Review Panchamrut - Bengaluru

Very healthy food which is also very tasty. Very serene and beautiful ambience. Relaxed service πŸ˜… I visit very frequently and love it every time.

You won’t find this on the main road. But I was surprised to see that the tables were all occupied. People from different parts of the town flock around the place. This is associated with the Sri Sri ashram, and under the banner of Sri Sri Tattva. Food is decent, affordable, neatly presented. They have a huge lawn in front, and the ambience was relaxing. Worth the visit πŸ‘

Amazing sattvic food restaurant inside The Art Of Living campus. The decor is like the Kerala style tharavadu - beautiful, well lit and airy. The food served is spectacular. πŸ‘Œ We tried the regular thali and the vegan thali - Both came in with a variety of dishes, each one tasted amazing. More so it was superbly healthy too. They have a rotational daily menu. Usually gets crowded by the peak lunch hour. The service staff is very patient and humble too. This is one place you can take any age group and they would surely enjoy their meal. Very reasonably priced too.

A very nice and calm ambience backed with healthy vegetarian food which is delicious yet light on your stomach. A must visit if you like the Satvik veg food. They do have some good North Indian veg options too.

We have been to this place twice.During both the visits ,the service was slow, got a wrong order and the staff was quiet indifferent and unapologetic about it .Not recommended.

Beautiful place, located in lush green garden of 3.5 acres. I ordered fruit bowl, athazham (dinner), dry fruit lassi. Their food menu changes daily. service is prompt. thali was tasty, fruits were fresh, lassi was ok.

Everything is fresh and organic, love their thali, juices, herbal teas and paratha. It is satvik restuarant, they serve food according to ayurvedic tradition adapted to modern lifestyle.

Nice clean and quiet place. If anyone wants to indulge in a clean Satvik food, good taste, good portions and quick service, you must try this place. They have a good variety of options, from Dalia, Quinoa to Sandwiches, Chinese to North & South Indian. It is priced very well keeping in mind that this is run by Art of Living and all produce are farm fresh and organic. The highlight item was the Paneer Shashlik (starter) which was served in a bowl rather than the sticks itself, and it was a pleasant surprise. They added maybe their signature dressing of some sorts and it was really good.

In addition we ordered their North Indian Thalis, Tandoor Rotis, Dal Fry and Kolhapuri and we were not disappointed with any item.
Also, if you were to overeat for any reason, well the Place is huge, greenery, farm animals and serene for a walk :)

Suggest to go and try once atleast for some clean Satvik food. I definitely recommend this to all vegetarians out there.

Even though the food and ambience is much appreciated, the service needs some real improvement. The staff is warm and hospitable but the service is extremely slow and orders are exchanged several times. Also there's no consistency in the taste. I have had good and bad experiences both. If your day is good you might end up getting a good meal without having to wait a lot.

This place is located at the Art of Living center, Bengaluru. It is owned and wholly run by Art of Living center and most of the supplies needed for the restaurant are provided by the organic farms of the center itself.

You can have delightful meal in a Calm and peaceful atmosphere. The greens give a relaxing ambiance and allows us to enjoy the food from heart.

They do not have a fixed menu for the Thali but you get quick bites and juices all day long. Thalis are restricted to certain number after which only Γ la carte will be available.

We tried their Thali as we would get to taste a variety of items. They always have a healthy yet exquisite food and is crafted to fill our hearts. Dishes we had on our Thali:
- Quinoa mixed veggies Soup
- Cabbage salad
- Stir fried Flat Beans
- Veg Curry made from Coconut milk
- Dal fry
- Roti
- Coconut rice

We 1st ordered some healthy juice; we were told that we should have our meal at least 20 minutes later. This comforts our stomach to have the main course.

Coming to main course, indeed the Thali was looking great and appealing. We first started with Quinoa mixed veggies soup. Healthy Quinoa, cooked properly, tasted really well with the veggies. You can always adjust the taste with the help of salt and pepper.

We were surprised by Cabbage salad! It was crisp as lettuce, marinated in a secret blend made by them. It had a dash of orange flavor in it.

Second dish which was surprising to see on the plate was Flat Beans. PS- If it is not cooked properly then it would taste bitter. Hence many ppl shun these dishes from their menu. But here it was perfectly cooked when served.

Coconut milk curry, was little sweet to taste but it was light and tasty and so was coconut rice.

The price of the Thali is Rs.250 (including taxes) and other dishes ranges from Rs.180 to Rs. 250. The staff were very courteous and knowledgeable about the dishes. We totally loved the dinner. We even had a wonderful time interacting with other guests around. Jai Guru Dev!

This was our experience at Sri Sri Tattva Panchamrut; do visit this place and let us know your thoughts and feedbacks!
Cheers!! #BurpOutLoudly
