Good food and nice ambience. Something different about this place
Sayeed Yassin
The All new look and feel is really good! The food was always excellent, right from the current owners grand father! Whom we fondly called HAJISAB, who was passionate about food! The crossover menu is great, traditional Gujarati nonveg fare to beyond the borders! Good service team to back up and with live kitchen and all new ambience, I wish them a great future! It must be rated as a must visit for an all new gastronomic experience!
Syed Juned
Service was too good, food no doubt they server quality with quantity. Excellent taste in nice open ambiance. Thanks a millions for your nice service, will plan another party in saits 😊

The location was near to mosque. Their mutton briyani was good. Their menu had many varieties. Tried their chicken breast stuffed with minced chicken it was different variety. Their aampana was ok. One time visit recommendation

The ambiece is rustic and cosy, the staff pleasant and cooperative.. The raison d'etre though is the traditional food here. The aromas and array remind you of an era that went by not too long ago when gastronomical opulence was evident in every bite, dish and platter.. A true Cutchi Saits tradition!

Great place awesome food

Travelling Gujarat on your plate. . I have stepped in this place with a bunch of foodies on a food walk (biryani walk) Thanks to mansoor bhai to give me this opportunity to taste the food of saits.... They have a story to tell and history to serve on your plate. I will come afterwards on the food first the ambience and decor... how beautifully designed this place is you can’t assume also this type food joint you will find in Bangalore... All the interiors just wow with an artificial spring... And they have private rooms to give you more comfort like an Arabic tent.... the place is just 4 days up to now but the service and cooking brigade so well trained they are taking care of each and everything... Now the food we started with the KUTCHI MEMON DUM BIRYANI. From the section of CHAWAL KI MEHEK... so flavourful you have to these guys... the spices they are using some how different from the casual biryani... Afterwards we got a chance to taste the KHICHDA (A well blend mix of mutton and lentils) from the section of DASTARKHAN- E- MEMON... In this dish I personally not felt any great thing but wish to taste a tastier one very soon... Then they served a bowl of MUTTANJHAN (Rice kheer) from the section MEETHI JUBAN (dessert)... It is good...... Please try the food joint I am waiting for my second round asap............ great work guys keep it up Bon appetite @chef bb

Awesome Interiors... Nice place for family dining... Waiters are very attractive... But no ice cream and soft drinks...... But value for money

Awesome varieties of biriyanis and side dishes. Place is a bit costly but food is tasty .

It has nice seating setup. Food is good and slightly different from other places

This review for Ramzan special counter at saits. It is one of the neat, peaceful and equally delicious counter in mosque road. I have tried their weal kabab - it was really crispy and tasty. Last year I remember having good beef chilly. They have been consistent with taste. The best part is that the place is not very crowded. Love going to saits. 😍
Keshav Ambuga
The only thing I have tried from Sait's is their Mutton biryani(got it delivered), and have really liked it. Biryani has the just the correct amount of spices, and the mutton well marinated and really well cooked!

Good ambience, good music, yummy food.!! visited this place and loved every single item we ordered.!!Biriyani is just delicious. I recommend all the biriyani lovers to visit the place.!!

Quite disappointed. Found hair in the food. We were the only ones during lunch. Not going back again. Food in general was just okay. Not recommended especially when there are so many good restaurants in the area.

I had been here today for dinner.. As expected on the first day of the year the staff had complete lack of energy and enthusiasm. Service was terrible and the food wasn't worth the trip. Getting a glass of water was a task itself. The chicken was good and the mutton wasn't available as the waiter said they were unavailable to get it from market.Ironically I was planning to go to nearby Karama restaurant for the mutton.

Visited the restaurant this Thursday.

Ambience of the place was good and the food was just ok ok, nothing special. Just like any other place. I would recommend people to visit Savoury nearby for a much much better food.
The mocktail was served in a disposable glass and was overshot with mint leaves & tasted more like a aam panna which destroyed the mood completely.
The place charges a 10% service charge & have put a notice re the same that " if we are eating there we accept the charge". No issues paying the charge but there should be some service provided as well. The only service we got was the food being delivered on the table. We served ourselves from starters to main course which was totally unacceptable, even the restaurant opposite to my home does a better job without charging a 10% service charge.

The 2 star is only for the ambience & nothing more. Please don't ruin your evening as there are lot of amazing eateries in better price.

Amazing ambience and set up the shamianas look great great service abd good north indian food the tandoori chicken was good with naan and paneer lababdar .price is decent and pocket friendly to show off
Well I had heard a lot about this place almost from the same source mostly. Unplanned visit surely took me by surprise. It was raining cats and dogs and this place seemed just perfect in the rain. We were greeted quite courteously and the guard even made sure that we didn't get wet under his umbrella as we got out of the car. Ambience of this place is what caught my eye! Definitely the best way to dine authentic Indian cuisine. We ordered BBQ chicken and Peshawari Chicken with Laccha parathas. We also ordered Memoni Lamb Biryani and everything was good except that the starters arrived after our main course did. We ended up eating the starters till the end 😂😂.. Aam panna was delicious and Virgin Mojito was quite refreshing! All in All a must visit for some Memoni style food, ambience et al!

Had been here for a family dinner.
The ambience and the interiors are Royal. Looks really nice and comfortable.
The food is pretty ok. It's more of on a bland side.
Definitely overpriced.
Service is a little slow.
Stumbled upon this place during Ramzan food stall. We wanted to sit down and have a nice non veg meal in a quite place. Ordered their specialty Mutton Khichda.. Totally loved the wood fire flavor and melt in the mouth mutton Chunks with delicately spices Khichda. The mutton seekh kebab was juicy and grilled well. Do end Ur meal with their dal Ka Meeta.. I ordered 2 plates of this and ate it all :)
Josh Jordan
Great food, great price! You get a lot for your money and the portions are generous. The sikandari raan was particularly tasty. Definitely recommended.
Anurag Madhav
Amazing non veg food they serve.I visited the place during Ramazan and their chicken was just yummier..very casual ambience with a slight taste of mughals in their decor..a must visit in bangalore
Synthia Nathan
I had been here for a family dinner and the ambience of this place is quite nice, its very comfortable and makes you feel at home. The food is alright slightly on the blan side. The mutton biryani and the sheek kebabs are good! Pretty nice place and must try if you live in this locality

I visited this place last month. I hesitated a little before visiting this place because of the bad reviews in Zomato. But I was amazed with the ambiance and especially with the food served.

Coming to the detailed description of my experience there :
Ambience : (4.5/5)

The ambiance of the place is just amazing. The dim lights plus the beautiful water body decorated with lights was simply icing on the cake. The ambiance will remind you of a typical Parsi place be it the decor or the crockery.
Food : (4/5)
We had ordered for Masala Papad, Gosht Badami Shorba and Tandoori Aloo for starters. The tandoori aloo was just amazing. I loved it. Masala Papad also tasted quite decent. The shorba was just about average in taste. For the main course we had ordered for handi chicken, paneer tikka masala, aloo gobhi hara Bhara pyaaz , Pulao aapki pasand and naan. Each and every dish tasted just delicious. We also took rabdi for dessert which was yummy. I was pleasantly surprised with the taste of the dishes.

Service: (4.5/5)
The service was quick and the staff was polite too. The manager there especially was extremely courteous. He also gave us complimentary pots which delighted us even more.

This place has to get a big thumbs up from my side. Good job guys.... Keep it up....

We were here on a Saturday night way around 11: 30 pm (closing time around 12:30 am) . The staff was absolutely blunt and rude and very obvious about wanting us to leave. He served us the bill before we were halfway through the meal and repeatedly asked us to pay when we'd just started the main course and refused to let us take our time with the menu....
.we loved the food but the staff ruined it for us .
Rummana
Really loved the food here. The Bara chops and the Memon Katchi Biryani was yummy. Didn't like the gravy item too much.

Overall it was a very good experience. This place should definitely been rated higher than 3.1!
Ranita Choudhury
Being a Mughlai food lover, visited this place and loved every single item we ordered. Mutton sheeks, nalli nihari, biriyani, shorba, kebabs.
JOHN BOSCO
Biriyani is just delicious. Service can be improved and ambience is also good, but traffic noise is bit too much. I recommend all the biriyani lovers to visit the place.

I have no idea why this place has such a low rating! The place is perfect for a pakka desi afternoon lunch or dinner with family. We were four of us and we ordered
The non veg platter
Mutton chops
5 butter naan
Butter chicken
Mutton biryani
Gajar ka halwa

The non veg platter is something you just cannot miss! The mutton seek in it is just delicious, we get 4-5 items each of 4 pieces! The mutton chops were pretty okay, the meat was well cooked and melting in the mouth tho, but the flavour was amiss.
But the star of the day was that butter chicken, absolutely delicious.
The biryani was good, could've been better, the raita was more flavoured that the biryani.
To top it off, the gajar ka halwa was delicious!
The place is well maintained and definitely deserves a better rating than 2!
Imran Khan
I don't understand why at Zomato the rating is 2.8 for a nice restaurant like this.
Quiet place, good ambience, courteous staff.
Ordered chicken bharwan seena - 4/5

Good food and good people is all you need to have a good day. We were not very sure of Sait's as the ratings were pretty bad. Yet we wanted to try it out once. The ambience was very good. The lights and the decor reminds one of Arabian nights :) Very good crockery as well. We ordered Achari Murgh Tikka and Mutton Chaamps. The Tikka was good but the Mutton Chaamps were lip smacking. Mutton was soft and we'll cooked. The hit of the evening were Nalli Roganjosh and Mutton memon Biryani.. The biryani is a must try. All in all we were satisfied with our decision to check out Sait's ;)
Mohamed Farook
Good ambience and nice setup. Loved the artistic plates and pots. But, the food was definitely below average. They need to work on improving the taste and feel of their food.
Siddhartha Rai
Ordered a Mutton Chop from this place the meat was raw . The quality of the place has gone to dogs . Wi never ever order from this place again .
Laeeq Ali
The interiors and ambience was wonderful. It's a nicely tucked in place on a otherwise busy street for a Romantic dinner. We tried some tangdi kebabs, ghosht, Menon biriyani, brain fry. the food didn't match up to the ambience; there is surely scope for the food to improve. Gosht pasanda was good.
Syeda Umme Salma
Had been yesterday night for dinner. Ordered butter chicken and murg sheek..today m down with food poisoning vomiting loose motions and fever. My other friend too suffers from the same...pls friends don't ever order or dine in this restaurant.
Abrar Ahmed
Beautiful interiors and great food... Bit overpriced though... but overall great place for a unforgettable delicious dinner!! !! !! !! !! !! !! !!
Deepakraj Murugesan
Had chicken biryani and Barwan Murgh Seena... taste was not worth the money and the service was very poor. Only good thing is they use bronze and copper utensils. Dint expect this from you guys... not at all satisfied.. never suggest this place to anyone.. ambience looks very dull. Worst place. Waste of time.
Vidya Sree
Worst experience! They said they accept cards and end up swiping 3 times with the message time out and demand cash settlement, after a while I get the msg that they have swiped thrice with the transaction ending up swiping my card as well as cash settlement, its been 2 weeks I havenot my reimbursement
Aameer Rafiq Wani
Food is little different here, although it had lot of spices, it still was sweeter than usual so some kids would like it. Saw lot of families around so should be a nice experience for families.
VP
Big fan of the khichda... It works for me as there are days I have just one meal, keeps me full and satiated the whole day. Also, Mr. Anas is well known in the catering circuit and is a great host. The jal jeera is a great addition to the menu.
Shikha Singh
You would really feel like a saith and saithani as soon as you step inside this restaurant. If you are looking forward to dine out here, please try to visit during dinner to enjoy all the lights and decoration.
The non-veg platter is a delicacy you just cannot afford to miss. Yummy biryani and the gajar ka halwa would remind you of your mother.
Have visited this placed twice and would love to visit again and again.

After reading the reviews here, i had ordered the Kutchi Memon Mutton Biryani though swiggy, which was priced at 250 with an additional packaging charge of 10 Rs.
I tried this style of mutton biryani for the first time, it tasted more for like peas palau with 2 tiny pieces of mutton and 1 piece of potato. The mutton pieces were soft but those 2 small pieces were just bones with very less of meat on them.
Taste wise, it was decent, new experience for me.
Cost wise, not worth the money.
Inaaya Chowdhary
Overtly expensive nothing really extraordinary about the food. The kebabs were full of chilli powder and hard. Never going to order from them again.
TÎĞËŘ
Had wonderful time at the Sait's Restaurant.
Amazing food, amazing service and amazing ambience..must try "Kutchi Memon mutton dum biryani" Worth Every penny.
Hisham Akbar
Had gone with family for dinner................... it's a Nice place. Food was also good... Service was fast....... and they have a fountain.......
Noor Mohamed
Pros: only ambience.

Cons:
Food quantity is too low for that price. 300+ you have to shell out to eat 5 very small pieces of chicken.

Food taste was just so and so. Not worth the price at all.

Extremely rude manager. He gave us attitude from the time we walked in. He had no clue of how long it may take for him to give us the table. He blindly said 1 hour and when we waited the table got free in 10 mins.
I wanted to talk to him to give the feedback about how we felt about the food. He was so careless to even listen to it. He was like ok this is what we serve here and literally meant to say u want to eat u eat else buzz off from here and I don't care..

Having want to try Katchi Memon style Biryani i stopped by at Sait's in Frazer town. They had an ambiance which is unfound of elsewhere in the surrounding. Waiters were very courteous and the whole restaurant has unique set of utensils made of earthen ware. Being a fan of Spicy Chettinad and Andhra style Biryani i felt Katchi Style Biryani to be a mixture of Veg Biryani and Mutton, the biryani had Green peas and Potatoes in it which i was so used to. Nevertheless it tasted different and unique and i can now proudly say i Katchi Biryani goes to my list of "Biryani types i tried". The price is a bit high though.

Taste 4/5, Ambiance 4.5/5, Value for Money 3/5 ,Service 4/5
Abhishek Nath
Great ambience, good food and chilled out manager. They have this awesome setup of what seemed to look like a huge biryani pot on heat but it's actually just a prop! The staff is good. Food is tasty especially the mutton dishes. We went to the place really late so I definitely plan to visit again to try out their signature dishes.
Ambience is peaceful. And it's not very expensive either
Neelam
Very Arabian feel of decor and inviting atmosphere. Yummy food and pleasant staff.. went post lunch and tried their achari aloo and masala papad and mocktails. worth every rupee! Must try to have a change from the routine! :)
Naseem Yunus
Wonderful Ambience and service. Enjoyed the kutchi memon Biryani and the sheekh Kabab very juicy in taste with mixed aroma of spices. A must visit highly recommend. Keep up the service and food will soon visit again and again.

The best part of d place is the ambience it is beautiful...but the food is average veg is below average and it is little high priced........
The Bangalore Food Harem
Authentic and mouth watering, the Kutchi Memon and Mughalai cuisine at Sait's is definitely something we'll be going back for. The Nalli Roganjosh (pictured) with its tender, melt-in-your-mouth meat and just the right balance of spice and flavour, is a definite must have.

We also recommend the Kutchi Memon Mutton Dum Biryani, which was light and flavourful, and Sait's Special Dal Makhani. Vegetarians won't be disappointed either, with delicous options like the Peshawari Paneer Tikka and Tandoori Achari Aloo.

The ambience at Sait's gets a thumbs up as well, making for a wonderful dining experience overall, with value for money.
Sarmad
Nice experience till date. Their menu offers range of Dishes which is not available everywhere. Not much challenge to find a empty seat. Ambience at night is decent & overall comfortable.
Nidhi Kulkarni
Had a few things at the Roadside stall during Ramzaan !
Beautifully cooked meat! Juicy and tasty!
Lots of similar places around the whole street but this one will promise you some good meat!
Amanda P
Very average place. Looked good from out and was pretty nice inside as well. But the service and food was a huge disappointment.

Firstly ordered two biriyanis and only got it after 50 mins. Secondly it wasn't the kind we ordered. They gave us the wrong dish. We ordered for the dum biriyani made with jeera rice but they have is the regular biriyani with normal rice. And when we told them it was the wrong dish and what we ordered was different, the management told us that the one we ordered wasn't available and that was all they had.

Not wanting to send it back and waste the food , we are the biriyani , however it was very sad !! No taste at all. Very bland and had no flavour whatsoever. Also felt that this place was over priced for the service and food offered.

Definitely not going to go back!

First review for bangalore.
Saheem Mohamed and me gave treat here suggested by a close friend of his.Kutchi memon mutton biryani was good and rogan josh.Rest were just ok like the malai chicken and seekh kabab.Mojito was excellent !! Seated outside but ambience not so great just good.Service slow.Quantity good for two people. The gajar ka halwa was tasty but cold.Overall id rate 3/5

Omkar Nevgi
good food . zero spicy mutton briyani . best to eat . nice Arabic style tent give more feel of it... pricing is not too high . moderate one
Gladys
Loved the ambience, the mango tree adds an interesting atmosphere to the dining experience. The crockery and cutlery were sparkling clean. The service was very good and courteous. Last but definitely not the least, enjoyed the food! We found the dishes we ordered to be full of flavour and tasty. We had a delightful time and it was hard to imagine the bustling traffic on MM Road was so close by.

Great setup for a quiet evening out with the family or friends. The shorba and the lamb chops were the best iv had in a long time. The biriyani as usual was top notch. As for dessert, the dal ka meetha and the gajar halwa are sure hits.Have visited Saits quite a few times over the past year and I must say, they never fail to impress. Service is attentive and efficient and a meal here is light on the pocket as well. A must try if ur in Frazer Town.
Chef "The Foodiee"
Average ambience, loud music and good location. Located in the heart of Frazer Town and surrounded with many non veg resturants. It is just beside Chachaba's Taj.

The Management need to be very serious on improving the quality of service and food. Biryani and other dishes not at all SYMBOLISE the essence of what it should be, the quality is very very less. it is merely just a food prepared without any clue. Just salt and spices added into it with out any taste.

Need lot of improvements.

Will never ever visit this place again.. total bad experience.

Ambience 2/5
Quality of food 1/5
Location 3/5
Quantity 1.5/5
Service 2/5
Value for money 1/5
Wonderful evening spend at Saits Frazer Town,
Very Gud Service , Ambience everything was properly taken care of..

Started with the starter menu you just can't afford to miss them !!!!

Chicken Gilati Sheekh
It just melts in mouth can feel the aroma and the mild spiciness just is perfect to wake your taste buds.

Nizami Chicken Chops
A must try .. Excellent cooked and soft a new twist of flavors ...

Bheja Pepper Fry
Just can't miss it and I also assure once you have the bheja at Saits you would not have it anywhere else perfect blend of spices without losing the actual taste of Bheja very well made ...

Mutton Tawa Chops
Very Juicy and Tender ...

Main Course

Mutton Bhuna Ghosht
Mild flavors but wonderful in taste ,

Mutton Dal Ghosht
Reminds me of Mumbai yummy

Lachha Paratha
Very soft usually rotis is always I complained about in hotels but at Saits the rotis are just too great .

Mutton Khichda
Is a very famous mumbai dish , made with a mix of wheat & pulses . Eat once to know if you have not and if you know it than do have it here .. My all time favorite is Khichda !!!

Kutchi Memon Dum Mutton Biryani
Wow the aroma , the rice cooked nor more nor less , mutton has got all the taste of mixed spices , accompanied with the khata and raita .

Last but not the least
Rice Kheer
Very good aroma , cooked nicely with mildly used dry almonds in it .

A tip : Before ordering from the menu don't forget to ask the today special as I feel they are the best in choosing the menu than we do . And they also take care of your preferences whether you want a spicy or non-spicy menu.
Vivin John
The Biriyani is like tomato rice that we make at home... Tried some sides as well.. its not upto the expectations.. Ambiance is nice.

Service is very average.
Nilesh Mangaj
Another of those promising evenings gone kaput. Neat ambiance..atleast the moment u step in..however, like a terrible Bollywood movie script gone wrong..everything took a turn for the worse. An evening where Murphy's law played true to a tee.
Arabic styled tents or gazebos as u call them.. as well as normal tables adorn this upmarket joint in Frazer town - atleast the prices suggest so. Couple of chicken dishes were good but other than that what ticks you off is the service. Shambolic n in a disarray..aka Ramgopal Gopal Verma ki Aag. The chairs in the tent are uncomfortable for a 6 footer n mosquitoes have made it their birthright to populate the place despite the personalized cooler. Our waiter messes up n lands one of our dishes on a different table n then colludes that we ate it up. Really..? The host also passes a sarcastic comment..Again..? We have to remind them atleast 10 times n after several pangs of hunger one loses the desire to eat n relish.
Thank you very much..Avoided forever..!
Mohammed Khizer
Very bad service no waiters had to wait very long after order. The sikandari raan which they serve is hopeless the portion is very small dont ever think of ordering it its waste of money which is 725+ the family platter is also not worth and taste is very bad .....
Mohammed Zohaeb Sait
Picked a biryani today. Ordered for 2 portions of mutton biryani.
Disappointing to see old and stale biryani reheated and packed.
Tasted horrible and had lumps. Mutton was smelling and was packed with left over bones.
Potatoes were missing despite being the highlight in the menu.
Bad service would be an understatement.
Bakasuri
Tried the chicken biryani from this place.it was served with raita and supposed baingan curry which actually a spicy tomato curry with no baingan and it certainly was no salan. It was average biryani and the curry was super spicy which can be nice if you prefer that. I did enjoy the spicy curry.
Abhilash Kayarat
I'll rate this Restaurant 4 Start for it's ambience. It's a restaurant which serves traditional food. The service needs to be improved . No proper response from the staff. Each portion of curries they serve is enough for two people.

It's a place to enjoy Dinner quietly !
Kirti Yadav
Home Delivery

It is very disappointing... Paneer tikka was so hard and tasteless .
Dal tadka-too much oil

Lacha paratha and Raita ( a bit watery) were fine.
Definitely will not order again.
Manoj Kumar
One of the swanky looking restaurant with tent like seating available for bigger groups. We opted for a smaller table. The cutlery looks nice and gives you a feel of a premium restaurant.

We ordered naans with a chicken gravy and the memom style mutton biriyani. Was a little let down by the food, was expecting something out of the ordinary and sadly it was just ordinary.

Had a lot of expectation on the biriyani but a let down of sorts. This biriyani has potatoes in it but i just got traces of it.

I am not saying its bad, but then again we want to be wowed instead of walking out saying it was ok.

PS: Apologies for not capturing the pics of the food.
Muffsag
The first time I visited Saits, I loved the ambience, food also was good and also the dal ka meetha was amazing.

Yesterday, I ordered for Chicken dum biryani and 2 kulchas. The waiter got Mutton biryani and 1 kulcha. Rather than returning the served mutton biryani, decided to have it. The quantity was very less and also the mutton pieces were so small. Not at all worth the cost.

Also I ordered 4 dal ka meetha. 1 having and 3 parcel. My mom loved it the last time i took for her.

But, when i tasted it... it was so bad.. it tasted like medicine and not at ol fresh.. Returned it back and also cancelled the remaining 3 sweets.

Not at all paisa wasool !!! :(

PS : Restaurants don't run just with ambiance.
Itsmespandan
I thought of spending some time here but After so many negative comments, I am taking a step back from entering this Place and getting disappointed.
Vidya Lakshmi
It has been ages since I tasted Kutchi Memon biryani and was in search for the best one in town. At saits they serve traditional dishes from the memon community the biryani, dhal and kababs are authentic the dishes are not overly spiced its authentic aromatic with mild flavors. Service is good over all I liked the experience.
Ritesh Roy
Bad food. I have grown up in Bangalore East and in 35 years, I have not had worse food. The boti mutton starter was smelling and hard. We returned it ! The mutton biryani had the worst quality rice and mutton. The place is expensive and not worth your money or time. There are much better places in Bangalore East like Richie's, Chichaba or even Empire whose quality is inconsistent but at least any day better than this place ! Save yourself the trouble of going here !
MD Saqlain Jameel
Well.. Its a different place and a different experience.. The ambience is spot on.. The special family seating arrangements are beautiful so is the music.. Talking about the food, it's not spot on.. Needs slight improvement.. The chicken dishes are good but there is a spark lacking in them.. The Dum Biryani wasn't actually Dum.. Well, the service is good but the menu needs to be more diverse.. I think the food must reach the beauty of ambience..
Adil Ahmed
The staff and ambience is really welcome a break from regular monotony of the city...the ambience take up back in time the food tastes really good would recommend this to all my friends though on higher side on price compared to nearby restaurants but I would justify this for the experience... keep up the great work saits team....
Talib Ahmed
Good ambience, good music, yummy food..the shamiana sitting was amazing..the staff is extremely polite..the place only needs a hookah for a perfect dinner
Swati Suhag
If you looking for a light flavorful Biryani then you should try it here. Their presentation is pretty good and food is served on beautiful heavy plates. It's value for money.
Vivek Nair
Went to sait's for lunch. What a lovely ambience. Second favourite of mine now after jalsa. Good was awesome. Tried tangdi kebabs (they ve different names for all dishes), roomali rotis and murg kurchan. Lovely kebab I must say. Succulent meat and spice rub was awesome. Roomalis were pretty good and curry carried a different flavour. Overall a nice experience
Saket J
Experience was good and different. They have different seating arrangements with different style. We ordered various things but the seak kabab was stinking n not good, when we complaint to management they changed it.
Ambiance 4/5
Service 4/5
Food taste 3/5
I hav visited this restaurant many times
The food and ambience is mind blowing
But this time i was very disgusted becoz of the security man who was incharge of parking
I and my frnds came in a bike to this restaurant but the security there was very rude
I don't know why he acted so weird
He was very rash on us while parking the bike
.
.
.
But other then that everything was good
Ommer Mohammed Shariff
good ambiance but need to improve a little more on quality. ordered a biryani and was not satisfied with the kind of mutton the served it was kind of half Cooked. rates are pretty well maintained and seating is nicely arranged.
Merlin Jose
Sait's reminded me of a movie trailer gone a tad bit wrong. The restaurant looks interesting on the outside but doesn't let the feeling set in when you enter. The interiors are very average. They've tried to give you a very Moroccan setting but failed miserably. Enough with the interiors, now the food appealed to my palate. We ordered their chef's special - Chicken & Mutton Dum Biryani and Chicken Tikka. Flavorsome biryani, well cooked meat and not very spicy. A good dose of herbs and well cooked rice, their biryani suits most palates. Their staff is quite courteous too.

To start with, it looks royally exquisite from outside, so is inside which compliments with excellent service and good food. Very humble and concerned staff, ordered for Mutton sheek, garlic Butter nan with Murgh kurchan, and chicken dum Biryani. Mutton sheek was excellent combined with the chutney, garlic Butter nan with Murgh kurchan was delightful and more so the combination with garlic Butter nan was delicious. Biryani was fine, needs more improvement for a dum Biryani as the flavour of dum was missing. In all loved the experience of dining at sait's.

Everything from the start to end was a terrible experience .

I had called and made a reservation for a table for 6 between 9 to 9.15 pm , on the number provided by zomato .

When I reached the restaurant at 915 dot One Waseem who was managing the affairs said there is no reservation in my name , further he said the Lan line doesn't work for days now , and whom did I give the reservation , he went to the extent of proving me wrong , by has would heavens have it I was able to reach the same number and spoke to the guy who took the reservation , Mr Melvin and he told Waseem we had a reservation and for goodness sake I did not have to be humiliated as a liar which is not what a restaurant can do with a customer , I had to prove I wasn't lying . Waseem was still arguing and did not wanna accept the mistake .

Now the ambience for this part of the year , which is pleasant we can do without the aircon at night not sure how it would be in day , and when it's hot so be careful when ur going there is no aircon .

Now the food
Chuza shorba 3/5
Shikampura 1/5 no taste supposed to be speciality
Chops tandoori 3/5
Gilafi sheek 2.5/5
Katti dal 4/5
Saada chawal 4/5
Nalli rogan gosh 1/5 meat was slightly under cooked and no Taste
Kachi mutton 3.5/5 decent

On Sunday at prime time for any restaurant which is supposed to be at peak no desserts except gajar halwa disappointing

Last but not the least

Crockery was chipped

And most damaging the attitude was worst when we left the great Mr Waseem did not wanna say a bye to and turned his face away .

Surely can't go back to such a place ever .

If attitude sucks this way customers don't come often and Mr Waseem needs to learn this i guess .... 😒

After some review We visited this restaurant, the seating ambiance was nice & we were quite enthusiastic about sait types of food. but we didn't find the specialty of cuisine, nor we find anything significantly different. We ordered their two signature dishes, I must say it's very disappointing with hard chicken quality, biriyani almost half portion with two BONE pieces, and a big piece of maida cover inside which they used for dum...very disappointing... they need to work on customer expectation /quality of food and quantity...even if you miss, it's not a miss

We went on a Sunday afternoon around 9 of us. What we ordered

STARTERS- achari murgh tikka- excellent!! meat was cooked just right and spicey and achari in the right amounts

paneer peshawari tikka - quite exemplary since we never expected a non veg place to serve such good veg!

MAIN COURSE: Butter naan/ rumali roti with murgh makkani..the serving was big and good.
and ofcourse the memon biriyani served with two chutneys! excellent. felt like biriyani right from a memon wedding.
Will definitely visit again!
and next time will have dessert as well.

Sait's at Frazer Town gets an 'A' on all counts--ambience, food and service. As you enter the courtyard you are greeted by a huge cauldron right in the middle. The courtyard is surrounded by gazebo like cubicles draped with cloth on all sides, to give it a royal look.

Saits are a trading community called Kutchi Memons who trace their ancestry to Kutch in Gujarat. Sait's is named after one such trader Hajiba Sait who set up Bengaluru's first catering service in 1964.

Our dinner began with some piping hot mutton shorba served in earthen pots, followed by mutton raan, paneer tikka, butter chicken, daal and rotis. The food definitely deserves a ten on ten.

Overall, a wonderful dining experience.

Beautiful restaurant unlike the stereotypes nearby. Affordable and good biryani. I had ordered keema kofta curry which i think was made in a hurry. I could still get the smell of the uncooked besan used to bind the koftas. Love the decor and the gazebos. It was a sufiyana experience.

This place seats amid most happening non veg restaurants in frazer town. I went there on one sultry Friday for office lunch with trusted lieutenant who enjoy good food.

My first opinion about the place is "its done up with taste" , it has nice eating place with couple of arabic style seating and one small manmade (read artificial ) waterfall. Too give one more credit they do have open kitchen as well.

After settling down we ordered crumb chop for the starter which was cooked good (meat was not dry or over cooked) but it was to bland to my taste .They service fresh onions and green chutney which was perfect.

For main course we ordered Butter chicken AKA Murg Makahni Khasam khas , khichda , kutchi memon dum mutton Biryani and couple of roties. I was very reluctant to taste butter chicken as I was not sure what will come in name of this beautiful not indian dish but to my utter surprise the butter chicken was made really good rather one of the bests i have tasted in recent past . Khichada was too smooth like paste and lacked bit of seasoning hence was not to rave for. Biryani will definitely zing up your memory centers if you had memon food in past..one of the good biryanis with fragrant long grain rice (read basmati and not typical hotel delhi rice ) with moist masala just wah wah..

Now the down side, we ordered lime soda which came flat (i don't know why good restaurants try to save money by serving flat soda..) and the desert we ordered muttajhan was really bad and was not made with fineness. Also overall the price was bit high for the potions offered and for such a place.

All in all good food and will make you to come back but you need to avoid desert.

It was the usual rainy evening in Bangalore where it continuously rained for a good hour before fading out into a slight drizzle. The rainy weather perfectly complemented the visit to Sait's, located on the not so busy junction of Frazer Town. The ambience is beautiful, mystic and middle eastern filled with hues of yellows, browns, maroons and golden. It emits warmth and feelings of being home.

We were starving when we arrived to the resto, and quickly ordered our round of starters ranging from sheekh, Mutton chops, Paneer tikka and chicken. They all arrived after 10 minutes swiftly. As soon as our first round of starters arrived, we decided on our main course, and that too arrived, as we were still fiesting on the starters.

For the main course, we ordered ghee rice, Cut, Gravy and butter naan, all of which tasted good. Not exuberantly tasty, but enough to have us leaving from here satisfied.

In the starters, the dish that particularly stood out was the Mutton Chops. It was so delicious, and filled with kheema. I don't know what the name is, but you can describe this to the waiter. Don't miss out on this one.

Overall, a very pleasant eating experience with lovely food and conversations running in our little hut at Sait's. Do visit.

Took my in laws and parents for a dinner. The setup and ambience is good and very different. We opted for the set menu which coated me 900 per head. I think there are many better options out there for this price. The food was good especially the sheek kebabs. The mutton shorba was also great. The service was not upto the mark. I had to keep calling the guys to bring starters , they were disorganised and were a little confused.
Quality and taste - 8/10
Service - 6/10
Pricing - 6/10

Had been here last weekend.
We ordered a chicken shorba, which was bad.
The starters were pretty much ok
Gravy was miserable.
And the mutton dum biryani was not upto the mark.
Ambience wise i can rate the place good.
But it quite dint impress us.

Saits serves very autheticated indian food love its chicken makhani and family platter.
Quality, ambience and service is too good.

Overall experience is very nice.

Keep it up Saits👍

We had ordered from Saits home delivery. The food came promptly on the hour specified. Kudos.

We had foreigners at home and their appetite said Indian with a difference..... so what better than to try Saits.

The Saits Special Dal Makhani was out of this world. I am still to try a better one locally in Bangalore. The Malai Kababs... Lamb Slices.... Sabut Chicken Chooza ..... Palak Paneer.....Roomali Roti. .....Mutton Dum Biryani.... just too good. The portion sizes were also perfect.

A must visit if you want good food. Will try their Kutchi Memon food soon.

Keep it up Saits. All the best.

It was a family night out with wife and in laws for dinner. Decided to visit sait's on recommendation.

The restaurant has a unique open sky old village design with private tent family seating. This was a good and different look with ambient lighting, soft music and low seatings.
Transporting the guests to old style village.

Coming to the food we asked the Waiter to suggest the house specialities. We got achari murg tikkas, Mutton seeks and Malai tikkas. Then for gravy he had suggested a new chicken gravy off the menu with Naan n roomaali roti. For drinks we all had fresh lime water.

The food was satisfying with good taste. Unfortunately the Naan and roomaali need work as they were a little chewy.

The desserts were not that good. We had ordered gajjar ka halwa and left it after a single spoon. It was too sweet.

The experience was good and is different, if they improve the food quality and add more options on desserts then the rating will go up to 4.0-4.5.

The prices were reasonable. Try it with family.

Simply the best Biryani available in frazer town. It costs u 250 rs as well! I had Mutton biryani, the masala was very balanced and potato adds little sweetness to it. Definitely worth a try.

Good ambiance .Went there after hearing about the kachi memoni biryani .To me it tasted like calcutta style biryani it was nice, we also ordered a kebab that was good .

It's located on the quiter road of the Frazer Town. A bit of hassel to find parking. My first experience was taking food home. However was tempted by the decor and interiors which gives an Arabian Night's feeling. I had good experience when i had taken parcel, it was all set to change.
I was seated in the tent ⛺ kind of place which was quiet comfortable however the waiter's lack of interest in suggesting me something nice was a big let down, since was familiar with menu ordered kebabs which was amazing. Then ordered nalli roghan and naans and biryani. The quantity is good. However the price is slightly on higher side. Apart from staff's attitude food is really good. However next time going to stick to parcel

We were in Frazer town on Ramzan Food Trail. Me being a vegetarian there wasn't much that I could try there. So had to search for a place which could serve us Veg. food. So we decided to try Saits. And boy good that we decided to try this place.

The place had amazing ambiance. We decide to sit in the traditional arabic type dining table. We had our fear of how the veg food might be but they were easily overthrown as soon as we had our starters. The paneer starter was so soft and the serving was so good that it was a real treat. The chutney with which it was served was especially amazing. The rest of dinner was spent eating good food and enjoying the atmosphere. The service was very good and took great care of the customer.

Again need to say that the ambiance of the place is quite beautiful. A good place to be in if you want to chill out and enjoy good food.

We went to Sait's for dinner! Had a great evening, the ambience is great for open air seating.. The lighting is good for a relaxed Evening. You must try the mutton sheek! It literally melts in your mouth yum! Also the biryani is brilliant.

Coming on a vacation from the Middle East, thr grilled meats and kebabs at Saits was succulent and cooked to perfection. The excellent service and relaxed ambience is noteworthy. Will surely keep coming back for more!!

I heard alot about this place but to my surprise this place didn't keep up the expectation. Waiters were lethargic with no enthusiasm. Food there wasn't really great(as I had already tasted authentic home made Sait's cuisine). Rating 1 is just for the locality. Otherwise, very bad place.

Food is utter rubbish never will i visit this place again. I think we just had upset stomach the whole day any my sister ended up puking i will not recommended this place to any of my SAIT family members.

Saits is a quaint joint on MM Road, Frazer Town. I have been here 4 times and my experience has always been above average to great. I went there a week back again and it was especially a challenging day for the management as it was raining heavily. However, their manager took all the effort to ensure we were comfortable and having a good time.

The 2 chicken starters were done to perfection (chicken malai tikka and chicken gilafi seekh) and the chuze da shorba was ideal on a rainy day. From my earlier visits, i have tried the saufiyan murg, tasty, but it lacked the saunf flavour.

They are known for the Kutchi Memon Dum Biryani and i have had it a couple of times and it has never disappointed. The grains are cooked very well and the mutton is cooked just right and not tough. Great Biryani with those who are fond of potatoes in it.

There is however scope for improvement in dessert section. I had the gajar ka halwa from a previous visit and it was quite disappointing.

Located at Fraser Town it competes with several great restaurants in the vicinity. Regret to say that there is really not much competition!

Ambiance is good. The waiters are well dressed but not at all well trained. Now for the food. Had a special memomni biriyani and a brain fry. The brain had been done to death! The biriyani was made of long grain Basmati but too bland and too dry. Serving size is small. Nearly 600 for these 2 items and I was just about full. Expensive.

Saits , located on "Eat street' of Frazer Town but on the quieter side of the road. Parking was no too much of a hassle.

The exteriors complimented the interiors, we liked what we saw. Literally housed under tiled sheds which were done up artistically-not too ornate but just on the brink.

Devendar appeared by our side looking very "Arabian Nights" type with his red fez hat, the tarboush or chechia balancing daintily and his face smiling. Poured water from earthen jars and proffered greatly packaged Menus.

Took us some time to decide on what to order as some of the dishes were as good as "Arabic" to us needed to be interpreted which was gracefully done by Pankaj.

Saufyani Murgh-This dish contained about 8 pieces of delicately cooked chicken with the outside just burnt enough to give it that smoky flavour but succulent inside-loved it. Did not taste suanf??

Bhej Pepper Fry-Tasted the best in Amritsar so thought lets give it a try. It was great dish but (no aspersion on Sait's) we wanted it to be cooked/fried a wee bit more-so off to the kitchen and it came back like bujia? Taste wise it was good-spicy a wee bit more than we could tolerate. Will try some other mutton dish next time a "no-brainer"??

Khatti Dal-That that was an awesome dish! Wish it was just a little thicker? It was tangy, hot and the drum stick making its flavour permeate the dal.

Breads-asked for tandoori roties and nans-both were extraordinary in texture and taste.

This is a place we will definitely go back to savour on their other great dishes.

Ambiance-3.5/4 out of 5 ( being outdoor type pretty warm)
Service 4.5/5
Food 4/5
Cost 4/5

Thank you Devendar for being a great host and waiter.
