This place is very crowded.
They prepared very authentic Mangalorean style sambar which will be thick( specially if u visit in the mornings).
Also to add filter coffee is also pure.
Other places they add chicory, which just gives more flavour.

It's a nice place to have breakfast early in the morning. I loved the different types of dosas served here. Idli , Vada and rasam are really good. We also get good coffee and badam milk . Open butter masala dosa is the highlight of this restaurant. It's a good spot for a light breakfast.

This is a very good Darshini (small scale eatery that only has limited items and self service) located about a km away from Makkal Koota and Uma Talkies. This eatery has good south Indian items provided at affordable cost. The food is good and at decent prices

Oldest hotel in the locality. Recently renovated which looks spacious. Taking about the quality they have maintained it quite well. Cleanliness which I liked about the hotel is one can see how utensils, plates, Spoon's and glasses are washed. Kitchen is also maintained well. Must try is idly and khara bath
