Review Rajasthani Charbhuja Restaurant - Bengaluru

Arihant Jain
Homely Rajasthani food. A rare place in Bangalore where you can find a taste of countryside Rajasthan. Had basic thali and a paneer thali. The taste of all dishes were as expected. Portion size were perfect for me and my wife. Butter milk here is a must try, so as there green chilly pickle.

If you wanna have delicious food at very economic pricing, this is the place for you. However, ambiance isn't that good. Service is okay but sometimes it gets delayed but taste of the food is really good with makes it worth every penny. So planning for a non fancy dinner or lunch, you can give it a try. If the surroundings and the appearance is the priority for you, stay away 😀

This place has been taken over by ground floor Fresh Juice Points. They serve several thalis in Rajasthani style. I took Dal Bhati thali and Executive Thali, both were great. For 2 people it's more than enough. Prices are very economical and taste is also delicious. Will recommend to go once.
Ritu Raj
A very calm and nice place. As the name suggest their specialty is Rajasthani cuisine. Daal-baati is ultimate, so does Rajasthani thali. It was more than sufficient for two persons. Daal baati has more authentic and homelike taste. Ambience is nice, price is reasonable. A delight for vegetarian.
Asif Hussain
It's a great restaurant for vegetarians and specially having the authenticate Rajasthani taste and style. 😋 The speciality here is Daal Baati Churma and Ghee rice 🍚. You must try the food and it's economical too. Staff behaviour is good.😊 Fast service.đŸ’« Taste and hygienic.👍 A great place to have fun with friends and family members.👌

A decent place with tasty food. Not very crowded, good sitting capacity. Food portion is good and fulfilling. Poor phone signals inside, so online mode of payments might not be tussle free. Look wise it's a budget place, and price wise it's slightly on the higher side, but it's balanced by the authenticity in taste maintained by them.
Vivek Nair
The place was easy to locate via maps. The speciality here is the authentic Rajasthani thali. Tried it out and was worth the price. The restaurant doesn't stand out from the outside. Parking for 4 wheelers would be difficult since the place is in Neeladri road which is crowded at most times. The place is worth a visit.
Prasanna Kulkarni
Very good taste and quite a good ambience. First time had experienced Rajasthani cuisine, really loved it. We ordered executive thali and one dal baati, we enjoyed both.
Deepa Das
The food and the services are really good. The staff is friendly. Pocket friendly menu. Parking not available. Ambiance is simple sitting capacity is also good.Dal bati churma is really good.

Come n join for some yummy Rajasthani food.. Danae Dane me ghee ka Swaad.. Great vegetarian food with awesome thalis as required..
Nikhil Mathur
The food was good. We had Dal Batis. It was tasty. Two kind of chutneys. 3 baatis are more then one can have for a meal. Churma and ghee was also serverd. Wallpaper of Mysore Palace, TajMahal, Fort of Rajasthan provided a good ambience.
Mala k
Awesome tasty vegetarian food at affordable price. Love to visit again.
Mohit Godse
Amazing dal baati. Lots of ghee , hot batis. Garlic chilly paste served on side to spice up as per taste. You will get pure veg north Indian food here.
Amit Kumar Sharma
Probably the only pure veg place in & around electronic city phase 1 to have regular food cooked just like home.

Good and pocket saving

Visited few months back for r dinner with family to this pure vegetarian restaurant. Quick service and nice management. Young crowd too.
We ordered for
Rajasthani thali - it is very heavy for one person.. so two people can share easily.
Paneer tikka masala - yummy and good quantity.

It felt like homely food. Visiting again super soon.

Overall -
Food - 5/5
Service - 5/5

Follow us here and on Instagram for more @the_big_foodiee

STALE FOOD.......KINDLY DON'T GO THERE IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR HEALTH......THE RESTAURANT IS USUALLY EMPTY AS PEOPLE DON'T GO THERE DUE TO UNHYGIENIC CONDITIONS THEY HAVE IN KITCHEN AND STALE FOOD THEY SERVE.
Anagha Vishnuvajjala
It was good before (when they were at infosys gate 6)
Rahul
You won't get better Dal Baati Churma in Bangalore anywhere else
Karan Shetty
Photo of the place doesn’t seem to resemble the place where i had food, authentic Rajasthani food one comes out gastronomically satisfied, sometime the north thali has good vegetables while sometimes it is average but daal baati tastes good and specially with the garlic and chilly thecha they serve!
Rajiv Kumar Gunisitty
We had only Rajasthani Thali and we loved it.
Its a must try.
Shivani Goyal
It’s a good place to have Rajasthani Thali. Costs you around 220/- and is more than enough for 1 people.
Should try if you are bored of the same old north Indian and south Indian food.
Average ambience and service.
Wish they could work on their service.
Ankur Sharma
They don’t have any idea what rajasthani food means. Fried baati and bland daal. The worst daal baati I had in my life. Don’t I repeat don’t order rajasthani thali. Order some north indian dish like paneer roti etc etc but do not order rajasthani

This place is right in front of my society and is operational since last 10 months here in neeladri road. I was looking out to have a simple and pocket friendly veg meal and decided to give it a try today. 1stly the ambience itself is impressive considering the cost for one here. I went with my frd and we ordered 2 north indian thalis straight away. Service was quick and we got the order in no time. I have just attached the pic of the thali. It was so beautifully presented and there are so many things in the same which is I think more than enough to satisfy your hunger. As far as the taste is concerned, it was deliciously delicious. I just couldnt get over the taste of the lehsun chutney. It was the best among everything. I don't know how I missed such an awesome eating joint. Highly recommended specially if you are a Veggie!!
Great tasting Rajasthani Thalis.. the Daal Bati Churma is mouth watering. The accompaniment of Rotis with the Veg thali is soul satiating. A few more ceiling or Pedestal fans would be better though..

This is the place to visit if you want authentic rajasthani food with those spicy curries in Bangalore. Situated in Neeladri this restaurant has everything to offer be it rajasthani food or chinese. The best dish offered is DAL BATI CHURMA WITH LASSI. Generous staff. 👍
Aditya
Tasty food. Quantity also good for the price spent. Has variety of Punjabi and Rajasthani foods. Dining out is also good, neat place. would recommend if anyone wants to have good Rajasthani food.
Rajarshi Das
I have had dinner from here a couple of times and loved their food. Had aloo manchurian for the first time here and would recommend that to all.
Swati Mehrotra
This is the best place to eat North Indian cuisine here in Electronic City. You should must try their Rajasthani thali.

Other dishes like paneer lababdar and kaju mada were amazing too.
Aditya Gollapudi
Good Rajasthani food ....service was good and prompt....Should improve on ambience to give more authentic Rajasthani feel.....Overall good option to try Rajasthani food at reasonable price

Rajasthani restaurant is Must visit place for food lover. All The interiors are decorated with great style furniture .the ambience is a perfect North Indian , I Don't even need to say that this place is a food Heaven for all veg lovers.
Ganesh Pai
Very polite staff and one of the best veg only places I have been to in Bangalore. Not great ambience but the food is amazing. Dal Bhati Choorma is a must try.

Want to have some rajasthani food in electronic city. This is the place to go.
I had ordered thali for an all through experience.
Taste is good and food is reasonably priced.
You will get a very homely taste in their food.
They have also got a special maharaja thali on weekends which seems interesting, I have yet to try it.
Pratap Daruka
Was regular at this place till the owner himself was running it. But since it was been taken over by his son this place is no go. I am willing to tolerate bad food but bad behaviour is something which is absolutely not acceptable.

Ordered from here for home delivery, got very less quantity. Not worth ordering. Please be cautious.

Also they charge heavily on packaging, and deliver poorly packaged food

Through a friend recommendation we planned for lunch on 3rd of diwali...

Next to the lane beside neelagiris supermarket on neeladri road..

A decent rajasthani restaurant with not a great ambience ( interiors kind) but ya not bad too... A normal family restaurant .

We ordered
Dalbhatti churma thali -150rs which includes
3 big battis
1 big bowl dal
Churma
Onion slices
Buttermilk
2 chutney garlic red chutney and green mirchi chutney and a small wati of ghee...

The taste was just superb. Batti was amazing. Dal was not spicy. But one can add chutneys they give along to make spicy.
Churma was good but one unique thing I found was churma had ajwain seeds in it. But the taste was good.

We liked churma so we ordered separately 1 churma the cost was 20rs.
The prices are worth the quantity and quality.

A must visit place who loves rajasthani food.

Today Oct 16, 2018 was Durga Saptami. After offering our prayers to Ma Durga in the Goel Ganga Vertica apartments puja, we were looking for a decent place to have a veg meal. I had seen this restaurant on Zomato and Swiggy and had planned to order it from there in the past. However, today was the day that we ended up reaching there. I was not very hungry and hence ordered the veg thali for Rs. 110. It was truly worth the price. There were three phulkas dipped in desi ghee. There was one small bowl of basmati rice along with dal and two types of vegetables. Papad, achar were complimentary. My friend liked it so much that she packed it for her family.

The service was quick and homely. The interiors were done well with the big pictures of Taj Mahal and Hawa Mahal. It gave the Indian Tourist travel kind of a feeling. Next time will try gatte ki sabzi and dal baati.
Avinash Kumar
Due to Navratri we were eating jain food and was trying to search one in Zomato and saw this restaurant. Guess what, we were not disappointed. Ordered Rajma masala, paneer tikka masala and taste was awesome. Thank you for making our say!!
Deedu Pipada
Good Quality food. Good Service and Reasonably Priced. I ordered a thali for an overall experience and i must say the food was tasty and wholesome. Piping hot Rotis and tasty curried made my experience pleasant. Recommended .

Ambience could've been better. Some items are not available on the menu. The most mind baffling thing about this place is that the food quality degrades with every visit. This time I had water masquerading as dal. A new low has been set today.
Shivani Sawant
Went to this restaurant last week. The food was good not bad .We ordered paneer tikka masala n naan. The sad part is that they offer very less quantity for the price offered. It looked that the dish was of half quantity rather than full one. Then bcz of that v needed to order sev tamatar sabzi half which was average. Also the paneer schezwan rice was nice bt seemed more like fried white rice.Overall nice bt need to increase quantity of food
Rituraj Singh
I have placed order from this place many times. Always had Dal, Bati and Churma. It never disappointed me. Dal & bati both are good in taste, quality and quantity. Only Churma they need to really improve. Can't comment on other things but Dal bati is a must try. Packaging of food is also good.
Pankaj Pandey
A very nice place to eat authentic Rajasthani food if you are veg. The service is awesome & even you can take away your orders as well.
Must try is their special Rajasthani thali. & if you can eat it by going over there, then pls do that. It will be a kind of its own.

Dal Bari churma & achari paneer are two items which you can go for if you ever have any doubt..
Abhishek Vashisht
A good place to dine out. Its on the first floor way to find out lil difficult. Rajasthani thali is good. I used to dine there mostly when I was in EC. Food is good and pocket friendly. U can have mini thali or full north indian thali which is more than sufficient.
Baijayanti Chakraborty
Bestest Rajasthani food taste I ever had in Bangalore till now. Definitely a good place for family dinner.one should definitely visit this place.
Saket Ranjan
Nice place if you are looking for some rajasthani taste . Daal baati choorma combo is must try over here. Lassi is also something you will not regret ordering.
Praveen 11
Place and food smells bad, dirty and unhygienic restaurant , cooking is fine but service is worst, no authentic food, worst place to eat your meal
Tina Das
A vegetarian option for good food. Paratha, bhindi Masala, gatte ki subzi these are quite good. Always visit the place on vegan days. Good food, good taste.

A quaint and ordinary place located right behind my workplace; Infosys, Charbhuja is a good place to try out the Rajasthani food. In the vicinity, it’s known for the trademark Dal Baati and Churma. Their menu consists of various Indian gravies and starters. They server the Dal Baati in form of an All You Can meal.

The dal is usually Tuvaar/Tur and the Baati is made of wheat. Along with it, they server a papad, sweet churma and ghee.

The feeling of breaking the baati and mixing the dal and devouring it is difficult to put into words. With each bite, I was left licking my fingers. If you like spicy food, then ask the attendant to get you a bowl of red garlic paste.

At times on working days, there is rush and waiting to get a table. But remember, your patience will be rewarded with the delicious food. The rates are extremely nominal and pocket friendly.

If you’re someone who has never had Dal Baati Churma, then you should definitely visit this place and have it on urgent basis.

Cheers!
Adil Khan
Ordered many times Daal Baati Churma and every time it was good.
Delicious Taste as well as enough quantity justify price as well.

I don't mind keep ordering.
Only one request Please keep separate Lahsun chuteny and green chilly chuteny.

If you're coming from North India and want to feast on North Indian food on a budget, this is the place to go.

Hygiene isn't impeccable but then taste is surely right up there!
Anjali Mathur
Bad experience. They don't serve authentic dal Bati. Staff was very rude including the waiters and manager. Place is very unhygienic. They have ants and cockroaches all over the surroundings. Not recommended.

Waiters are confused about which dish is ordered. Served different dish.
Food quality is horrible. Taste is not good.
Strictly not recommended.

Food - excellent
Space - Small with mosquitos
Serving - fast
Been here multiple times & tried multiple items. Daal baati is awesome. Crowdy during peak hours. You have to wait sometime to get the table.

Fantastic food
Service is really fast
A proper Rajasthani food
Must try : Dal Batti thali and Dal Batti cum Gatte ki Sabji thali
Food 5/5
Service 5/5
Ambience 4/5
Need to work on mosquitoes for sure

Do not expect anything remotely fancy.
Do not expect any ambiance or good service.
It’s just a couple of table without cleanliness.

Just expect some satisfactory sub-standard food.

Nice place, food quality was awsome.
Pocket friendly menu...
One of the best places in banglore for north indian taste...
Daal bati is awsome. Shittiest place I have ever been....crappy food and much worse service....zero points for hospitality or manners....the food was smelling and the manager not cooperative at all

It was lunch time in office and we were searching for a new place in Electronic City. That's when we got the name Rajasthani Charbhuja. It's a small joint in ec phase 1. We ordered
Baby corn 65
Butter Kulcha
Kadai Paneer
Sweet Lassi

Baby corn 65 was very luscious, where Kulcha and paneer were ok ok type. Lassi was way too thick than usual ones. Their meal systems are also nice to try.
#Small Rajasthani joint...

Gatte ki subzi, chaas in blazing summer with tandoori roti and naan. Went in there casually for a taste change it did not disappoint. Service though was slow.
Gauravi Mittal
I am a born and brought in Rajasthan so the Rajasthani Thali is not exactly as we get back at home, but it isn't that bad. I liked the dal, batti, butter milk and lehsun ki chutbey as they were quite close to the authentic rajasthani taste, rest was just okay. I won't recommend anyone to go for churma. I enjoyed my dinner, they give unlimited food in the Thali just at 170 rs which is really cheap. So Rajasthani who is missing home or want to enjoy just dal batti aur lehsun ki chutbey then I would recommend you this place.
Vipul Verma
Baati Churma is good. Can do better in daal in terms og adding more spices and taste. Gatte ki sabzi and Ala carte is also fine .Can visit occasionally.
Shubham Mittal
Food is OK, but waiters are very rude, waiters talk to customers very rudely. we asked for lemons they simply rejected that they can't bring the lemons also we told waiters to bring bowls and spoons but they take hell lot of time to bring that. service time is very slow. we found mosquito in water also
Subhramoy Sarkar
Being a north Indian this place never fails to impress me on Saturdays(compulsory veg).. I love the kulchas here and the butter paneer especially. And the thalis here are a boon for foodies.. I literally had to crawl out the first time i had a thali. Food is a bit oily but good.. gulab jamun is good too. Lassi is avarage.
Savan Naregal
Good food and the quality is good, you will have variety of food, you also get authentic Rajasthani food too. The food is not that pricy....
Anu
Authentic Rajasthan food served in a big plate (thali). The interiors also add up to Rajasthani touch. No matter what you want to eat, do not forget to include flavored lasso in your order. Pocket friendly and good service. Hygiene is well maintained.
The Gossip Lover
Cheapest and tastiest daal bati ever found. So much of ghee made food tastier. Service was though quite slow, but churma was awesome. Unlimited daal bati thali for 140 bucks is cheap plus hygiene is good too.
Sanjukta
Ambience - Nothing much to mention about. Our occasional visits are during lunch hours. Its a small place and usually remains crowded. The hygiene factor sometimes do concern me.
Service - ok
Price - ok
Food - ok. We always order the same set of items. Babycorn chilly, masala papad and some paneer item for starters. Along with that, bhindi fry and a paneer gravy with phulka. They taste fine usually. However, occasionally one may experience not-so-good food. Lassi is good.
PRINCE
Dal bati choorma - fails miserably here. The choorma is not finely crushed, less sweet and not enough ghee. The bati is too hard to crack. Dal is average. (P.S. I am from Jaipur and I know how a good dal baati should be)
In other items, Thali is good with local sabjis. Lassi was good too. + Gulabjamun .
Chinese starters aren't good either.
Caution: Don't go to their kitchen or you will run away.
I had high hopes with the traditional rajasthani dal bati but was disappointed.
Bhawna Srivastava
I ordered thali yesterday.. Aalo sabzi and gatte ki sabzi was very tasty... Delivered withing 40 mins.. awesome service..Very happy with the food:)
Deepthi Sankaranarayanan
We ordered South Indian Thali and the food quality was very bad.We got hair from food which is pathetic and shocking. We tried the starters the other day and it was very tasty which made us order again. But this time we were really disappointed.
Priyanka Monalisa
Been here many times specially when there is no other option left for veg food n need to save time...
This place is okk..
All main course curries are same taste...
I nvr tasted anything different.. Whatevr i order...

Amazing food at perfectly moderated quantities and price points.. wide spread to choose from.. very amiable service.. overall a cool place!!

I'm working with Infosys for past 5 yrs and this restaurant is just outside the gate I use. But never had the opportunity to eat a meal here. Or I can say, never find it very tempting for a meal. Finally on a weekend we came here for dinner. Food is good and tasty. Quantity is sumptuous. Variety is nice. Hygiene is a problem as the restaurant is not very clean. Too much of mosquitoes after sundown. The entrance is a bit dingy and not very noticeable from outside. Parking can be an issue on weekdays.

My craving for Dal Baati brought me to this surprisingly infamous place ! And believe me ! It was bomb !

The place is stacked between two Dhabas with this old wooden interiors, musty odor and disinterested restaurant management 😂 !

Jumping into the food review.....i haven't tried anything other than the Dal Bati here so my review will be restricted to that dish 😅 ! here comes the funny part ! So you have this Dal Bati plate for 140 bucks which has 4 baatis in it....but if you don't share your plate with anyone else, you can eat how much ever you want for the same price 😂 ! So, you get this bowl of lip smacking dal, an assorted pallette of chutney, onions, a small katori of melted ghee, churma and the 4 Baatis, everything in the traditional Rajasthan style ! Trust me, I haven't had such a wonderful connoisseur experience than this in my life !

Once again, this place is meant for those who are looking forward to a tummy filling day, not for those who crave for the dining experience 😅 !

Ek dum paisa vasool kinda place. This is the first time I have felt about the whole experience about food served at a restaurant.
In a dhaba setting, we get served the most simple and delicious North indian delicacies. Came here for their Daal bhaati Churma, which is famous. It goes in a Must try list . Very fresh baati served with daal, red chutney, onions, papad & churma.

Also ordered their Fruit lassi & buttermilk. Lassi was good.

Jaipuri Kaju masala with delicious Methi, Gobi, paneer parathas. All were fresh and delicious. Must try this place when you crave for some delicious lunch.

VFM: 800 bucks for 5 people is way too decent. Must try for all E city folks :)

Pretty good homely food with decent cost, service is moderate and taste is good. Just go for regular dishes because their starters are below average.

After 2 hours of intense house hunting in electronic city,we thought of eating at Paranthe Vali Gali located near Infosys Gate 6.Unfortunately,the place was closed due to cleaning errands being run by the staff. Finally,we crashed at Rajasthani Chaturbhuja Restaurant located on the 1st floor. We ordered Panneer and Aloo Onion Paranthas to fulfil our ever-insatiable desire for paranthas .I have eaten at this place a couple of times before but I am reviewing it for the first time.We ordered their special sweet Lassi which they serve with rose syrup and cashews,Thandai and Fanta.Plate presentation is plain.Parantha comes with curd.Lassi was good but maybe the quantity could be improved.Thandai was decent but the regular Fanta (Rs.10) bottle was charged for Rs.20.The paranthas would have seemed more palatable had they come with butter and chutney.Otherwise, the panneer and potato filling was decent and the taste was not bad at all.If the restaurant can get these few things right,i think it could be useful in increasing the patronage people have for it.I have only got a chance to visit RCR for dinners and have always been promptly seated but a little birdie tells me that the place tends to get super crowded during lunch time especially during weekdays. It could be due to it's proximity to Infosys and the lack of good Rajasthani restros in Electronic city.TBT,this place stands a good chance at becoming better.I have also tried panner masala, dal and chapattis here. The chappattis are soft but ultra-thin.Only 4 chappatis can suffice your hunger of 2 regular chapattis. All that said and done,3 points to RCR.I might visit the place again to try their signature Rajasthani dishes and update the review. It's sad that I haven't done that already. One day at a time.Long story short, there is always scope for improvement.Decor is good. They have wooden chairs and tables and hanging lamp lights. They also have a TV for entertainment that plays Bollywood songs. No air conditioning. No fans.Open air restaurant.

This was my second day in Bengaluru. I heard about this place within one day of coming to Bengaluru. I was surely not disappointed. I liked the 'half-sabzi' concept here. This was you can taste things here. I had aloo-mutter and gatte ki sabzi. Both of them turned out really good. The rotis were okay here. One of my friends ordered a thali here. Now, the thali looked disappointing on the first impression and it turned out okay. The dal in the thali seemed very bad to me. I heard from a friend of mine that this was the same dal they would give for dal-baati. I was really impressed by the taste of gatte ki sabzi though. Do try it. I would have gone with a 3.25 for this place.
Sudeep Palekar
Been here many times...dal baati churma is an all time favorite..served hot and delicious. Sides are also worthy and the service is above average..Worth a try during a vegetarian feast day.
Abhishek Dokania
Wanted to have Dal Baati Churma on weekend somewhere nearby.. Heard from friends about this Rajasthani restaurant.. Went their on Sunday night..Everyone ordered the same.. Believe me its paisa vasool.. They serve this dish very hot.. Taste is above average.. sufficient quantity.. u can ask for more.. Churma was delicious. Personally I also liked the Garlic chutney.. Go for it guys. Its pocket friendly too.
Bhargav Bittersteel
The food here is very very nice. Good quantity at a low price . Don't expect a fancy ambience but it's a nice comfortable place to turn to for a simple tasty lunch.

It was raining out and we were quite hungry, then if a friend suggest a place to have Daal Baati choorma, you can't say no to it. So, that's how we went to this place. Situated in Electronic City, this place may be a little tricky to find, but using Google Map you can reach here. Its a not so fancy place. Luckily it had rained earlier while we reached there, the open seating was quite comfortable otherwise it could get a bit hot in here with the open seating. Coming to the food, i wouldn't be exaggerating if i say that this is the place where i had the best Dal bati in Bangalore. There are not many places which offer Dal Bati anyhow. Though, the real taste of Dal Baati choorma you can experience only in Rajasthan, but the dal baati offered here also was quite good. So, i would really recommend this place for Dal bati. They serve other North Indian food too, i didn't try that but if you get Dal bati why would you go for other things, Right ?
So, when the weather is good outside and you want to have a good Daal baati, come to this place. And Dont forget to order a glass of Buttermilk with you meal.

P.S. They serve Dal Bati only on weekends.
LOCATION and AMBIANCE :This place is situated near Infosys Gate-4 on first floor and is quite popular among the IT office goers around. It is located on first floor or another popular hangout place - Marmaris. Parking is a little concern here as majority of the area is either a non-parking zone or is already full.
From outside it doesn't have much appealing looks. Looks little shabby and makeshift sort of. There is a small entrance which leads to the first floor where the restaurant is located. From the inside, it has Dhaba kind of ambiance. Table and chairs are made of canewood. Bright colors are used on the pillars and straw mats are used to decorate the walls. There are few pics related to Rajasthani culture which tries to add up to the overall feeling. However the ambiance may be disappointing for someone who visits it with high expectations as there are few areas where improvement scope is visible.

WHAT THEHEEBEE TRIED :
The place serves food from different cuisines - Chinese, North Indian, Gujarati and Rajasthani. This time we headed here to eat some authentic Rajasthani dishes. We wanted to try their Dal Bati Churma, but it is available only on weekends. We were still lucky to have few other authentic Rajasthani/Gujarati dishes.
Sev Tameta : Thick sev in spicy tomato based gravy. This is an authentic Gujarati dish and the cook made it amazing. This was mind blowing and everyone liked it a lot.
Gatte Ki Sabji : Thick besan koftas in sour and spicy gravy. Tasted up to perfection and we finished it till every drop of the gravy.
Tandoori Roti : Normal.
Kadhi : Again spicy and sour Gujarati kadhi with a particular garlic tadka. You will ask more of it.
Tomato Rice : We wanted to have Khichdi with Kadhi. But as Khichdi was not available, we settled for tomato rice. But this was very average. No harm in avoiding it.
Must say that this is one of the best places in ECity to eat Rajasthani/Gujarati food.

SERVICE :
Service was at par. The folks were free and watching IPL match.

Food for two will cost approximately 300 Rs.

Taste and Quality : 4/5

Ambiance and Presentation : 2/5

Service : 3/5

Value for money/cost : 4/5

Overall : 3.5/5
Me
I am a hard core non-veg person. Have tried veg food but never liked it until I visited this place as suggested by one of my friend. Trust me the best veg food I ever had, also like the guys in there. There where times when no restaurant are open after 10:45 and these guys just cause we called had waited for us. Veg and Non Veg people do try this place, I best you wont complaint.

This was our go-to place when we were bored of our mess food. It has a dhaba like feel. Food is good. Let them know in advance if you want it to be less spicy though. Bhindi fry, jeera aloo and dal fry were our favourites here. Also their dal bati and churma is just awesome! Spicy dal, hot bati topped with ghee and finally churma will fill your stomach but you will still wish for more! Finally if there is space for something more, have their dry fruit lassi which is topped with cashews and is a delightful finale...

This place is next to infosys and easily reachable from my office. Food and service they offer is good and i must suggest everyone to try mango lassi here.
I have tried everything they offer in their Menu and was not disappointed. This is a small restaurant so I don't want to complain about the ambiance. They have increased their rates as compared to the neighboring restaurants which offer the same kind of food except the Rajastani food items.

It's located next to infosys gate 4 on the first floor. Ambience is somewhat Dhaba kinds. We ordered baby corn manchurian, paneer tikka Masala, malai kofta, butter kulcha, butter naan and jeera rice. Taste was ok ok but not very great. Pocket friendly place with okish food.

I have been on this Rajasthani food trail for a while now and am constantly on the lookout for outlets serving true and authentic rajasthani flavors, keeping in mind that the place preferably be situated in close vicinity to where I stay, so as to evade the notorious Bangalore traffic.

Going by zomato reviews, this place is number one when it comes to rajasthani cuisine in electronic city. Reason enough for me to try it out. I had been waiting for an opportunity to order from here and finally last week I ordered in lunch.

Too bad their special rajasthani menu is available only on weekends. As I was placing my order on a weekday, I settled for the north Indian mini thali.

What all was included: 2 curries- aloo capsicum and rajma, 2 dals- I'm not sure of the names but both yellow, 4 rotis, rice and papad.

Tastes: To sum it up in one word, it was truly home-style. Reminiscent of ghar ka khana.
The aloo sabzi and rajma were nice, not too spicy. The dals were good too. Together they made for filling accompaniments with the soft rotis and rice.
Delivery was on time, no issues there.

The next time I will be sure to try out the rajasthani specials.
