It's a good place to stay. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and elegantly furnished with high-quality linens and modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was large and luxurious, with a deep soaking tub and rain shower that left me feeling pampered and relaxed. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The spa was an oasis of tranquility, with a wide range of treatments and services that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The fitness center was well-equipped and spacious, with state-of-the-art equipment that made my workouts enjoyable and effective. The hotel's restaurants and bars were exceptional, with a diverse range of cuisines and flavors that catered to every palate. The breakfast buffet was extensive, with a wide variety of fresh fruits, pastries, and cooked-to-order dishes that were simply delicious.

Just Wow!! Huge spread. We had gone for lunch on a Monday afternoon. It was a Lobster buffet...what a buffet... Too many items that were absolutely lip smacking. Desserts were superb. One definitely needs to have a huge appetite to try all the dishes here. One of the best buffets I've ever been to in Bengaluru.

Went here in 2020 for a business trip for 2 nights. Everything was immaculate. I was stunned by all the cooks preparing breakfast dishes in front of you. super clean, kind staff and even though I did not pay on my own, I would have, as they have a fair price/value (coming from Europe where you pay easily 2-4x the price for such a hotel).

Really pleased with this hotel. My expectations weren’t high given the reasonable price but I was pleasantly surprised. Excellent central location while also providing quiet for a good nights sleep. Bed and bedding were luxurious and high quality as were the bathroom facilities. Highly recommend for a comfortable yet economical stay.moreover I stayed so many hotels but it was nice in every way.

Service was a bit slow. I had to call twice for getting water bottles, twice to get the dishes removed, wait for 25 mins to get my luggae from room to lobby and the spa receptionist gets smitten by foreigners and doesn't remember to offer Indians even a place to sit in the waiting area while she attends to foreigners. The service staff in the lobby and room service were friendly and jolly. The food is excellent. Spa service is good. Good options in breakfast. I wanted to have hotpot at Shang Palace but didn't have the time for it. It is reviewed as the best in Bangalore.

Exceptional hotel, but they need to fix some issues to justify the price point they operate at There is no button for room cleaning. If you forget to tell them, your room will be unmade even in the evening. I asked for bath salts for the tub. I was assured that it was being sent, but even after asking thrice, there was no sign of it!

Not really sure what the attitude at the restaurant is all about. Walking around with such an air of arrogance. Was supposed to check in, but the restaurant just made me not want to to that. Had a few cousins staying there and they had the same experience. The concierge is the real deal. That was the hospitality I was expecting in a place like Shangri-La. Your staff really need to be schooled on how to treat guests. Not sure who that manager was at the restaurant at the ground floor, but he really needs a change in attitude.

Definitely a five-star hotel. I felt relaxed and at home throughout my stay. The facilities were flawless, and the service was excellent. The staff were professional and evidently motivated. Special mention to the porter, Mr. Wilson, who was very attentive and maintained a friendly demeanor, which I greatly appreciated. A superb experience overall.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the Shangri-La for 3 nights. The rooms are modern and spacious, with comfortable beds and nice toiletries. Staff and friendly and extremely helpful. The decor of the hotel itself is exquisite, from the foyer to the restaurants to the spa and swimming pool! We ate at the main buffet restaurant plus the Chinese and Japanese restaurants. All we're fantastic. If you are looking for a fine dining experience in Bangalore then the hotel has the best restaurants so you don't need to go anywhere! The breakfast buffet is also fantastic and includes Indian, oriental and continental cuisines as well as fresh fruits, bakery, juices and freshly made masala tea! Can't recommend this hotel enough and I will definitely be returning in the future - a TRUE 5* experience!!
