nice margarita pizza, burger, spicy garlic bread and French fries - rates are reasonable too. the pizza crust was 👍 kids loved the 🍕

We ordered the pizza combo and the dishes in the combos were all tasty and good. A good pizza joint like pizza hut and Domino's for their fairly standard rate pizza and also good tasting pizza.

The box combo came with a personal pizza chicken , non veg pasta , 2 small garlic bread and a muffin for 349 rs . This was a little heavy meal . The pizza was perfect with the toppings , it was cheesy and had the flavour . I really liked the garlic bread . They had two options for pasta ( red sauce and white sauce ) . The red sauce pasta was rich in the tomato flavour and was very tangy with a little spice . It was good . The white sauce pasta was very subtle with a little sour taste to it . The chocolate muffin had the perfect sweetness added to it but it was little dry . Overall it was a good heavy meal . The outlet is in the mall so you will have a variety of options and the dining is in the foodcourt .

Pizzas were great, service was bit late. Had ordered paneer tikka and veg treat pizza taste was good, had good amount of toppings, and the crust was thin.

Pizzas are very tasty, much better than Domino's and pizzahut. But ACs were not functioning properly. Ambience was very hot and uncomfortable.

I loved the place it's totally vallue for money there is so many varieties of pizza. Must visit this place with family and friends .

I went to the restaurant at Kammahalli and must say I just loved the service. They were courteous and genuine. This was my second visit in less than a month because I simply loved the place. Highly recommend it for the food, ambience ( terrace restaurant need I say more) and the employees. After a long time felt the experience worth appreciating..keep up the good work and will surely be one of ur biggest fans !

Last week we had been to onesta Mangalore to avail "name of the week -itha" offer. We waited in the long queue from 6 to 9 pm. We didn't know where to register ourselves until 8 pm. After a long day at work and 3 hours of standing, a leg massage was what we needed more than food.. finally a little after 9, our names were called and we entered only to know that there was only pizza unlimited and a carbonated beverage and no desserts. Very disappointed, we ordered pizza and agreed to pay for dessert. A little later the staff brought our table a single serving of 3 desserts and we didn't have to pay. The food was good and who gives anything for free these days! Thank you for the offer. It was great, wouldn't been better if it was managed in a better way.

This place is awesome awesome awesome....one million times(*can't stop saying awesome*)... please do visit onesta and you will always feel like coming back to this place always :) Such a lovely place for italian foods :) simply wow:)

Onesta is a great outlet for hangout with mouth watering hand made pizzas. The ambeance and the service is just amazing. Great pizzas, I along with my family visited Amnora mall Pune and went ti Onesta. It was indeed great experience. We enjoyed the wasaby mayo chicken, mexicon delight and chicken pinaple jelepeno pizza these all were just great. We enjoyed the awesome deserts.

Good ambience, good staff's. Wait time is too long for the orders and taste of the pizza is OK OK, But value for money.

Very bad experience at New BEL Road outlet. Disappointing. This was our first visit. Will never go again. They sell soggy bread instead of pizza.

Though onesta is know for it's delicacy, it's also known for it's bad behaviour with customers. Visited onesta, Mysore today with family for 'LINI' name of the week. Though we had valid id proof (coloured copy and laminated of original driving license), the way we were told that we cannot avail the offer was disheartening. They should learn some mannerisms at least now. Knowing the fact that losing 1 r 2 customers doesn't matter to them anymore. Another bad experience is when we were actually sent out of onesta, Mysore for having too much of customers in early evening for the same name of the week thing. Agreeing to the fact that, frauds are increasing largely these days but there should be a filter for check. Though spoken to the manager and higher officials they way they responded today is not acceptable. I do not recommend onesta, not from now at least.

Whatever mentione in the menu list is not available in the restarent. Money has been deducte but they say order has not receive and even i can see all the details in the order history...i would advise not to order anything from this restaurent.

Simply Amazing!

Poor quality of bread

I felt like having some pasta for lunch while searching I thought to order from a good restaurant cause pasta is a lil tricky food . I placed an order waited and guess what I received. Poorly packed let me describe it was in that aluminium foil kinda container and the garlic bread was inside it on top of the pasta which got completely soggy when I unpacked it. The portion was like a diet of a 7-8 year old kid.Seriously later I felt I should have ordered it from an ordinary restaurant may be.

Such horrible pizza and ice cold garlic bread, how can you send such bad quality of food...total waste of money !!!!<br/>Never ordering from this place, blacklisted totally

I ordered pan crust chicken pizza nd garlic bread..but the garlic bread like normal bread and they just baked with cheese,,nothing taste of garlic. Pizza was good

Onesta is my personal favourite since I am a crazy pizza lover. In Bangalore, it is one of the best chains to try out pizzas. I have visited their Kormangala, Whitefield and Brookfield store till now. Love their decor in Kormangala outlet the most next to the Brookfield one. Really do not appreciate the sitting area arrangement in the Whitefield outlet. <br/><br/>This review is on the Brookfield outlet where I availed the unlimited pizza offer. There were a lot of options to choose from along with that a dessert and a drink was complimentary. All the pizzas were finely prepared and cooked to perfection. Since I tried out around 6 types, it's really difficult to put down detailed review for all of them. What I particularly want to mention is definitely do try out their BBQ prawn pizza, it's perfect. So good and so different - one of a kind. What I got upset about is, when I ordered a second pizza of the same or any pizza after having around 3+ (that's two people ordering) they started putting more cheese in the pizzas and for some pizzas which do not have cheese even there so that people consume less in the offer package. This was highly disappointing. Do not really expect this from such a reputed brand.

On 23rd February, I have ordered 3 pizzas. In which one of them was Peppy paneer pizza. The Paneer was dry as if it was frozen for ages. There was no salt in the pizza base and it tasted like a dry bread. Also base was little burnt from the sides. Not happy with the order

We had ordered garlic bread which showed two pieces in photo but when it was delivered, it had only one piece. The customer executive representative said it is the restaurant's discretion. Which is extremely unfair since they are putting these photos on zomato's app, Zomato should take responsibility. Instead of taking it up with the restaurant, the executive told us to just write a review. We had also ordered pasta which again was very less in quantity and very cold. All in all, a very bad experience. Never trying this restaurant again. Zomato customer problem resolution also sucks.

I ordered jalapeno submarine from onesta, via zomato. The product is priced at 169 bucks and this is what I get. The quantity they served is appalling for the amount of money they're charging and the taste is also not good at all. Please do not waste your money on this eatery. Such restaurants should ideally be reported for cheating customers. This is just not acceptable.

Me and may be 2 other customers were there yet the delay was HUGE between pizzas. I am a patient person and I can wait for food, but the delay was actually a lot. <br/><br/>2. There was an instance where in we ordered one pepperoni pizza, and I was waiting for 30 mins for it. After waiting when I asked that where is my order, it turns out the waiter never gave the order to the cook. I was waiting for 30 mins for literally nothing.<br/><br/>3. To top all that, they even turned the AC off, and I was literally sweating while waiting for the pizza.<br/><br/>4. In the desserts the options were pathetic. No tiramisu nothing.<br/><br/>5. I took the unlimited pizza offer, but to be very honest their prices are way over the head. 280 rs for a  6 inch pizza is no where justified.<br/><br/>6.  And after all this when I asked for the manager, I got a response that "Manager is not here". Pathetic service and manager is missing. No wonder that the whole restaurant is always empty. You guys deserve that.<br/><br/>7. You get to taste all pizzas . Wow . You will not be left empty stomach if you are choosing their meals. You can eat as many pizzas as u can . And chocolate chilli tart is awesome

There were only 3 - 4 tables and still they were not able to service orders. The running order was delayed by over 20 mins. None of the starters were available!! Margarita pizza was burnt. Overall a very bad experience!!

The pizza are very thin and the taste is also not upto the mark. The place is quite small and can easily become congested if there is a party going on.<br/>Had gone their for "Name of the week" pizza party. The staff is well behaved.

If u want to try a variety in Pizza,this is the place to be at. The ambience is quite nice, spacious n well lit. In food we ordered Porcini Mushroom paneer pizza, cheesy onion pizza, cheese garlic bread, chicken tikka skewer, penne pasta ( unless u like too cheesy can be given a miss), otherwise the taste of everything else is quite satisfactory. In desserts u can try Tiramisu,it's good

Today, I had a light lunch at this brunch of Onesta. I ordered a Bacon Prawn pizza along with an Ice tea. I didnt like the toppings of the pizza as much because I felt they didnt go together and were kind of sloppy. On the other hand, Ice tea was a winner!

Rofikul was amazing guy. His service was very nice. He provided good idea about what kind of food we should take.

I will never visit the Brookefield onesta ever again.Im writing this review to help other customers.<br/>The toppings on the pizzas were watery and runny, tried talking to the manager and the response we got was "this is how pizza is and if u want u can show us how to make them" ya really, can you guys imagine?I'm adding the pics here so y'all can see what I'm talking about.

Never dine at Onesta Brookefield mall. This restaurant has spoilt the reputation of the original Onesta. The food served to my table was burnt on one side and uncooked on the other. Since there were hardly handful of customers they had limited their stock in the deserts section. When demanded for more they denied telling they are out of stock. Since all the staff members could speak only one language it was challenging for me to communicate what I wanted. Onesta is known for its pizzas but the toppings on the pizzas are so runny that they were sliding off, due to excess olive oil, when I tried to pick it off the plate. And also half the starters on the menu was unavailable but the charged me full as per the set costs<br/>The experience wasn’t the same when I first dined at Onesta Koramangala. <br/>Hope this post helps the pizza lovers to avoid such places.

I have visited this places more than 10 times and this place has never disappointed me. Loved the service by Rofikul. He treated us very well. And the food was just beyond expectations.

I had ordered a 10 inches medium pizza. They delivered 6 inches small pizza. When I called them to get it replaced, they said we can't do anything apart from saying sorry about that.

Delivered wrong size of pizza

Horrible food. Been to Whitefield onesta, so many times before, but always had good experience there. The fish fingers was drenched in oil and oozing out like water when broken. Horrendous arriabatta pasta and chocolate pizza. The restrooms are filthy to the core, worse than public washrooms. Don't think will step into another onesta ever again.

The food was good and one must visit here. Staff is very polite, good and helpful. Rofikul is one of the most helpful staff member over here.

When it comes to pizza in Bangalore Onesta has setup its own brand name. With wide varities of pizza and their unlimited pizza thing, its just superb.<br/><br/>What I didn't liked is the service of this particular outlet.<br/><br/>We ordered Panner tikka pizza, chat pizza, chocolate banana pizza (I didn't liked it), double cheese mushroom pizza, farmhouse pizza and forest pizza. In drinks we had masala coke and KitKat and cake as desert.
