Easily visible in moving traffic too, an usual style of KFC in rt Nagar to come and have a toast of fried chicken. Not having so much rush even at the peak times so you can expect seat at all times without a second thought. Less waiting time and friendly staff too. So go ahead and grab a bite 👀

Been a fan of kfc since ages, but hadn't been to one In past 2 years and this is the first time after 2 years I'm going back to kfc.
Coming to this one, the place is pretty huge, noticeable from the road.
Tried the Wednesday bucket offer which gives 12 pieces of boneless chicken with 4 amazing dips.
Service - The service was pretty quick, got my order in like 10 Mins.
Ambience - It's got a nice ambience with lots of place.
The chicken was amazing though. Nice crisp boneless chicken. Wasn't overcooked or undercooked, just perfect.
On the downside, they are understaffed for such a huge place. The lady who took my order, didn't even know kannada/ English and spoke only in Hindi.
Hope these things are looked into by the management.

It's large spacious KFC with lots of antique features, cleanliness superb and outstanding view outside the road. Most of the weekend you can seen crowd around in this place, and less crowd during weekdays. Its is loaded with AC. It's has both ground floor and 1ts floor.

The pictures show portions much larger but what is delivered is a patty quarter the size of the bun. Like eating dry bread. The zinger burger was the best burger there was but sadly now a miserable excuse of burger. Not recommended and KFC standards have dropped and how. Sad!

No response from the restaurant...I had to go all the way to collect it...and when I asked about this to the manager he spoke rude ...... And later apologized for not checking the order..RT Nagar kfc is pathetic ..... I wouldn't recommend anybody to visit this place... There are many kfc's which offers better service...

I had ordered large popcorn as you can see in the picture, but what they gave was so less, the box was not even full. Paid more than 200/- for hardly 10 shredds of chicken. Secondly this happened to me before. I had order and also have now again ordered chicken rice bowl and both time they have not given chicken with the rice. This time due to my previous experience had specifically written not to forget but yet again they did. I have paid for non-veg and should get it, but no... More to find, there is blood in the box, blood on chicken and the second chicken was raw and red. Please refer pictures.<br/>They are taking all their opportunity to loot people in such times. <br/>KFC this is not the time for you to loot people. Horrible experience 🤬🤬🤬<br/>I know Zomato is going to take down my review saying that they cannot deal with health code violation but I wanna put it out there.

KFC know charging too much of taxes and charges on every order please reduce the charges and taxes also kfc has a cool menu but bz of high charges and taxes people don't like to ordering it. Seriously disappointed with KFC

Like most KFC outlets, what you expect is quick service for a quick snack mid work! I frequent this outlet and mostly order the chicken zinger meal alongside a krushers choco lash and I am always impressed by how this outlet really makes my visits count.<br/>Every time, the service is super quick and the consistency in the quality of food served makes it even better.

My most go to KFC outlet is absolutely amazing.<br/>They serve food with lightening speed, follow instructions especially when I ask them to do something different for the Choco lash which is my favorite drink and have the freshest of buns for their burgers!

I would suggest to try the KFC bucket of 12 pieces. The Zinger box was also satisfactory and cost effective for 1 person. Chicken strips were too good to neglect.

The staff have NO MANNERS at all. The place is supposed to close at 11. We went at 10.28 and chose to take away considering the time BUT the staff just turned off the menu board while we were looking at it at sharp 10.30. Then I asked them for a paper menu and they gave me some menu and. When I ordered from that they said “this is a different menu which isn’t available here”. EVEN with all this confusion they didn’t turn the menu board on. INCONSIDERATE towards the customers.

Worst customer service. <br/><br/>You get cold chicken. Instead of hot and crispy they have to name it “cold and saggy”<br/><br/>When asked the cashier that can you cook it hot and we can wait he said 25 mins but later said he can’t.<br/>When spoke to Manager he said to cook the off chicken it takes 1 hour. <br/><br/>Actually it takes only 25 min. But neither the staff nor the manager will provide you good food nor they will speak properly. They try to sell all the cold stuff and spoil the customer stomach and company’s name as well.<br/><br/>If any kfc representative is reading this you should know that’s the reason your shops are running empty. Change the attitude of the managers first.

Probably one of the best KFC in terms of ambience. It's vast, big place with great decor on the walls.<br/>Tried the veg zinger and also smoky grilled chicken bucket is a must have, especially if going in a large group. Also go with the French fries. The coke has a lot of ice, which isn't too good.<br/>The service is fast, friendly and efficient.

I love the chicken zinger burger and Oreo krushers are my fav. The chicken longer is also good. Pepsi is just ice and water, recommended not to buy. I love the chicken bucket, wings and chicken popcorn as well. I don't like the fiery grill at all.

I ordered 5 in 1 zinger box the delivery was quick, the burger was a little soggy rest was fine the Pepsi can was still cold they provided good amount of ketchup sachets and tissues overall a 3.5 to 4 experience.. Yesterday again I went and ordered mingle bucket and my friend ordered meal box. It was good and filling.. Moreover I like that kfc is taking initiative to provide paper straws and not plastic... Way to go kfc👍

Delivery is very poor, I got cold stuff..,though I paid online through zomota, they told can't be cancelled once ordered.<br/> If delivery exceeded beyond the given time,why its not possible to cancel the order. RT Nagar (Bangalore) is worst in delivery ,this is my 2nd experience I got late delivery.<br/>Because of using poor quality thermal insulated bags for carrying delivery ,most of the food gets cold because of delay,can they improve on this.<br/>Really very poor service, if people have value for money,they must think twice before ordering from KFC RT Nagar.<br/>Its just cheating food lovers..please improve to get confidence....<br/>

The restaurant claimed to have delivered my food. There was extremely poor service extended by Zomato and KFC. I waited for over an hour and my food was not delivered, nor a refund was initiated. This is extremely sub standard work and follow up.
