Totally loved this place. Food here is really delicious. All the chicken items are so good. Good service with good atmosphere. Perfect for a Friday booze with colleagues and friends 🍺 loved the way they serve food here. The place is filled with plants and they avoid plastic. Food is served on biodegradable leaf plates. Also quite pocket friendly.

It's a good restaurant if you are looking for an authentic Andhra dining experience. The rusty yet modern decor creates a cozy ambiance. Foods are served on leaf plates. The quality and variety of dishes are wide. The portions are generous, making it a great value for money, especially given the restaurant's central location in the bustling side of Blr. The service will delay if you are visiting them towards their closing time, else they take good care of the customers. The staff count is less comparatively .

Its a place to come for drinks and starters. Recommendation: visit for the vibe and beer and chicken thali (good not great). Cant recommend prawn pepper roast and mushroom biryani as it was so-so. Positive: Vibe, light music, eco-friendly plates Negative: Concrete seats (looks cool at first but gets uncomfortable if you're tired), mosquitoes, notes like "pls tip generously"

This is a nice pleasant place offering beer and biryani. Food is tasty. Tikka biryani and fish biryani were good. Kebabs are also good. You should also try green chili chicken and parathas.

Good place to Chill with friends, they have only Draught beer and Food, they also screen cricket matches. Service can be improved

I frequent Andhra Kafe only for veg meals and they never disappoint. On two instances, I have taken my friends to this pace for meals and they fondly remember it. I throughly enjoyed today's lunch as well. Veg meals are simple with: rice, roti, rasam, daal, veg gravy of the day (any), curd, pickle, ghee, papad and sweet (usually halwa or Payasam). Food is spicy, make no mistake. Service tests your patience a bit, especially if you are hungry, but they do get to you. I find it very good value for money as well. ~250 for a meal. I like the fact that this place is open air which makes it perfect for bangalore weather and pretty decent in day time as well. Payment options: Available to pay through DineOut but not Zomato

Loved the food here, ambience is good. Biryani is awesome, even veg. meal was good. Looked hygienic. For beer lovers, they server beer too though range is limited. It's located on main road and have ample parking space. Service was good. I would like to visit the place again. Pan shop on the entrance offer great pan.

The resto is bang opposite Shantiniketan and serves Andhra cuisine. The cafe is good for group of friends or colleagues to have lunch and quick beer. Seeting is a bit uncomfortable for long sitting and chilling. The prices are affordable and the place is open ventilated. Service and food is Value for Money.

Near my office and this was my 2nd time... the major problem with this restaurent is delay in service..<br/><br/>some Andhra food items are good. ambience is ok

We had been planning a visit to this restaurant for a very long time and finally went there for lunch with office colleagues.<br/><br/>I had ordered for a full meal and oh boy it was a sumptuous meal. Coming to the dishes, I had Dal, curry, Sambar, a little bit of rasam and finally some curd rice. I finished it off with a mouth-watering dessert. All in all a visit worth the money and time.<br/><br/>My friends had ordered a chicken curry, the right amount of spice and taste, however, the chicken pieces could have been more tender.

On Saturday I visited this amazing place in middle of Whitfield opposite to PSN. I was so excited to have Andhra Biryani but I am disappointed. Usually I don't like disagreeing others as it can be there option but I felt that the name Andhra is been used incorrectly. Just putting Andhra and making the food spicy does not makes it as Andhra. Andhra food and its Biryani are famous because of the quality of Biryani Rice (basmati rice) but this looked like normal rice. I also ordered Amaravathi Chicken which was soo spicy and was very hard. I have visited soo many restaurants after one complain people starting taking care of you, here it was quite opposite people don't care for customer services at all .<br/>I am not sure other people experience but I was very much disappointed.

Everything was good from ambience to food to service. Only things was not good was fish fry was too salty for my palate which they returned it to. Friendly staff. Good Service. Delicious food.

Extremely poor service, rude staff. <br/>Was served rotten chicken and the server was arrogant in even acknowledging complaint, forget getting it changed. <br/>Apparently servers are managers, as there was no manager on sight at 5pm. <br/>Found a bottle cap inside raita, all I got in return was arrogance. <br/>Buzzing with business hence doesn’t care about feedback & guest satisfaction.

The staff were kind enough to arrange a seating for 19 people in a short amount of time. The ambience is also nice, but the food wasnt great. Whatever we asked for on the menu wasnt available which lead us to choose from a very selective bunch of items. They didnt have pizza, burgers or icecreams even though it was on the menu. We ended up ordering Chicken biryani and a few starters which were all just above average.

Ambience is chilled for casual hang out with friends (during night). Food is ok. But fish in specific was a huge disappointment; I don't expect much when I order fish anywhere bit this particular dish(fish tikka) was horrible. The masala was uncooked. Had an upset tummy the next day.<br/>Ordered keema curry was spicy; went well with butter naan. Buttermilk was a good drink along with the spicy food.<br/>Best thing about this place is it's initiative to go ecofriendly with the plates and serving utensils.

They don’t have basic steel spoon and forks to eat. They are all searching but didn’t find...food is just ok. Plastic spoons also not new one..they clean by cloth and again put for customer use. Really bad

Ordering for a dry chilly chicken but it's still semi gravy and still oily... But it was not that bad.. And your beer are good.. a friendly staff, great ambidence.. And we enjoyed alot.. The point of giving four point is the only chilly chicken is a little dissapoint but anyway thank you.

Authentic Andhra restaurant.. the food tastes next to home food and the restaurant charges a decent price for the quantity. Ambience is very good and the staff is polite.

A quaint restaurant, the music is bizarrely at odds with the decor. We ordered their paneer tikka, garlic naan and channa masala.<br/>The food was very tasty, perfectly suited to my cravings for naan and other north Indian food. The naan was wonderfully garnished with LOTS of garlic, which I loved. The channa was a little on the tomato-y side. Also to be noted, the portions are a little small. One dish of channa masala was only enough for just over two garlic naans.<br/>Overall, a good experience and I would definitely come back when I have these cravings again.

I went here for lunch. Odered Chicken Biriyani & Chicken Amaravathi. Chicken biriyani was tasty but the quantity was very less. They charged 180 rupees but the quantity was not enough for a person who has a decent appetite. Also for Chicken Amaravathi they charged 180 rupees but the quantity was very less. They told that it was a pan roast chicken starter but at the end it was a Kabab and they gave only 5 small pieces on 180 rupees. Also it was too oily. Hygiene is another issue here. The place is full of flies.

They are not here for customer service or good food. Just plain and simple business. Flies moving around everywhere making it very difficult to even sit there let alone eat peacefully. The veg meal was so so but the Hyderabad chicken biriyani was one of the worst I had. I mean who adds ghee in a biriyani?? Very dissatisfied.

Good place and pleasant ambience . People who enjoy having Andhra food are surely going to like the place . Biryani is amazing . Giving a little less stars coz of the seatings. There are no cushions on benches which makes it a bit uncomfortable. Also there are mosquitoes around which definitely are needed to be checked . They should use coils or any other way to repel them .Otherwise a good place to have dinner with friends or family. Food is nice .

Pathetic service to begin with.<br/>In recent times following has been the situation<br/>1) order fish fry, after 30 mins the waiter informs there is no fish fry. Wow again.<br/>3) few months back, the waiter was on our head after 1030 to finish the food fast and pay the bill.<br/>4) few days back waiter was again on our head to pay the bill just because it’s 1030. Though this place names itself as "Andhra" they're good in North Indian dishes and a few Andhra Curries (non veg). The Butter Naan and Andhra Chicken Masala were good. We went for lunch on a hot summer day and small surprise like providing in house cold water is welcome. I'll try Biryani next time. The place has ample parking space and the ambience of this place is more like a dhaba rather than an typical Whitefield restaurant. They sell Andhra Pickles and some chutneys. Try Curry Leave Pickle.

Mosquitoes are eager to welcome guests and service is pretty slow. You have to have a patience if you are eat something here. Very bad experience due to lots of mosquitoes, food taste was ok.

This place is located just adjacent to Manipal hospital and opposite to Prestige Shantiniketan. Roof top cafe and Air conditioner is not there but water is springled to beat the heat. Food is fine but not much great or something special to quote. We ordered hyderabadi dum biriyani, Andhra meals and in beverages butter milk send lime soda. Andhra meals was not much great. Biriyani was good. Not a superb place to search and go but yes accidentally if you are in that area you may try.

I have been there twice. The first time I went there I had the mutton kheema curry with roti and carrot halwa with ice cream. I was not much impressed by the taste of both. When I went again last night I had tasted a chicken biryani meal and a mutton Biryani. Had the lassi they have given along with the meal. Both the Biryani’s were good and the chilli chicken they served is really good. Overall the restaurant is decent. But there is nothing andhra about it. Except for the names of the dishes from the menu.

My new fav chicken dish...<br/>Fish fry- seer fish.. well fried and with good quantity of masala..<br/>Chicken Biryani combo- consisted of a chicken Biryani with 3 pieces in it, an additional 2 pieces of chilli chicken .... And buttermilk... The biryani is the pulao style and might not be to everyone's liking....tasted good though...<br/>The days special was a kalmi biryani- consisted of 2 large kalmi leg pieces with Hyderabadi style biryani... We went here on Tuesday for lunch and apparently nothing was available except for biryani, rice and rasam.Even The ‘all day long’ foods were unavailable because the chefs were taking a break. The only good thing about this place was the decor and the rasam.i expected better:(

Been to this place for lunch last week and off the bat loved the staff curtsey. It's a semi open kind of cafe. We ordered 2 meals and chili paneer and butter paneer. Also for dessert shahi tukda. Loved the fact that food is served in earthen clay pots and bowls. Chilli paneer was bland and full of curry leaves but paneer masala was good. South Meal was satisfactory as well. Shahi tukda could be better.

We regularly go to this place for breakfast as well as lunch or dinner. This place has really good ambience and food. The cost is also reasonable.

Worst manager ever. He is so rude and disrespectful. The food is also so overrated. There are too many flies around and you cannot eat your food in peace. The waiters are very polite but the manager who took the order is an old man with absolutely no manners. Food just as good and better can be got at other restaurants. The glass in which they served butter milk had a rusted bottle mouth too. Very unhygienic place with the worst manager I have ever come across.

Serving Andhra cuisine in a cafe environment is what they tried to accomplish and which they did accomplish! Located on the Whitefield main road near to prestige shantiniketan makes its location even more appropriate. However food needs to improve a lot both in taste and quantity. That Andhra punch which you want when you order something in an Andhra eatery is missing great time. Hopefully they will improve.

Very good place for Andhra food. Tried their special chicken thali, was ample for one person. It had one portion chicken biryani, chicken gravy and one portion chilly chicken in addition to routine preparations found in a typical Andhra meals. All the preps tasted great. The home styled vanilla ice cream on the menu was nice too. This place seems to be a very good option for Andhra style food in Whitefield. It will be great if an additional option of chicken chilly prepared in green masala will be made available. Will be happy to visit again for trying some more things on the menu.

Situated just opposite the new Forum mall in whitefield, this place comes with some great out door seating with an interesting take on food being served in renewable containers/clay vessels. <br/><br/>Ambience: (4/5)<br/>Very interesting outdoor seating and it’s not exactly on the road so there is lower amount of dust. The seating also feels cooler given the way there is ventilation from almost all sides. The colourful chairs also add a nice touch.<br/><br/>Food: (4/5)<br/>The butter milk in a bottle was a nice touch and ensured that it was nice and cool which heightens the flavours. We had the veg Hyderabadi Biriyani and the mutton biriyani. Both were made very well. The veg biriyani however felt a bit heavier on the masala, but it was still a great tasting dish. The mutton biriyani was made super well with the mutton being soft and the overall flavour being very good. A couple of the folks at the table so had the thali which was interestingly done since the main liquid toppings were placed in containers in the middle of the table making it great for people who prefer one of the toppings more. It also meant less wastage which is nice to see a place trying to do.<br/><br/>Summary: (4/5)<br/>An excellent option for good Andhra food in whitefield with an equally interesting ambience making it a great lunch or dinner place to try out. They have an unlimited breakfast at 144, which is just wonderful. So many options. We had Idli, podi Idli, ghee roast, andhra special dosa, pesarattu with upma, and coffee, each dish better than the previous. The chutney is delicious, and the sambhar isn't sweet. The lunch and dinner aren't too much to write home about, their appetisers have miniscule portions, albeit very tasty. Have their kalmi biryani. Avoid the meals.<br/><br/>My review is now changed because now the breakfast they serve doesn't serve Ghee roast, butter dosa, cheese dosa, puri. I used to love this place because of the breakfast but now not so much. And somehow the taste is completely changed for the worse.

Friday afternoon at 12:30<br/>This restaurant is quite close by from our office and we visit it often. I have tried the Andra meals and the vegetable Biryani here. The quantity is more than sufficient for one person and the flavours are good.<br/>The highlight of the place is the seating and general layout of the restaurant which is hard to come by in Whitefield. I would definitely visit this place again and try out more flavours of the homemade ice creams. A favourite among our group is the Rum and raisin.

Quiet frequent to this place as this is opposite to my home. Really like the open air feel and the seating area. But that is about it. They have regualr quality of food and thier ia no single dish wich stands out of the queue. Very ordinary food but price point is less too.

It’s good place to dine but food quality was not that much good. Have tried st. Rice, butter chicken. One dry chicken appetiser and Indian bread. In terms of service also need to improve. Service person need to be well presented and hygienic.

We had been there for a Team lunch today as it’s very close to our office. Literally we had a very bad experience.<br/>We all had meals and chicken Briyani and few starters.<br/>Babycorn chill not even cooked.<br/>The sabji and sweet came with meal was bad.<br/>And the worst part is chicken is half cooked in Briyani.<br/>

Was here today afternoon with my friend. This place was buzzing with people since it is near to many of the IT companies in and around Prestige Shantiniketan.<br/><br/>Ambiance is simple with not much of interiors to boast about. Its a open place and hence heavily relies on the breeze to flow across else it's going to be a challenge for the fresh air. Flies add to the disappointment.<br/><br/>As per the menu, there were few specials but to the surprise when we tried to order them, they said they arent available. So had to settle down for Chicken Biriyani. Nothing out of the blue, its 'just' a biriyani. When you eat it its probably a bland one with spices floating around here and there. The chicken pieces tasted as if they were more for a soup. <br/><br/>Instead of using a plate, they provide leaves plate which saves them sufficient cost but I found out they were more dusty. <br/><br/>Post eating the Biriyani(s), we ordered Ice cream since they mentioned home made. Ordered Vanilla and Paan Ice cream and again they were served in leaves bowl. Again, ice-creams werent that great in taste.<br/><br/>Probably a one time visit and okayish restaurant just to tick off if you want to cover different restaurants. As far as I am concerned, ticked a restaurant ;)

Andhra Spicy Food.. Loved the ambiance..<br/><br/>Well it was a team lunch we planned to go for and this was the place for some spicy food. Loved there idea of keeping food in those clay big pots. I am vegetarian and you people must be wondering what andhra food I would eat?? Well it was a unlimited Biryani feast.. We could order Unlimited Biryani, it will be served with starters and buttermilk/soft drinks. I along with another colleague of mine went for Unlimited veg Biriyani combo, to start off it was spicy soup/rasam was served as welcome drink, it was HOOOOT, but too good to ignore it. This was followed by Baby corn manchuria, cooked perfectly and tasted good with the soup. Next comes the maharaj Biryani.. Looks yummy in the pic below,tastes the same as well, quantity was huge.. Coming to the taste it was awesome. Masala was just perfect and rice was not sticky, it was fresh and hot.. Easily finished two full bowls.. Inbetween two to three spoons they served buttermilk in glass bottles which adds up hunger. Perfect combination.. If you wish to have a unlimited Biriyani and plan to go home after lunch/dinner then this place is a must visit..<br/><br/>Would love to eat again with a perfect company..<br/><br/>

Had good experiences every time until this time when I asked for Sambhar and found it to be a stale Sambhar been pulled out from refrigerator and heated and served and not fresh. On checking realised the taste too to be of stale from a day or 2.<br/><br/>Staff had no courtesy to at least tell me that no Sambhar and will take 5 to 10 mins. Good they didn't tell me as else would have not realised this fact that they serve stale food.<br/><br/>Be careful before you step into Andhra cafe Whitefield.<br/><br/>It will taste good as will be glazed with oil but you would eat stale food.<br/>

Nice place to go out with u pals... Very good music... Tasty food...the paneer dishes were like some North indian dhaBha...biryAni with buttermilk is a must have here. Service is also good.<br/>

food taste was average. quality and quantity doesn't match the price. paratha was too bad, stuffing was only in corners and center was completely atta, and taste was not good,it was sweet.

It is located on the main road. Parking space is available. Went for dinner and the food was nice. Staff were polite and the service was fast. The place is pocket friendly as well.

They have excellent chicken biriyani, and even the thalis. This place would never disappoint you with food or even the service. The people are extremely friendly and helpful. I am here in Bangalore for only a short time and this restaurant I will miss the most!

If you love Andhra food and if you want to experience foodgasm! This is the place! We visited Andhra Kafe last week and ordered the Mamsam Biryani, Seer fish fry, mutton fry, two buttermilks and ice cream. And o man... our taste buds were blessed! Every single dish was finger licking good. The service was outstanding. I will definitely visit this restaurant again.

Good South Indian Style Chicken Biryani. And true to it's name of Andhra meaning Spicy. <br/><br/>Great value for money too.

Ordered a Chicken burger 🍔 here. It was okayish. The patty is 100% meat but the overall taste of the burger was not appealing. I don't think i will order it again rather will head to KFC or Burger King

Not a good experience! Nothing authentic Andhra style, ordered chicken and found there was no chicken in that, service is not good. If you order chicken biryani and paratha, parathas will take lesser time. Looks like they were preparing biryani waited long.... do not recommend

The food is good and reasonably priced. The ambience is pretty & offers different kinds of seating areas. The staff is friendly & it’s a pleasant experience overall.

Food was tasty and typical Andhra spicy food. But ambience and flies are spoilers 😔 For that price range, expected better hygiene. If flies are fixed, then it would be very enjoyable

We ordered for thali in the night . We get good amount of dal , subji and rasam and curd but we do not have rice to eat with..<br/>So i asked to rice and was replied its over and that too the thali is limited. So that means rice is not included in the meal.. i would expect the management to intimidate your customers before you proceed with your order .. I had a really bad experience so wouldn’t turn up again

Checked Zomato and dropped in Andhra Cafe...<br/><br/>We wanted just meals so ordered 2 meals a butter milk and one soda.<br/><br/>We had rice, pampad, poori, some flavoured rice and a sweet dish.
