Very nice place with great options to choose from. The mixfruits as well as the sitaphal in coldstone tastes great and we all loved it. Must try place, especially to those living in and around HSR area. Ambience and seating is not that great, and there's room for improvement.

I was looking for late night places to hangout with my friends and I found this. Yes this ice cream shop opens till 3am. They have decent varieties of shakes, ice cream and sundaes. They also have seasonal ice creams for fruit lovers. We tried strawberry creamy ice cream and basket sundae (forgot the name from the menu but I think it was Death by Chocolate). Both were good taste wise. The sitting area is not that big but can accommodate 40-50 people as they have 8-9 tables.

A friend of mine had sent the Nutella crunchy jar from here. The packaging was good but the icecream got melted a bit. The taste was nice and it had chocolate fudge icecream stacked on brownies along with some Nutella and crunchies.

It’s a live ice cream counter, and you can get a look at the makings. I feel the sweetness can be controlled. It was a bit sweeter than in general.

Tried 5 different ice creams here. All of them superb. The flavour were delicious and the way it was prepared added to the taste. Service was fast and the ambience here is decent. More of family vibes than romantic ones. So careful while preparing your dates here :P PS: Tiramasu here is slightly more strong than you would expect. Willy wonka is the most popular and it was yummy.

I love the place and I order my icecream always here. But today to my suprise there was dry ice in the parcel box! My little sister thought it was normal ice and touched it with her bare hands and burnt her hand! You guys should be careful with this stuff. Kids especially get excited with ice cream and are the first one to touch. My recommendation is not to use dry ice. And if using, please inform the customers not to touch it with their bare hands. Rating 3* only for this reason. Otherwise the place is really cool and serve best ice creams.

Even though the ice cream quality is good, the service standards of the HSR Layout outlet is sub standard. First of all the staff is not able to communicate in English or Hindi. The most bizarre thing is that they don't keep free water. One has to always buy the water bottles even though according to Indian Sarais Act, 1867 any individual can ask for water free of charge from any hotel at any time for themselves. When I confronted them about this act, they rudely asked me to call their manager Mr. Monu Yadav who was least concerned about any customer issues. Really disappointed with this behaviour.

So my quest for icecream brought me to this place. It's a great thing that you've got to place your own order at the counter and pay for it up-front and the service is quick. I've been waiting to try 'Jacky Jackfruit', for a while now and lo behold they had it here. The ice cream was good the topping of Jackfruit was ok .. it was a little sour to taste - soo eh! The waffle cones were burnt at the edges and that's probably because it was thin? But burnt cones is not good. The seating was ok ..

Ordered for a regular and a large Ferrero icecream.... They sent 2 small sized cups, with liquid cold chocolate cream in them, with a FR ball in each. It was old stock, I a 100% confident. As it was totally melted by the time it was delivered and both were small cups. In short, I lost my money, they got rid of old stock and then they weren’t reachable for a long time. Even Zomato tried connecting with them, but they kept cutting the calls. Horrible service Cream Stone....

Cream Stone: Even flies can't stay away from it. The hygiene standards at this outlet of Cream Stone are poor, and I was surprised as to how other people were sitting casually and having their ice creams. You can see the flies sitting on the picture of the menu I have attached. Plus, the counter is full of delivery pick-up boys, which does not leave any room for a walk-in customer to place an order.

We can't doubt with ice cream taste of cream n stone, its my favorite when it comes to midnight carvings. I am giving 3 stars to this outlet because of hygiene reasons. The entrance was very slippery with water overflowing. Visitors were entering with wet foots which lead it to very uncleaned entrance with lots of footprints. We ordered chocolate brownie ice cream in cone which was superb. The place was quite crowdy then also service was very fast.

Cream Stone serves perhaps one of the best icecreams in Bangalore. We were here after our lunch for some desert. Earlier my cousin brought some icecreams from this place at my home and I became a fan of cream stone. This time we were at the store to try some more icecreams. No doubt we loved the desserts once again but the management was really poor. It was hot inside and when I asked the staff to switch on the AC, he switched on the cooler. Management needs some improvement.

I ordered a "Brownie Break Big" and a "Chocoholics" and I received a small cup containing single scoop for both respectively without the wafer as depicted in the pictures. I do not consider it worth the money paid for both the ice creams and it was a totally disappointing experience for me. 😒 At least mention the details about the quantity - single/double scoop and provide the details about the contents - with wafer/without wafer, that you are going to deliver. People are not here to pay ~150 bucks for a USUAL single scoop ice cream, at least I am not. 😑

Located on the main HSR signal, u can't miss this place. It's a big outlet of Cream and Stone. Can park easily on the road itself and go enjoy ur dessert. On a hot afternoon,while looking for something cold, we ended up here. Our usual at Cream and Stone is Willy Wonka, but here we tried Chocoholics. It's dark Chocolate Icecream with a few Chocolate Bars, fudge, ChocoChips, Cashews. It was good, but not as good as Willy Wonka. Nevertheless the service here was quick. Outlet is well maintained. Staff was friendly. There are a lot of dessert places in HSR, Cream n Stone stands out for it's competitive prices.

Clearly I am not a fan of stone ice cream concept and one experience and my belief has become more firm. Its located on the main road so easy to locate. Ambience: Spacious, clean and well maintained. Had their famous Naughty Nutella and was disappointed, specially for the cost I paid. Couldn't taste Nutella or anything. M clearly not a stone ice cream person. Visited on a Sunday evening, as I was craving for some ice creams. The place is nice, though they could keep few more seating space. Coming to the ice cream, ordered for a willy wonka. It is a chocolate ice cream with choco chips and brownie. They had nicely mixed the ingredients and presented on top of a crispy wafer. The ice cream was creamy and simply delicious. Though, I felt, for the price they are charging, the quantity is really less and some other places available nearby provide equal delicious stuffs at lesser price.

Tried Alphonso mango flavor which is a season fruit and the taste was yummy. It is open till late night and a very good option for dessert post dinner :)

I have been to other branches of this dessert parlour But Hsr one disappointed me may be because of the staff We ordered my favourite here exotica which was amazing a blend of fruits in ice cream served in stones style Second was the brownie bubble where in heated up the brownie so much that it burnt and tastes bitter also when we said he didn’t believe it so we had to show that on pressing also brownie doesn’t break!!

Lovely place and best quality ice cream. The creamy texture makes it so much more better than others. We ordered gauva ice cream which had little chatpata flavour to it, fruit exotica with little slices of pineapple in it and hot chocolate fudge. Really worth the buck.

I used to pass by this ice cream parlor very often and wanted to explore it. They are a very cutely set up ice cream restaurant in HSR layout. They have some amazing stoned ice cream. their toppings look really great, their ice cream is really fresh and waffle cone is something to look out for.

Ordered online from here. The item ordered nowhere was related to the actual item received. The price charged was so exorbitant that you would expect a decent sized 2 scoops.But instead received a single small scoop. Even the 'hot fudge sauce' was missing. Looks like these guys are cheating people ordering online. I would recommend that if you are planning to order online from this place then better go there and have or get it packed.
