken .....The chicken was well cooked...spicy and really tasty . The nachos was another amazing dish .....filled with toppings to the top ....really loved the burst of flavours as you munch it through in your mouth ......there is so many flavours in it ... We ordered a veg pizza .......The pizza was quite huge....not the best pizza I have eaten compared to some pizzeria places but definitely in my A list .......the crust was crisp .....the toppings was tasty...overall a really stomach filling satisfying pizza . Unfortunately I couldn't taste the lamb burgers but will definitely update this review again Service was good enough ....they took our orders and we got them in a decent time . Prices are quite affordable given the fact that's it's a restaurant on church street. Only negative part I felt was the charge on water bottle....it was insane 100 bucks for a 20 buck water bottle....when your paying 1000'S of rupees on one dish the least you can do is keep a water for the price it is.....and the second negative thing is the menu .....when you have such an extensive menu for food your bound to screw it up somewhere ......fortunately I didn't face a bad dish but I am sure it is there somewhere in that huge menu ... Other than that really good restaurant....must visit for beer and non veg lovers .

First of all, I loved the decor! It is kinda cute! Secondly the service is real fast! Coming to the good, well paneer in starters was yummy; garlic bread was good but country pizza was quite average! Juice, beer, virgin mojito n mango drink: all were good! Music was good and the breeze makes it an awesome place to be with your loved ones or friends!

More than anything I loved they way I was served. Never got a chance to ask the waiter name but he was awesome. He loved his job. Other that that this place is as awesome as it gets. Beer, food and hooka, best combination.

Excellent service. Great live music. The beer is locally brewed and has a great flavour to it. The seating arrangement is comfortable and so are the restrooms.

Located at the roof top. It's a huge place with a great environment. Lots of seating options. The crafted beer over here is amazing. It's a bit expensive but worth the place and food.
