I recently dined at MacDonald and had a delightful experience. The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and a diverse menu. I enjoyed a perfectly prepared Big Mac, and the restaurant maintained excellent cleanliness and hygiene. Overall, it was a satisfying visit, and I look forward to returning. 🍔🍟👍

Located inside Meenakshi Mall this outlet is spread over 2 floors. The ambiance is of a typical fast food restaurant. Wr tried the Peri peri Paneer Burger which was great in taste. The peri peri flavor was subtle on the buns. The fries here are to die for, so amazing. The Aloo Tikki Burger is not to be missed. A good outlet.

The staff are very responsive and nice.. the place is good to have a quick dine.. that is if there are no kids in the restaurant as they make too much noise. Not the restaurant issue but people coming in there are irresponsible and the staff still put on a smile and assist.. kudos..

Went to McDonald's to fill my coffee craving. Heard alot about them. So, i ordered their coffee and veg pizza mcpuff. Both Coffee and Mcpuff was very tasty. They made the design on coffee perfectly. At that they had an offer on coffee buy 1 get 1 free so i got one for free. They have amazing daily offers on their app. Loved them. Thank you.

The Meenakshi Mall Mc Donalds outlet is quite a big one with ample seating to manage crowd. They have good service and friendly staff. As I experienced their were hot and fresh products served. The fies were delicious. In the current pandemic situations there were several measures to prevent covid-19. There were several checks in place with few norms being strictly followed such as contact less payment and contact less take away etc. Also we can see sanitizing the tables every rounds. The outlet on the first floor of Royal Meenakshi Mall, Bannerghatta Main Road. This outlet isn't as crowded during day time but is a rendezvous spot during evening since there are several colleges in the vicinity of the mall.

One of the best restaurants in terns of efficient service. The staff helped us to choose the best combos. The food quality was good, the burgers tasted great. The chocolate and strawberry shakes and coffee were delicious. The restaurant has a large sitting area in the first floor.

A very nice place to sit down and relax and have great McDonald's food! The seating extends to the first floor with ample seating space and the view from there is also nice. Only draw back being that there are no dedicated space for restrooms and there is only a single wash area in the ground level. There is also a McCafe which serves piping hot coffee with cakes or muffins. There is also a take away area with operates from the first floor.

Fries were soggy could not eat it became like rubber.. burgers were smashed.. wrap became like roti masala... Best part when I picked up the package the coke fell on the road... Wow what a delivery by Zomato and McDonald's. Waste of time and money. Very very bad experience...

Ordered two Maharajas and got really stale burgers. It clearly looked like it was made earlier and probably just reheated. The lettuce and the buns were so stale, old and dry. Really disappointed. Their quality has been diminishing of late but today's experience was horrible.

Staff is extremely disinterested, they forgot about our order even though the person who took the order was supposed to prepare it. When we raised our complaint the manager tried to tell us that we were standing in the wrong spot. It was ridiculous because their employee was the one who asked us to. Finally when we went to have a seat and eat the AC was not working. I honestly would not give it any stars ALL based on service.

A nice McDonald's outlet in Royal Meenakshi mall, which always satiates my hunger when I am in a hurry and want to have something quickly before going to watch movies. The staff is attentive and courteous. I like their American Cheese Chicken burger and McVeggie burger. Even the American Cheese Veg burger is also very good in taste and quality.

It's my all time favorite. It satisfies Mt cravings every time. Latte + brownie is just a heavenly combination here. Brownie is so soft and so delicious over here. Coffee is much better dn a y other coffee shops. Wheat bread buger is really great over here.

Have been here a few times when I had gone to Meenakshi Mall for shopping. Their food has always been nice. With good space for seating and nice customer service in general. It's one of the best place to go after a day of shopping at Meenakshi Mall. But the menu is overpriced and the quantity is less than what u pay for.

Yumm Coffee with the perfect view of nature from the restaurant. Loved it. I don't think that they need a review but I must say that I just loved my coffee. The left one in the picture is simple coffee and the right one is hazelnut flavoured. I definitely liked the one with hazelnut.

Sent the wrong burger and when I called them to tell them they cut the call on me...after calling back atleast 50 times someone picked up and said he’d have the right burger sent. I haven’t got the burger and it’s been like an hour, no ones picking up either.

Nothing much to explain about this. This is an usual Mcd like any other. Located in 2 floors in Meenakshi Mall, it's good best place to hangout. Esp nice to rest after ur shopping. Also appreciate the decoration made for Friendship day. Service seems to be good, but they need to have more manpower as the hygeine is not upto the mark as they have huge footfall mainly on weekends.!
