Review Rahham's International - Bengaluru

Amazing must try food. Friendly staff, quite busy during regular hours. Moderately priced, clean insides. Recommend this place for non veg lovers.

I am a satisfied customer. I choose my time to visit carefully, so recommendation is visit around 1pm. On Mondays it is peaceful. Highly recommended mutton Biryani. My experience says there source of meat is also good. I rate their Biryani above Bawarchi, Paradise, Kareem's or Aljawaar or Nazeer. Staff is efficient and polite.

Briyani here is pretty nice. The prices are a little steep but it's good food. Don't forget to try the kababs here it's definitely worth it. The flavors do stand out a lot and in Bangalore it a definitely must try.
Yesu Vamsikrishna
They don't serve hyderabad style dum biriyani. However it's delicious, tried both mutton and chicken. Meat is tender. Meat lovers must try Patthar ka gosh and mutton kaalla.
Sugirtha Paulin
Best shawarma at cheapest price in this locality.. They have normal shawarma at Rs 70 and jumbo shawarma at Rs 140.

Rare treasures are generally discovered accidentally in life. So was my experience with this restaurant. Amazing preparations are offered. Each menu item has a special taste offered by the chef. Less on masala. Light on pocket. Ample parking available. Decent ambience adds value to the overall presentation. Service too was quick. Staff explained to me in patience when questioned on the difference in tastes of the widespread menu.
Karthi Anbazhagan
They giving tasty food but service need to be improved
Dinakar Raj
Chicken soup was superb. Service was quite slow. Shawarma was filling and good. Ambience was okay. Located at the corner ,near the bus depot on double road and next to foot bridge. Prices, a bit on the higher side.

Nice place for a good lunch or Dinner. Plenty of choices for Non veg food. The starters are yummy the main course very good and tasty. Biryanis are average only. A special shout out goes to Pahari Kababs that are just delectable and amazing and tasty and to Kali mirch chicken starter which is also yum. Overall one of my favourite places to have non vegetarian food. It's quite cozy and the staff are courteous and helpful. It's very neat and clean. Will visit again.

One of the best mutton biriyani I have ever had ,we went there at around 4 pm , it was not all crowded at that time, they told that only rice items were available, so we ordered mutton biryani(2) and kabab, total bill was around 920 including GST, but worth every penny, totally satisfied, will try to visit again.

Awesome place for Authentic Biryani, their mist try is the mutton Biryani. Also the oil kebab & pahadi kebabs are awesome must have. There is easy parking available & it's a place to visit with family. The place is also easily accessible for wheelchairs. They also serve Vegetarian food here but is best for non vegetarian food.

Rahhams Frazer town – double road Is a land mark for one of those legendary outlets in town who had been serving lip-smacking biryani and succulent kebabs since ages! Finally I got a chance to taste their Mutton biryani many people talk about – and decided not to miss it! So I along with my friends decided to pay a visit to this outlet on Thursday for dinner – during the holy month of RAMDAAN! But we have loads of mixed reviews about this place ! Food 4.5/5 – Do try their mutton starters and Mutton biryani for sure – you would love it! Again nothing much to try or rave about for vegetarians! Service - 4/5 – They are humble – polite staff. They made sure we were seated comfortably – provided us with cutlery and served us and were attentive too. Ambiance – 3.5/5 – Simple décor with some chandelier’s giving us a feel of old legendary place, the curtains the colors they choose for interiors and also the sofas give us the old feel! VFM- 4.5/5 – keeping in mind their reasonable fare and tasty food – one can come back for sure and try their stuff especially the mutton biryani and mutton starters.

One of the best Ambur Style Biryani i ever had. Biryani was aromatic & Spice level was pefect. We ordered Mutton biryani, Mango shake & Pista shake. Mouth Watering Biryani. Mutton was very fresh, tasty & well cooked. They served biryani with Salan & Raita. Salan & raita was very good. Nice family restaurant. Pista shake was yum & they have added lot of pista in it. Its totally diffrent from other places. Mango shake was good. Ambience was very good. Cool & Chilled restaurant. Service was good. Staff behaviour was very good. I felt its a underrated restaurant.

Ordered pahadi kebab, they called up and said its sold out and suggested sholay kebab, which turned out to be boneless slices of chicken dumplings tossed in a pan with some pathetic sauce and garnished with curry leaves. The item turns out to be a nightmarish version of indianised Chinese.
Not expected from such a reputed place.

Guys you want me to pay you 399 for a chicken biryani you better be good, guess what tasty biryani but very oily and believe me if my review works for someone don’t buy it. It’s not worth get your money down you idiots
Aruna Aru
I loved the mutton Biryani here, but I experienced one of the worst Biryani and Worst quality here today.
Simone Bopanna
Not even 1/2 the delivery bowls were filled with gravy
Mansoor Khan
These guys are frauds. Pathetic quality and quantity. Ordered for Tandoori kabab and boneless chilly chicken for 600 RS. they gave quantity worth 150 RS. Avoid this place.
Melwyn Dmello
Bought a mutton biryani at Rs 330. Surprisingly 2 big bones with no meat.
Krishna Prasad
Chicken Sholay kabab served was reheated n a tava... We ordered pahadi kabab, the steward suggested Sholay kabab as pahadi kabab was sold out... Shawarma roll had too much mayonnaise... Mutton biryani was the sole winner for us...

Most amazing mutton biryani in Bangalore must try

Pretty big and famous place which was once known to have the best mutton biryani in Bangalore, with the spurt of the restaurants in the city this place has lost its fame. I comes here to always enjoy a good mutton biryani with the melt in mouth meat and never overcooked, they do make a great chicken one too, my regular side along with this is the sholay kabab which they make different to all the other places in Bangalore. I go here to have a meal reminiscent of the times that have gone by and changed, I particularly like the Karnataka Muslim biryani made here.
ROHIT
Had lunch with a office colleague last week. Ordered the staple mutton biryani with a full plate of chicken kababs as a side dish. Mutton biryani as usual was excellent with the mutton pieces very soft. Kababs was a regular fare. Do not know why this place has got such low rating. Good food.

I have ordered food from this particualr Rahhams quite a few times and I really their panner butter masala and butter naan it’s so amazing. The quantity and quality of food is really good.
Maria Thomas
We ordered Mutton Biryani and Tandoori Chicken. The biryani was good in quantity. The spices were a good blend of northern and southern styles.

The Tandoori Chicken was also good in quantity — a single person alone may not be able to finish it. The taste was nice, with the charred taste not dominating. The spice was balanced.

This is a good place to go if you want to have a family meal or a business lunch.
Rajiv Jayanth
Worst place ever. Avoid. They made us wait for an hour and later told us they had no food in spite of taking the orders. They should just tear down this bloody place.

If you are in the quest for the perfect birayni, it may be a lifelong journey. But one of the stops you must make on the way, is at this restaurant.
Ambience- good. Will not say over the top, but clean and functional.
Service- good. Helpful servers and quick service.
Food- come and taste for yourself. I was very surprised.
No of pax. 3
2 mutton biryani. The mutton biryani was delicious. The meat was tender, almost melted in my mouth. The flavour was rich but not overpowering with spice or oil. The accompanying tomato salad was well paired with the rice.
4 firni. Desert was firni. Good
1 Chicken Sholay gravy. This dish will win the second prize for the afternoon. Chicken in a mildly spiced gravy. Well paired with roti and rice. Superb
1 The mutton chops. 1st prize. Finger licking good. We ordered one portion between 3 people which was definitely not enough. Hot. Well marinated. Tender not tough. With pepper. Mmmmmmmmmmm
Highly reccomend
CHEF P.RUCHAL
I usually visited this place ...
Had taken biryani in parcel and sarwama which was. Very yummy .....veg fried rice also very tasty but not well mixed ....overall good place ..

Useless hotel and staff, except for mutton biriyani everything else is horrible, these people dont even deliver the food properly the biriyani is 400 rs per plate and that too is not worth
Beryl Washington
Ambience is good. Food is below the average but they charge you bomb. Shawarma is decent. Whatever food you get here is same as what you get in a street food shop. The hyped Briyani is just average.

Food 2.5/5
Ambience 3.5/5

Tooo pricey!
Dinsoka K
Taste: Good
Ambience: Average
Price: High

I am recommending to have Mutton Biriyani and Mutton Chops from here. Chops is really good. It cost 440 Rs per plate
Keshav
The food from them was really bad. Mutton briryani had more bones that any meat. Same for the guys who ordered next to our table as well.

Add to that an attitude of I don't care from the staff. Please avoid.
Shubham Patil
As described, really known for its Biryani especially the Mutton biryani. Juicy tender Mutton with fluffy rice really makes your day after a long work hours. Also try chicken kabab and pahadi Kabab for more flesh. Haven't tried veg, but will do it one day and give the review.
Indira
Food is good but highly priced. Ambience is okay and so is the service. They did not have soft drinks available which was very sad.. Biryani is good but its very normal not at all spicy and special
Sujan K Sarkar
I use to go from 2014 .But now really disappointed to see the quality of Biryani they serve. Staff become very rude and not up to mark the price they charge for food!! Prices high but quality of Food and Service gone. Pathetic!
Sandeep Gupta
No matter however hungry you are please avoid this restaurant. Expensive as anything with a quality of food even animals wont eat. I could not have more than 2 spoons of biryani and 1 bite of kabab. I had to shell out 500 bucks for something that was not worth even 5 bucks. Highly disappointed.

If you're reading this, kindly acknowledge this, as I'm saving your money and valuable time.
I'm writting this sitting in the restaurant, firstly when i entered the restaurent, everyone was least bothered to welcome and assign an table, though the restaurant was open.
And then we ourself went and occupied ourself in the table, we waited for some one to volunteer and bring the menu. But no, there was nothing.
I called one of the guy, when i saw the menu i was stunned to see the prices, this seems to be twice the price of any other indian restaurant.
Having coming here,i was already dissapointed, after placing the order, i was destroyed by the taste and the quantity.
Kababs were in very small piece, most burnt.
Malai chicken was fine.
Coming to the main course, we ordered butter naan and butter chicken.
The butter naan dough was to too rough, and hard, also there was no amount of ghee or butter.
The butter chicken was very different, it was spicy and the quantity was too bad.
Coming to biryani, i had the worst mutton biryani here, it was all salty, we just left it aside.
And just these items costed us 1800 which is not worth it.
P.s- rahaams has changed, thr staff is changed and most importantly the food is disguting here, take it from a foodie.
You still want to come here, you'll walk away dissapointed.
Sufiya Shahid
I ordered from Zomato but the packing label is from Swiggy.. this is so funny and stupid
Shikha
The place is quite ok, biryani is very okayish. Asked for a recommendation from the staff,he recommended patthar gosht, he said it's one of the best. We ordered for it and what we got was very unsatisfactory food. They charged 430 for hardly 100gms of mutton, understanding all the other cost involved but it wasn't worth at all. The service was very laid back other than one staff (not the watchman) who helped an extra mile for parking ;). We'll, I guess it's only the name of the restaurant that is big otherwise everything was below average.
Zakir Kalami
Rahhams never fails to disappoint their guests with their poor service. I would be very surprised if their service is good.
We got here at 6.50pm, ordered chicken biryani & sholay kabab. It's 7:30pm and the steward now informs us that he's still waiting for delivery of biryani from the central kitchen.
Did he think we were here for the entire evening??? Absolutely no courtesy to inform us early enough.
Akash Agarwal
Very disappointing biryani. Dish was served cold and it was ghee rice and chicken. Standards gone down. Would request you guys to consider this feedback very constructively and seriously.
Krishna Mohan
One of my favourite biriyani places in bangalore. Very good service. Mutton biriyani and a variety of chicken kebabs are a must try. Nothing much to ride home about the ambience though.
Rmz Rameez
Just love chicken Sholey and chicken biriyani . Mutton dishes are really delicious. Best hotel to have heavy meal with family and friends. Do visit for the heavy meal lovers .
Siraj Ahmed
Service is pathetic, food tastes good even if you call the waiter for multiple times they will keep on doing their work as if they didn't hear to our call
Arfaak Hussain
Useless food is bad and too much waiting and very very costly and poor service quantity is less
Avoid this restaurant and better eat in better place
Aadityan R
Not so good expensive place.
Ambience is normal. Food is okay, but not worth the menu price.
Went there 2 times, fills the tummy, but nothing special noticed with their food.
Just another normal restaurant in Bangalore.
Shahnawaz Akthar
When any guest comes in and want to have bangalore mutton biryani.. I can’t think of any other place than RAHHAMS.. perfectly cooked rice with mutton which is super soft and great in taste.. had been with 3 of my friends for lunch and they all loved it so much.. we had ordered a grilled chicken too but that was average..service is real bad here.. pricing is reasonable.. I guess the low rating in Zomato is due to their poor service and arrogant staff.. management needs to take extra care of service because I have noticed the lazy attitude when there are hardly any customers also.
Bharath Krishnappa
Totally pathetic and ARRAGONT staff, I wonder this restaurant is even bothered about customer service experience ....quality of the food is one the worst to say ... if you can, do avoid this restaurant completely..
Nishat Ismail
Worst experience..... Worst service..... very pricey but tasteless... I don't want to go again n not suggest to anybody...... they parcel in aluminium foil they don't have any bag or containers..
Rahul Khemka
One of the worst biryani I ever had. The biryani was tasteless and so was the over boiled chicken. Also the service is horrible and the staff is extremely rude.
Mashood Abdulla
Visited rahhams before boarding bus from shanthinagar bus stand. Was taken aback seeing a shawarma costs 130 rs. But the size of shawarma was huge and it was enough for two of us. It is a rumali roti shawarma and the taste is decent. Grilled chicken tasted ok. Can visit this place if you are near shanthinagar.
CRGOBIND A.k.a GOBI
Rice quality very low, no flavour in the chicken biryani, a very stale raita, the curry had no sync with the biryani, no egg, very dull ambience, ac wasn't working inspite of requesting - all this costed me ₹271.00. I planned to order a shawarma but my above experience suggested me a pleasant walk out
Anoop
I had been to this place yesterday I took a mutton biriyani and mutton gee roast the biriyani rice was not so great but the mutton piece in the biriyani was well cooked and worth eating , talking about the gee roast it was good but I wish the mutton was a bit more cooked and the masala in gee roast was good . Good place to visit with family .

Food-7/10
Ambiance -8/10
Service-8/10

This evening my wife and i got two sharwamas at the Double Road outlet, in my wife sharwama there was a cool drink bottle cap and a large piece of paper. When i complained he was like yehh it was there and i forgot to remove it. Its a shame as we used to always enjoy their Sharwamas.

I dined at their Shanti Nagar outlet 2 years ago. Now today I am happy that Zomato exists for me to share my experience. My order was pre decided based on my experience at their outlet at Kodihalli, Chicken Chops and Mutton Biryani. While the Chicken Chops met the expectation the Mutton Biryani was nothing special, very average considering the price and the attitude of the waiters. The horror was during the billing. They had charged for an opened bottle of mineral water that was kept on my table. I never used it in the first place and asked for a change in the bill. The waiter seemed to ignore and after a long argument with the arrogant people at the cash register they reduced the bill amount. Probably someone must have left it during the lunch hours and these people must have found a cheap route to profit. Surely this is my worst dining experience in Bangalore. I hope the outsiders who drop by this place when commuting to Bangalore via Shanti Nagar bus stand do not form impressions about our city.

Today we had a team lunch at 2 pm . So we decided to have it at this restaurant. But it was a total disappointment. The mutton biryani which we ordered was not hot. Lots of oil and finally the mutton piece in the biryani was very tiny. This was brought to the notice of the waiter who served us but he didn't bother to respond. Then the matter was brought to the notice of the restaurant manager who said that the matter had to be brought to his notice and not the waiter. The quality of service is pathetic. Inspite of visiting the restaurant at the lunch hour the food is served cold. I would suggest to avoid this restaurant. The quality of biryani is deteriorating day by day. I guess the management is least bothered to improve their service. Pathetic.
Srinivas PATIL
Had mutton biryani.
1.rice was like kushka (tomato rice)
2.only 1 mutton piece was given 2nd piece was just bone
3. Not spicy at all.
4.not worth 300 rupees..!

Not recommended for those who love spice and good number of mutton pieces.

I was awestruck to dine at Rahhams restaurant because their Mutton biryani is too good. I had heard a lot about this place from several blogger friends and forums. I wanted to try this biryani and when I looked at their rating on Zomato, I was surprised. It's definitely a highly underrated place!

I had their Mutton Biryani, which is. of Ambur style. Also, in shakes I tried their Pista Shake and Mango Shake.

The mutton biryani was tasty and flavourful
Thee mutton pieces in it were succulent and flavourful. It was prepared with zeera samba rice and the quality was too good. It had an aroma of spices and the taste was balanced.

Pista Shake was different than most places. It was nutty and they had added lots of crushed pista and didn't use the pista ice cream. It's a welcome change from the other Pista Shakes that we get usually.

Mango Shake was prepared with the fresh fruit amd not the ice cream. Again, it was yummy and much to my liking.

Their service is very good and the ambience is superb! They have good seating arrangements, which are comfortable. The lighting is dim and quite romantic.

I had a dinner at Rahhams Shanti Nagar,I ordered
Tandoori Chicken
Shawarma roll
Both were an average even they charged too high according to the quality of food.

Guys I have given 1.5 stars only for the tasty rice! Other than that the rice is too oily and the pieces they give in mutton biriyani is only bones except for one piece which has meat in it! Not expected this from the most recommended biriyani restaurant! And not to forget it’s overpriced! Not worth paying the money they charge! Disappointed....
Sohail Pasha
I have tried before in Frazer town and the mutton biryani is best in town. But was disappointed last time when went to double road branch. Price is over rated the mutton pieces were waste. Got 1 piece full of fat and for 260 it is not at all worth. That will be my last visit.

People are very rude and arrogant. I had been here for food once and the service was really bad. Next time had been here and I requested to use washroom since I had to pee and I couldn't find any restrooms nearby. I requested manager and told him that we had come here before and would be interested to come again and if I can use restroom for two mins. He was so arrogant and rude he replied even if u had come for thousand times I don't care I won't allow you to go to restroom. I really felt bad at his behaviour he could have told in a polite manner but he was like get lost from here go away it doesn't matter you come here or not. It doesn't matter if you had come thousand times. Felt very bad at his behaviour I would never visit or recommend anyone this restaurant

So I requested a home delivery within Shantinagar. Asked for the person to send some type of online payment. Told them I don't have cash, and if I had to step out to get cash, I would come to their restaurant. So I was just told that me not having cash is 'my problem'. Thank for your service.
Sam
They don't have most of the items mentioned in the menu card. This has happened twice. This restaurant is over priced, serves bad food and has pathetic service. Disinterested staff.

Anything and everything sucks.this place is not worthy of a 140 character review.zomato do you not understand? I am only typing to meet the character limit. Please don't test my patience

Lackadaisical, 'if you want you can eat, else you can buzz off' attitude. I usually order from them through swiggy. There's hasn't been one instance where it went smoothly. Items take an eternity to be handed over to the delivery guy. Else items won't be available. This is not the Richies of yore... Even the taste isn't like before..
Krishna (foodieyogikrishna)
It was past 10:30 pm and I was super hungry and passing thru double road. They said Kerala parotta is not available so ordered only ghee rice. Ghee rice was seriously just ghee + rice. No spices ( cloves , cinnamon etc..) at all !! The accompanying Brinjal gravy went well with the rice. At Rs. 150 nett surely wasn't value for money. I am just comparing similar food in comparable joints .

***Summary scores ***
Taste/Quality - 2.5/5
Value for money - 2.5/5
Portion size - 3/5
Ambience/Service - 3/5

I went there to get some roomali rotis for dinner. To my surprise the order was processed and given to me within minutes of placing the order. Being suspicious, I checked the rotis and found them cold. Upon confronting the waiter, he had the gall to say "they were made just half an hour ago".

Anyway they made me fresh ones but they were not very good either. Even the ice cream parlour outside is bad. Since it is close to my home I end up there once in a while, but it's a total waste of time and money. Just don't go there and cook Maggi at home.
Rakhi Partani
The food is so bad that shit would taste better. I ordered one simple veg dish (kadai paneer), which was filled with oil instead of vegetables. Pathetic is an understatement for the quality of food. I don't understand why I spent 250 Rs. on this shitty place instead of giving that money to some needy person.
Prithvi Naveen
Its a great place to have Muslim style dum biryani. Had their chicken and mutton biryani. Both tastes good. My children would love to eat Biryani from this place. Had ordered for Shawarma too...even that was good. It is one of the best place to order biryani.
Vinod
Had shawarma. It was just okay. Nothing to boast about ........................................... ...................... ............................................

We had taken chicken biryani and mutton biryani as take away and they were damn good.
One of the best places to have good satisfying biryani

Upon suggestion by a friend, we decided to go here on Eid day. Thinking we can have an Eid feast. My friend even called and confirmed if there is going to be a special Eid menu.

When we go there, we get to know there is no special Eid food, we were lied to. We ordered shawarma, karela mutton, kasturi chicken and mutton biryani. All the food items were like warm or rather cold. The roti used for the shawarma was too thick and very chewy. The Kasturi chicken lacked flavour and the don't even get me started on the mutton karela. The biryani was decent, had a good flavour but it was cold too.

We had ordered a lime soda which never came. Except for the biryani, we left have of every dish on the plate. It was that bad and to make it worse, this place is a rip off. All these costed us 1350. I would have been happier if gave this money to charity.

I don't recommend this place to anyone. The food is bad, service is bad and it's a waste of your money. I would rate is zero if I could, but the minimum rating on Zomato is one.
Samudyatha03
I came here with my cousins and the service was really awful. We had to wait at the table for literally 20 minutes for someone to even take the order. Even after approaching the manage several times, all we were told was to wait but none even came to our table to take our order. Was really disappointed with this place.

Food - 2
Service - 2.5
Ambiance - 2
Food is not good. I expected good range of biryanis. But really disappointed. Biryani was tasteless and full of oil. Even drinks are not good. Service and ambiance are below average. And the price is too high. Cannot recommend this place to anyone.

Worst restaurant ever. Never ever go to this restaurant, I got food poisoning because of eating the chicken biryani there.
The staff didn't offer me anything because they didn't have anything. Hence they didn't leave me with any choice but to have chicken biryani.
Poovanna Kt
Surprised that the place is so Run down with lack of Hygiene, Bad Service and poor quality of food as well. The food colour in the Chicken gravy took many efforts to get cleaned up ... Totally Not recommended place unless they Clean up the Act
Praj Harmalkar
Worst staff ever. Ordered for a chicken 65 worth rs.170, and they got me some other chicken dish n charged me rs.330, plus did not accept their mistake. Although its a famous restaurant, but wt is the point if the owner only is rude, how long will they go in the long run. Besides that, food is good.
Rashmin Perla
useless service, hair in food and nothing worthwhile with service. they think business is ok so why worry about the things like hair in food or impolite service. useless
Jobin Punathil
Visited Rahhams Shantinagar for a monday lunch on dead starving day and the try was really worth it ! The biriyanis - both chicken and mutton were yummy and perfectly flavoured. My wife's opinion is she has had the best mutton biriyani ever after having this !! However I felt the the prices are slightly on a higher side with the biriyanis itself costing 200+ it went around 950+ for 2 with 2 biriyanis, juices and an additional mutton gravy ! Definitely the best biriyanis in town.. Way to go!
Mugdhasandeep
The person taking delivery order is short fused I asked him what he suggested in dry chicken boneless and then asked him for semi dry so he got angry they are in the service industry really bad

This review is from My visit last Saturday.
We ordered for Chicken Sholay Kabab, Chicken Tikka and Mutton Biryani.
Also Lime Juice n Lime Soda.
Except for the starters, I didn't find the others worth ordering.

Callous behaviour by the staff and half of the dishes mentioned on the menu were not available.

One thing about Rahhams I love is its biryani , perfectly cooked and mutton just dips in the mouth.Disadvantages are Quantity is less and Price is on higher side.Other items are ok but not great.I usually go for take aways as it will be always crowded.

My report card
Price – 7/10
Taste – 8/10
Service – 7/10
Ambience – 6/10
Value for money – 7.5/10

This is one of those old famous places in Bangalore. Their shawarmas and biryanis are quite famous. However, their shawarmas are not exactly of the same quality and quantity as they used to be.
Rajul Kakkattil
Food is very good. But poor service. Service person has not provided enough Salad and other side dishes. The accountant has not given balance Rs.4. Very poor service.
Priyanka Paul
Amazing food and service. The shawarma is the best!!! Butter chicken with butter naan is magnificent. I visit here often and the paan outside is a delight.
Manojkumar_tn NkKumar
Most worst experienced we had, the food is not good specially in Mutton biriyani 2 mutton rubber piece and full oil, very bad smell in ghee rice, they don't have food in the menu, if you order 5 item the people forgot one item.
Jua
After goin to the Rahhams in Frazer town, the one in Shantinagar is a big No No. Firstly, they dont have half the things in the menu, finally they suggested a kala mirch curry, which was stale, and the manager or Cashier refused to understand, we tasted the gravy n told them we dint want it. Normal places would take it back n give us another or atleast not bill it. The excuse given here was,its already billed. We thought of goin here coz it was closer for us,but never again, even if we have to travel till Frazer town, we will coz the service food and the managment is way way better than the ones in Shanti nagar.
Mohammed Shujath
Excellent mutton biryani must visit decent ambience would love to visit again and again also try out variety of Kabab's they are very tasty and juicy
Likitha KS
I ordered twice from Rahhams in a week. That is how amazing their biryani is! Reminds me of this outlet "dial-a-party"(they had the BEST biryani)in Fraser town before! Their mutton biryani is just delicious! Pahadi kebab is so tasty ! A must try!!

I could not give a minus rating we were given a biryani were the quality of chicken was third rate. Even after complaining the staff didn't bother to replace in spite they give rediculous reasons????
Will never suggest others to have food here

Rahhams !! A decent place for biryani. No out of the world experience but it's alright if you don't have any better option. Have tried both their mutton and chicken biryani along with Chicken Chettinad which was pretty good.
You can try it out for their starters but for biryani I'd say there are better places.

Yesterday we got Chicken Biriyani and oil free Kebab. Biriyani was moist and perfect spice combination. Kebabs was also perfectly done. One of the good joints that give good quality Biriyani and Kebab for both dining and take away. Sure to visit again!!! Great job guys...

I was very hungry and couldn't find our better place to eat hence stopped at Rahhams. I ordered manchow soup, chicken Manchurian and egg fried rice.
Soup was good in quantity but I think it was made in ginger sauce. You can actually call it chicken ginger soup. Chicken Manchurian gravy tasted like american chopsuey. Chicken was undercooked.
Fired rice was upto the mark with good quantity of egg. I asked for schezwan souce but to my surprise it was not available.
Cost for 2: 450
Hotel was not occupied in spite of being Saturday afternoon

Went there and straightaway ordered the mutton biryani. Came quite fast. Traces of mutton, round sticky rice not basmati, no caramelized onions, small portion, useless tomato puree like saalan. Disappointing.
Came out side, al fresco, ordered a shawarma, ok. A shawarma is anyways tough to screw up.

It sounds rahhams, they are more into muslim style of cooking and famous for their biryani and spicy curries.
Rahhams are located in many places of bangalore and here in shanti nagar, they are in main road i.e, KH road near to shanti nagar bus stop.

I visited this place in night and there lightings make them distinct in this location and very easy to locate.
They have a very big board lighted as Rahhams.

I checked menu card, it was in both kannada and english.
And was not sure about ordering any food items, may be bcz of place or non-veg ambiance which was visible to me.

And As i already mentioned they prepare more of non-veg items and serves.
And for me Vegetarian food and items are very less.
So i ended with fruit juice..

Ambiance : 2
Taste : No comments
Service : 2
Rate : 2

Enjoy your foooood..

I have been to their other outlets and found this to be better than this one. Mainly in terms of ambiance. The food is Okay. We tried the Alu Mutter, The mutton Masala and the butter Kulcha. Along with some kababs. It was good.

We had naan and rottis with butter chicken it was superb ! The idea of showing the kitchen to the customer shows how clean they are ! And a pleasent place for south indian dishes!

Had to wait for my bus so thought would have dinner at this place. Looked good from outside, but the food was really really bad. They make shawarma with rumali roti. And the malai tikka was really dry

If your are bored of having good food, tasty food and you want some thing bad, very bad food then this is the place for you. Believe me you won't be disappointed from this place. Management is completely irresponsible and careless about the customer. Waiters are wow and managers is dam arrogant. They think that they are doing some favour on you by taking your order and serving some other food of their wish. Disgusting.

Just as I enter all I see is a corporate crowd.. managers, agents, team outing, lunch outing such type. It was a bit crowded. So as we got the table for the first 10min no one answered, then he came for the order so as usual one starter and for the waited Biryani (mutton).
It arrived quickly to my surprise nd the crowd.
The biryani was so buttery and tasty we really liked to order one more as the quantity is *very* low, as per my opnion it wasn't also worth payin 220 for one biryani but I also agree without any doubt the taste is amazing for first time try.
Then comes the after food, the finger bowl wasn't handed to us for 15min til the hands got dry and I had to Insist one of the hotel people and the bill took around 5min. So it took us 15min to eat and half hour to jus wait around for stuff. Anyway the biryani was really amazing, got to work on their quantity. If I would hav been rating for the service perśe it's 2 that's it..
