Ambur star biriyani is one of the best biryani in tamil nadu. The taste was like yummy some years back but nowadays a huge lag in the taste. The brinjal gravy taste also went down nowadays. The management needs to revisit the masala and the taste.the rates are bit high and quantity is also moderate.

Got their chicken biriyani home for lunch. The Biriyani here is typically Ambur styled made with seeraga sambha (short grain) rice and is mildly spicy. The chicken was well cooked and the flavours were perfect. The Biriyani also comes with onion raita and a brinjal side which goes well with the rice
