Review Sri Krishna Cafe - Bengaluru

I tried Garlic dosa and Idli sambar and both were really good. If you are okay spending some extra bugs for breakfast this can be the best place. Foods are comparably high in price but there's no compromise in the quality too.Foods are served in banana leaf, loved their chutney too. Service was good and this is a must try place in Bangalore.

You have to opt for this place if you are looking for a good authentic South Indian meal without burning a hole in your pocket. The sambhar is not sweet and that in itself can act as motivation to try some South Indian food in Bangalore. The food was served very quickly and tasted great too. The service too was incredible. The ambience may not be up to the mark but that is not really the point of this place.

Oh my god! One of the best Vada I had in my life, crispy but yet so soft on the inside! We absolutely devoured it… they serve their food on banana leaf which I found as super unique and environmentally friendly. The chutney’s that were served was equally delicious to pair along. They also gave a dessert which I still don’t recognise but man oh man! Soo good! Warmed by hungry stomach real quick and gave me a great start to the day! Not very aesthetically pleasing, but the vibes are right for what it is!

1. Authentic South Indian Delights: Shree Krishna Kafe in Koramangala is a charming old family-friendly restaurant that specializes in serving mouthwatering authentic South Indian cuisine. If you're craving traditional flavors, this is the place to be. 2. Must-Try Dishes: The highlight of my visit was the delectable Ghee Masala Dosa, which was perfectly crispy and generously filled with flavorful spiced potatoes. The Vada Sambar was equally delightful, with the vadas being just the right amount of crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. 3. Traditional Presentation: What makes the dining experience at Shree Krishna Kafe even more special is the traditional way they serve their food. The dishes are elegantly presented on banana leaves, adding a touch of nostalgia to the meal. 4. Refreshing Tea: Alongside the scrumptious food, I had the pleasure of sipping on their tea. The tea was a refreshing blend that complemented the flavors of the South Indian dishes. 5. Warm Staff and Excellent Service: The staff at Shree Krishna Kafe truly embodies hospitality. Their warm and friendly demeanor added to the overall positive experience. The service was prompt, and they were more than happy to provide recommendations and answer any questions I had about the menu.

So many restaurants in Bangalore, and it’s so difficult sometimes to pick on something. When we looked out for some South Indian cuisine restaurants, this place popped up in google. It looked like an old place, small place, on the 1st floor. We went inside and saw that the tables were all full, waited for 5mins to get a table. Order was taken fast, and the service was also pretty fast. The dishes were tasty, it was just great as I was hoping it to be. The dosa, idli, vada, chutney was all tasty. Coffee could have been better. It’s a small place, but with great food. I am sure you will enjoy it, make your visit at the earliest. 😀

The service & the food both are great here. Chilly idli & khema parotha is must try in my opinion. One of the best place for South Indian food imo. IMP: Accepts Credit card & cash only

Do try fried mini idly here. White coconut chutney is so good. You get all authentic TN food here.

Before we jump inside the review, there is no UPI Payments accepted here Apart from that the food is noicee and the best part is sambar here it is better than Senthoor cafe and rava dosa was crispy af, and their chennai dosa was top notch and the price was average. Would again go to this place for their spicy tamilnadu style sambar

This place is amazing! A truly authentic South Indian Thali experience. As soon as you enter, you are greeting by smiling staff who show you to a table. We opted for the Regular South Indian Thali (Rs. 200 on a Friday lunch). They spread a banana leaf in front of you and offer some water. Next, you begin with a roti (flatbread), three veggies, some achaar (pickle), and a papad (deep fried flattened lentils). Up next, you get rice with sambar (lentil-vegetable stew), rasam (lentil soup with tamarind), and two other variants of sambar for the second course. In addition, they also bring curd, buttermilk, and some sweet pongal (rice sweetened with jaggery) for dessert. A true gastronomical delight! I’m back home, lying on the bed and rubbing my belly as I type this review. Absolutely stuffed with yummy food. The levels of hygiene are great too. Sure, it’s not a five-star hotel but the staff take basic precautions like wearing gloves, hairnet, etc. A few other things to keep in mind - the place is on the first floor and you need to climb around 25 steps to reach it (burn some of the calories cuz you’re gonna intake 100 times more). There’s no elevator. There is street parking available for both cars and bikes on the street right outside the Kafe. We found a spot to park a car easily on a Friday afternoon. However, you may struggle to find a vacant parking spot during busier hours. To echo the words of another reviewer, “as a hardcore non-vegetarian, this is the only veg restaurant that I frequent.” I’m adding this to my list of Top 5 food joints in Bangalore. Sree Krishna Kafe is one of those hidden gems that are likely to explode in popularity and become super-crowded any day now. Enjoy it while it still has its charm.

A good friend took me here for breakfast. Such a good taste (sambhar, chutney), soft idly, nice vada. Good to have Tamilanadu style sambhar after a long time. Recommended. Narrow stairs go to first floor for the restaurant. Easy to find. Okay parking space. 246₹ for two people, for the food shown in the picture. 2 plates.

I had breakfast for 2 days at this restaurant. They serve on banana leaf. The idlis were very soft, the best i had ever. The chutneys were thick and perfect. The sambhar taste was very good. They do not mix any preservatives or any other powder.
Aby John
As a hardcore non vegetarian, this is the only one vegetarian restaurant that I visit regularly. Their dosa items are mouthwatering ❤️ Authentic tamil nadu style sambar and chutney are available here. Never miss the combination of sambar and coconut chutney. Check out their special items in the evening, they serve variety items on each day of the week. It's pretty old one in the city, known to me since 2008. Kitchen is open here, also no taste makers or color is added to the food. Staff is really courteous. Overall, 5 star for the food and service.
Vinita Nayak
Very good south indian food joint. Its a small place to have traditional tamil nadu food be it podi dosai, idli or idiappam with coconut milk with kurma or vada this is the place to eat. Its not just good for you pallet but also pocket friendly. The food is severed on banana leaf and steel containers and the service is quick.. will go there again to try their rasa vada and other food.
prem siva
I have been a customer from their haralur branch for the past 3 years. I got a chance to visit their main branch. Parking will be very tricky due to the peaky nature of this road. The steps are little clumsy and the restaurant is their in the first floor. Seating facilities was ok the taste is being maintained but they are bit costly compared to other hotels in the region.
Kapil Khattar
Absolutely authentic South Indian food. Been visiting it for several years and their quality remains top notch. Their Idlis are super soft and Podi Masala Dosa is as good as it gets. Simple and non pretentious food, service and atmosphere.

I had ordered a masala dosa and two idly. It was good. Not bad. Packaging was also quite good. Everything was individually packed well.
Sambar was good, both the chutney was good but sadly the masala dosa wasn't that good. Flavour and the potatoes cooking was wasn't so great.
But over all it was alright.
Thank you
McQueen
Amazing food.
My husband was smiling like a small kid by having one piece of dosa...
Excellent idiyappam, rasa vadai and paniyaram
Multiple visits pending
Sunkris
Can reduce spice in chutneys.....and lower price a bit
Manjaa Velu
Very clean food. Very neat. This is why i like sree krishna kafe in koramangala. Worthy food, but little expensive thats my concern.
Taste : 5 star all ways.

Never been here but ordered from Zomato
Mini idlis with chutney and sambhar
And I was disappointed a lot
The idlis were hard and the sambhar was sent very less
The chutney wasn’t that great too
Packaging made the idlis flat
So won’t recommend For now!!
Sarvani Tumuluri
Well , it's an average restaurant , the only good thing here is that they serve food in banana leaf , food is not at all spicy and also the place was very crowded and noisy ,I barely ate 3 dishes in the food they served , hygiene is okay but taste is not on the top notch .
Abhigyan Mandal
Visited the place early morning on a sunday and the same was decently crowded. Among the several waiters there however it seemed only one person had the right to take orders while the others were just lazing around. Service levels therefore were supremely inefficient. Food was ok, nothing particularly amazing. We had ordered masala dosa , plain dosa idli and poori bhaji. My companions say the coffee was good though i didnt have it.
Lisa David
Really awesome!!!. Very generous for chutney and taste very homely and same everytime u take a bite idly or dosa. 1% expensive but worth for money. Very very good food. Recommended genuinely
Dhwani Shah
Went there with lots of expectations. Tried a plain dosa, masala dosa, Idli and Puri Bhaji. Food was strictly average. Coffee was great. Wasnt very happy with the service. Had to wait a while before the waiter even came to take an order. There was only 1 waiter in the restaurant who was taking orders. Funnily everyone looked lazy and sleepy!
Make Plug
There is no wifi here. This listing shows "wifi", but it's a lie. I asked them, and they confirmed that they did have wifi. I was taken to the manager when I asked for the password, who told me that wifi was not available for customers!

The best South Indian restaurant in Koramangala
Krishna Pethaperumal
The best authentic south indian (Tamil Nadu style) food you could taste in Bangalore !
Must try if you love south Indian !
Jackie Anthony
Sweet dish should be more tasty and should have some more variation
Ganesh Kennedy
My favorite place for veg breakfast in Bangalore
One of the best South Indian breakfast 👌
Their dosai and vada are a good combo
It's really crowded
You have to wait that's the only issue
Good place for a family to have Sunday morning breakfast
Bhumika Agarwal
We went there for Sunday lunch with family. Absolutely a wonderful place for idli dosa lovers. We tried the podi dosa which had perfect flavors , the perfect crisp with a unique tomato onion chutney by the side. The Sambhar was yummy and especially for the kids it was not at all spicy so all the kids can binge on it. The uttapam was not that great, We has ordered upma which not at all oily and was yum. Lastly we tried sheera, at it was nice and any other udipi style restaurant. Over all a good place for brunch or lunch
Santosh Singh
Horrible place .....does not follow order instructions....cancels orders after 1hr of ordering .....horrible place to order from...and zomato also takes no responsibility

This place is a hidden gem 💎, which i stumbled upon and had one of the best vegetarian meals in bangalore. The place is simple and subtle no fancy menu just a fixed one and thats enough . Believe me you will be so full , you will be not able to try to whole items in the menu😄. The best part is the hospitality, the staff members who surve the food items are out of world , so warm n happy 😃 and make you feel special. they were so happy that i liked the food and constantly suggested to try something new from their menu. thanks to all u guys are awasome 👍. Lastly the price , the whole experience was worth much more then the what they charged fr the thali. Hopefully i will be visiting again in future to experience the joy of soul food and exceptional hospitality. all the best 🤘🏻

Delivery Review- The food was delivered quick, it was decently packed. I ordered a plain Uttapam, the Uttam was well cooked, the coconut chutney was amazing- thick and rich, the onion tomato chutney could have been slightly thicker.
Sambar was a slight let down, it lacked taste and had an earthy texture that I did not enjoy.
Overall an average food experience mainly because of the Sambar, if you guys improve that a little your food will be overall quite good.
Anirudh Dixit
Nice tasty breakfast, Sambhar was good. Also not very crowded early morning. Service is also quiet fast & friendly staff. Traditional way of serving on banana leaf is awesome

Excellent dosas. Have been to the restaurant once, very homely feel and pleasant people. Have ordered from here multiple times, best tam dosa and uttapam in south Bangalore. Must try!
Susmitha Veganosaurus
This is a place that seems to be perpetually crowded! Facing the busy street, it’s not very conducive to sitting around for a long time. But great for a quick bite and dash.

I totally enjoy the Samosa at Sree Krishna. It’s really really delicious! The stuffing is flavourful and they serve it with raw onion, chutney and meetha on the side. I like it so much that in my multiple visits, samosa is all ever ever ordered. In fact, I only go there when the craving for samosa hits me. 😜

If you’re passing by on the Koramangala Club Road, this place is hard to miss. Go grab a samosa here sometime. You can thank me later. 😁

Best place to have lunch especially if we are a rice lovers we can get a full meals the special one and enjoy it very well.

The taste wise we can't compare with some other it's a exact taste of our home food a Tamil Nadu style food serving in banana leaves.
Lakshman Aravind
This is a big blessing for folks who cannot get used to the sweetness in Sambar that is served in majority of the restaurants in the city. The place ambience is nothing to talk about but the food here is fantastic. It’s very good both in terms of taste as well as the price.
Coming to what we had ordered,
Idlis, vada, a couple of varieties of dosas and Pongal. None of these dishes disappointed me. The only major issue with the place is the level of crowd. It’s always crowded. But I guess that is the reputation of this place.
Gayatri
We got a single meal delivered at our place on a weekend. Packaging of individual items was good & so were the portions.
A single meal plus one additional rice is more than enough to feed two people.
Taste was good... authentic tamilnadu taste..
Will definitely order again
Jyotsana Nair
This is the right place for you to be if you are looking for a good south Indian place that isn't overly expensive. The waiters are friendly and frank. Service is prompt and the food is really tasty.
Manisha
The best South Indian restaurant in Bangalore ,who serves the authentic original South Indian dish keeping cleanliness and hygiene in mind. Highly recommended.👍🏼 most days by breakfast comes from here ☺️
Arvind Mahajan
This is a simple no grill South Indian vegetarian eatery.
The restaurant is on the first floor in Koramangala residential area of Bangalore

We came here for a latish breakfast/brunch on a weekday
We started with idlis and Pongal and followed with onion uttapam and ghee masala dosa and we finished with filter coffee
The food was satisfying and authentic. It was what we expected without any extra plus.
Aditee
It's situated on first floor surrounded by many other shops and hotels..so a bit difficult to locate as such. We had kyma parotta which was hot and yummy with onion raita. Appam korma was also delicious. Topped it off with our favourite Boost!!
P.S. Garlic dosa is something you should skip, it's not very pallette friendly.
Umang Moorarka
Everything is served with three kind of chutneys and sambhar. The idli and the chutneys are very good. Ghee roast dosa was very thin and little different than what you get in other joints. Vada and sambhar was decent.
Abhinav Tiwari
It seemed all good until I found a cockroach inside the food item. Kindly take care of hygiene. Hygiene cannot be compromised against quality and taste.

Ambience - 3/5 Food - 4/5 Service - 3.5/5 VFM - 4/5 Parking - No
We visited this place one Sunday morning for breakfast. The restaurant was pretty crowded, showind the popularity of this place. We ordered Masala dosa, idiyappam and kesari baath. All the dishes were very good and service was prompt. The sambar was a little different from what I expected and was garnished with raw onion, which is quite unique. There were the standard three chutneys as well as gunpowder, which made my day.Great and homely place for a filling breakfast.
Shreyash Jain
Visited this place on a Saturday for lunch. The seating and ambience is very mediocre.

Sadly most items on the menu were not available and they only serve meals. We ordered Idlis as it was the only option available.

The service was disastrous and the servers were very arrogant.
Abinash Panda
Missing a delicious and homely food head right there. Not very fancy in-terms of interior and food items, but you will enjoy the sumptuous veg meals.
Arjun Cherian Kovoor
Got only one Vada when I ordered for 2. The tomato chutney was too sour. very unlike Sree Krishna Kafe.
Rimi
Highly recommend trying this place out for it's breakfast items esp masala dosa, idly and kesari bath.
Clean place and delicious food. Will visit again soon
Pratibha Chakrabarty
We visited here on a weekday and it was very crowded. We had the regular limited meals. It was great! Lot of items and the taste of each was very good. Would love to visit again!! Cheers. 🥰😁

Why here: Amazing Tamil cuisine.
What we liked:
1. The restaurant is a simple eating junction. No fancy ambience or music or seating or theme or lights. This is a place for a true foodie.
2. Though simple, the place is maintained well.
3. They claim to not use any colors or artificial flavours.
4. Wide choice of food. If you're there for lunch, the kalyana sapadu a.k.a special meals will shoot you directly to heaven. If you're there for dinner, there are so many options to choose.
I like Poori-masala, venpongal, parotta kurma from Tamil Nadu over Poori-coconut based sagu, Pongal/khichdi, and the like. This is my go-to place for such dishes.
The chutneys are also very good.
5. This is a very cheap place.

What we loved:
I personally found the staff to be very attentive and generous.
On one of the public holidays, I tried to call them to see if they operate. Their line was busy. I tried again and gave up. I got a call back in 2 to 3 minutes from them!

Word of caution:
All tables are of capacity 4. When we went as group of 5, we found it difficult to enjoy the meals on big banana leaves.

I haven't clicked a pic for once here though I've been to this place about 5 times. I get so much tempeted to finish the food :D I'll try to get few photos the next time.

Harsimran Kaur
Found this place to be pretty overhyped. All the items tasted very mediocre and doesn't justify zomato rating of 4.2 at all.
Ordered:
Dosa- it was bland and very ordinary
Idli-wasn't that soft
Appam-again it was pretty ordinary
Coffee-wasn't too strong and was very sweet with all the sugar gathered at the bottom
Not coming back here. Would rather travel the dist and visit Taaza Thindi anyday.
Narayan Ashba Nipun
Best place for legit Tamilian food. We ordered the onion Uthappam and Poor Masala along with Filter Coffee. The food really takes you back home. Service can be a little hard to get during the weekends due to crowd. Expect to wait for a table and then somebody to serve you. It's a place to experience, you can see all the servers and kitchen staff rushing to prepare food in the shortest time possible. Brings out the Tamilian in me everytime!
Gautam Sameer
Visited this place after a gap of 2yrs.

One of the most amazing place in Bangalore, where pure vegetarian food, in Tamil Nadu style is served in plantain leaf.

They serve the best Sambhar, rasam, kozumbu. Their trade Mark, signature dish is the brinjal palya. Terrific it was.

The refills of papad, butter milk is a feast to go.

I see few changes there, with dosas available in a weekday during lunch, which, as far as I recall, was served only during weekends.

Either ways, just an amazing place to go for a sumptuous meal.
Vaishali (mad.over.f00d)
A small restaurant located on the first floor.
Mostly Crowded. Especially on weekends.
Absolutely love their Rice Idlis. Super soft and the chutneys are just amazing.
They serve coconut chutney and onion tomato chutney on all days.
On weekends, they have an additional Coriander chutney which is super delicious.
The Vada is thick and crispy.
Yet to try other things on their menu.
➖➖Follow @mad.over.f00d on Instagram ➖➖

This place has been my breakfast place for literally 4 years , the food is simple and traces back to the authentic Tamilian style South Indian food. The food is tasty and light on tummy as they do not use soda , which is very commonly used in most of the places.People who like South Indian food will definitely love this placeYou must go only for the taste of food and not for the ambience. My favourites include their idli, dosas, meals and filter coffee.
Anand
The place is quite full during lunch hour. Doesn't have much in name of ambience but the food is great. The place is known for its authentic South Indian food and meals.
Arvindritvik
I have visited this place for probably more than 10 years now - the food quality and service has remained the same. Best part is the special lunch meals - well worth the money. Only scope for improvement is the ambience.
Sameer Doda
This is one of the best places to have south Indian cuisine. The podi masala dosa is out of the world amazing! The service is also great, but it may be a little crowded on weekend mornings.
Vasavi
not good quality
Rajendran Balakrishnan
This place is decent outlet for typical Tamil style breakfast and lunch. The sambar is close to what you get in most of the hotels on Tamilnadu. The price is on the higher side and not pocket friendly. You can visit once if you are dying to have a South Indian breakfast or meals. Not that worthy.
Prerana Laddha
Good restaurant with daily food.

Clenliness was good.

Taste was good.

Overall OK.

We can have this type of food on daily basis at pocket friendly price. I loved their coffee.
Puri sago
Idlis
Vada
Poorna Chandran
Do you miss Tamilnadu afternoon meals and different varieties of dosa , sambhar vada, then this is place for you. Typical Iyer mess in blore town!
Raorutuja01
Try out every possible dish here. You won't be disappointed! Great place and great service. Especially idlis are too soft, very rare to find such idlis in koramangala.

Finally found an authentic Tamil style breakfast place in Bangalore. As soon as you enter, the smell inside the restaurant takes you to Chennai! We went on a Sunday morning. The place was jam-packed, and we shared the table with others. -1 is for hygiene and cleanliness. Else, this is worth every penny. Definitely revisiting.

Ghee Masala Dosa -- Thin, crisp, and Ghee laden. Masala was slightly bland, but no complaints. White Coconut Chutney and Sambar were almost perfect (Red and Green Chutneys could be avoided with this). We liked it so much that we reordered, and had multiple refills of White Chutney and Sambar (great-not-sweet-Tamil-style-Sambar).

Kesari Baat -- Again, Ghee laden. Quite sweet, with a bunch of nuts, raisins, and pineapple chunks. No colour used, which was good. We liked it overall.

Filter Coffee -- Better than most places. We asked for it to be slightly strong, and liked it.

Ranjana
One of the best place for south Indian cuisine. I have visited here so many times. Their dosas, idli, medu vada everything is just perfect. Do try filter coffee here.
Shashwat Kanoria
This place does not listen to your special instructions and will send you bad quality food. Multiple times they have made. The same. Mistake even after telling them by call not. To. Bad services
Niranjan Nair
Lately has become the place where we breakfast when we don't cook in the morning. They serve most kind of dosas (including a special - Mushroom dosa) and authentic chutnies. My wife says they give the softest idly in the entire Bangalore. I'm not a big fan of idly , have not tried it, hence. But dosa items, poori, appam are all great. They serve super quick too.
Vilma A P
Taste was as expected.So yummy.
Avik
Dude are you kidding me 40 rs for a vada when it just tastes no different from what you get on street . 2/5 on your face !
A simple food is monopoly these days.
Tirna
Located in Koramangala 5th block, this is one authentic south Indian restaurant. Tried their plain dosa, idli and coffee.
Liked the filter coffee
Dosas were perfect , liked the sambar they serve with it.
Idlis were nice too.
Dil
Great dosas with good sambhar and chutney. The sambhar you get in sukh sagar or any other sagar around is really bad. But once you enter here you are received with smiles and they make sure you treat you well . Fried idly and ghee dosa is my all time favourite here . And end it with their filter coffee. Their meals are a bit expensive but this places have the best soft fluffy idly:)
Stuti Agarwal
The food was awesome. One of the best place to have Tamil style food.. good dosa idly for north Indians.. service was really fast. Reminded me of how famous South Indian restaurant were in Kolkata..
Tanveer Sheikh
Received a burnt uttapam. It tasted really bad.And we ordered aloo puri also. But the quantity of puri was so less that we couldn’t even eat half a puri with it
Vipin056
Authentic and Amazing. Can give any south Indian restaurant in Bangalore run for its money. Must try: Idli, Vada and their delicious chutneys.
Siva Surya
Been going here for the past 15 years on a regular basis. And the food quality has always been good.

Kozukattai and masala parota are something that you should try
Barath
One of the best south indian breakfasts, I had in Bangalore. It is no less than Vidyarthi bhavan or MTR. I felt it's more Tamil nadu style. Don't miss the coffee.
Sashi Mahavadi
Must try place for "idly".

Best place for idly I have seen so far in Bangalore. Softer than what you make at home and cooked well from inside. Great chutney(s) and super quick service. Every dish is served with three types of chutneys and sambar.

Have tried "Ghee roast"; "masala dosa"; "vada"; "utappam"; "onion dosa".

One limitation: except idly everything else is way too normal. If you still want to try something other than idly, suggest you go for Ghee rava dosa, a decent option.

Depth of menu is quite good with "day of the week" special items varying from "pudina dosa to cauliflower dosa".
Vignesh
Worst place for online order. But the service and experience would be completely different when you visit the restaurant in person. So try to avoid online orders.
Jyothi Shivprasad
Very bad - Quality and taste of the food is not good . Moreover the quantity is too minimal and expensive..it’s not worth. Instead, street foods are much better. I don’t even wish to give single star for them.
Nidhriti Bhowmik
best dosas and chutney in town. if you're from the north, try this place!
Anirudh Murari
I come here very often and have been coming here for the past 6-7 years and is one of the best family veg south Indian restaurants and the food is amazing and the staff are so nice and helpful.
Abhi
This is the place SREE KRISHNA KAFE where you get South Indian Tamil food. We tried here all most everything. And we loved it all. Perfect balance in the flavour of spices and crispy dosa as far as my knowledge. And above that service was good. Cost you not much. Must try this place.
Sampada
Looking at the other Zomato ratings and reviews, we had ordered one plain, masala, garlic and mushroom dosa! Dosas were so thin!! It was not worth the price at all!! Along with that for each packing they change Rs.15! It is totally not worth and even the taste needs to be improved. Being a South Indian, I have been to so many small shops who provide better tasty dosas with reasonable price.
Chaitanya
It's a tamilian style restaurant. Food is delicious with good service. To have a perfect Tamil food, Krishna cafe is the place. It's little difficult to spot the place.
Price is little higher than other restaurants but sill a worth visiting.
Best bets: idli vade, ghee dosa.

Ratings:
Taste: 4/5
Quality: 4/5
Deepa
I had ordered Uttapam of 70 INR but the restaurant has delivered Rava Upma of 45 INR instead. How can a restaurant do this?? Truely disappointed. On reporting back the issue the restaurant is denying that there is no such Upma and no such thing happened. I'm attaching the bill and photo for the proof. Thanks to Zomato as they helped in looking into the issue and doing the needful.
Aanand Vasu
Don't order for more than one meal in a single order through Zomato. Restaurant plays foul and gives only rice in 2 boxes. Everything else is in very small boxes and in one box. Pic of 2 meals attached. See for yourselves.
Urvashi Divyam
This is our favourite lunch place when we are in or around kormangala and south Indian cuisine is in mind.
The place serves one of the best South Indian meals in town, the taste and items included are Tamilian style but if that’s what you like then this is your place.

The place is tucked in on to the main street next to Anand sweets and its hard to notice if you don’t use maps or aren’t aware of the place.

The food is great and the service is prompt.
Parking can be slightly painful but the food is worth it! :)

Overall - 4/5
Food - 4/5
Service - 4.5/5
Location - 3.5/5

Perfect for Southern states people who miss their home food. The best part is they openly declare that dont use artificial colour, ajinomoto etc and use pure water for cooking. The taste is mouth watering. Request them open many branches
Amit Sharma
The quality and taste is superb however I ordered 2 different items and I was provided with the sambhar and chutney for 1 only
Nitin Jindal
They sell packing containers and not food. Just imagine they charged me for 8 containers for 4 plate idly. My food and container cost was same. And the worst part, I got only 6 containers while I was charged for 8 🤣. So guys, if you are planning to order in containers with some food thrown in between then go for it.

This is one of the best option for south Indian vegetarian in Bangalore. The food served is very delicious and authentic Tamil style taste. this is must try for everyone.
