Review Tunday Kababi - Bengaluru

Mohammed Javed
Luckhnow street - serves the famous lucknowi tunday kebab in bengaluru. I ordered their mutton tunday kebab, chicken boti kebab semi gravy, tunday roti & awadhi kheer. Coming to food, i liked roti & boti kebab gravy combo. It was like homemade. The tunday kebab was not like what i had in lucknow. It was bit different! The service was good. The kheer was average. I missed the biryani. Overall - good place to try awadhi cuisine.
Sameesh K (Sammy)
The galouti kebab were not hot and was a little bitter in taste. Don't recommend the biriyani. The malai tikka was juicy and soft with a tinge of mustard oil which adds its own fragrance to the dish.

I went to this restaurant to relive my experience I had with authentic Tunday Kababi restaurant in Lucknow, UP. It lived to the expectation. Kebab, Roti and Lucknowi biryani are great. Mind you there is no reserved parking belonging to this restaurant.
Rehan Akhtar
Food is awesome and reminds of Lucknow food. Must visit if you want to taste flavor from North.
MANOJ PRASATH
I tried Mutton briyani and BBQ roast chicken the taste of the briyani and the way the mutton cooked is perfect . Service is very good the quantity and quality of the food 👌
Praveen Gupta
It’s good place to taste the Lucknowi kabab and crispy paratha with juicy Nihari. If you want the different taste of North in simplicity it’s correct place for non-vegetarian food.
Udayan
Great place to have Tunday Kabab, you won’t be getting the Original Authentic taste of Lucknow but still, in Bangalore, it’s one of the best. The location is in the middle of Koramangala, a great location. The price is slightly costly, but overall a good place to try if you haven’t tried Tunday Kabab yet. TIP: Try Tunday Kabab with Parantha with some sliced onions and cucumbers dipped with the green chutney they serve, you won’t regret it.
Tushar Shukla
Been going here from years. The Tunday mutton kababs with ulta tawa paratha and rumali is classic. Biryani is also nice, mild and aromatic. The ambiance is decent with good service. Also try the lemon soda!
Shouvik Bhuiyan
I have never tried authentic awadhi cuisine so not the best judge for authenticity but food taste was good. Service seemed a bit slow but on their defence we went in peak dining hours. Best way to reach the restaurant is by walking, parking can be an issue in peak hours.

It's a must visit restaurant. We tried Lucknow's most popular galouti kabab with mughlai Paratha and it was as authentic as we had in Lucknow. Mutton seekh kabab is also a must-have👍 Avadhi kheer(phirni) was also good in taste.
Keith Simlai
spoiling the tunday name, in a hurry to shut, terrible food, not like lucknow at all. even the menu here is differently priced.
Pankaj Wasanwal
They had a mixed meat of goat and sheep which completely spoiled the taste for us. The chicken seekh kabab were dipped in egg wash and extremely dry and we left food as is as the taste was not at all comparable to the original.
Ghanshyam Verma
I have been to the place multiple times. It's definitely lost on food experience.
We went there last evening, ordered usual tunday kabab, tundey paratha, biryani.
Kababs didn't had familiar buttery richness in taste this time.
Himanshi Thakur
Had the worst experience. Found strands of hair in their galouti kabab. The staff weren't even courteous enough to apologise. They simply took our food and handed over the bill. please shut the place down. not like you're serving great food anyway. atleast save the legacy of tunday. extremely disappointed. never going back
Anupa Saxena
I have tried many dishes here, but the taste is not good. It was a huge disappointment.
Anshul
I really don't believe its tunday kababi franchise. The kind of food served is not even 10% of the actual mughlai food served in lucknow. Mutton boti kebab were few pieces of mutton in a water like rasam yuckkk. Chicken korma was also like rasam, it felt really disappointing. I went all the way from my hotel near bangalore airport for this and the food was even wose than a local food joint. I would suggest the owner to go to Lucknow and just try out the food himself. These kind of franchise brings down the name.
Yogita
Small little place with mouth melting kebabs.
We were full from a big lunch, but could not give this a miss and glad we did not.
The most yummiest part of the meal was the finale, the phirni, the most tastiest i have had do not give it a miss, we almost did, but thank god, our friend pushed us a little to get it and vola it was lip smacking!
Rishabh Nayyar
Everything was fine but the taste was not upto the mark of awadhi style in a little bit sour taste was there in the chicken and kababs which was telling that the food is frozen
Aparna K
Decent tunday kabab & roasted / grilled chicken. Not really a place you’d want to dine in at, but call for delivery.

While we went to try this place for the first time, we wondered why the place is so empty, whereas the rest of the restaurant were so full.. even though we decided to sit and try their menu.. the first impression with the menu itself is quite limiting .. we ordered Mutton Galouti Kebab and Mutton Boti Kebab.. to our surprise Galouti kebab was excellent, however the Mutton Boti wasn’t great .. in fact the piece of mutton were quite disappointing.. we then ordered Mughlai Tundey Parathe.. which turned up just so so.. then we thought of trying Mutton Seekh Kebab and Mutton Biriyani.. both were awfully horrible.. we left it without eating.. the guy did understand after a long discussion that this isn’t the quality of the kebabs they can serve.. We left disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone..

Not a family place
Kajuri Saha
Smelly place... They need to put Atleast some room freshener.. The chicken korma was not good.. The chutney with kabeb was runny like water. Ambience needs to be improved. A
sticky place

Epitome of mismanagement, no quality control. Eating here is like visiting a different restaurant everytime. Food never tastes the same, leave alone the 'Tunday' taste.

Utterly careless staff. Complained about the food, the reply was a mere sholder shrug like 'Its you who came to us, we don't care'.

People appreciate the taste thinking it is the original Lucknow's Tunday, but they haven't had the actual Tunday. No fault of theirs.
Both Koramangala and Indira Nagar outlets are exploiting the Name, that's it

Guilty I am of repeatedly ordering from here to satisfy my hometown cravings.
Anusha
Awesome food.. For someone who wanna enjoy some great food, kebabs & flavourful biryani to be precise, this place is a perfect choice. We tried out Katti kebab and the meat was soo soft and yumm.. Ambience may not be the best but the food here is a reason good enough to try out this place.. Cheers!!
Bhaskii
Can there be a better kebab then this one. I doubt. Mouth watering, melts in a giffy and great kheer. Scores all the points for both the outlets in Bangalore.
Ankur Shrivastava
Being such a big franchise, they should focus on their food quality.
Tunday Kabab in lucknow is famous for its Mutton galawti kabab and Mutton seekh kabab and this place ruined it for me.
It was not even close to what the real Lucknowi Tunday kababs tastes like.
Also, the rumali roti was prepared by an amateur chef that tasted absolutely uncooked and bland.
Much improvement required in terms of quality of the food. Those who have had real Tunday kababs before would not like it here.
Jobi
Only mutton Sheekh kabab tastes good, everything else tastes bland
Sudhir Kiran
Locating the place is easy. No dedicated parking in Indira nagar that is not a big deal.

What's good
Simple menu & economical prices.

How's Food
Very good. Easily the best Galauti kebab outside Lucknow. Flavorful and actually so soft that one need not chew. Nihari is good. Paratha is both crispy and soft. Overall very satisfying. Have to visit once again for biriyani.
Somebody who don't like their food too soft can miss Galauti kebab a miss.

What's not so good - Nothing noteworthy.

Bottom Line- Good Food. Economical Prices.
Pawan Raju
The chicken biriyani is fine but their signature dish 'Mutton Tunday Kabab' had a horrible taste. It was sour and had'nt been fried properly.
Aslam Mohammed
I tried mutton Biryani, which i must say was the worst Biryani i have eaten in my entire life, the biryani was cooked with normal rice and not basmati and was filled with cardamom, and in the name of mutton they are giving two very small pieces with bone which i think is daylight robbery. They are charging exorbitant prices but the quantity is extremely low. In the name of mutton Biryani these people are fooling customers by selling ordinary rice cooked with lots of cardamom. I wanted to try their kababs but after this horrible experience i changed my mind.

My sincere advise to all is not to try mutton Biryani here
Viswajith Viswanathan
Is this kabab? It's some uncooked paste that's charred only on the surface. Too salty and oily. How can someone eat this crap?? I can't believe that this is the most famous kabab in Lucknow. They must be looting customers with their brand name. Pathetic!
Smitha Smithi
Had ordered a kabab and BBQ chicken ,unfortunately both tasted the same .
Too much of salt in both and not very appetizing.
Definitely not again, not sure about their Biryani though.
Animesh Saraswat
Don't go here for ambiance or fun, but for food. The best Mutton Galauti Kabab and Tunday Parantha. Rest of the items in the menu aren't that good but then again its is famous for the authentic Lucknowi Kabab Paranthe and they are delicious here.
Shantanu Kar
I have ordered Mutton Biryani through Zomato. Mutton Biryani's taste was true north Indian. The food packing was very nice. It had good quantity of rice and salads but mutton pieces were very small. The taste, quality, aroma etc were awesome. I would recommend this restaurant for all the Bengali and north Indian people.
Amit Mukherjee
True luckhnawi taste, if you are a north indian and love non veg food, should try this place atleast once. They are a very famous chain of Lucknow and gladly they have still maintained the taste. Mutton galauti kebab and mutton korma are recommended here with paratha, rest other items are also good. Pocket friendly as compared to other outlets in Indiranagar.. ambience ok, yeah servive is slow need to improve on that.
Ashish Verma
Situated in the main location of Indiranagar. Been there on the Sunday Afternoon. Only one table was occupied at that time. Ambience was good and the place was nice and tidy. Ordered Chicken Korma, Rumali Roti and a Chicken Biryani. Taste was good and the quantity was sufficient for 2 people.
The best part was their service. Staff was polite and quick to the service. After billing, we ordered one mineral bottle. Since we were highly involved in chatting to each other we forgot to take the change and moved out. But the waiter came outside and handed over the change to us.
Ambience - 4/5
Food - 4/5
Service - 5/5

The big surprises in life comes is little package. This place was in the midst of the very popular area of Indirinagar. After spending some ridiculously amount of money on a famous pub joint and being utterly disappointed with the outcome in terms of quality n quantity we decided to dine some place elSe. And just about after walking for another block we found this amazing place. Its heavenly for authentic mughal/tandoor lovers. Lookwise u may not get a vibe but a definite must for all kebab n biryani lovers. We had ordered Lucknow galouti kebab, chicken boti kebab ,mutton biryani and phirni. All the items were exceptional especially the biriyani. I have tasted such brilliant amalgamation of kebab n biryani and phirni at Bangalore. All the dishes had the ideal level of spices n masala. The meat was also quite tender and properly cooked. Great job guys.
Sumant Bhattacharya
Any place that claims an awadh culinary lineage and yet serves lamb, not goat, as mutton, deserves no sympathy - let alone words of praise. I ordered nihari and got lamb. Think about it again - lamb in mutton nihari. Criminal. Unforgivable.
Snehajit Das
got wrong food
Sandeep Bhattacharjee
After having the famous Lucknow galowti kebab Wanted to taste the same in Bangalore . Although not like the Lucknow ones but It was not bad. The Biriyani both mutton and chicken were really nice..
Somnath Singh
A great place to have authentic Lucknowee Biryani . The experience would be a memorable one with aromatic gently cooked fine Basmati biryani with lofty , tender and fresh goat meat . The overall taste is mild , soft on your stomach and apetizing . Try once ... I bet you visit again .
Sunny V
Visit this joint for its food and not the ambiance. On going through the reviews ordered for the 2 most talked about dishes Galauti Kabab and Chicken Biryani
1. The most succelent Kababs i have had - they just melt and taste pure heaven. This is a MUST HAVE.
2. Chicken Biryani - contrary to the reviews here i found the Biryani extremely dry. Dint like it one bit.

Had a mixed experience but will def visit them again for the Kababs.

Palvinder Singh
Visited this place tried out MUTTON TUNDAY KEBAB (Too much spice flavour not good), CHICKEN BIRYANI and, CHICKEN KORMA ( Bland), TUNDAY PARATHA ( GOOD). Ambience ok, Service poor.
Nazma Khanam
Don't waste your money, No Taste, Its not Kabab people, The Worst Tunday Kabab ever had, This place cheat people in the name of Kabab sold,It has very minimal mutton content in it u may say 1%,Not close to any kabab made in this world. Visit Lucknow for actual Tunday kabab..... That's mouth watering...BIG NO for this Indra Nagar Tunday Kababi.
Rohit Mane
Had visited this place few days back and enjoyed The Mutton Tunday Kabab (Gelawati) was awesome and BBQ Chicken also tasted very nice. Definitely visiting this place again

Also the menu is quite short and doesn't have much options.
Himanshu Gugnani
Went to this place on a Saturday evening; there were only a couple of tables occupied! Much better, cleaner place than the one at Kormangla also found quality and taste of food much better here.
Aayush Jain
While walking along 100ft road any kebab lovers eyes can’t miss Tunday Kababi. I had seen it a few times and today I entered to explore. The place was empty which was surprising for a Saturday lunch time. I suddenly remembered the real tunday kababi from Lucknow and had a prompt craving for mutton roll (I had proper lunch ready at home!). I ordered a mutton boti roll and waited a while till I had it in my hand. Like a child I went to my house only eager to open it and enjoy it. This is where it all went down the hill: the mutton chunks are uncooked and some of them are not even meat but fat. There’s no masala or taste and raw onion without any chutney was in there. I threw 2 mutton chunks out of my mouth as I just couldn’t chew it. The remaining I threw in the dustbin and had my home cooked lunch. I doubt this is a branch of the original one in Lucknow. I recommend real meat lovers to avoid this place if you don’t want your day to be bad!

A good place to have food if you love mughlai cuisine! Ambiance is decent according to my taste food food is great !
Must Try :
Lucknowi Mutton kabab ( Gelawati)
Mutton / chicken Boti kebab ( semi gravy)
Mutton Khorma ( Gravy)
Rumali Roti

Kanika Purswani
Slow servicing
Bad taste
Poor ambience
Thats all I hv to say...
Ahaa dont forget - pathetic taste......
I need 140 characters to post it still i dont hv anything else to say abt food.
Shishir Pal Singh
Had visited this place few days back and enjoyed the chicken biryani.
As I’m from Lucknow so can see the difference in the authenticity, still the biryani is far far better then other biryani served in bangalore in few famous names only like Ambur n Hydrabadi.
Chicken Korma was ok could have been better.
Can visit again just for biryani
Vipul Talwaria
I ordered paneer roll from this place through Uber Eats. The packaging was very ordinary. By the time it was delivered to me, it was slightly cold. The roll had fillings of paneer chunks and raw onions. The taste was average. Overall it was an average experience.
My Shelf Of Spices
The aroma of their Biryani travels 100 feet on the 100 feet road. Named after the lucknowi parent restaurant, these people definitely render Justice to their invention. I ordered their to kababs, the sheekh, the lucknowi parantha and biryani. Finished off with a sweet kheer made of overcooked rice. The time kababs were really flavourful but had a pasty texture. I loved it however it is an acquired taste. The sheekh kababs were perfect and the parantha was a great combination. They served a mint chutney on the side which was very very nice. The biryani smelled amazing however was too dry for my liking. Overall, a great experience and I would not shy away from visiting again.
Rajgourav Mitra
One of the best Mutton Nihari place in Bangalore!! Food was too yummy n moreover it's completely North Indian not Kari patta in mutton...! Mutton Kebabs are delicious and the combination of Nihari with Paratha was yumm!! Ambience is too decent but that should not be the point to measure!! Apart from that the very point that disappointed me was no valet parking available. But Bhai agar Lukhnowi khana khana hai to parking kahin aur kar lenge!! Cheers!!
Palak Puri
I had ordered 2 plates of tunday Kabab. Disgusted the way they arrived. Please have a look at the picture uploaded below. I want a refund because this place simply ruined my Sunday lunch. If there was a 0 rating I would have given that because I am a regular customer. This never happens. Now that it has happened. They will lose a good customer for sure. The biryani that I ordered was a sheer disappointment. I feel I have wasted full 713 rupees today
Sourav
Always a pleasant experience as far as the food goes. Ambience is always a 2/5, but what made the difference is the excellent service that we got from the North eastern waiter. Kudos to him for such personalised attention. Seek him out when you go there.
Shashi Singh
I have eaten here quite a few number of times off late and what I absolutely love about this place is that I haven't fallen sick or felt an uneasy stomach after eating here. Their mutton dishes are awesome and I love the rolls that they have.
Sandesh Singh
Had heard a lot about this place and it lived up to the hype! One of the best places to have non veg. I had a chicken Kati roll and was blown away by the tenderness and juicyness of the meat. Loved it ! Would recommend a visit for all meat lovers!!
Vanya Rathour
Went for dinner yesterday at Tunday Kabibi. Really disappointed with food. And most importantly the service only one person was attending all the tables and other waiters were standing and was busy with their phones. Will not return to this place ever. Not like Tunday Kabibi I went in 2015.
Rajdeep Bhattacharya
It was an average experience. It is a so so but not as compared to the tunday kababi in Lucknow. The size of kabab were also smaller. But taste wise I liked the kabab although they were no that juicy and nihari was not upto the mark as well. Can be a one time try.
Koshy Thomas
Visited this place after seeing it on Zomato. This is the famous chain from Lucknow.

The Galawati Kebab was awesome and one of the best in Bangalore. BBQ Chicken also tasted very nice. Finally Kheer was one of the best I had in recent times.
Nikhil Abraham
Don’t let the ambience of this small eatery fool you!
The food is beautiful.
Galouti kebab will melt in your mouth , their special naan is really good and their butter masala, both paneer and chicken . Just beautiful! Don’t forget to end with a phirni
Prashima Roy Basak
Went to this place for Diwali dinner. A full 5/5 for food, 3/5 for ambience, so overall its 4/5. Though its famous for its 'tunday kabab', i liked the 'mutton sheek kabab' more. Definitely visiting this place again. #happytummydays :)
Niti Gupta
On an evening when our stomachs were filled with hunger we ended up going to this place we had ordered biryani which was just amazing but on the other hand our second dish couldn't meet up our expectations. The second dish was mutton curry with roti. There kababs are great and must be tried.
Aruna A
Most of the reviews about this place seems to be average ones ..but I ordered from here recently and the food was very good! Awesome melt-in-the-mouth galouti kebab and good chicken sheek kebab. The roasted bbq chicken was also juicy and full of flavour..the food was super fresh too..I didn’t have the parathas..so no clue about those..but from what I tried, this place is good!
Kuldeep Behera
Nice food...had gone to the other branch also in Kormangala and I feel the somehow the food is tastier there.
Nice and quick service...only issue I've faced here is payment. Many of the times card swipe machine won't work.
Mohnish Korde
Ordered for mutton nalli nihari. Received chicken. Stupid. This is the most horrible experience I've had when it comes to ordering food for home delivery. I guess. Just naming a restaurant tunday kababi won't make it a good one
Akshay Srivastava
If you have ever eaten at a Tunday Kababi outlet in Lucknow, don't ever go to this outlet, you will be highly disappointed.
Also the prices here are triple from the one at Lucknow.

Well the experience of this place has been really good. The rating would have been 5 if my LIIT was a little more strong. The food was awesome. Ordered chicken briyani and Nihari mutton , both tasty. A definitely recommended place.
Pranay
They serve cold food without any taste. Dont waste your money and time. Not worth it. Ordered tunday it was actually thundey, very thundey kabab and tasteless. Not hygienic too.
Khai Khai Mom
We had ordered mutton biryani from tunday kabab. Quantity was good. Taste also was good. Delivered quick. Price is value for money. Definitely would order again. Two pieces of mutton on one plate. Came with complimentary raita.
Ank
Good Avadhi food but spice was a little high

Almost no options for Vegetarians

As well other options were very limited not much customization

Service was not that good ,
my recommendation if u want a awadhi lucknowi food u orde4 it online from here no point walking here
Voracious Nomads
What's good?
Amazing Chicken Gravies and parantha, Unfortunately couldn't try their Kebabs.
But their chicken curry was delicious while the mughlai parathas were soft and stomach filling.
Though their Biriyani tasted okayish, i really didn't like it much.

What's bad?
No option for Salad. Also the menu is quite short and doesn't have much options.
Still an amazing place to have a fulfilling lunch.

Been there for manier times.... Whenever I miss Lucknow's Tunde Kabab I visit Tunday Kababi... Galuti kebab & parathas are Good combination with ok ok Ambience with both little open air & covered sitting.... Service goes slow when it's crowded, rest it's all good about it....
Raunak Singh
Mutton, not lamb, authentic soft mutton! :) Small eatery nestled in a corner amid the bustling watering holes of Indranagar. Their tunday parathas will melt in your mouth even before their mutton would. For starters, order the tunday kebab; follow it up with mutton nihari and tunday parathas. Wash them all down with a Coke, their kheer is not bad, too.

🌟🌟🌟💫 Food
💲💲💲💫 Value for Money
🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️🚴‍♀️ Delivery

🍽Tried Chicken Korma, Chicken Kathi Kebab, Tunday's Paratha & Roomali Roti.

🔪Chicken Korma - Chicken cooked in a rich mild gravy with variety of spices. Sure to excite your tastebuds with an explosion of flavours from the spices used.
🔪Chicken Kathi Kebab - Kebab coated with lots of spices. A bit dry though.
🔪Tunday's Paratha - It was a bit thick & soggy. Might taste better when served hot.
🔪Roomali Roti - Thin soft roti. Too small for the price charged.

👌Recommended!!!
💥Must try!!!

My friend recommended me of this place, after partying at a club we decided to visit this place for dinner. It has both inside and outdoor seating, we opted for outdoor seating.
We ordered
Mutton galawati kebab, Mutton biryani and tundays paratha.
I simply loved the biryani the flavour was so good. Galawati kebab was good too. Overall it was a good experience.

Must try!!!!

Have been here before and ordered too when I lived in Indiranagar. But that was nearly a couple of years ago. Visited for lunch recently with my foodie friends at work.

The interiors well, simple and serves the purpose. Serving food probably is what it is designed for. But for dinner, the lights on the wall add some cheer and vibe to the otherwise dull ambience.

We ordered Mutton Tunday kabab (Gelawati), mutton biryani, and Vegetable biryani and Awadhi kheer.

The Kababs were as usual, terrific. Melt in the mouth, balanced spices and delicious. They really get it right.

The biryani had tender meat, aromatic well cooked rice and tasted great.

The vegetable biryani, probably one of the only three veg options available for vegetarians apart from their paneer butter masala and dal fry, was done well.

The Awadhi kheer though looked great in a traditional little clay pot, was definitely out of the refrigerator. It lacked the freshly prepared warmth and aromas. So was very average in my opinion.

The staff is polite and do their job well.

But what surprises me is the price. They are probably the least expensive restaurant serving niche cuisine in a place like Indiranagar. At about 1000 rupees, an absolute value for money.

Our funny friends at Zomato does not allow 3.5 and 4.5. So your restaurant is either an average 3, Great 4 or super awesome (No scope for improvement! don’t change anything!) 5. So I would rate this restaurant 4 :)
Vini Singh
This was my 4rh visit and i m very loved with their awadhi biryani so before that i thout to order somethng in starter so i ordered barbeque chicken and katti kebab which i liked but that was very unhealthy as it was full of oil .. thn i ordered my favourite dish that was chicken biryani and this rating is 4 biryani only...

One suggestion please make it less oily

The food was cold and didn't seem fresh

Bad experience at the indiranagar outlet. Found dead cockroach. Bad experience for such a highly reputed food place. Sad to see such service

I had ordered for aromatic rice along with that had asked them to pack a bit of chicken gravy along with the rice and it was completly spoilt one week v unpacked at home it was stinking badly due to that v cudn even have rice.. BAD EXPERIENCE👎
Feedback : Atleast the person who parcels it need to check it properly so that it doesn't harm the people who eats without knowing it.
Hoping for the best service in future.
Nonveg time...
Located in Indiranagar...

As it's located at 100 ft road parking can be challenging.

I loved the parathas it was soft and tender. Having such soft parathas that too of maida after quite some time.

Chicken boti curry was full of taste.

As the name of the resturant is Tundey Kebabi so how could we have missed it's signature dish. I liked it as it was soft and juicy and not dry like most kebabs.

Galauti kebab is also something we tried. It's paste of mutton with some spices. Which was extremely soft and juicy.

I loved the food.

Taste 4/5
Ambiance 4/5
Value for money 4/5

If u want to eat authentic tunday kebab in Bangalore then this is the place for you.
This is a comperatively small place in Indiranagar area but the food they serve is big in taste. Ordered tuday kebab which was just yummy, Mutton shik kebab which is okay okay type, bchicken and mutton biriyani and phirni. I felt mutton pieces are small in biriyani. Otherwise it was good.

no kheer given and kabab dint taste good.

Ordered first time,
I liked the taste on Rolls and Veg Biriyani bit spicy but nice to have.

Reasonable cost. Will prefer again. Thanks to Zomato on getting it before delivery time.
Hasan Aijaz
For once I will stick my neck out and say this - Dont look at their menu, just order Kebab, paranthey, and biryani. And if you want some gravy then go for some mutton qorma. Thank me for it later. :)

zomato you are awesome. Tunday Kababi you are out of this world. your kabab, your kheer, chicken...yummmmmmmmm
The food is just tasteless

Visited this place a day back & ordered their speciality dish! I'm not very fond of Mutton but was amazed when I tried it here. They did justice to authentic taste and style of Luncknowi Tunday kababs.
I ordered - Mutton Tunday Kababs & Tunday Paranthe which was a great combination and was recommended by the waiter there.
Overall ratings:
Food 4.5
Ambience 4
Service 4.5
Value for money 5

Do follow me on Instagram - #bharatiyeswaadkiyaatra for more food updates.

it's a good place to hang out for reasonable rates parties and get together with friends and family.

Food is really good and tasty. The famaous Gelouti kebebs are special over here. Bit expensive 4/pic for Rs 180. but, worth it. Awadhi briyani which is Lucknowni style briyani which is famous for it aroma and taste is also a must try food.

staff is friendly and good.

Overall Experience : 4/5

So, go and enjoy yourself.

Have visited this place on 11th March with family after a long drive from Mysore. One of the most famous joint of Lucknow which doesn't need any mention.

Ambiance is good, ample of seating space which can accommodate around 30 people at a time. Service was quick and decent.

Coming to food, we had all the famous and tested dishes.
Mutton Nihari which was simply amazing, pieces were really tender and juicy, Amazing in taste.
Tunday kebabs 'The' signature dish was top notch and going well with the paratha served.
Chicken biryani was decent as I am a big fan of Hyderabadi biryani so for me this one was decent and little oily.

Overall it was an amazing experience. Perfect food and budget friendly too. Not too heavy on the pocket and full value for money. Highly recommended to visit this place with friends and family to enjoy the great kebabs.

Must try dishes 🌟
Mutton Nihari
Tunday Kebab
Nothing like the original Tunday Kababi, even a roadside stall tastes better then this. It’s over expensive, food given was less quantity and, seriously, it’s tasteless.

Have been to this and Koramangala outlet many times. Always would order tunday kabab and ulta tawa paratha.

Ordered

2 plates of mutton seekh kabab. These were good. 2-3 plates of tunday kabab, again saving grace.
Then.... started the downfall.
The green chutney had hair in it.
The parata was way too dry.
Barbecued chicken looked like fried chicken has it has way too much of oil, if the barbecued chicken was cooked over charcoal why did they douse oil over it.
The chicken biryani. Very very disappointing, it was oily rice mixed with deadly saffron color (no flavour of saffron at all) the chicken piece in biryani was cold and the biryani warm, it was tossed inside the microwave for a minute or two and then served.
The mutton roll was 2pcs of tunday galauti kabab in the dry paratha. Very substandard.
Only 1 waiter to serve everyone, he was displeased with his job.

The 2 stars is for tunday kabab and seekh kabab only.

Love their Chicken Kati Roll and Mutton Seekh Kabab. Their Kebabs are simply the 'melt in your mouth' type. Their Roasted BBQ chicken is also good and a half portion just right for 2 people. It is a place to just sit down and enjoy good Nawabi cuisine. Nothing fancy about the place, but it is very neat and clean. The service is prompt, although I just feel that the waiters can be a little more attentive. The price is very reasonable for the quality of food served. Definitely recommended.
