The hotel looks good with the ambience, but sometimes since it’s too dark eating is bit difficult. Especially people like me who don’t eat some items segregate it is not difficult. Apart from that the menu looks good but the pastas was not available when I went. Staffs behaviour was good and the hospitality was also good. Overall the hotel maintenance need to improve to attract more people. There is a buffet option too which I felt the pricing was reasonable and bit cheap, but didn’t tried it. May be next time I will try.

We reserved a table for the buffet The food was really good, fish tikka in the starters was tasty. There was a potato salad,chilly chicken, Corn tikka and paneer spring rolls for the starters. As for the main course there were mutton keema masala, prawn masala and butter chicken which were awesome with butter naan. Not much varieties but if you are planning for budget buffet with limited options then you can think about this hotel. Service seemed slow(but everything brought hot)as it was not a self service buffet. Rest rooms need some more maintenance, overall they provided good food at reasonable price and we got some additional offer from eazy dinner app which offered further discount on the bill.

Recently I went there with my siblings after lockdown.
I would have given it a 5 star but reduced one as the service was slow this time (obviously as covid also effected these businesses a lot)..
At last for the viewers going through the reviews, i would suggest you to give it a try( just an insight, I went on my birthday in year 2019 and there were veg and non-veg dishes that were great in taste but till date I remember the taste of daal, the most delicious and delicate I ever ate,being a matter of fact that I am a non-vegetarian)

Ambience wise restaurant is good.
They have buffet and a la carte also.
In veg they don't have much option. Starters were good. But main course is average.
Food they need to improve.
Waiters take time to take your order.
Best part is Bollywood songs they played and it compensate all.
There are four big chairs like chairs used by kings you can opt for that table and can clicks photos . Ask for sword also for taking photos.
Overall place is good to visit.

The buffet food is worth the money. There were 4 starters for veg and non veg each. Then main course 4 items which includes chicken briyani. There kebabs and live counter too. Live counter is there for veg, non veg items then for pasta as well. Chat items and ice creams also available. The ambience is really good. Best view of the ambience is in the evening.

I had an opportunity to visit this restaurant for a gala dinner. But, unfortunately there was only one gala thing about the restaurant- "Attitude of the Staff". One thing that could mess up the experience of having a buffet dinner is the rude and indifferent attitude of the staff. Then there was cold bread, limited options for vegetarians( Chole, dal, paneer, and not so properly cooked Bhindi). Off course , in buffet who cares about the main course. Starters and desserts are only thing people care about in a buffet. This again didn't work for us as there was only one decent starter- Paneer Roll, rest was just for the sake of having them. Dessert was even more disappointing as thee options were not to our liking- we really don't like hard gulab Jamuns, ugly looking jalebis and extremely dry gajar ka halwa. We ended up eating loads and only vanilla ice cream and watermelon, the only two good dishes of "Ji Hazoor".

Extremely opposite to the hospitality and service expected from a place called " Ji Hazoor ". The staff were very extremely rude and the food was not at all upto the price being paid. If u invest this amount in a good restaurant, u will get a lot better than this. Will not want to visit the place again.

Service is poor and taste wise not that good. Does not worth for 500 bucks. There are lot many other restaurants which provide better buffet in the same price range. Disappointing. Ambience looks good in the pictures but it is not well maintained. Torn curtains, dirty table cloths. With time the ambience has lost its charm and glaze.

Not disappointed i must say. Its my first visit and i had a good time with my friends. Ambience was great and I loved the starters very much. Cant say about individual pricing of items as on a whole it was in our budget. If you are not in a hurry, you can definitely try this restro.

You have to climb 4 floor stairs to reach the place, as the lift was not functioning. It looks like the lift stopped functioning a long ago, and when asked, they just gave a sorry smile. The ambience takes you ages back to kingly times. Entire place has mirrors and crystals. It's a very ordinary setup made extravagant. We ordered starters, main course and a couple of drinks.<br/>Starters were fine, main course was average and drinks were the usual mocktails. Food presentation isn't given much importance. Quantity is less for the price charged.<br/>Staff is polite. There's background music like gazals and retro songs.<br/>In my opinion they overdid the ambience and usual details were left out.

Firstly I never excepted this from zomato and ji hazoor. The thing is we order food at 8:40pm , the app shows food will be delivered by 9:47pm by ji hazoor valet as they have their own valets but the ji hazoor prepares the food by 9:40pm and don’t delivery at the time mentioned by zomato . start the delivery from 10pm as per call conversation from ji hazoor and after calling the delivery guy where is the order at 11 he said it’s still in restaurant and both the guys who picked up the call behaved rudely this people should know how to behave with customers . The Order reached me at 11:53pm . So is this the way you delivery food order ???

This is a best place to chill ...since in the evening the lights are dim so basically they spill the food on you or on the table but not on the plate...the best aspect are the drinks which may look fancy but better check with them what is available then order ...rather than being disappointed. Now the star show is the service...which is fabulous...trust me when you ask about and item how would it be ...eg. Aalu takatak..it will be fried aalu..and something something and prepared 😂😂..and yeah the bonus ...gather loads of patience infact loads and loads...coz what they say and what they deliver is like fantastic...in the end water is amazing and don’t cry for tissues as they believe in saving trees 👍🏻

When you enter this ambience, it gives you a royal feeling. So yes it's beautiful! Now let's get to the food. We got the buffet. Both Veg and Non Veg Buffet spreads were pretty sumptuous. Good food indeed. The right amount of desserts. It was a good and delightful experience.

Made a mistake by ordering food from JiHazoor, it was delayed since it was their own delivery service and on top of that everything was so oily and preparation was pathetic. The rotis were not baked at all. It was like stuffing raw maida. The portions were less for vegetables and whatever was there was not good. Really disappointed with restaurant and Zomato to put such high ratings for such restaurants
