Pretty decent outlet in prime location of the city.
I personally liked the idea of self order/billing. It was an unique yet welcoming experience.
Just wish KFC get the original recipe back, at least in a select few outlets across the country, for the people who enjoy it.

Nice outlet with nice wall paitings. Self ordering option only available. It helps to order as per our requirement. Seating is available in ground floor and first floor, but food we need to collect from first floor only.
A pretty decent branch of KFC that consists of two floors. It is found adjacent to Mcdonalds. There are self order kiosks located in the ground floor from where we could order food ourselves or go to the first floor and order from there. The staff were pretty responsive.

Aesthetically pleasing with on time delivery. Self booking vending machines are available downstairs.
The bathrooms need to be maintained better. And no speed of water to wash hands.

Wonderful staff. Our son spilt Pepsi and fries on the floor. Mr Trilok Kumar the staff, cleaned up the mess with a smile. Food was good as usual. Thank you Mr Kumar

Food - chicken roll we tasted first time we didn’t like it much , it was too small and the paratha in which they give was getting stuck to the paper .
