Had an amazing experience. Vishal bhaai gave extraordinary service. Suggested not just good snacks but new brews too. Vishal bhaai also made sure that I don't miss out on the City vs. Liverpool fixture, which was a dud affair. Place is a refreshing hangout!

The place is as an old school place should be. The music was nice but loud. But that’s okay because there were people dancing and me and my group wanted to only talk. Overall a good experience.

There truely are no pubs left in two that serve the quality of food that Sherlock's Frazer town does. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner Sudharshan who recommended the most lip smacking dishes we have had in a while. We had the Afghan chicken (10/10), Roast beef strips (10/10) and my all time favourite the prawn Goan curry with rice and ofcourse great light beer. The chicken was marinated in the most perfect creamy sauce that hit the spot, the beef was succulent and the prawn tasted too fresh for Bangalore, considering it's not coastal. Sudharshan's personal touch to the service, impeccable food reccomendations and extreme kindness of ALL staff at the outlet, has yet again left us wanting more. Always a pleasure to visit this particular Sherlock's, it is a class apart from most other pubs. Kudos to the team that's running the show and a special mention to the Chef too. Your customer service and top notch food quality has definitely earned ardent followers in me and my partner :)

That's my go to go place, I love the place pricing bit expensive but the service is good. Food is next level i would suggest you to have pork chili and thire signature sides. Don't forget have a Dsliver shots.

I am very impressed with this quaint pub nestled among suburbia in Bangalore. I had the opportunity a few days ago to dine at lunch time with a close friend at the pub and enjoyed the chilli � prawns. It’s a must have on your next visit. Very tasty and the prawns were fresh and not over grilled. Loved it. Today on my second visit I having chilli chicken and will finish up with Malai Chicken Tikka and sweet and sour lime juice. And by the way the ambience is just what you expect - cosy and inviting The extras are the service is fast, friendly and helpful. You must drop in and experience yourself Claude

Everything nice about this place ! They should have not removed the Pool Table ! Atleast for some people, enjoying a drink with a 8-ball Billiard game is fun ! The last time i went, a starter - Fish Tikka was not done properly. But upon the complaint they made it fine. Music at this place is good ! So is ambience !

This pub is best as it has good ambiance, good crowd and they are good with the foods and drinks. If I compare the pricing part with other pubs it is reasonable. The services are good. A pleasant place to spend on a weekend.

I'm quite a regular at this place since I live close by. I have never had a bad experience until today. I learnt today that you need be good friends with the staff to get a table of your choice. Today being a relatively easy day, me and a friend (both guys) went in and were given a table inside. I requested a table outside on the first floor. They asked me to wait for 10 min. We waited for much more than that. Then we saw a couple come in and they spoke to the staff like they knew them and they were promptly given a table outside. I walked up asking politely about our table. I thought maybe that couple had made a reservation. Turns out they hadn't and it was just a case of them knowing the staff. The person I was talking to there replies to my question about our table saying "Oh I thought you were comfortable inside so we didn't bother calling you". Anyways... They asked me to wait for another 2 minutes. 20 minutes went by and then a bigger group came in followed by two other guys. All of them also wanted to sit outside and they asked for it. The noticeable thing here is that both the big group and two guys also knew the staff. Some more time went by and the staff slowly called the two guys give them a table outside. Another few minutes later they got the group outside as well. So I asked the one who was waiting our table to check about our table and I could see his exchange which showed that they didn't really care. So that was it. I asked for the bill, paid and we left. So I am writing this just to tell you that... While Sherlocks is a great place, food is decent and all that, please make sure you get friendly with the staff. Heh!!

Sherlock's PUB has a Wonderful ambience ... Amazing and responsive staffs ( Tony,Saajan,Vishal,Niteesh,Torsi,Anjali,Katoli,Izeile,Basha,Bikash ) suggested best food and loved Chicken sukka 😋😋.. and the beer ... I do recommend everyone do visit this place. Best place for hanging out with friends and dear once. Also tried chicken biryani which was tastiest 😋 jaw droping .... The best part their was i went took the menu by my self and worst part the waiter name Deepak who was in the white shirt he does not even know how to clear the table also i my self clear the starter plate then he watching me and standing next to me holding dnr plate in the hand the worst part in the hospitality industry always ask for the water first but here when I'm almost done with my main course then they r asking for the water then i check with the staff to call the manager on duty the staff said the manager has not came to duty still at 3:30 pm what is this management kind look in to it becoz u will definitely loose ur customer and definitely not recommend place for any here and thx u

The food is alright although several items are rarely available. Several drinks on the menu are also mostly unavailable. The service is good but the seating options are really bad. Most of the seats are creaky and broken especially the stools which look like barrels. The small two person tables are lined up against the wall making it difficult to sit at them and giving an overall claustrophobic atmosphere. Even if seats are free you will be seated at a two seater if there are just two people. So like definitely not coming back here again

Now now this is the first Sherlock pub of Bangalore have some nostalgia and enjoy the drinks with a courteous staff, peppy music and some lively crowd. Now I don't expect you to appreciate the ambience compared to its new outlets but then old remains gold for a reason and this place survived the times to be the classy Frazer town go to bar destination. You can't just ignore having fun here can we now? It's pure bliss go and grab a beer!

Absolutely disappointing and unacceptable service. <br/>The waiters had to be called a few times before we could actually place the order. The food was average. The brownie was hard , chewy and overall below average. The most disappointing part was while Zomato clearly says its 15% off on food till April 15, 2020, it wasn’t accepted. IT IS NOTHING BUT A HOAX. What’s the point of Zomato mentioning it under card offers? Moreover, floor manager Vinay was absolutely rude.<br/>This has been a very disappointing experience

I was sitting on inside the cabin, where i was comfortable after telling that i am a zomato gold member.. dont know what happened to that service guy. after few minutes he said this place will be full with 10 peoples so you can sit outside the cabin. One of the oldest pubs in the city! Rustic yet comfortable. Service and food are great but what settles you is the ambience. It might not be a place that everyone would like unless you've frequented it in the past. Drinks are not bad at all. Overall a good place to chill with a glass of beer and some eats while you chat the evening/night away with Friends!!

Great place for a balcony seating and nice view. But they differentiate between Zomato gold and direct customers. If u r a direct customer quality of drinks will be better and if it's Zomato gold then they will be little diluted. Last time didn't even accept Dineout booking despite the app confirming us on the table booking. Barring this issues, decent place to hangout with a live screen and good food.<br/>

I feel this place is been here forever and i have visted it multiple times. The ambiance is quite nice with its dull lighting and decor, they have an outdoor seating as well. There's nothing extra ordinary about the place, food is quite OK, but needs a lot more improvement, cocktails are good.

Sherlock's is our neighborhood friendly pub, was a crazy place a couple of years back, it been there for I guess 25 years.<br/>The food is brilliant here especially the Chicken wings, chilly chicken, Cheese and Peri peri french fries and The Cheese balls,Drinks are slightly in the expensive side and they are also partnered with Zomato Gold if that helps. The staff here are extremely friendly, there is Karaoke on Wednesday nights and during Cricket or Football matches this place becomes lively with the matches been played on the big screen both outside seating and inside the pub.

Loved the taste of food, so delicious that it went along with the drinks perfectly. Cool ambience, overlooking the road.<br/><br/>Just imagine, if it rains, then that would be definitely a fun day for friends and a romantic time for couples.

The service and ambience is good. Vishal's service was great. He had a great attitude and suggested right dishes. He was very friendly and food quality is good.

We went to this place with a lot of expectations - it seemed this place has a cozy environment, also the place is nearby. But reality is harsh. Ambience was below than average (lack of proper lighting, and poor choice of music are notable), food was overpriced and badly cooked (herb fish was salty), and service was really, really bad (waiters were clueless about mode of payment). Also, the alcohol seemed to be intentionally diluted.<br/>Overall, the experience was horrible and I won't recommend this place at all.

Fraser town being my birthplace was always a fan of Sherlock the service and welcoming feel was beautiful from college days , not sure if the management has been changed but had a really bad experience, the waiters were not even letting us finish our drinks and kept forcing us to order more in a rude way , we were almost done with 5 drinks each and wanted to slow down and they indirectly asked us to step out by walking by us every 5 mins asking us to order in a rude way when we still had drinks left , not sure if would step in to this place again leaving behind my college memories

Didn't like this outlet compared to other Sherlock's outlet.. Ambiance is not that great, I gave 4 stars just because of food and they put up some good songs..!! And yeah if u r only 2 or 3 they'll just tell u move for other group.. Not planning on going there again.

My expectations were set high when I heard the name of this restaurant. But was disappointed when I visited with my friends on a Friday evening. The service was commonplace and so was the menu. The classic cafe food, mixed with a few highlights that didn't require special mentions. They have an open seating and an indoor setup with good music and crowd.<br/><br/>Using the Zomato gold was not a great experience. The staff excluded a few drinks from the offer and led to confusion and chaos. As for the food, we ordered a few starters and pizzas but the portions were ungenerous and we resorted to ordering quite a few dishes because of this. The chicken chilli was the highlight among the other mediocre classics and average pizza.<br/><br/>Overall, it is a pocket friendly restaurant serving finger food that is reasonable for its price.<br/><br/>Food ordered : half the menu :p<br/>

It was an average experience...we were watching ind vs wi and then suddenly the steward turned of the television just because a bunch of people started dancing near the projector screen...we went down and wanted to sit on bar stools and the steward again blatantly denied the availability of bar stools ...could’ve offered an alternative but chose not to....although the hostess made up for that and another steward tried hard....but we chose to walk out of there...

One if the oldest pubs in this area and a local favourite.<br/><br/>This pub is supply into 2 parts. The lower half is dark while the top half gives your a view of the surrounding area. This is the best place to be in the pub.<br/><br/>The food is okay nothing spectacular. But the beer that you get is good.

Good beer on tap, lovely ambience and decor. Usually always have some match or the other playing. Great customer service. Although some good non alcoholic options may not be a bad idea. Have been hanging out here since the past two years. Good Place, Good Ambiance, Good Music. The night light makes it better and the verandah/the open air area is good for the smokers. But my last order at sherlocks was horrid... all of the 3items that too, ie a bruchetta, ham omelette & chocochip pancake... <br/>bruchetta- was 2loaves of bread on which some tomato chutney was spread! phew!<br/>ham omlette... never tasted this dish in this form that i vow never to try this for a while again now<br/>pancake- phew,.... dont know WHAT was in that pancake [salt, egg or whatever], but i really had to swallow that bite instead of throwing it out,..<br/><br/>i felt like sending the rest of the pancakes back to them with a challenge of consuming it..<br/><br/>pub there if you must, eat... ? at your own risk!

Enjoyed the chilled beer along with the shower of breeze. The DJ played some old tracks which glued me to the chairs. You can try some nachos but eat it fast before it's soggy. It doesn't have dance floor and the music played here is slow. Lighting is dim and apt for the place. Been there along with my friends..

Ordered chicken steak, heavily undercooked, pricy and even when you tell them about the same there is no action taken as such. Overpriced food and spending on it was a complete waste. Beware.

Got a cockroach served in the Long Island cocktail. We very polite called for the manager Raful and spoke to him about the cockroach that was served with the drinks. As a compensation Raful agreed to reduce 50 % off the total bill. But when he had the bill printed he smartly applied only a 15% on the total bill. This is not just poor and unhygienic service at Sherlock but the manager also doesn’t keep his work.<br/>Good luck having your drinks at Sherlock the menu n Manager would surprise you....

Had a fantastic time at Sherlock’s pub at Frazer Town, there are subtle mentions of the famous detective in the ambience of the Pub. Service is very prompt, draught beer is chilled. Specially enjoyed the Beef chilli fry.

I came all the way here from a far distance for the Zomato Gold offer, only to realise boards saying they do accept the same. If it’s not available then take it off the app, completely inconvenient.

Very very nice ambience. The food quantities are so ridiculously small that we thought they made a mistake with our order. The grande non veg nachos had TWELVE nachos and three strips of chicken which was just a rip off. The drinks were good. Staff is courteous but very very slow as they are understaffed. Not the fault of the staff at all as these decisions are made by the management.

They have 5 tv screens that were playing only that stupid IPL. Idiots can’t even play football on one screen. Useless place with useless idiots running it.

This is hands down my worst experience at a restaurant/bar in the 21 years of my life, period. Being a Zomato Gold customer, I was first told that the offer did not apply to a range of drinks which the T&C said it did, and finally told I could only buy beer with it. <br/><br/>One of the guys here - Vinod - is a rude unscrupulous thick-headed fellow; a goon dressed as a waiter that deserves to get his ass thrown out of this establishment and live on the streets. I’ve read the other reviews and they confirm my experience, this douche thinks it’s okay to shove around customers and bully them into acquiescing to his ridiculous conditions. If the Management happens to read this, I strongly suggest you get rid of this ogre that has nary a clue about the hospitality industry. <br/><br/>The drinks are alright and the food isn’t too bad, we ordered fries. However, the service is absolutely pathetic and until they continue to field such sub-human rogue servers to their customers, I will continue to recommend to my friends and use every platform to ensure people don’t visit this dump of a bar. <br/><br/>Cheers.

Pretty cool place. A very good place to just sit and enjoy a beer. Food was good. Ambience is decent ,would have loved to have somewhat Sherlock theme.<br/>Service was good and fast.<br/>Overall a good experience

Actually we were heading to Mangalore pearl for sea food...just wanted to grab a drink....<br/>Had beer with one long island icetea and a chicken Ceasar salad.....<br/><br/>Overall small place but one f the few options in Frazer town....<br/>Pricing is slightly more as compared to kind of place n its location....<br/>Salad was nice with good portion ....<br/><br/>Recommended if some one looking for a hangout in Frazer town<br/>They have small open space sitting on first floor...<br/>

I somehow didn't buy the great legacy they come with. I mean old Bangalore, wooden bench seating and all are okay but failed to appeal me. I found the decor wannabe and the connect was forced. Peri Peri chicken strips were good, juicy. Draught beer was as it should be. The service was on the slower side, perhaps to give an 20th century feel !

Went here today and it was their 26th anniversary... Which means its a good place and had stood the test of time...<br/>Beer was offered for 26... And anything else on the menu was 26 percent off... And as u would assume the place was full to the brim...<br/>The ambience on the outdoor seating is good... The inside is too dark and the lighting is over done...<br/>The service was slow but that's understandable on such days with a crowd coming in...<br/>What troubled me was seeing children let in... Not the ideal setting for a dinner with kids... <br/>And the crowd was a bit off... Not the usual hep crowd u across Bangalore... Something felt weird...<br/>They delayed our food.... So we had to cancel it... Will review again on another day...<br/>Till then... Keep partying peeps...<br/>

Probably my favorite Sherlock, they should probably go subtle with the overly done lighting in the first floor but a good alternative to Watson's. Recommended.

They've finally lost it. What used to be one of most affordable joints in the area has become an overpriced mess. I can only assume the owner has had some sort of psychotic breakdown and is hellbent on driving this crappy place into bankruptcy. Don't believe me? Look at these prices. Boiled peanuts (small portion) is Rs. 150 ! Grilled Egg (tiny portion) is Rs. 300 !! And best of all a single plate of Tandoori Chicken is Rs. 500 !!! Of course that's before taxes so add another 150 to that. Sheer lunacy! Used to be a great spots for millennials and students to hang out. Now it's only old men with platinum credit cards because quite frankly no one can afford this place anymore. Did I mention the tiny portions? The only good dish here anymore is Fish and Chips but the last time I visited the quantity was embarrassing, more like a McDonald's kids meal! Outrageous prices! I am honestly worried that they're trying to self sabotage this place as no management can be so deranged to charge these exorbitant rates unless they really plan on killing the place once and for all. <br/><br/>RIP Sherlock

I was present on their 25 anniversary pick anything on their special menu for 25. They had opened a floor for us as we were celebrating a friend's birthday. A decent place to chill with friends.

Name is very nice to listen and visualize. Unfortunately this places is a disaster. Service is absolute zero and the customer service is pathetic. A very dirty place to sit and spend time. Awesome food. My favs are veg chessy nachos, chicken wings, chilly chicken, french fries, chicken burger and want to try more. They have their happy hours and special discounts on foods and drinks where u can get drinks at very cheap prices. Ambience- Lights are so dim that sometimes I can't even see my food properly :P with Loud music. But overall nice ambience I would say. Visit once yourself and decide.

You must try the Peri Peri prawns extra spicy and the spinach cordon bleu.  Haven't seen either item on any other menu, both were excellent!  The Peri Peri Prawns had to be ordered for a second round because of their flavour.  <br/><br/>A mug of beer and lunch was rounded off with butter chicken and tandoori roti.  If there is definition to comfort food; this is it.  Now I need to make sure I get to come back here in the evening, the next time I visit Bangalore.  Loved the outdoor seating as well.

Love the place. Went ther with friends and had a blast. Great service and great food. The beer was chill and the pizza was crisp and flavour full.A must visit place , will be bck soon😀

This pub is best as it has good ambiance, good crowd and they are good with the foods and drinks. If I compare the pricing part with other pubs it is reasonable. The services are good. A pleasant place to spend on a weekend.

Great food, good music and cheap alcohol. <br/><br/>Food: We had the chicken lollypop, ajwaini fish tikka, oriental chicken, fries and gobi manchurian across our visits and I'd recommend all of them. <br/><br/>Music: Classic hits of the 70s and 80s with some new songs thrown in.<br/><br/>Alcohol: Draught beer is very cheap (the cheapest I've seen in this part of the town). They also have some good offers during the happy hours.<br/><br/>Have been here a couple of times in the last month and the service and food will surely make me come back for more.

Came here on a Sunday evening around 8. (the kamanahalli outlet) Started getting crowded after 8.30.<br/><br/>Food : we ordered <br/><br/>1.gunter chicken : really spicy but well cooked. It was really soft and the flavors were spot on. <br/><br/>2. Cheesy fries : loved the fries and the mayo!! <br/><br/>Drinks : kamakazi : should try! And magic moments : buy 1 get one free offer <br/><br/>Budget :1954rs, the kamakazi was kinda expensive. <br/><br/>Ambience : it's a dark place, where u can chill out with friends. When I went, they played old English classics which I liked. Nothing too extraordinary, a normal place. <br/><br/>Overall experience :3.5/5. Will try out other outlets as well.

I have given ratings mostly because of the delicious food they offer Veg cheese nachos and chilli chicken are must try. Also they have happy hours and everyday special discounts. However I don't like the lighting it's too dim. The music is loud but ok.

Nice for one time visit. It's a pub at Frazer Town area. Nice place to go for a drink. If anyone near at Frazer Town can try it. Fine to be there for one time.

If the menu card shows chilli next to the dish, believe it. It is really spicy. It's kinda expensive though. Didn't like the cocktails much but food was happy with food. Bad music. Bad lighting. Quick service.

Three things I'm going to say: Great Music, Super Cool Surrounding, Beer. What else you need. They have great taste in music. Food is plus point. They have large menu of beer but they mostly recommend go with Miller so that was something I find not good otherwise great place to hangout with emigos. Cheers.

Good ambience, shows football matches on big screen which is a plus for every football fan, the cocktail was good and smooth...food was okay, not too great, not bad either..good place to sit and catch up with friends

Food and offers on drinks is what you can get here! Forget not to try the upper floor. A great place to go to in our good old Frazer Town! Maintains the "feel at home" ambience! Good staff and always within reach... order is quite time consuming, but a great place to go for drinks and some good food all priced quite nominal for the standards.

Conveniently located with themed decor, Sherlock's is a great place to catch up with friends over a pint. There's 3 levels of seating including an outdoor section (where the noise of traffic can be a bit off-putting). The place definitely has character - best suited for groups.

Ladies please be aware...one of the waitors scammed us by saying that all the rum and whisky based cocktails were complimentary when in fact they weren't. I think they drastically need to improve on their hospitality and ambience.

Sherlock's Pub is ideally located, away from the traffic, and is great place to hangout. The food is great and the staff are extremely cordial. I've been a regular visitor here. The outdoor seating has a very rustic feel to it. Must visit if you want to listen to some good ol' 80's hits, if you want to watch a cricket or a football game or if you just want to PARTY! The Jalapeno Cheese Balls are to die for.

Location's convenient. But once you've reached and are in, it's far too loud! I mean, understandably the music is needed, but not so much that it gives the patrons a headache! We had to find a spot where the music wouldn't blow our eardrums away. Moving on, Ajwaini Fish TIkka was tasty, the LIIT was effective, and the Sangria was well made. Prices are low, they got happy hours, it's a good deal, but for the love of god turn the volume down!

Over Hyped Place went out with my friends today and ordered for Some drinks and starters, drinks were fine, we ordered for Jalapeno Cheese Balls and Chicken Tikka which came in very late, when it came it was cold and not edible when asked from the waiter he took it back and heated in mico oven and served it back, Pathetic Service and worst food. There are better places in the vicinity.  if u want a good weekend better to avoid this place

A lovely place with a lovely ambience! Ideal for an evening drink! Would recommend this to everyone! Not too expensive and good appetisers! Absolutely worth the price!
