Review Smacznego - Bengaluru

Definitely a customer friendly restaurant. Lots of veg options - sandwich, noodles, meals, juices, rotis and everything. South meals, noodles and sandwiches were all surprisingly good. Gobi Manchurian was quite salty - which they were ready to replace with another order. However we denied for other option and so they removed the item from the bill as well. Ample space available for dine in. Parking could be a problem. They also have small convention hall where we can host a party or a family function. Overall a good experience and will definitely visit again.

I have been to Krishna Grand several times. For the first time instead of dine in we ordered food to house. The taste was the same although what I loved the most was with the quantity and the quality of food here. The vegetarian spread give a rich flavour of South Indian spices. They have there own signature Currys which is sweet and spicy which makes your taste buds feel wow. Do try and enjoy the starters especially .

I visited The krishna Grand for an engagement function. Ideal for 150 people. Food was delicious. Good Ambience and service. 3rd floor hall was meant for function and 2nd floor was the space for dining. Overall we had a very good experience.

Good service, great food, but tables next to each other. Ambience can be improved. Overall a very good restaurant. Small changes required. It's a family restaurant, which means cars. Finding parking is a pain, but the watchman does a great job.

Went for a weekend lunch with family, opted for South and North Indian thali. Excellent food, served good, thali is very fulfilling and all taste good. Service is great, still masks are being worn. Soft spoken and humble staff. Parking spots for a few 4 wheelers and lot of 2 wheelers available. No service charge in the bill. Good ambience. A little high on pricing but worth the food.

Do not expect parking at all. Otherwise the 1st floor hall was good to celebrate small occasions like birthdays, upanayanam, seemantha, engagement

Visited the restaurant on the ground floor for lunch. It was very crowded and had to wait for a while to get the table. The food was good (only vegetarian)and the service quick. As the restaurant is situated on a busy street parking space for the cars could be a problem.

Food: this is the best veg restaurant I had in Bangalore, so many options. Quality and quantity is superb. Service: service is really good, though some dishes take time. They get you all things needed.

I had heard a lot about the mini idli & sambar here. Went here & loved it. Butter masala dosa & vada sambar were good too. I ended my breakfast with a filter coffee & loved it. If you are looking for a good restaurant with good service, do try this place out. Price: 1 butter masala dosa costed 150 INR, and other dishes were also priced similar

We visited this place 3 times during the week. The tried the North Indian and South Indian Thali, Paneer Satay, soups, idili, dosa, pav bhaji, panner tikka masala, kulcha, soups and milkshakes. The food was great and the service was excellent. We get the portion size was huge however for the price it seemed justifiable. Overall a very good dine in experience.

1. In the restaurant, Neer Dose and chutney is a must try here . Neer dose with ghee and chutney tasted so good there . 2. Service is also very good 3. The party hall and arrangements was very good, food was tasty as well.

Food taste was really good, south Indian and Chinese both had authentic taste. Bit costly compared to the ambience. Parking space is less and have to struggle to get parking.

The food was delicious but, when we had Dinner around 9 p.m. 2 rats came inside our seats, and all of us were rattling and vulgar towards the place they maintained and grumbled the Hotel. Made suggestions to the Hotel manager. After this, we continued to have dinner. Manchuria roti and subject were tasteful. It all ended with laughter and back home at 10.

The great place with a nice mbience and taste. The service was good and overall a worthy visit. It's a fine dining restaurant, so the prices are on a bit higher side which is justified.

Great food and you wouldn't be disappointed at all. I feel they are a bit pricey (at least 25%) for the ambience and the facilities they are providing. Otherwise we try to visit this place as it is veg restaurant and most of the family members feel comfortable here.

Long and spacious hall with good seating capacities. Polite service. Variety of dishes. No South Indian dishes after 9 pm and no coffee or tea served too in the late evening. However, salt and sweet lassis are available. Car Parking on the side road of the hotel and in the front only.

Seems to be a busy place for family functions like marriage reception, get together, kids naming ceremony. I visited reception function. The space is decent enough and the food quality is above acceptable. People are polite and helpful. It is situated on the main road and I used Ola hence unaware of the parking facility.

The must-try is the bubble tea, either watermelon or green apple. I liked them both. Loaded nachos and loaded French fries are popular here. Along with which you can also try white sauce pasta. This is a good place for a quick bite and to take away. The place is quite congested sometimes. It is right behind the pizza hut. You can give it a shot.

Smacznego is an amazing place for some vegetarian, lip-smacking food. They serve fast food, Italian, mexican and some desserts. Their food is very fresh and hygiene is maintained. I have tried their Pasta, fries and Tacos. They put loads of cheese :D Taco and fries were too good. All these are priced decently and I had a very good experience. If you are around Banashankari, do give this place a try!

Regular customer of smackznego.<br/>Ordered pasta yesterday. The food delivered was absolutely terrible. Extremely inedibly spicy , I honestly don't understand what the person who prepared it was trying to do. Wasted 500 bucks of my money , had to order food elsewhere too. Utterly disappointed. Also , quantity that's delivered home is always lesser than the quantity served there everytime I order online. Never going to order from smackznego again , you guys just lost a regular customer.

Ordered alfredo. Didnt taste like alfredo or pasta at all. Too spicy. Hardly any italian spices or oregano. Very less cheese was put and more sauce was there although even that didnt taste like sauce. Only good thing the quantity was justifiable. But happy its pure veg though.

Quantity is too less for the price. The restaurant could display the quantity alongside the price so customers are well informed. Restaurant should also follow specific instructions mentioned by the customers while preparing food.

I have ordered multiple times from here and I was not let down any of my orders of their products.<br/>I can personally vouch for their pasta but my vouching means nothing when I have no credentials to back it up, but I guess you got to take my word for it. For the listed prices the items are fair, their pasta probably is the most fulfilling to eat.

Utterly disappointed. 1st time I had ordered red sauce pasta which was pretty good. 2nd time I ordered loaded nachos and specifically mentioned not to put onions in it but they did not follow the instructions and literally loaded the nachos with onions! They could have atleast informed me about this. Also the nachos I got were all soggy by the time the package got delivered. It entirely ruined my experience. I am never going to ordering again from Smacznego. One should not order with them if they have any specific demand.<br/>

For all the college peeps,students and general low budget hangout’s this place is the best place to visit,all though the place is small and a little conjusted if you are the first ones there you’ll get to sit and enjoy your food.Their menu has various types of fries,nachos etc on the list!I have tried their fiery fries and loaded nachos ,ferror rocher shake and paneer momos.All the items were upto the mark and quantity is good enough for 3 people,but I feel the price is a little higher for the quantity of the food.Overall you’ll have a good time :) do visit

This is how I received my momos that I had ordered. They were all stuffed into one small box similar to children being stuffed into school van. Pathetic packing! All momos were broken, my appetite vanished looking at it. To make matters worse, it smelled a bit too. Horrible experience. It was as if they were giving me food for free. Never coming to you guys again. Guys, beware before ordering.

Been ordering cheesy fries from this place for the past 2 years.<br/><br/>Started off with a justified quantity for Rs 120 for a portion of cheesy fries.<br/>But lately,the quantity has come down and isn't justified anymore!<br/><br/>Taste has been constantly good.

Being a regular customer of smacznego, I can surely tell the taste is deteriorating. Spicy Coleslaw had just lettuce and nothing else.. Seriously?? How do you even expect people to eat that?

I haven't visited the place, but I've ordered from here. The food is pretty amazing. I loved the Alfredo pasta although a few vegetables would make it taste even better and also the loaded fries was amazing!

Food was terrible, quesadilla was filled with just cut up bell peppers and jalapenos, and that too after being instructed to not put jalapenos. Loaded fries and nachos were both just topped with cheap sauces and tomato.<br/><br/>And the bubble tea.... Wow. 170 rupees for less than half a cup of drink. Well the food I ordered from zomato to my home , was little above average . The momo filling was decent , and the hot sauce was hot to the right heat level. But my order was missing and the cheese sauce I ordered extra was missing . So yeah !

The lady who claims to be the owner of the place was continuously screaming on top of her voice at her staff. It was very unpleasant for all the people at the place. After all this, she started yelling at customers too. Food is ok but basic manners is required. She was completely out of line. Service is pathetic , seating is minimal and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The owner is outright ridiculous and rude! She needs an MBA and a lot of basic sense of how to treat her customers and employees! When we reached there, she was already yelling at her employees and the overall atmosphere was unwelcoming! On top of that, she has no right whatsoever to shout at a customer for not knowing/giving an order coupon at the counter! She could have just politely said - oh you should have given the coupon here, sorry for the delay! That's it! Instead she went on to yell - don't you know the process? If you don't give your coupon how can they cook bla bla bla! Mind you, I've been a regular customer at this place and not once have I given my customer copy at the counter. Even if I needed to, they could have informed at the time of paying instead of noticing us wait for 10 mins!<br/><br/>Otherwise, good food and amazing taste!<br/><br/>Would appreciate if the owner stopped yelling and started being polite. She definitely lost a genuine customer today by yelling for no reason. People go to any place to pay and eat.. not to read up and follow the process :D the most ridiculous experience so far :D

We walked into the café and ordered fiery fries for take away....they were making fries for the other orders at the same time. Turned out that they put very less amount of fries and  dressing and toppings were very less too!!! When there are hardly any customers the quantity is just perfect, but the fiery fries/nachos aren't fiery enough. The first time I tried it, it literally made me cry! Now, I hardly taste the spice!!!! the food quality is amazing no doubt in that but I recommend to ask for more quantity...its hardly 1/4th of the container. P.S.... they put 5 rupees delivery charge for nothing!!!! the only issue here is the quantity....but it's a great hub for teens.

Located in Banashankari, this is a small nice place near pizza hut. Though there are a lot of food places around this, it still stands out because of its unique taste. The loaded nachos here is my all time favourite. It is just the best nachos one can ever try. I would recommend everyone to try food here! Also the fries and the momos here are amazing. There are a wide variety of options. It's a must try place. Cost friendly and very filling.

Had a jalapeno cheese sandwich, I felt the size of the bread is too small for the cost. Can improve on the quantity. Could feel more of capsicum than jalapeno in the stuffing. Not a bad place for a quick munch.

A tuck shop in Banashankari, slightly off the crowded Banashankari bda complex. The menu is interesting....and I had no complaints on the food as well. While there is no wow factor in the dishes or the ingredients.... for sure no disappointment when tasted too. Since it is in the concept of fast food, they served in foil box.... unfortunately along with plastic spoon. May be they need to immediately change to a wooden spoon. We tried loaded fries and white sauce pasta...both were good. Will be a good adda for college kids.

For first 40 min order status was preparing food where as on the landing page of restaurant it was mentioned 38 min as delivery time. It took more than an hour to get the food. Been here multiple times. First visited a year back. Their cheesy loaded nachos were really good. Their waffles, although takes a lot of time to make, do taste quite yummy. Terrible customer service, both by Zomato and Smacznego. I had ordered for nachos, quesadilla and rice. 1 hour after I placed the order, the manager calls me and says they don’t have the rice. So I agreed to replace it with wraps. I get the order with hardly anything as per my order. No nachos no rice. Instead has some sandwich and wraps which were way less in price than what I had ordered. Who is going to give me a refund for my the amount I wasn’t delivered? My calls to the place were never received. My sunday lunchtime was spent making multiple unreachable calls to zomato support and this place. Both useless.

Has the best nachos in the city. Tex mex. I loved it. The one disappointing thing about this place is the seating. There is no table seating. It's a small place that let's us sit on chairs outside the place. Food is A1 tho so it compromises the seating problem.

Though the food is extremely good, wen ordered on swiggy every time they fail to give spoons n forks.. do u expect us to eat pasta with hands??? Pls do provide forks and spoons when we order online..

Our always go to place when in and around Banashankari. I have been visiting this place since the past 2.5 to 3 yrs. Over the period of time the quantity and quality has a slight dip. The management is as friendly as always but i suggest them to revisit on the quality of the food. Else it is a nice place to go to for a quick snack grab when hungry.

SMACZNEGO is cafe situated in banashankri, this cafe service Mexican and Italian food. They have variety and tasty of food items. The taste of the food is good, they serve only veg food. They serve in foil box where the food stay hot for long time. This cafe seems just like a shop where they have put the chairs in front of there shop for customers to sit and enjoy there food. Very friendly staff and well trained staff. They are always quick in there food delivery to there customers.

Smacznego menu is so impressive! It's so hard to choose when they are variety of food to try. Chuck those plain nachos and fries, try their loaded nachos and fries with Americano and Mexican toppings. I loved their creamy white sauce pasta. From fries to waffles , they serve everything. I felt the quantity was less for the price.<br/>Over all quick service, good food. The only problem is there is no inside sitting area and since this place is always crowded it's hard to find a chair to sit outside and eat.

When somebody says fries , this is the first place that comes to my mind. This place serves the best fries. They have a lot of options on fries. Loaded fries is a must try. It's even famous for bubble tea. The waffles here are average and is too tiny for the price. Whenever you come across this place do try their loaded fries and bubble tea.

Student friendly and the service is decent . The chilly cheese fries are a must try. 😊 The nachos here are one of the best! Only draw back is congested seating space.

Ordered food online. The taste was pretty good. Loved the loaded and firey fries which were full of cheese. Pastas were also good and as per my taste. Only thing I did not like were the taste of wraps and quesadialls. The delivery was also quick. Overall a nice place to grab a quick bite from.

We just wanted to try this place out and had got the food home delivered. We had no idea a place like this existed. <br/><br/>We ordered the loaded nachos, schezwan fries and mixed pasta. As it was a home delivery, we expected the fries or the nachos to be soggy but to our surprise they were crispy! And the pasta was one of the best we have tried. <br/><br/>Great value for money and will definitely try this place again.

Had been here a couple months back on a friend's suggestion and I absolutely loved it. It's a go to place for every french fries fan out there. The pastas as good too. The ice cream is best avoided as it's not upto the mark and not worth the price you pay for it. The staff is friendly and always ready to help.
