First of all, the ice cream store outlet is on the ground floor of the Forum Mall. It never goes unnoticed. Awesome experience to explore their ice cream collection, made of premium ingredients, mouth watering combos, amazing quality of cream. They don't keep scoops in basic flavours - vanilla and chocolate. Prices are very high. Too much money to buy a pastry size bite. But a customer who goes to dazs, is aware of the quality. The presentation is great. Sundaes, donuts, waffles, croissants, sorbet, brownies, crepe, cakes, soft drinks etc make up the dessert list. Overall a great experience to taste the American ice cream brand offering the same quality.

The sundae we had was great and my coffee was great too but what stumped me was how an icecream outlet can say they don't have their basic icecream flavours - vanilla and chocolate! I was honestly shocked at that and it's disappointing.

Great ice creams which come at a price The ice creams are truly jaw dropping and really a delight for the taste buds . The prices are on the higher side but its worth paying for the quality of ice creams served, I can never forget the taste of it Haagen Dazs is a popular family favorite of ours. We go here to celebrate special days . The place has the right sweets and extremely fabulous desserts. They have sundaes and waffles and crepes. Extremely good looking desserts. I am addicted. The raspberry sorbet is excellent. Apart from that all the flavors and the presentation is too good. Definitely try the Belgian waffle, the 6tier ice cream.

Obviously it is a costly afair to dine in at any Hagan das outlet. Icecream was tasty. The drama created by liquid nitrogen in the plant was impressive :)

We went to have ice cream there. We ordered Frozen forest chocolate and it was amazing. Staff is courteous. Only it was so hot in there and no AC was working. When u pay so much we expect good environment

Ordered a coffee sundae and it tasted delicious. It's a bit pricey though but the experience was worth it.

Hagenda dazs forum is our goto place. The team is friendly and serve happily always. Once I left my office documents at my place and forgot, the person there immediately found me there and handed over the documents. I appreciate everyone for being very friendly. Last but not least I love the ice cream and all the varieties of dessert they serve. Cheers

I absolutely loved the ice cream at Haagen Dazs. It's made of authentic and hand picked quality ingredients. Some of my favorite desserts here are - tiramisu ice cream, chocolate brownie, fruit fondue, cookies and cream ice cream, and cheesecake. Even though the cost of the ice cream is a bit high, it's totally worth it. Would totally recommend it. Try them for your cheat day and indulge yourself in some yummy ice cream.

U will love the presentation and the quality of ice cream they serve…but it’s too expensive…seating arrangements are Gud and the best part is the menu …if u r a chocolate lover …definitely u can try this experience 🥰🥰🥰🥰

This is my first time visiting HAAGEN DAZS STORE in Bangalore.MR.IMKONGTONGZUK warmly wishes our family and he also recommend ice cream MANGO RASPBERRY and Belgium chocolate,And he suggest the FROOZEN FOREST creation and mango milkshakes from the flavour he let us to taste .Well know ,smart,handsome and professional staff he is.We have enjoyed alot and we will definitely come and visit again to have the same creation .

Haagen Dazs is undoubtedly one of the best ice cream parlors I have ever been to.I just loved the sundaes over here and they taste really good.I had the raspberry ice cream scoop,death by chocloate and chocolate bomb.I loved the chocolate bomb it was chocolaty,tempting and perfect.The death by chocolate sundae was also rally good.The raspberry ice cream tasted amazing and made me crave for more.The service over here was fine,the staff were good,the ambiance is also fine.The only problem here what I feel is the price.I feel it is a bit expensive but worth the cost.Overall this is one ice cream parlor you have to visit for some amazing ice cream and sundaes.

We have ordered the real belgian hot chocolate and belgian waffles. the parlour is located in middle of the forum mall not in a closed place. Service was very poor, we had to wait for along time to give our order,its very over priced place.

Haagen Dazs is my favourite ice cream. They offer so many varieties of ice cream flavours and sundaes. I often get confused between what to order and what to order. Because, I don't think there is anything in the Menu which you will NOT wish to order.<br/><br/>This time I had there single scoop flavour of Mango and Rasberry ice cream. It was just amazing. A good mixture of sweetness and sour. A must must visit place. The staffs were very cordial too..

This are one of the expensive icecream that I have eaten in any outlet.They are global brand and there service is quite good which make it different from other outlet.I ordered Strawberry cheesecake and quite frankly it was good but it doesn't justify that high pricepoint.May be there will be some other flavors which I missed and I will definitely go back to try more.

On 20th June I ordered a banana split on Zomato from the Koramangala outlet & I received the order in abt 40 min. I am a great fan of Haagen Dazs but I was totally disappointed with what I received . Tbe banana pieces& wafer were just tossed in a box & three scoops ice cream packed seperately There was no whipped cream or chocolate sauce to enhance the flavour The banana was too soft& changed the Color to brown The wafers were just like pieces of tissue paper This made me question my loyalty to the brand I hv always visited the outlet in Phoenix market city & I am addicted to this brand But this experience just put me off? Can I know the reason?

Have visited this place a couple of times but, the recent experience was really nice. Firstly, we were asked if wanted to taste anything in particular and we ended up tasting quite a few varieties. Then we chose to go with Raspberry Sorbet. This was one of the best Sorbets I have ever had. The quality of this was oh so awesome and even though it was a wee bit sweet for my liking, it was pretty mind blowing. The Raspberry taste was so amazing and the colour was so brilliant and deep. I would vouch for this highly. Then we also had Chocolate Affectionate. This was a sundae with their best selling rich Belgian Chocolate And Tiramisu. Both the flavours were oh so awesome. It was so rich and creamy. So, even though the price point is definitely on the higher side, for me it is a place I would visit occasionally. Specially when I am in the mood to indulge in something exotic. I would definitely recommend this place.

They seem to have thick and flavourful ice cream choices. <br/><br/>Pretty decent varieties and does not dissapoint.<br/>They have a lot of mixes will make you feel choosy at times but all in all great ice creams.

Located right in the center on the ground floor, haagen daaz is an exclusive ice cream parlour. They have a glass display with various flavors ranging from fruit based sorbets to chocolate, but and fruit based ice creams. If you are not sure what to order you can always ask the staff if you can taste a flavour. Now don't just think they offer only ice cream scoops. They offer much more than that. On the other side of the glass display they have pastries, pies and even cheesecake. They have an extensive menu which includes waffles, pancakes, brownies, in combination with ice cream. They also offer milkshakes, hot chocolate, etc. They have a nice and comfortable seating with maroon color sofas and white color tables and chairs. We orders vanilla caramel brownie ice cream with chocolate coated waffle cone. The cone was yummy and ice cream flavor good. One of the major drawbacks is the extremely high prices.

Pretty sure everyone likes haagen dazs. I have tasted more than 5 flavours and strawberry sorbet is my favourite. It is rich and the texture is really good. The waffles are also really good and they give it with vanilla ice cream

Had straws berry cheese cake ice cream, superb taste snd awesome staff, went with my small daughter, was look over by the staff with courteous behaviour.

Premier ice cream place right inside forum mall. Had ordered the customised Full Choclate therapy with coffee. It was overwhelming choclate all over with the brownie and muffin and the choclate syrup along with coffee. After a long time, I paid a visit to the Haagen Dazs, but the experience didn't go as it was supposed to. I ordered the Chocolate Brownie Explosion sundae, which looked amazing in the menu. But you can see what it looked like in real.<br/><br/>The taste was decent, but I was expecting a bit more on the quantity side, both with the Brownie and the Ice cream.<br/><br/>The staff was very kind and helpful, since they took efforts in helping us understand the best one according to our taste.

The ice cream I took was Belgium chocolate and caramel biscuit. As you can see the picture which was taken in less than 2 mins I got it, its totally melted. I love hagen das and I have eaten the same ice cream uncountable times. It's not the same at all.. This is the second time I m eating her in forum, both the experiences were bad. I hope next time when I try things will be sorted for good!

This place has got amazing waffles, perfectly crunchy and yummy. My favourite icecream would be the praline and cream flavour. Overall it a nice place but be ready to pay through the nose.

Haagen daaz has been known for their ice creams and the way they present the food. However, this time I visited one of their outlets at forum it was a complete let down. I ordered for the Belgian waffle dream and the presentation was a total let down to say the least. The waffles were badly made and out of shape like it was made by someone at home without any training. They were very small in comparison to how you usually get store ordered waffles. The taste also was not good. Even the fruits used for garnishing was merely two pieces of apple like taken from someone’s fruit tiffin. Also, the most important thing is that they did not even include their usual “Haagen Daaz” chocolate piece that goes along with every desert served. Definitely won’t we visiting this outlet again.

Chocolate indulgence indeed. Oof the brownies and the smooth chocolate sundae. Definitely one of the best desserts. Who doesn't love ice cream, especially when it's so so good.

Where was Haagen Dazs. It is not even worth our review . Pictures are miss leading . Quality has dropped . Would never recommend any of my freinds to go back . Took my freinds hoping to give them a good treat . Paid more and got less .

Tried the Effile tower! Which tastes amazing like it looks! Loved the presentation and it is situated in the middle of the mall! And it is made up of Belgian chocolate, ! Totally loved it ! <br/>But it’s quiet heavy on the pocket

I know this place is overpriced, but Haagen Dazs makes one of the best icecreams. To say even Polar Bear is becoming a competitor for them is not a joke. Still, some ice creams are better to be had here. when they first opened the menu and items were good but after a couple of visits everything got changes, now they are running pakka commercial and not customer satisfactory business.

This place is awfully overpriced. We had ordered the chocolate bomb. The dish which they promise and the dish which they deliver do not go hand in hand. As per the menu, the chocolate ball is supposed to melt off on pouring the hot chocolate sauce. But no such thing happened. The little scoops of ice cream present inside were not delicious either. Overall it was a waste of money. I will never go back to this place.

Been to this place recently. I wanted to have coffee to get out of a bad mood. Then I found this place and had a coffee and then thought of having a red velvet cake. Both were good. Nice place would visit again.

I recently visited Haagen Dazs for an quick ice cream. After trying out couple of flavors like Caramel biscuit n cream and cookies n cream i settled down with Macadamia nut. This ice cream was beautiful with rich thick creamy texture along with the macadamia nuts. I'm craving for more while writing this review. It's one of the best ice creams I've ever had. I hope Haagen Dazs will open more outlets.

I wantes to give the place a 5 star but i didnt because of some arrangement issues like the chairs were not clean and they even didnt have the varieties of ice cream they display they are out of stock. I think the phoenix mall haagen dazs would be much better. But still whatever i ordered was awesome.... The chocolate bomb was exquisite that is why i think i settled for 4 star or else i would have dropped it to 3. But thats very less for a place like this. Its the awesome place with awesome and delicious ice cream and chocolate.

A cafe that doesn't use vegetable oil in their scoops of ice-cream. A perfect place to visit on a date and the quality of food they provide is too good. <br/>They have varieties of desserts with different presentation styles with them. It's definitely a must go place.

From what I have heard, its the second best ice cream franchisee in the world with an origin from Germany. And it truly stands upto its reputation as well. I have tried the Mango and Strawberry flavour and also the Praline and Caramel vanilla ice cream. Both were really good and I'm definitely going there for many times ahead.<br/><br/>I recommend this place to all ice cream lovers out there. Its a must try guys!

Their ice cream cakes are to die for! It’s amazing!! I love everything here! I got my bday cake from here as well. Their fondues are also pretty good

This place is right in the centre of Forum mall ground floor and I visited there on a Sunday. So it’s super noisy and 0% privacy as far as the ambience is concerned. I ordered an Belgium waffle ice cream and the taste was amazing, presentation was decent. The quality of the ice cream is very good and you can feel it as soon as you taste it. Overall a good experience. The only thing I didn’t like about this place is the noise and ambience. For a premium ice cream parlour I expect it to be at a store, with good music and ambience rather than people starring at you from everywhere which is the only set back I could find at this place.

Regular ice creams amount for which even U convert in pounds feels high. Try other ice cream parlours across Bangalore for an ice cream! Nothing special.

Had lipsmacking mango icecream from here last month. It was really melting in my mouth. I can feel the fresh taste of mangoes. Only one point which was not good was the price being very high.

Ordered the brown bomb.. Ice cream especially the mango ice cream was great. The chocolate egg was a complete let down.. You need a hammer to break down the egg and for the reason the low score..

This is the least value for money I have ever seen. They didn't have over half the items that were on the menu. I felt like I was eating leftovers off their menu. They used cherry instead of berry. Over 80% of the menu was out of stock. This is the worst functioning food out and a disgrace to the haagen dazs brand that I have always adored and cherished in many areas of the world. This experience was a bitter disappointment. The choice of items on the menu available was so bad that there is hardly any room for even getting worse.

Not worth the amount they are charging. We ordered Chocolate brownie shake. Although it looked good, it tasted just average. Also, they charged some service charge. I dunno what service they provided.<br/><br/>Don't visit. Waste of money

Too costly for a scoop of icecream. Like what do you get after paying 200 rupees for a scoop of icecream is just like a normal icecream available in any other outlet. Chocolate chip cookies icecream.

Went to this place to quickly take away a choco chip muffins and it was the biggest mistake. firstly they took 10mins to just pack a take away. After that when I got into my car the whole car was stinking as if it was burning down, and to make my day even awesome the muffin was burnt. I cannot believe this, if you guys cannot handle a brand like this in India please don't bring them here.

Been keeping an eye on haagen dazs for a long time...so one fine day .....<br/>After a lot of shopping...saw the nearest place to sit and this was it.<br/>It was cold ,so ordered hot chocolate and caramel latte for my mum.<br/>I must say the Belgian hot chocolate was just tasting like plain milk and I only got a subtle flavour of chocolate at the end.<br/>It was more of bittery than chocolatey.(atleast mine was okay..mums was even worst)<br/>So the caramel latte, this too was like drinking a plain glass of milk(it was a bit sweet atleast).<br/>All I can say was the balance was off.<br/>And for those of you who remember the flavour of horlicks caramel it tasted exactly like that.<br/>Just Three words- NOT worth it!!

As a kid I’d have these Ice creams in Dubai and definitely I’ve been the happiest after they opened in Bangalore. The ice creams are a bit on the higher side but definitely worth the money! The ice creams are rich and creamy and soulful. It’s not like the regular filling ice creams that we have otherwise. <br/>We ordered the regular chocolate ice cream, blueberry cheesecake and cookies and creme crunch and it was undoubtedly delicious! <br/>The service is tad bit slow and the one in forum doesn’t have a great ambience as it’s just like any other open place at the mall. <br/>Otherwise, the ice cream is definitely a 5<br/>I’d give it more if I could ❤️<br/>Definitely would go back and try the Eiffel Tower since I’ve heard so much about it. <br/>Always a satisfying experience.

This was in list for a long time. Heard about this place from many. It was a sudden plan. Though price was bit expensive but if we consider taste and quality it's worth. A jaw breaking name (with the Deutsche umlaut & a digraph Z) but once you break the ice & dig into their ice creams it's pure lurve without tripping. The best quality creamery around sans second thoughts. Or may be a close second to Movênpick. <br/><br/>Even a cup of modest Belgian chocolate ice cream stands incomparable to any other in offing. However, the chocolate fondue, Eiffel tower & Brooklyn bridge are their perpetual calling ticket with the look, feel and an orgy that only their decadent sundaes can guarantee.<br/><br/>Their undervalued waffle is no disappointment either. On a certain nondescript cold infected day; I per chance tried their waffle. It wasn't the typical crunchy Belgian waffle but slightly soggy coz they are an American brand. And that's how the American's eat their waffles and like it too. The accompanying cream - which is usually the most discarded ensemble on a waffle plate - just rocked n rolled & swirled n slurped for my delectation. I never expected a whipped cream to whip up such a frenzy in my insipid mouth. The chocolate coated raisins and butterscotch couldn't even hold a matchstick to it. I tried their tiramisu ice cream with crepe and chocolate sauce. It was really very yummy the ice cream was made with pure milk and it was awesome to taste such a great ice cream combination. Even their summer berries flavoured ice cream was awesome.<br/>I found it not so costly as the quality they provide and the brand name it has means that they worth this amount.

A 60 year old brand started in America, truly an amazing place to get indulged when you are craving for an awesome ice cream.<br/><br/>Visited their outlet on the ground floor of Forum Mall, Koramangala. They have an open seating area with 5/6 tables. Tried the Chocolate Brownie Explosion and it was superbly yummy. The plating itself was quite beautiful and tempting. It had 3 scoops of ice cream - Chocolate, Belgian Chocolate and Vanilla Caramel. And they were surrounded by 4 pieces of Brownies topped with creamy chocolate sauce and whipped cream. The Brownie was perfectly made.<br/><br/>They have apparently 20 varieties of flavours available at the outlet, and all the ice creams are imported directly from France.<br/><br/>Slightly heavier on the pocket, but the taste justifies it to a large extent. Must visit.

Been to this outlet for having an ice cream. The outlet was well cleaned. Had a sundae ice cream. It’s presentation was pretty and served at perfect temperature. Coming to the taste, it was awesome. And service was okay.

For the price it tastes cheap too sweet. I tried the strawberry cheese cake. All I could taste was sugar. Nothing much else. It’s too much for this taste. Disappointed. And I tried three different locations with different flavours. Same disappointing result.

Obviously a very fascinating ice cream joint, quite disappointing on the pocket at times.<br/>I'll tell you why.<br/>So, I walk in to this outlet expecting to enjoy my favourite Belgian chocolate sundae. They did not ask what I wanted. (You see, there are options between sauces, cookie/rice crispies etc).<br/>When I was ordering, they said they'd come back to ask but they never did.<br/>The biscuits in the sundae were way too sweet. Ruined the entire essence of the smooth Belgian chocolate ice cream.<br/>Above all, they charged a SERVICE CHARGE (note - it's involuntary, the customer may or may not pay it)<br/>They added the service charge to my bill of Rs 375.<br/>That made it RS 375+30 = RS 405/-<br/>I mean, the tissue that I was given, was soiled of ice cream. That is the decent amount of courtesy that you expect - a clean tissue. I couldn't believe how careless the staff was.<br/>They took 20minutes to give me just one sundae when barely 2 other tables had customers!<br/>They calculated the GST on the final amount of RS 405/- and raised my bill to Rs 477/- for no reason at all.<br/>Slow claps on that.<br/>I was disappointed.

Dessert to die for! <br/>Great service and a variety of options! This is one of the already available combo with icecream of your choice! The taste and feel and look, everything was too good!

Finally it's ice cream day today. Out the ice creams I had Belgium chocolate which tastes the best to me. The ice creams are overpriced. Worth trying once but not for occasional ice cream eating place. Feel the bite. It's awesome.

Worth Trying.I had the Eiffel Tower and it was good.It would have been even better if the Brownie were a little smooth.The Indiranagar one is a better option because of the ambience.

What I ordered: Cookie and Cream Crunch- 6/10- A creation made with layers of crumbled cookies (except that they were broken into large pieces in this case, which increased the bite size and made them hard to chew, can be worked upon by grinding the cookies instead of breaking them with hand. Also, variants of different cookies can be used in order to test better combinations.), Two scoops of cookie and cream ice cream and one layer of whipped cream, topped with Haagen Dazs hardened chocolate. It is served in a glass which has a pretty generous size, however, the ingredients in the glass, in this very case, didn't do justice to it's size. The broken cookies took over half the space (most of which was empty because of all the large pieces) of the glass which left only half of it for other stuff.<br/>Suggestions:<br/>1. Use crumbled cookies instead of breaking them. This can be done by grinding them or beating them in a container.<br/>2. Use different variations of chocolate cookies (chocolate chip, double chocolate chip, vanilla chip, etc.) in order to establish which one suits the creation the best.<br/><br/>How the place is on your pocket: Considering it's one of the most posh dessert brands in the world, everything is priced at a much higher price than it is supposed to be. Taking into note the indulgent offerings that they cater, the prices are still not justified. Thus, if on a budget, this place is going to burn a hole in your pocket. Suited for occasional "not feeling poor" break aways, but certainly not for the on-a-budget student buyer.<br/><br/>Ambience: A nice, open setup, with furniture matching the color scheme and counter filled with aromas from the flavours of their offerings.<br/><br/>Staff: Very friendly<br/><br/>Service: Timely<br/><br/>Overall Experience: Good, but pricey :P<br/><br/>

I ordered their Eiffel tower. The thing about a good dessert is that it should be well balanced and not too sweet. Unfortunately, although the elements tasted well, the dish as a whole wasn't well balanced at all. Halfway through the dish, I was feeling like what a useless sugar rush it had been. The dish needs something to balance it out.

Highly overrated and overpriced. Naturals is so much better. Totally disappointed with the experience. Never again I guess.. not recommended at all..

Delicious !!! I love Ice creams and this was one of the desserts cafe in my food bucket list...Had been to Forum mall,Haagen Dazs branch !!! They have signature desserts like Eiffel tower,Brooklyn bridge etc.I loved the design of Eiffel tower with chocolate and hot cakes.it was super tasty I tell you :) It's expensive but the taste will leave you mesmerised !!!<br/>Ambience : 4/5<br/>Service : 4/5<br/>Food : 5/5

Lovely ice cream.. I was so happy to see hagen Daz in ground floor of forum mall.. Would love to go there.. Have visited two times and tried different flavors.

A must try will be the cheesecake.. so nicely prepared, it melts in mouth. The natural flavours of ice cream are nice.. but it will be really heavy on your wallet 😞😞 if you compare to other ice cream places

They have amazing ice creams but yes, at the higher end of price list for sure. But the flavours are amazing!<br/>I even tried their cheesecake, and it tasted amazing too!

Just had an Eiffel Tower Ice cream , i can just say one word " Heaven 😍 " , this place is really nice , all you ppl should go here , if you are true chocolate ice cream fan then this is the place

Newly opened inside Forum mall.. we went here for some desserts.. but on a sunday night most of the flavours were unavailable.. that too around 8.30 pm..we changed thrice so getting irritated.. a service boy there had no clue what he was doing there.. dont know on wat basis he gets paid.. very aloof.. the other one was more knowledgable so took a flavour on his recommendation which was pretty good.. offered a complimentary pastry for the mishap.. which was a nice gesture. But for the brand name of the place...service should be topnotch and also keep in mind the availability of flavours.
