Mango cake was so delicious and super fresh! We also like blueberry cheesecake. But Russian honey cake is not Russian honey cake:) and was bit dry.

Nice pastries and cake shop. Tried 'russian honey cake' and 'seven wonders' Loved both. Namkeen also available there at reasonable price

A great place with an amazing collection of pastries, cakes and chocolates. The taste is very good compared to other bakeries in the area. Prices are relatively cheaper for the portions they sell. You can even get samosas, puffs and other party items. Customer service can be improved in so many directions. No seating available, which is a problem. Stock maintenance is below par and usually items are finished by 6/7 pm. Made to order cakes are handled well. Plenty of cakes available on the go too. This bakery is great for buying snacks such as donuts, croissants and cupcakes while being light on the pocket. When is visited here some roadwork was going on so main entrance was blocked and there was a side entrance. On top of everything for some reason before we went in they had decided to turn off the lights on top so it gave a different vibe. Nothing scary of course. Just mysterious. The chocolate donuts are not the best I've had but definitely are worth the money. I will be getting cakes for Birthdays from here next time.

Amma's Pastries in HSR layout is of importance to people who are looking for a place which can deliver some great cakes within 20 mins and at the same are not heavy upon your pocket. The cakes are fresh, soft and delicious. They even offer a wide range of bakery items which include patties, cookies, pastries, donuts. They have reserved a small area of their outlet for you to sit and enjoy some of their delicacies. If you happen to visit this place, do try tea-time cake which would make you fall in love with it. One thing that is disappointing is the sweet syrup dipped cake bases which they have in almost all the cakes.

This place is really really good and they are quick with customer service and they are the fastest customized cake preparation very good persons are available in Amma Bakery HSR and I would like to suggest every people to why the fresh Cakes and yellow and obviously it fresh

They have good option of egg and eggless cakes for all the occasions. One can either order beforehand or for small orders one can walk in and within a small wait time of 15-20 mins, they will prepare cake, if not ready. The best thing about the place is that it is comparatively cheaper than its competitors and is value money

I would call this place heaven..! The pastries over here are just finger lickin good. I have alomost tried all the pastries, my goto pastries are their celebration, opera, redvelvet, white cheese, choco chillz and triple queen. Their eggpuff is must try... Overall I'm obsessed with Amma's Pastries.

Best cake shop with affordable price and good quality. I love their glazed and chocolate donuts. They are soft and taste amazing. They have a variety of other quick bites like samosa, puff, cutlet etc. The pastries here have a variety of different flavours and all are pure veg cakes. The decoration on the cakes is beautiful and appealing. The pastries have a beautiful soft texture and I just love the flavours. Overall a very good places to order cakes and pastries and donuts too!!

I paid in cash which had a ten rupee coin. The cashier was so rude about it. She rejected the coin and went on a rant . What a huge put off.

Very low quality pastries.cream colour is not going after so many wash from hand.cake is not tasty. I won’t recommend this shop.only creamy.not worth the money.charging so much for design.which is really not worth the money.

Quite a popular bakery! We regularly order cakes from Ammas. The chocolate truffle cake is the best thing to try here. Polite and friendly staff.

Worst service ever!!!! Called them for an order, and they just don’t seem to understand the request and follow through! They have a lot of stupid rules! They then suggested me to call the customer care! Yes! You heard it right! They supposedly have a “customer care” number. A number that no one picks! JOKE!!!

The pastries served here are of very fine quality. The staff is decent. Found no issues whatsoever with the sahakarnagar franchise as well. Although the prices are bit towards the premium end but for the quality and service you get no complaints. Hopefully they continue delighting the customers.

Been to this store couple of times. It's in a perfect location. Came to the store at night 8.30 for picking up a Birthday cake. It was readily available and parceled one chocolate cheesecake. Was really worth buying it. Good customer service and very much economical. Highly recommend the cakes from this store.

Ordered birthday cakes here. We just ordered and they gave it within 15 minutes and made it just the way we wanted..Very fast service..will definitely order again.

Had ordered a blueberry cheesecake on the phone. After reaching the store, no one cares to attend and upon checking they don't even have a clue regarding the order. After all the nonsense, the person packing the cake at the store had scooped the cream of the side with her extra long nails. The least I would expect is hygiene. <br/><br/>The answer for the delay is we don't have anyone here to attend to the store.

Nice tastes with competitive price and it is always better than just bake and sweet chariot even in terms of price.There services is also fast.

I am a big fan of ammas pastries... I have ordered a cake for my son's birthday... The flavour is fruit forest... They said that it has a layer of fruits in between... But what i found is only a layer of sweetened payaya... Am very disappointed with the cake they have provided... Very poor

This place gave a tough competition to the others in the same category in Sahakaranagar.<br/>Initially the quality was excellent but as time has passed the same has depleted quite a bit.<br/><br/>The latest experience was not that great and I am rating this place based on all the visits that I have made here. <br/><br/>The service is quick and the cost is nominal which keeps the crowd stick to it.

The best place in Sahakar Nagar to get the pastries and cakes. the mango mousse cake, the dutch truffle and the pineapple cakes stand out. The other stuff is average. the prices are very reasonable and the staff is courteous.

Everytime I go to Amma's Pastries for 2 reasons one is to grab a bite of Pastries and other is to order cake for any birthday celebration of anyone in office or near home.<br/>But I have rated 3 out of 5 this time because of day decided to checkin and been there to have some pastries, the 2 flavours of cake I ordered one piece each. It was heated in oven(both flavours) and delivered for us. It was so horrible one could clearly make out that was old stock. As the Pastries had become HARD, so that he had to heat in oven and deliver it for us. This has actually left me impression after going there for many times for n number of occasions. As desert lover now I go there for only ordering fresh ones not anymore for a Piece of dessert which is already prepared and displayed. They also serve Samosa, Puff's and Rolls these things are upto mark no special comments on that.

The cakes are good..as a bakery, its quite a formidable force with it being our frequent go-to for most birthday parties. Prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity they provide. The staff has always been friendly. Minus points although for not home delivering even when their Zomato profile says they do and for not having carry bags. While I vehemently support the plastic ban, they should have made alternate arrangements for cloth bags especially since they are literally available in the next consumable shop. Ignoring the fact that i had to carry a 1kg cheese cake in the baking afternoon sun balancing on a cycle this place definitely gets a recommendation for all cake parties.

Ammas pastries has always been my favorite. They have reasonable prices and delicious pastries. The orange pastry and the black forest are a must try.

I always order every cake for any occasions from Amma's. It's a place I can always rely on and feel greattt bout the taste of cake. We have ordered mostly black forest ,white forest , butter scotch and black current cake as well. I am really happy with these flavours. Love the cakes here!!

One of those tried & tested, "minimum guarantee" places that is present in various localities across Bangalore.<br/><br/>But this being the Masterchef era, where even home bakers are churning out avant -garde creations, Amma's Pastries, I fear, will go the Sweet Chariot way - quietly existing as an anachronism.<br/><br/>The caveat though, is that, this being India, there are always takers for the simpler stuff. Along with the fact that they also make savoury items, puffs, sandwiches etc, Amma's as a brand might just be able to stay afloat.<br/><br/>I personally like their tiny puffs and sandwiches, that are fairly tasty and economical, as opposed to some of the useless fare dished out by many neighbourhood bakeries. I have tried their cakes and pastries, but eons ago, before the Masterchef era, when a Black Forest cake was probably the pinnacle of the cake eating experience (which now seems as ancient as the Black Forest Mountain Range geologically is & is the region which provides the cherry-based liquor that gives the cake its taste & name). I sadly have no retrospective recollection of how the pastries tasted and haven't tried their recent offerings either.<br/><br/>VFM - There is probably the VFM factor which works in their favour, when compared to the avant-gardism mentioned earlier.<br/><br/>Verdict :- Maybe your bet for an 11th hour purchase.

The place has earned its name where ever they have an outlet. Gud taste and quality. Cakes are available any time of the day even at late nights which is gud and just to remind you all tat tis is the only place which has readily baked 1/2 Kg cakes which is an added advantage for ppl who do not like to waste..liked their tiramisu which is not the exact original one but ok to quench ur craving. Looking for a sweet tooth? Then the best joint in this area i bet! I keep wondering how they make the cakes and pastries taste the same everytime!! So consistent that it never tastes different not even a pinch of sugar or sauces!! <br/>Have tried chocolate mousse and triple chocolate pastries white forest black forest and lots more dont remember the names to be honest! But there is one with kiwi which was just wow!! Have been a lover of the Tiramisu here than any other places around!! <br/>There is nothing much to say about the service as the taste is the prime factor of this place! Only one request! Its been noticed that places like these take off with the best service and quality to attract people and later once its set they just turn down in terms of quality and taste. I havnt felt that way about this till now and hope they don't compromise in terms of taste and quality which is the highlight of this place!!

I ordered a butterscotch cake for my husband's birthday. It was yummy and light on my pocket but. No knife or candles. :(<br/><br/>The taste was good which saved the day. <br/><br/>I also order chicken puffs..the crust was yummy but the filling was. Lil bit higher on. Salt for my taste.

They can definitely make it better, to start with sugar is extremely high, should use less of artifical flavors. We had to leave the pastry in mid, artificial berry flavour clubbed with storm of sugar was unbearable.

Understand they also have other branches. Best snacks and fresh cream cakes available in this area. Started pulling the entire customer of the vicinity with its good quality food items. Suddenly from this month eatery has diluted the quality of their food items and increased the cost of the foods. Same quick money making strategy of other few eateries where they serve properly priced good quality & quantity food at the beginning and after the popularity suddenly one-day drop the quality, start serving improperly priced semi- quality food items. Customers land in trouble unknowingly. A suggestion to this eatery that please don't dilute your quality and cost of the food which is been served by you and please don't spoil your brand name which is created.

My Neighborhood Pastry shop super friendly and great staff we like the people who own the place as well.  Ammas  pastries has never let me down we are regulars here. <br/><br/>Zomato must change few things on this page they do not undertake home delivery and accept cards. They most definitely do not have space to dine here its a takeaway pastry joint.<br/><br/>I'd promptly visited them to collect few cakes for new year hoping to get tiramisu for some reason they did not have it only today which was a total bummer finally picked up Black forest 1/2 kilo for 170rs and Pineapple pastry 1/2 kilo for 170rs.<br/>I personally felt there was lot of cream than cake...we liked the Black forest cake and there was no pineapple flavor what so ever in the pine apple pastry it truly needs work..<br/><br/>I will still rate this tiny pastry shop 4 for good service and cleanliness.. <br/><br/>My Cake Picks from Ammas are Tiramisu, Butterscotch and Chocolate Mousse cakes.

Amma's pastries has proven its reputation in its taste and quality. The cakes, pies, breads and Donuts are all too good. We ordered black forest and eggless blueberry cake to eat. Oh man, it was juicy and yummy. Hats off!
