The ambience is so nice and the manager was so friendly. They served my order on time and were hot. Had a couple of beers to relieve myself off work pressure and this place really lifted up my mood. Thai fried baby corn so crunchy and works best with chilled beer and lemon chicken was flavour full. Over all loved the experience and would definitely visit again.

First thing to try is there mocktails , so refreshing it was . Then I took paneer starters which was amazingggggg. I craved for pizza hence I took chef special pizza it was so yum. In the main course I ordered bread with paneer curry , combination was great . I really enjoyed food section in this place . Best time to visit is evening . The set up and theme of the restaurant is nice and different. As it’s much close to the place I live, this used to be my weekend hangout spot. Food was just average though and not a lot of variety there. Pizzzas are ok. If u want a place away from noisy traffic, I think you can visit here as it’s situated in a residential area close to Vijaya bank layout. Now the place is temporarily closed for renovations, hope it comes back with a lot more things to look forward to.

After seeing the ratings and reviews finally went there on Monday night. <br/><br/>AMBIENCE and MENU: First impression it's an average place and zomato ratings are too much hyped.<br/>If you are hoping for rooftop sitting then it's open only on weekends not on weekdays.<br/>They have very limited menu items available. No fish items no beers no mutton no gin no vodka only whiskey. <br/><br/>FOOD: Food was ok ok. Order prawns which were like they have taken month old refrigerated prawns.<br/><br/>SERVICE: They were more interested in IPL match rather than anything else.<br/><br/>After my visit I am really wondering about all the 4&5 star ratings given to it.

Somehow we offered some drinks and beer and we wanted to reorder then beer was also out of stock (while they had only one option in beer).. I had one of the worst ever experience from the roof top of Bangalore box.I kind of got the impression that I paid around 3000rs to get ignored by the staff.They took around 15-20 minutes just to get me a bottle of beer and the panner fry they served was very bad.The only satisfying thing was their burger with fries.The place was just too hot with the warm lights and they didn’t even serve a glass of water.I definitely think that the staffs can work more better with lot of energy if they are given proper training.<br/>

We went here on a weekday in a group of around 25 people for a small celebration. We had our little party on the top floor of Bangalore Box. The ambience is quite nice and the service was quick and warm. The food was average and their is not DJ, that was sad, since we were looking for a clubbing scene.

They listened to our tiny needs including the playlist, making sure all the food and drinks to be served altogether.<br/>We had the chicken sui mai dim sums, fish in banana leaf, Thai green curry with steam rice, bread cheese roll, barbeque des orange prawns and pesto vegetable pizza.<br/>Loved it all, especially the fish. The pizza was okay.<br/>For dessert, we had chocolate spring roll and brownie with ice cream. My favorites were the spring rolls. All top notch!!<br/>For drinks, we had Kamikazis, sangria, several cocktails and mocktails which were amazing.<br/>Would definitely visit again!!

Visited this place with a lot of expectations after seeing ratings on Google Maps and Zomato. But was disappointed with starters and mains. The soups were good, but not the best. The starters were all disappointing as they were bland. Pizza was utterly tasteless as well. Pasta was tad better than all others we ordered. Walnut Brownie was soft and delicious though. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Been here on a weekday and to be honest, was impressed by the place. The place has options for your taste, open terrace, closed cozy enclosures and a open floor for dinning; all stacked up in 3 different levels.<br/><br/>The drinks could have been better with their proportions. The Squids and Prawns starters were great in taste, while the Caeser Salad needs tuning.<br/><br/>Full points for ambience and staff care. Would see you all soon again. I been there for our Anniversary dinner on january.i don't know about the food . But I must tell some words about their hospitality.I really don't like the ambience I feel it's too safocating and close and dark.we sit in rooftop but we are little uncomfortable with that because it's a smoking area and we have a toddler with us.That is also ok for us but the problem start when it's about 30 min we have waited and no one bothering to attend us.its 8.30 and weekday so there is very few people in the restaurant.There is group setting there and all is busy to surve them ..At 9pm we decided to leave the place .I am surprised to see when we are leaving no one asked us why we are leaving or any problem.This is the worst experience I have.Resturent business is all about your hospitality and that is very much missing in this restaurant.

Need to improve customer service and experience. Ordered soda with alcohol and the soda turned out to be flat with absolutely no fizz. We returned the drink and asked them to cancel. The staff responded saying that "We cannot open a New bottle of soda for every customer". By that logic, ideally you shouldn't be charging for every customer that visits your restaurant. Anyways, it's always wise to stock glass bottle soda.

The ambience in the private cabins is really cozy and makes for great times. The food (especially the Guntur Chicken, which warranted a repeat!!!) was sensational. The pizza (we tried the chicken Alfredo) is thin crust and cheeseilicious. Zomato gold redemption was a breeze and the service by the friendly Mr. Bipul Sarkar was top notch. <br/>I’m surprised with the quality of outlets in my humble nook of Bengaluru. It is very shameful of Bangalore Box to serve bread coated with pasta sauce as lasagne.I ordered lasagne from swiggy and I was shocked to see that these guys had put a stack of white bread and layered it with pasta sauce , veggies and cheese.The white topping on top tasted more like dahi.HORRIBLE service and guts you guys have. Have a little bit of shame.And Google the basic ingredients of a dish before putting it on your menu card.

I had organised a first birthday party for my son at blr box and must say it was a very very wise decision. All the staff notably Mr Richard, Harsha, Chef Hemanta, Arun and others were extremely polite, courteous and professional. They offered me a very good deal on the food and liquor as well. The food was simply amazing and delicious as always and all guests were raving about it. The ambience, music, food, drinks and cocktails were all instrumental in making the party a roaring success! The place is actually really cool.. The concept of converting a box into something so innovative!<br/><br/>Very laid-back place, good music.. we went there just to grab some drinks. The device definitely needs to improve, there were just a few customers and it was difficult to get the attention of the staff. The alcohol is decently priced, no doubts. I had the kamikaze bomb which was priced at 220 on the menu, but I was charged 300. I do not understand why the menu was showing the accurate prices and why I was not informed that the prices were incorrect.<br/><br/>I had a portion of the dimsum shumai. It was an okay dish!

We were looking for a place to try around BTM and we came across this place. We went there on a Saturday evening with a 4 month baby. It is just the perfect place when you are with a baby or a kid. THe music isn’t too loud and the ambience was just right for somebody like us. The waiters / the lady at the reception were extremely accommodating. The lady and the reception-Suzanne proactively offered to baby sit our little one just to ensure we had a peaceful meal. The service was prompt and the food was great. This will be one of our favourites and we definitely recommend this to people who are looking at going out with their babies/kids.

Visited the box as it's close to my place. Majority of the drinks on the menu were not available.. Had regular whiskey,vodka brands which we usually buy for home parties. The place isn't half as decent as it looks in the pictures. I wasn't a fan of the ambience very much.<br/>We ordered sriracha chili chicken, barbeque des orange prawns, chicken roulette and a chicken biryani. Firstly, all the dishes had the same dark brown colour for some resson. The chili chicken was fine, the sauce of the prawns dish was not prepared very well, the flavours didnt go together. The chicken roulette had little rolls of egg with a chicken filling. The taste was sort of bland. And lastly the biryani. Well, you can have a better biryani in bangalore anyday

It’s wasn’t crowded at all the day I went...but then I went on a Thursday, so maybe that’s why it wasn’t. <br/>Anyhow, I especially really liked the food that they served. They were DELICIOUS! We ordered the MUSHROOM CAPPUCCINO SOUP which was amazing, the waiter informed us that it was not a popular order there...But I have got to say, if anybody is reading this...you have to give it a try!!! For appetizers, we ordered STUFFED MUSHROOMS and KONJEE CRISPY LAMB which were both really good especially the later. For main course...a white sause PASTA which tasted regular as in ‘not bad’ & along with those we also ordered the cocktails- MOJITO & COSMOPOLITAN which were quite strong just how we like them right?😜

Menu is good. It's really good as a restobar. Ambience also really nice and unique looking and made out of iron container boxes. Location is also good, situated in a place away from crowd.

I found out about this place on zomato and saw the really good ratings and therefore I went here with 2 friends. The ambience of the place was pretty fine and it was well crowded (it was a sunday night). The service was really slow and we had to wait for 50 minutes to get what we ordered. Also, only liquor that was towards the higher end of the price bracket was available. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience as the food was just average too.

Hey writing feedback after long time.. 😊 Bangalore box name sounds interesting even their looks too.. Super spacious made up of shipping containers looks classic.. I went their for my hubby's birthday.. As it was near to our place we opted that.<br/>Ambience - was good not to loud music. Rustic look.<br/>Food - we have ordered cripsy corn, chicken nachos, and ceaser salad. I must say u should have ample amount of time to have food there. Supper slow service. House was full i understand but every customer are equally important. I have ordered vodka prawns but after waiting for half and hour we got to system problem,we had to cancel that.<br/>So i dint wanted my hubby birthday to end like that so we moved out.<br/>Final review - visit them when they are free.

Yesterday we viewed Bangalore box restaurant, near Vijaya bank layout bennaraghatta totally we went 12pax we ordered sea food soup it's amazing taste and non veg salads it was so nice and after we ordered starters like bread cheese roll and paneer cracker and in non veg we ordered fish in banana leaves and Banjara kabab in main course crisy noodles and Peri Peri chicken pizza it's so nice we heard a great full experience with this restaurant and friendly staff food was so nice we'll visit again and again😍😍

When I see this place from outside i never expected this big interior inside, its a 3 floor building with very different looks and ambience, First we went to top and we are not happy with people over there and no one come to attend us, so we go down to first floor and it was pretty decent area than top, road side view also available. Food I’ll rate average many of us felt everything is little salty. Drink options are good. Overall It was Ok ok experience for us!

Restaurant is huge with 3 floors including the rooftop. We were served by Mr. bulbul, he was polite and friendly. We ordered Long island iced tea, kamikaze, chill cheese balls and veg kulfi. All were nice. Planning to go again!

Fish in Banana Leaf, stuffed mushroom and BBQ chicken wings is worthy of your palettes. Haven't tried others yet, but slowly and steadily will keep surfing 😋. I have that Zomato Gold Membership going on, so 2+2 on drinks is good enough for me/us.<br/><br/>Also, we had a curfew to chill for an hour and a half only. So food service speed, matched to our curfew.

Ambience - 4 /5 Food - 4/5 Service - 4/5 VFM – 3.5/5 Parking – Yes, Valet<br/>I’d been to Bangalore Box around a year ago and had liked the food and the ambience there, so thought of visiting it again. The décor is from old shipping containers. There are two levels, the ground floor is the bar and the first floor is the restaurant. Metal steps similar to that on a ship connect the two. The place is done up well and has a unique theme to boast of. There are separate smoking and non-smoking areas, with live screening of cricket on-going when we visited.<br/>The staff was polite and courteous and answered our queries patiently and described the dishes well. We ordered Stir fried vegetables as starters. It’s a mix of mushrooms, broccoli, beans, onion and zucchini served with grated purple cabbage and carrot. Veggies were crisp and not too oily. For mains we ordered the Nasi Goreng. The rice was flavourful and went well with the tossed vegetables that accompanied it.<br/>For dessert we had the chocolate spring roll. Besan pastry filled with chocolate and served with a chocolate sauce dipping. The rolls were crisp on the outside and soft inside. A good dessert indeed.
