We visited this amazing place when we were craving for some biryani. It was quite an amazing experience. As the food we ordered was quite sumptuous and tasty. We ordered: Shanmukha special Chicken wings Prawns chilly dry Chicken Manchurian soup Boneless Biryani Prawns Biryani I must say ever dish was up to mark, I will definitely visit this place again. Best thing was that every dish was pocket friendly.

Recently went to Shanmukha Marathahalli, located near Innovative Multiplex and after eating here I was thinking what is reason I dint comer here before. Courteous staff and fast serving were the first thing I want to mention. The decor is not so glossy but when you have terrific food all you need is a table, chair and plate. We ordered the following: ➡️ Paneer 65 ➡️ Chicken 65 ➡️ Guntur Chicken ➡️ Mushroom Pepper Dry ➡️ Andhra Prawn Dry ➡️ Shanmukha Special chicken biryani ➡️ Shanmukha Special fry piece biriyani ➡️ Wings special biriyani ➡️ Gulabjamoon Loved the flavour of authentic Andhra spices used beautifully to infuse distinct flavours in each and every dish. The quality and quantity of biriyani is amazing. Long grained basmati is used here. Quantity of all dishes are very good. A must try. Food - 10/10 Ambiance -9/10 Service -10/10 VFM -10/10

Visited it for lunch and tried Paneer Special Biriyani and Mushroom Biriyani. Absolutely loved the Paneer Special Biriyani, prepared with long grain aromatic Basmati Rice mixed with properly spiced masalas and perfectly cooked Paneer Chunks. Mushroom Biriyani was good too and can be tried if one wants to avoid Paneer. In starters tried, BabyCorn Sholay Kebab and Mushroom Chili. Sholay Kebab is Chinese type dish prepared in Andhra style, creating a different fusion taste. Mushroom Chili is must try starter for a Vegetarian.

If you know Biryani, then you must be familiar with Shanmukha. And Marathalli being their oldest outlet has some amazing and authentic appetizers available only over there. Biryanis were spicy yet not the kind which will burn your throat. I swear by their chicken biryanis. For starters they have more than 15 kinds of starters only available at this outlet. Chicken lollipop had humongous leg pieces, so well cooked and soft. With the green chutney it was just melt in the mouth. Also I loved their presentation. Efforts were visible. Service on time and well behaved staff. Not to forget, do try their gulab jamun. So soft, perfectly sweet.. Putting a sweet end to your meal.

I recently visited @shanmukha.bangalore to try their special Andhra biryani and starters ! Shanmukha Marathalli is the oldest branch of Shanmukha. They have their very own kind of special dishes which you won't find in any other andhra restaurant in Bengaluru. I absolutely fell in love with their Chicken Lollypop biryani , it was so crispy from outside and juicy from the inside. I can't wait to take my family there.

Exploring and finding about legendary biryani places in town got me on their order page. I was highly impressed with the menu and the variety of veg biryanis. The portion size is over whelming and sufficient for 2 people. The masalas was spiced up to perfection. It comes with Raita. The packaging is good and no spilling of food happened. Marthahally is the oldest one in Shanmukha restaurants. Add this restaurant in your wish list if you craving for real Andhra cuisine. Not only Andhra they have north and other south side dishes. Boneless Special Biriyani is the top list in the menu. Paneer Tikka and Veg chakara is the best in Veg starters. Appolo fish, Kunfu chicken wings, Special chicken dry are the other hit list in non veg starters. They have very spicy dishes also on the menu. Its a complete fine dinning restaurant.

Beside of marathahalli bridge opposite of multiplex mall. Ambience is ok. Food is good but less spicy. Service is ok. Ordered pepper prawns fry which is little sweet in taste but different variation of taste. Mutton curry is good but less spicy. Seems its boiled separately and mixed later with curry. Curd rice is ok type. Tanduri rotis are soft and good in taste.

Yummy, spicy, tasty Andhra food!! That's the best way to describe this place. You get some awesome biriyanis accompanied with some tasty chicken starters. The service is prompt and quick with hardly any waiting times. You'll not have to ask for anything and there'll be a waiter at your table even before you try to call someone. The ambience is decent to good and nothing major to complain about. We ordered the Hyderabadi chicken dum biriyani and boneless chicken biriyani. This was accompanied with Guntur chicken dry. All these dishes were extremely tasty and left us wanting for more. You get good value for money as well as all their dishes are fairly priced and are super tasty.

This is the container in which we got the mushroom noodles delivered! We emptied the food to our serving bowls and to our shock (!) There was extremely high level of oil being used! How can we even consume this food after seeing this? What do you have to say Shanmukha? Please ensure that you use only minimal oil. And, yes, not to miss mentioning the very tasty Schezwan Veg fried rice! As usual, it was the best 👍💯

Try to deliver complete order I have faced missing of add on cold drinks I added by paying extra but lazy people never deliver it but keep the additional charged money. How can be delivery related service so negligence. You need to work on parcel sections to deliver to the charged amount

Ordered from zomato dishes worth 500rs. Got only 3 pieces in the chicken items. I have always ordered from shanmukha but it was disappointing this time it was half than what u get at the restaurant. And zomato were not at all helpful.

The Chicken Boneless Briyani we have ordered from Shanmuka restaurant but unfortunately it was coming from @Kitchen's so the quantity was less compare to normal shanmuga restaurant. The the taste wise it was amazing.

It's hard to miss Shanmukha. I loved the video on Zomato and each time I passed by the restaurant it was a renewed promise to try out their food. And so I did and got the biryani home delivered. The food arrived at my door unexpectedly early and that was a wowzer. It was well packaged, arrived hot and absolutely delicious. The portions were generous for two and priced well (I was able to get a discount). The chicken dum biryani was a tad bit spicy for me but it was great with the raita and the chicken kebab was very nice. I've definitely got to order out again.

They told zomato gold is not applicable for all the items. It did sound very strange. I have been a zomato gold user for a long time and using this in many places. But this I heard for the first time. And let me tell you this was not the case when I visited another branch of the same restauran(that is Jayanagar Shanmuksha). You must look into this.

Ordered Dal Fry and Aloo Paratha from ZOMATO. Dal Fry arrived absolutely stale and something in it smelled rot. Paratha was bad too and could barely see aloo just thick uncooked structure. I reported to ZOMATO twice right away, but couldn’t get beyond their bot. They should have refunded me but again their bot seems too advanced (see attached screenshot) 😬

Visited on a weekday for dinner. It was relatively empty. Ordered the Boneless Chicken Majestic as starter. It was good. For main course, ordered the Shanmukha Special Chicken Biryani. Quantity was too good. They had mentioned it was for one person, but it was sufficient for the 2 of us. Pricing was reasonable. Service was good.

Ordered for 2 items biriyani and extra kebab which appears while you place a checkout, only biriyani got delivered and no clue of extra chicken. There is no gravy or salad packed with such an expensive biriyani.....Raita is also too watery without any onions.....dont know how Biriyani tasted good though

We kept on asking for water and onions but till our dinner was over we where not served with water . The service was very slow on the other hand. We ordered 8 rotis and chicken butter masala . Chicken butter masala gravy was completely stale and they didn't changed it also when we complained about it . Total unprofessional behaviour and no proper management.

We biryani lovers feel happy whenever we get more options from Shanmukha , all across Bengaluru . They have never dissapointed me .. Wish you explore something near Rajajinagar.. We are waiting !! Had an awful experience. As someone who has been to the Shanmukha in Jayanagar and Kormangala, I was looking forward to eating here. But everything, from their refusal to honour the zomato gold, to the undercooked chicken and just plain stale biryani, was a disappointment to say the least. Wouldn't go back there if it was the last place in the world.

I have placed order for chicken Fry piece biryani and pootharekulu 4 pieces. For pootharekulu they charged 175 rupees but delivered jamuun with biryani for the same amount. If they don't have product why they charged us on wrong product. I want my money back. Wrost experience with shanmukha Whitefield mahadevapura branch.i won't give 1 rating also.

Should not expect for a wonderful ambience, however, it’s a decent place with reasonable pricing. Service was pleasant and quick. Only con with my experience is the taste of Paneer Butter Masala and the naan. Though it’s a butter masala item, it shouldn’t be very sweet that we shouldn’t be able to eat it. Naan was also good but I it was too dry. Nevertheless, the restaurant is good and worth a go.
