One of the best breakfast/vegetarian restaurant located in Bangalore City !!! Without any doubt i would suggest you should definitely try atleast once their food (breakfast) because it's worth the money .we had paneer cheese dosa and podi dosa which was really amazing, and the peaceful ambience from the restaurant was also great.overall this is a 10/10 in every aspects .please try their cheese dosa.

Good South Indian food. Tasty and hygienic. Love the bhajji and tea available in the evening, self service and the staffs are friendly.

IDC has always been one of my favourite places to try out South Indian breakfast. They have an elaborate menu, with great variety in options and lovely food and coffee. One of my go-to places for breakfast. Always. Check them out 🙌

The podi idli was mouth-meltingly delicious. We ordered the podi idli and ghee masala dosa, and everything was superb and delicious. The service was also excellent. In my opinion, this is a great breakfast spot.

The food is very nice. I visited for the first time and found IDC kitchen food is awesome. Coffee also found worth the taste.

Searched for some of the good breakfast places in Bangalore and this was one of those places which was less crowded compared to Vidyarthi Bhavan. Since we didn't have time to wait in line, we went to this place instead, pricing was decent and the food was good as well. Just that the service was slow and you have to wait for a longer time to get your food. Even though there's a token system, people just grab the dish from your hands if they had ordered the same dish saying that it's their order, which is kinda rude but we didn't care since we didn't want any issues over our head for as small as a breakfast. Also ordered coffee and chai, and I can safely say that Bangalore is only good in making coffee and not chai.

If you are visiting Bangalore you will definitely crave for South Indian food as you are travelling in South so I will surely recommend this for everyone travelling Bangalore. Third visit to IDC. That successfully completes all the branches across Bengaluru! Yes that's right! Have been to all. You should too. This place however has seating. The menu is same like all IDC's. The service is fast. The food is mind blowing. The ever tasty ghee idly. Highly recommended.

Absolutely delicious breakfast menu. Everything is served fresh and piping hot. We ordered the masala idli, the masala dosas, the bisibele bath and the filter coffee. The idlis was served with generous amounts of ghee and a fantastic podi. The masala dosa was made crispy on the exterior and fluffy on the inside. The masala within was cooked well too. The bisibele bath was flavorful and paired well with the crunchy boondi. The filter coffee was strong and intense. Overall a great meal at extremely affordable rates!

Every dish on the menu is amazingly tasty. Masala idli, ghee Masala and kesaribath, filter coffee are at its best.. It's a must try place.. And the service is pretty quick..

This place is a small shop just opposite the Gandhinagar Jain temple. The best part is that they serve fresh , price is less and the place looks clean and hygienic. The taste can be second to none. Its our third time this week and we still can go another two. :) I recommend this place to all.

A very pocket friendly hotel with very good varieties.<br/>My most favourite was Kesari and podi idly. We visited this hotel for breakfast and we enjoyed it a lot. 1. Amazing food. the idly is super soft. the chutneys feel really fresh. The upma dosa and masala dosa are made in ghee and they will remain hot till you take the last bite .  ( hope u can ignore the grease)<br/>2. IDC stands for Idly Dosa Coffee .<br/>This place is located some where close to majestic .<br/>The Idly served here are not like any other idly .<br/>It's very soft and tasty .<br/>They provide this breakfast with two types of chutneys. You can just have a look at image attached below.<br/>Dosas are quite popular . Coffee is satisfactory.<br/>Sunday breakfast could take a while here , but it's worth at the end .<br/>Over all it was a very nice experience.<br/>Do try it !

The best dish to try is Masala idlli and also the tomato uttapam dosa. And the rates are good. <br/>And the best thing is its located at the heart of the city.<br/>Some pics attached.

Good eatery for quick breakfast and lunch. The recent inclusion of sitting area is convinient. Quality and quantity of the snacks is good and filling. Wheat parathas are a must try and rice bath mix is very unique. But the quality should be improved.

This morning, I was looking for a new place to have breakfast in this part of town. I checked with a local & he guided me to this place.<br/><br/>What strikes you first, is the swanky new building with clean & tidy premises. I opted to have food from the darshini. <br/><br/>We started of with an idli, which was pretty bigger than the usual size & taste good with both the chutney & the sambhar. Will give a 4* for it.<br/><br/>We then tried a chow chow baat. The Kesari baat was dripping with ghee & had the right amounts of sugar in it. The Khara baat was perfectly spiced & was great on taste too. Will give the combo a 4* too.<br/>I also had a crispy vada & a masala dosa from here. The Vada gets a 4* for the crispiness & taste. The dosa was perfectly perforated/cooked & was a delight to have with the palya & the chutneys. 4* for this too.<br/>To down this, we had a piping hot mini tea & coffee. Both were pretty good too.<br/><br/>The service is fast as you don't have to wait too long to have your food served, so can give it a 4* too.<br/><br/>VFM would be 3.5 as its a little bit pricier for this locale.<br/><br/>Yes, I will be back here to have their meals the next time I am in this area.

this place is for kannadigas and not for people from other state cuz they don't speak any other language except kannada. if you want to customise your food according to your taste,you can't do cuz they don't understand hindi or english or telugu. they use lot of green chillies in each and every food item,you will end up eating just green chillies causing severe stomach burn.  this eatery has lot of rush so they don't bother when customer want to customise his food. so this PLACE IS STRICTLY FOR KANNADIGAS WHO CAN SPEAK KANNADA.  i can give rating 4 for food and rating 1 for causing me sever stomach pain. educated people don't eat super spicy food,its illiterates from villages who eat super spicy food,i hope someone reading this understands english.

Last week I was here to try the Idlys. I am familiar with the Nagaratpet Outlet. So this brand is not new for me. I ordered Podi Idly & Ghee Podi Dosa - both were upright. The quality & taste is consistent from day one. I will recommend this place.
