Review Bamey's Restro Cafe - Bengaluru

G RP (GRP)
Food: Momo platter - Fried, Pan-fried, Steamed, Saucy Momos with 2 of each!! I loved the saucy Momos more than anything else since the gravy on top of it was exquisite, the flavors stood out neat and had the right spiciness!! 🥰 Next up would be the fried which was crunchy, having good tender meat on the inside, their dips (chili and peanut) were so much Indian with a smooth texture 😘 Steamed and pan-fried weren't bad but they were just okay with the sauce 👍 Hakku choyila - A classic Newali choyila (Buffalo meat) marinated in Nepalese spices and crispy puffed rice; what was best about this dish was the freaking amazing masala rather than their meat!! The meat was a bit inconsistent when it came to texture, it is a bit rubbery though fatty enough!! This was supposed to be more tender than beef but didn't look the best (except their semi-gravy masala) 🤕 Nepali chili chicken - A juicy boneless chicken tossed, fried, and marinated well in native Nepali chili sauce; easily the best since it was almost like a Manchurian except for their sauces; crunchy on the outside while very soft on the inside, cooked perfectly, WOW!!! 👏👌🙌 Mutton khaja set - A set Newali meal with unlimited rice refills served with mutton choyila, aloo curry/gravy, pickles, fried egg, and Curd!! This is one wholesome meal that would easily satisfy anyone's appetite!! Very beautifully served, all the dishes were less spice level, strong in flavors with tender meat!! The choyila was aromatic with the meat being very succulent, mix it up with rice for the perfect Indian twist!! 🤗 Nepali style chicken chowmein - Stir-fried noodles tossed in Thakali curry; good quantity noodles tossed in local mild spiced curry and chopped chicken, could've been spicier for me but mix it up with the hakku choyila, this gives out the best fragrance and kick!! 😊 Titaura cooler - Very different by its name, this soda is an amalgamation of mint, tamarind, and chili with a hint of sugar!! Quite strong and sour, kicky but hits slow, a concoction with the lapsi (plum) is what makes this a unique drink!! ❤️ Ambiance/Price: Very simple setting with decent lighting, but not much of a parking space so have to park deep inside the streets!! Table booking is recommended owing to their limited seats, and get cramped up during the wee hours!! The service could've been quicker since there was a longer waiting time for almost all their dishes!! They stand well on the price scale since there aren't many places for authentic Nepali food!!

Although we had to wait 30 minutes to get a table, the food was worth the wait. It’s a simple, no frills place with flavourful food and a large selection of vegetarian items. We tried the veg afghani tandoori momos, 8 treasure fried rice and the Nepalese chow mein. Our favourite was the Nepalese chow mein. Will be back here to try the thalis!

Love the food here, unique taste and spicy. Such variety of options. Love the vibes here. I wish they had more branches. We came all the way from Peenya to have the food here.! Very friendly staff too. Love how Timur is used in their soup which give a burst of flavour.

What a vibe! Amazing place to have your yummy momos and best Asian food 🥘 We have come here many times but never got to try these thalis.. This time we tried their yummy thalis along with some starters. Both the thalis were sufficient and amazing taste. We loved the food. What a day to end with this amazing meal 🍽️ Very friendly staffs and lovely background music. Overall experience was great! Highly recommended 😻

We had Momo platter with bhoot momos, mee goreng, nasi goreng and nepali chilli chicken. Everything was tasty and had the authentic nepali flavour. The host was very accomodating and the we also loved the vibe.

Decent place. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They help you choose the right options from the menu. Food is of good quality and quantity. If you want to try Nepalese cuisine this is the place to be.

Chicken sandeko was delicious. Veg laping was super spicy...not for the faint of tongues. Felt a bit giddy after the spice hit! The gravy momos (jhol momo) was definitely the hit. We were drinking the gravy...so yummy! The thali was homely and mi goreng was the usual. Portions were generous. Would definitely recommend for a Nepalese treat!

Bamey's is a must-visit Nepali cuisine restaurant. Their thakali thali is simply amazing and one of the best I've ever had - definitely in my top 5! The restaurant offers a great variety of Nepali dishes and the atmosphere is very vibrant with Nepali songs playing. If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend you give it a try. Don't miss out on the unlimited thakali thali - it comes in different options such as veg, egg, chicken, mutton, and fish. Overall, a great restaurant and my personal favourite that I highly recommend.
Priyanshi Choubey
We had mock tails garnished with fresh Dhaniya so when you drink it you have that fresh smell of dhaniya. Other was garnished with rose. In food we had chaat momos it was tasty. Veg thupka I had for the first time it was tasty but I think not shareable as it is soupy noodles. Than we had veg thali it had gobhi sabhi, aloo sabhi, two kind chutney & light rice Aldo daal, it was soo a comfort food. Highly recommend to try . Also friendly staff!

Nepalese cuisine it's very good but one thing to be considered is price it's quite expensive for normal people. If they lower their price by atleast 15% they will have more customers and very nice business. It's just a idea so that everyone will be able to experience such tasty food with affordable price

A cute place we stumbled upon and decided to go to and as we weren't very hungry, we decided to try something light - jhol momo and chicken laping. I really enjoyed but but the jhol momo stole the show. The staff were very friendly and polite too :)
Nimisha Vijay
If you wish to try Nepalese cuisine, this is the right place for it. Although crowded, i felt this place still lacks some taste in their food and can definitely perk it up even more. However, must try mutton thali. It was the best❤️
Sameer .Anand
This Nepalese restaurant in Bangalore may be small and a bit crowded, but the wait was worth it. The Jhol momo was amazing, and the Chicken thali was absolutely worth trying.
Kunwarpreet Singh
Quite nice food. Would recommend that you try the bhoot jolokia momos if you have an appetite for spice. The place is quite busy at weekends and there is a waiting time of about 20-40 mins.
Tenzin
Best Nepali food in Bangalore. Jhol momo & Thukpa are good. I also tried shel roti but it was quite hard, so I might not try again. Laphing & Thakali thali was also very good!
Sahil Paudel
It was great dish all the items were great and taste was amazing baring some items. The chicken momo with soup was delicious. The laphing was really good. The thali was good however the chicken wasn’t upto the mark. The chicken noodles was also decent. The Buffalo Chicken Wings was the best thing out there. Everything was really good but the service could have been better.

Definitely something different me and my friends had tried. This place is pretty memorable for us because we all cried eating their Bhooth chicken wings. This was the spicest food we ever had in our whole life. Great varieties of momos, starters and drinks. I totally recommend this place.

It was a great time! I think because of the crowd, the service was bit slow and it was understandable. Otherwise it was great day! Need to revise your internet facility, I could not make use of it.

If Zomato allowed I would have given negative star.
First of all, during this pandemic when everyone is changing and adaptinv better cleanliness and better hygiene, I had found tiny cockroaches oven table.
Next come to decoration, it is decent with few paintings and wall hanging which overall giving a nepalese vibe. Place is not airy at all rather little suffocating.
We have decided not to order momo, as it is very obvious that they will prepare it good. So ordered "wai wai with aloo dum" & "chicken choyla". They are little slow in serving. Finally what we had received, is wai wai bhel with lots of lemon juice and a disgusting dum aloo separately. Some extremely fried tiny chicken pieces with bone. Both the dishes was decorated with lots and tons of flattened rice which are probably oil fried, but smells like old rice container. I mean, I know that flattened rice is from nepal and they have a variety of recipes with it but didn't have any idea that a chicken choyla too can come with it.
Overall, really bad experience.

Learned about this place through the spicy momo challenge and I’m so glad I got to experience one of the best momos in Bangalore. We called for Nepali Chilli Chicken and Momo Platter. Loved the bhoot momos and fried chicken momos.
For mains we tried burnt garlic fried rice which can be improved. Overall it’s a place worth a try and would love to try the challenge someday.

First dine out after, well, 200 days almost! And, it was a good experience! We had a craving for nepali food (was missing The Blue Poppy in Kolkata badly), and found this hidden gem in Koramangala. The ambience represents the culture properly, especially with the seating arrangement. We ordered chicken kothay, and aloo dum with sel roti. The kothay was mostly fine, except being fried a bit too much than standard. Could have improved in that part. Now, the sel roti was nice to get introduced to. And the aloo dum is damn delicious. Yeah, it was spicy, but the taste would be loved by spice lovers and non lovers alike. Quantity is sufficient according to price. Overall, an excellent experience after many, many months.
Bangalore Food Stories
Amazing place with the authentic Nepali momos. Proper service, food is packed with amazing flavours, so flavourful and delicious. They also have this amazing spicy momo challenge which is so fascinating. Must try place for the best momos, thupka and what not.
You can not go wrong with this place ever.. I visit/order from here regularly. Best Momos (veg - non veg) by far I have eaten, variety of dishes, amazing quantity with quality. Now I'm missing them as I'm posting this review from Mumbai 😱.
Waiting to be back in Bangalore and visit this place.
Manasi
Ordered food and it was all good.

One of my closest friends @akhilarao__ suggested we would go to this place and try out some yummy momos one afternoon.

I wasn't a momo person until lockdown but I started craving for one during this whole time.

We were pretty excited to try different momos.

We ordered Darjeeling Momo & Afghani Tandoori Momo.

Darjeeling Momo came with a clear and tasty coriander soup & Red chutney. It was normal and we felt we could get this taste anywhere. But at these times keeping hygiene also in mind, unbiased ratings would be 3.5/5.

Afghani Tandoori Momo. This one was a show stealer. The first bite you take gives immense pleasure and the smoky tandoor gets into it.
Creamy mayo adds more of taste and absolutely better than many places I have already tried. So this is 4.5/5

We would love to go back and try all the other kind of momos very soon. @bameysrestro

Came here for a Sunday Dinner and it was absolutely fantastic. I totally recomend the Momo platter. So yummy the entire plate was empty within seconds. I'm definitely visiting this place again.

Authentic tasty momos

Bit odd theme

The taste was really nice

Best place to enjoy with frds and do party 😍

Small, Quaint & Rustic; one wouldn't think a place catering to Asian cuisine would pick the ambience of a cafe. But Bamey's does it well, especially with the wooden seating and simple cutlery.

Service isn't particularly top-notch, and perhaps needs to be reminded often to quicken up on an order. The location in Koramangala also means that parking is going to be as tough as it gets.

The menu isn't very extensive, but yet provides a good pick of Nepal's best. However, the food was remarkably dry. While I can't call myself an expert on the cuisine, the lack of any moisture in the dish made it a slightly lack-lustre experience.

A small improvement in quality can go a long way in ensuring top meals on the table. I remain unsure if I'll visit again, but maybe when I'm in Koramangala, craving delectable momos again...

Must try-Jhol momos n momo platter, Laphing too 💯🤩

Best momo in town. In fact the only place in Bangalore which serves momo which has Nepali Taste. Thank you dai 😁
Ankit Bhusal
The best thing i liked here is the sizzler. Momos are of course one of the best in bamgalore with the best one being the chilly momos. The thali is also good enough.
Shobhit Singh
Food is awesome. Simple and authentic.

Well if you want some thing different, Gourmet and at affordable price head to this place. Very vibrant ambience. Food here is hygenic and not in any way less than a fine dine restaurant.

This is my 3rd visit to bameys. Quality and service undoubtedly very nice. The food was amazing.
We ordered as regular
Buff momos-succulent and juicy
pizza chicken-loaded with fresh cheese
Chicken thali-traditional nepali texture.
Overall experience is superb.
Will visit soon.

I heard about this place from a friend and I have now visited them thrice in three weeks. Hands down, best momos I have had in Bangalore. If you love momos, you have to visit this place. And if you love spicy food, 'Bhoot momos' are made just for you. The serving portion is insane. Pro tip: always order a dish less when you are here, they love to feed you and the portions reflect that. Good food is topped with a cozy ambiance and warm hospitality.
Pranay Minj
Good food at affordable prices

Can go for a try. OK not a wow type restaurant, according to price of dishes its ok. Tastes a bit different, chicken momo platter is good, but the schezwan momo were not good the sauce or gravy was like only tomato. Mostly north east people will be there. Staffs are good Lots of app are partnered with them for discount and ordering.
They have a #sel roti try it

Last week's highlight had been our visit to the most famous Nepali hangout spot in Bangalore. This place has truly done justice to Nepalese exuberant culture and it's flavourful cuisine.
To begin with, the staff here are extremely friendly and the service is fantastic. They are patient to explain the different components of a dish and always ready to engage in chat.
We ordered the Momo platter which comprises of 4 different types of Momos - steamed, fried, sautéed and in a flavourful sauce. It was the best Momos I have ever had.
For the main course we ordered a Thakali and Kheema Set platter and Veg noodles. The dishes were out of the world. The flavours all danced in your mouth create harmony with each other. The Kheema set platter is a must try here. The bamboo shoots curry and the the mutton curry that accompanied it were soo much in sync.

Next, coming to the ambience, well I can just tell how much of an heritage a beautiful country like Nepal possess.

Really looking forward to coming back as soon as possible and trying out new dishes.😍😍🤩

Food- 5/5
Ambience -4.5
Service -5
Value for money- 4

We've heard a lot of wonderful things about Bamey's and we had a wonderful experience here today.
Starting off, it's easy to find and there easy parking around. We quickly took our seats and the sel roti display caught our eye right away. So we ordered a sel roti with dum aaloo, chicken laphing and bhoot momos. The laphing was what stood out the most, the portion size is insane, filled with delicious chicken and peanut mix, must must must try! The bhoot momos, living up to their name, the spice definitely creeps up on you and has that very subtle jolokia flavour, if you can handle spice you'll definitely love the dish! Next came the sel roti, the roti itself is really yum, the aaloo dum on top was okay. Overall, great place, can't wait to be back.

Food: 4.5/5
Service: 3.5/5
Ambience: 4/5
Value for money: 4/5

The ambience and menu is nice, but the food and service is poor. Bad experience, I hope no one will go through the same experience like me. All the best!!

Ordered steam chicken momo and the dry red chilli chutney was the showstopper. Want the recipe 😛 Bamey's Restro Cafe pls share if you can. 5 🌟

Nice place if you’re looking for alternate veg nepalese cuisine. Momo platter was nice, having momos which were actually tasting different rather than just having different names. Noodles was average but the portion size was nice. Overall a nice experience if one is looking for a casual dine out.
Sadhavi Karmacharya
I would definitely give it more than 5 stars.

The food is so good! Amazing flavours and big portions. The jhol momos and buff sukuti sandeko are simply incredible. Can't wait to go back and try more options. The staff and management are very friendly and explain the dishes to you. Great experience

Food wise it was good but service was pathetic hence giving 3 star as OK. We tried Bhoot Momo, Thukpa, Sekuwa & Thakali Thali all in chicken... Starting with momo it was nicely cooked and perfectly fried to blend with the hot sauce (they use). It is pretty hot as name suggest... Thukpa was really good, the presentation and the way they serve was perfect to it's taste... Sekuwa was nice and the sauce they server along with adds the flavour of it... Suggestion is to add other option of meats especially the Buff one - though only in India (apart from Northeast India) it is regarded as beef which I find strange as it is not actually a beef.. rest of the world calls it Carabeef but popularly know as Buff in Northeast and Nepal. Now coming to our last dish Thakali thali... It was with everything required for this thali as Kaloo Dal (green lentils), Rayo Saag (not mustard leaves), Allu Dum (usually would be of any veg curry available in this thali), Green Salads, Papad, Aachar (basically freshly grounded chutney) with perfect use of spices with required ingredients to make the perfect taste... However Chicken Curry was not up to the mark, as it tasted pretty Indian curry then Newari (as actually it was suppose to), overall food was really good. But coming to service part as i mentioned pathetic earlier is because as we entered though couple of service men were there but was not bothered to attain and suggest the table which was still fine as we ourselves choose one and sat, which was still ok.. they served a glass for water which was not wiped properly as dried water drop mark was there... And they were very slow... Somehow we decided with our course and ordered... then other guest arrived on the another table next to us... When they rang the bell to call for service, that is when we realised that in our table there was no bell.. so probably they have not set the table perfectly... As we were waiting for our order to come the same item what we have ordered was served in that another table though they have come after us... At some point of time we felt left out usually when we were looking for drinking water and other requirements in the table.. and we missed to use our Zomato Gold as even they didn't ask for it while billing... this is all my review for this visit.. thank you

Good quantity of food served compared to the price . ordered Darjeeling chicken momo,Jhol veg momos and veg spring rolls. Loved the soup served with the momos and the stuffing in the momos
Ananya S Kotian
An average tasting pad Thai noodles I have had better pad Thai noodles ,in which the chicken tasted weird and the noodles were over cooked .i liked the aloo sabzi not sure of the name though . I agree the quantity was more but the taste is missing
Lakshay Virmani
Probably the best momos you would ever have. Perfect thing for a cheese craving.

One of the best momo's I ever had. One of the must visit place. Good ambience, friendly staff and yummy food. We tried Darjeling momo, steam momo, chicken wings and mutton thali. All items were good.

Bameys is one of the best places in Koramangla for Nepalese cuisine. They have a large number of Nepalese style non vegetarian and vegetarian dishes. Their noodles are also awesome. We had a chicken burnt garlic noodles and Nepalese style chilly chicken, both of which were fantastic and really tasty. The prices are also really affordable. The place has a really good ambience and the staffs were really courteous.

My Friend suggested me to try this place so I went with my co-workers. Their food is just outstanding probably the best momos all over in Bangalore. and their service is quite impressive too. Definitely recommended will be visiting again for sure..

Since a long time i am out of my home and missing my home food, this time my friend suggested me to try this restaurant and I was very excited as she had appreciated the food,
So we three of us reached there and we ordered for Sandeko wai wai, veg thukpa and two plates of Veg nepali authentic meal.
Oh! My God what a lovely taste, we all felt like we are at home.
Thank you so much for bringing my tongue/home taste.
Deepak Maloo
Not the most upscale of places, but great food. We ordered chicken momos and the wai wai sandeko. Both were outstanding. Remember to ask for the hot sauces; they will get you a couple of variations, including a spicier one that kicks ass!

Adding to the great food is some nice Nepali music.

Will definitely be visiting this place again to try more items from the menu!
Sashidhar Narra
The bhoot momos were Upto the expectation. That tasted good and were spicy. However, the tomato soup that they have on the menu wasn’t worthy. It was as if one is eating cornflour of the bowl. Over a pleasant Nepalese experience with Nepali music in the background and a beautiful decor.

Well after reading the reviews on Zomato, my wife and I visited this place. We liked the decor of the restaurant, the staff were courteous and the jhol momo and it's presentation was amazing. But we also ordered the masala wings-(tasteless and also had a long strand of hair stuck on the batter),-mistakes happen and i am okay with it but the taste of the food!!!!. The drums of heaven was really like a sponge of oil,the chilli chicken was average, the fried rice and chicken gravy was also not tasty. Altogether maybe it was a one off day for them, but we were really disappointed. Oh to top it all the service time was close to an hour and 10mins(which is just not acceptable) as we went on a Friday at 7.40pm and the restaurant was not even full
To the management:
The review might sound harsh but I really want you guys to improve hence I said my mind.
Nera Gurung
Dal was smelly, rice was uncooked, sel roti was hard as rock. On complaining, they said thanks for information. It was my first and will be last meal from this restaurant.
Apoorva Rathore
One of my Nepali friends took me to this place... ambiece is Decennt and the staff members are polite...ordered momos and nepali dish leping... Both tasted good...

Ambience - 4.5/5
Staff Behaviour - 5/5
Service - 3.75/5
Value for money - 4.25/5
Food - 4.25/5
Service - 3.75/5
Overall - 4.5/5

Bamey's is one of those cafes that you enter just to try it out, and then you fall in love with the place and want to tell people about it.

It is a decently well spaced out cafe serving mostly Nepalese food. It does serve a few other south east asian staples like Nasi Goreng and Pad Thai, but doesn't deviate too much from it's roots.

The walls are beautifully adorned with Buddhist posters and the lighting is just beautiful. The seating is very comfortable. The ambience makes you feel relaxed as soon as you settle down. Time slows down a bit, much like the cafes in Hampi, and it is a beautiful thing for a cafe to achieve this, specially within the bustling city of Bangalore.

The servers are extremely polite and friendly, specially the person who was managing the place. With a welcoming smile across his face, he interacted with us as if we are regulars. Although, the service itself was a bit slow, the hospitality was commendable.

We tried the Momo platter Large, which consisted an assortment of 16 momos of fried, steamed, pan fried and seared momos. I love momos, and I loved the taste of it. The pan-fried momos were a little overdone, but it can be overlooked.

The pocket pinch is reasonable, it will not burn a hole in your pocket.

Definitely reccomended place if you love south east asian cuisine. I am returning to this place with high expectations next time to try out some more dishes!

So glad I found this place. A very indigenous ambience with Nepalese music played, Nepalese scripts on the walls and colorful cloth hangings. Coming to food, lovely Momos , especially the Jhol Momo, which is steamed Momos with a peanut soup. The Wai Wai Noodles are amazing too. Price is very affordable. Also the soups are nice. Tried Chicken Sandeko and Chicken Sekuwa, both of which tasted deliciously different. Overall a delightful deviation from the regular.
Chitra Kk
6 small pieces of momo received instead of mentioned 8.. This for 160Rs...very disappointed
Tuhin Deb
Probably one of the best in kormangla. Momo platter to thali everything tastes great.
Menuka
From momos to thali you get an authentic taste of Nepali food. I love the Nepali songs they play and food is so delicious! One of my favourite restaurant to visit when I crave for home food.
Nabajyoti Saikia
Very warm and courteous owner. We visited just for a plate of Momos hence decided to have while waiting for table itself as it was Durga puja evening and place was housefull. But owner was very polite to offer a table in almost no time of waiting. Coming to food tried steam momos on suggestion of owner. It was full of flavours and juicy just perfect to my palate. Pricing was moderate. As we were already full with short bites in various pandals so couldnot try other items in the menu. But will be visiting again very soon to try Nepali thali which sounds interesting.

This was a sudden plan
and how do i describe how proud i feel to take this decision
best taste Nepalese cuisine ever
it holds homely ambiance and super sweet staff
tried Jhol momos

The best place to have some authentic nepali food in koramangala area
The ambiance is unique in Nepali style n the background music gives you an different feel
Cumming to food we tried momo platter, tandoori momo, aloo stick, jhol momos and all were amazing with authentic taste
Overall an amazing place to chill with your friends n enjoy the food
Definitely one should try their momo platter.

As I was in a mood to have some good Oriental Food, Bamey’s was my dinner spot, chosen by my friends. Even on a holiday, the place wasn’t very crowded. The ambience was ok, consisting of hints of Asian themed decor.

So, here’s how everything started falling apart. We waited for around 30 Mins for the server to take our order. Some of them completely ignored us, even when we tried calling them out.

When finally someone came, here’s what we ordered - Jhol Momos, 8 Treasure Fried Rice, Non-Veg Khaja Set, Chicken Sekuwa & some Cold Drinks.

Jhol Momos - This Nepalese Chicken Momos were the best dish among all of the ones we ordered here.

8 Treasure Fried Rice - Stir fried rice with eight types of vegetables, sauteed in aromatic chinese sauce. I love Fried Rice but this 8 Treasure didn’t exactly please me very much.

Chicken Sekuwa - Chicken marinated in Nepalese Spices & grilled. Served with Peanut & Chilli Sauce. Chicken pieces on the skewers is always exciting and this Sekuwa was good in taste too.

Non-Veg Khaja Set - A Bamey’s Special Newari platter which consists of Mutton Gravy, Chicken Choyila, Aloo Tama Jhol, Curd, Aloo ka Achar, Fried Egg, Urad Dal Cutlet and Tomato Chutney with Steamed Rice/ Crispy Rice Flakes. If you are confident enough to eat a proper Asian Thali by yourself, then order this only. It took all 4 of us to complete this not-so-good meal.

CONCLUSION -

Food: 3/5

Ambience: 3/5

Service: 2/5

Total Experience: 3/5

After a disappointing experience, I don’t think I’ll visit this place again.

Discovered this little gem. A good assortment of Momos. I've tried a few momos here and the best one is the Jhol momo with that peanut sauce, which is filled with flavor. The thali was unique as well with dishes that I have never eaten before. Definitely a unique experience. They could improve their dessert offerings though.
Divina
Beautiful ambiance and amazing service. The food was absolutely delicious and very filling. I would love to visit the place again 🙌🏻

The food is just how you expect Nepali food to be.Its like you're having the thali in Kathmandu.
Love the food and ambience.
Love the blend b/w Chinese and Nepali cuisine.
Partha Sarathi Pattnaik
The place of good and the Momos are really good. There is a pleothera of options to choose from when you are ordering Momos. I would highly recommend the Momo platter which gives four varieties of momos and is totally worth the price. Loved the spring rolls as well. Will be visiting frequently 😁

Amazing food and new cuisine.... Loved every thing apart from the buff dish....

if one is in the mood to experiment then this is the place to be...

Jhol momo - amazing momos, soft and not wet from the steam. Served with the most amazing Broth ever. You love it and if you are alone you'll be in heaven

Alu with sel roti - nice and fresh potatoes and crispy and mildly sweet sel roti for some local Nepali flavour

Chicken Sekuwa - succulent chicken and marinated to perfection with a perfect sear.... Absolute delight

Chicken Thukpa - by far the best Thukpa I have ever tried. Wholesome, tasty and nicely spiced dish.

Wai wai sandeko - the surprise light starter. Amazing rendition of the wai wai noodles as a sandeko
This is a nice small cozy place. It has got some good food and is very easy on your pocket. Overall a nice experience. They play nice nepali music and the whole ambience is quite nice. This was my first visit to the restaurant and tried aome new dishes. Would love to explore more dishes in subsequent visits. Just be careful with parking, Zomato says they have valet parking....did not find one and its a extremely small street...

After a long time I had momos and they were really good. We had ordered momos platter which gave a good variety of momos.
They serve good Nepalese food. I would visit this place again.
