Cream stone has many good shake and sundae options. This time I tried there chocolate cassata. And it's a big no because of that strong orange flavour they had used. Though other options are good. Theeere sundaes are a must try.

Absolutely love their ice creams. They are a true craving when you want something sweet and soul satisfying. They have a unique way of making ice-cream, nicely blended, has a buttery texture and taste which adds to its flavor. The staff is nice here. Good spacing and seating available. Its open until about 1230am. Must try: The Death by chocolate ice-cream

If you crave that perfect dessert at 12 midnight then this should be your go-to! The ambience of the place is really soothing and the desserts ineffably tasty! The beautiful aroma of the store is impetus to come back over, again and again. Definitely recommend!

Have tried this place several times. Many flavours to choose from. This place remains open by 1 am. Their butter scotch with topping of roasted cashew nuts and their brownies ice cream are my favs. Because the flavour of these two are not ruined by the sweetness of sugar. Most of their ice cream flavours have too much sugar. Haven't tried their shakes yet

I always admire this place for its death by chocolate. They have a good number of sitting capacity. With a decent price and with a good taste, this place is the best.

I have been to cream stone recently I felt like to crowded if u don't like Loud music and atmosphere is full of noise. The taste is has usual the best. If ur very calm u just need to order and sit at home and enjoy.

My go to place for ice cream craving. The spacious store, wooden look of the wall, furniture, live ice cream counter at the entrance, chocolaty smell, cute interior, I love all about cream stone. Till date it has never disappointed me.

Cream Stone's Nuts Overload ice cream is a delicious and decadent treat that is sure to please any fan of nuts and ice cream. The ice cream is a combination of caramel and butterscotch ice cream, which is topped with a generous amount of roasted almonds and cashew nuts. The nuts add a nice crunch and texture to the ice cream, and they also help to balance out the sweetness of the caramel and butterscotch. The ice cream is also topped with a chocolate stick, which adds a bit of extra sweetness and richness.

I have been here many times and tried multiple options what they serve here. Most recently I went with my wife and we tried their death by chocolate and it was yum. It was a perfect balance of ice cream and brownie, sometimes i have had DBC wherein one of the two things was over powering but not here. Other icecreams and shakes are quite good as well.

This is an icecream chain which originated in Hyderabad. The staff needs a little more training to come to the level at which Hyderabad stores operate. Their signature seasonal icecream, "Mr. Alphonso" is a must try. They add real alphonso to the icecream and blend it nicely. However, the experience was surely not the same as that in Hyderabad. Even the quality of mangoes used and icecream blend was not at par. Their online order was better though.

Nice ambiance but it lacked music so it was a kind of noise, delayed service and more importantly we ordered DBC and it was not a deadth by chocolate but deadth my chocolate syrup. it lacked ice cream and nuts and was flooded with syrup so it seems like we are drinking some kind of sugar syrup in chocolate flavour.

It was affordable for a group of large size it came around 2k. <br/>This was beautiful and pocket friendly, loved this place and recommend to all. Do check out. Visited this place on Saturday, first time trying and was expecting it to be expensive. But to my shock it was the exact opposite.<br/>The place is all in pink from chairs to decorations, to all the stickers. So pretty indeed. When I ate last time at one of your store in marathahalli , bangalore. I got impressed with ice cream placed in a wafer with added toppings and all those. But, when I ordered online the same ice cream today, I just got cup of ice cream in a plastic box. Is it like that only? What is the difference between when we order online and order directly to eat by being at your store.

Kala jamun is the best to try from various options if you are looking for something refreshing. Highly recommend. Guava ice cream will make you nostalgic.

A very cute ice cream parlour with very very nice wall decor. I've tried the Oreo and coffee delights and hot chocolate fudge. It's okayish value for money and will recommend the hot chocolate fudge the most. The staff is very polite and they've got table service. I really liked the place. Just that I think the pricing is more on the higher side.

This chain is pioneer of stone cold ice cream. The turn around time is pretty quick and that certainly helps to cater hundreds of crowd who come here to relish fab ice creams.

We only had one make own where they give you options for two scoops of different flavours and five toppings to choose from. Other thing to note was the ambience that was pretty cosy. For make your own the cost felt alright. Quantity is enough for two. For other choices, one will have to decide after having a taste there.

Not something that i would generally experience at Cream Stone outlets. We ordered a dessert which definitely tasted odd(as if we were eating a bug). Requested the manager to replace it with and got denied on the fact that this is how it is supposed to taste like. 😄 well, sums up you cant complain about the dish even if it tastes bad because thats how they serve it :)

One best place if you want to have a delicious ice-cream. There are many options for you. But am rating it 4 because, waiters there doesn't care about us much. You should be waiting for a long time especially in summer to order your ice cream

Had ordered banana caramel milkshake from this place. I must say it was delicious. The thick cream on top was the best part. It totally satisfied the cravings. Have been to this place many times. They have drool worthy desserts 😍

Its very spacious with ample seating and good ambiance. The experience could have been much better if not for the poorly trained staff. When we walked in, its almost empty except for 3 tables. Yet, the staff took around 5 minutes to come to the table to take order and that too is not done pleasantly.&nbsp; The order is delivered fast. But the &#039;Hot chocolate fudge&#039; is served with chocolate sauce at room temperature. Basic desert done the wrong way.&nbsp; The staff needs to be more careful about their preparation and also some training would help in hospitality. It seems the chefs also work as waiters and vice versa. those who prepare food can not be waiters. It is different job and needs different training.

I had magic pop ice cream which was there in the kids item. Since I love magic pop very much so couldn’t stop myself to enjoy it in ice cream form. Ordered One Caramel Sutra through Swiggy,When I had placed the order through Swiggy it was written only Caramel Sutra but I received the order ,it was written in the Qot Caramel Sutra Small.They Should mention Small in the Swiggy also.The Picture in the Swiggy was Looks So Good but when I received the Icecream it was Different.In taste it was Good.

It's chaos...the staff is just not bothered to even look at you..we went to have a quick ice cream and it was not a good experience...firstly they dint have mango, even though the menu has mango all over it..next we asked fo death by chocolate and were told even that is not available...awesome..so we ordered hot fudge sundae, nuts delight and oreo cream shake..after that began our half hour wait...after numerous calls to waiters when we finally decided to leave, they brought the deserts...Oreo shake was average...nuts delight also average...sundae was poor...not recommended..many other good options available..they need to get their service and menu right...

We went in around 12.15 am and ordered our items immediately. But after one hour wait they came and told order got missed some how and seemed us to order again.We got angry and asked how it got missed and why you people dint inform until we go and ask for delivery.The lady who was sitting at billing counter started yelling at us and asked us to cancel the order.

This is my first order from Zomato, they delivered the order quickly but icecream got melt, that was really disappointing. Zomato team please take care of this, they can put some icecube to maintain the frozen of food.<br/>

Ice creams are good. French vanilla and Alphanso mango flavors are good. However the staff is really arrogant. On asking for confirmation if our ice cream was sugar free, they couldn't confirm. When we complained to manager, they banged our ice cream on the table.

An attractive dessert parlour with lavish and spacious interiors. They have limited number of flavours to offer, about 8-10. You get the option of combining them, with additional toppings like nuts, choco chips, almonds, sauces, etc. They even make sundaes out of multiple scoops. You can enjoy your ice-cream in the huge seating area inside. Prices aren't that high.

It had been many months since Cream Stone came to Bangalore and I hadn't yet tried mainly because I had been visiting Stoner more often. Easier accessibility to this chain led me to finally try out Cream Stone as well.<br/>Have been to several outlets of Cream Stone but off late have been visiting or ordering from the Marathalli outlet. They have enough seating space and is very easily located on the outer ring road.<br/>Concept of creating icecream combos and sundaes on a cold stone slab is something which is quite common now. Cream Stone offers a good variety of flavors and combinations from chocolate to caramel to meetha paan.<br/>The ones I've liked so far are predominantly chocolate ones - Chocolate overdose, DBC, Chocoholics, Choco lava, Caramel<br/>Average ones (rather the lower preference ones) - Willy Wonka, La Ferrero, Meetha paan (have had better ones at other places)<br/>But my recommendation and something which I go for more regularly is MYOC- Make your own concept and you can build a customized one as per your taste buds and liking or craving for the day.<br/>They do tend to mess up with orders a couple of times but quality wise haven't faced any issues. Overall good option for icecreams.

With the number of options coming up, I see no reason why someone should visit this place to have their time wasted.

I really liked the ice cream here. I ordered chocolate mountain waffle which I enjoyed very much. But I had to wait for the staff to take my order for quite long time since nobody was approaching us. Ambience is good. But later on they assisted us well. A little improvement on noticing if a customer is seated and waiting for thr order would be appreciated.

They have a very wide selection of ice-creams ranging from the traditional chocolate flavours to the more adventurous chatpata guava. I had the latter, which was guava ice-cream, with some kind of red pepper sprinkled on it. After taste of red pepper was surprisingly good and against my reservations towards spicy desserts. The downside is service being slow at quite a few instances.

Very rude staff. Instructions are never well taken. Whenever ordered online something would be missing. The store manager states the inflow of orders are so much that we can't reach each instruction.

Dont order home delivery - both Zomato and Creamstone will play ping pong re-directing you to each other. I received completely melted ice cream and moreover a plane vanila scoop. We do not pay premium to these outlets to receive vanila scoops with no added toppings even when the descriptions says so. If these people including zomato cannot handle the rush hour, they should just dont take orders, instead of messing with customers orders. My experience with CreamStone in Hyderabad was so much much better but here it was a shame
