One of the better KFCs that I've visited, spread over 2 floors, the ground floor has the service counter along with a few tables for seating. First floor is where the main seating is. We ordered a leg piece bucket and a couple of spicy zinger burgers. As usual with any KFC, the food was absolutely amazing and lip smacking. Service was also upto the mark with all COVID restrictions being followed and no major complaints. One small downside is that they keep their AC switched off in line with the COVID protocols, this makes the atmosphere quite stuffy and claustrophobic. Overall this is a fantastic KFC with fantastic food on offer.

KFC has been my favorite. Whenever you are hungry, find a place & grab something of your choice. Chicken Grilled, Fiery Hot, Crispy, Got Wings, Chicken Popcorn are the famous items here. These items are yummy & you can order as per your choice. Sometimes when I am damn hungry during lunch time, like me you can customize your order & also opt rice bowl with popcorn, wings etc. Pretty good quantity of rice is serve in the rice bowl & its damn tasty. Reasonably priced compared to its competitors & its unique taste will make you go again & again. Parking is available near the road. I went some 1 week back. Some wiring works are going on then. Hopefully they would finish ot off by now. Free Water is available! Ask the counter to serve you water if you are thirsty. Washroom facilities & friendly staffs are another feature here.

A quick visit at just the closing time at 11:30 as my friend was having the craving of chicken. But the nicest service did allow us inside and served us the best they could. The kindest gesture not to say no and serving us was the highlight. Thanks KFC!

Big outlet of KFC on the main road. Very spacious and nicely maintained. Great offers on nearbuy. Food as always is good and better than McDonald's.

What fault can I find with this?? I mean seriously I can eat all day and never get tired of it .Personally I prefer burgers from KFC and love to munch it to my heart's content and also french fries are also good and I also prefer to have smokey grilled 😋😁. So guys enjoy it🤩😍

This place is located on main road, opposite to HSR BDA complex. It's peaceful, Tooo spacious, occupying a 2 floored building. Staff is very courteous unlike few other KFC outlets that I have been. A small birthday or treat event can be organized nicely here. But the only problem would be 4 wheeler parking. There's hardly and parking place available. About food... Just go for it.. they anyway keep adding varieties to their menu

This outlet makes perfect Mojito. Also, they listen to your peculiar instructions well and honour that. While their fries are almost always limp, their burger, buns and patty is super fresh. Their card machine doesn't work most of the times, so it would be great if you carry enough cash with you. They take Paytm as well.

Visited on weekend and welcomed by "Only Cash or PayTM" !!!. In this digitalized generation they are expecting us to carry cash. Reason there swiping machine is not working. Ok I agree machines do give trouble during peak/urgent situation but why only PayTM? Did KFC changed its business from serving chicken to advertisement firm prompting PayTM? When they can have PayTM why cant they have Googlepay or Phonepe or Amazon Pay? Over that person in bill counter had no courtesy to response when a query was asked related to billing and digitalize payment. Looks like post pandemic situation employee need a proper training before they are posted to job. Sorry, my words might be harsh but that is how I felt when I was at bill counter.

Kfc charges so damn high for a delivery, I placed an order for 655 bucks and at this point when the order arrived remember I’m starving , They give me a wrong order (hot and crispy whereas I ordered 4 pieces hot wings) and it doesn’t end there the veg rice bowl, the rice was undercooked and the veg strip was half burnt . ZOMATO apparently couldn’t contact the restaurant as they were unresponsive, and they suggest me to give me a coupon of 142, bro when your hungry coupon is not the solution you need your correct food . I’m highly frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HSR outlet is my go-to outlet. I don't like the quality of the Sarjapur outlet or the total mall one. I mostly order hot and crispy wings. It always great. The spices are so perfect.

I really felt like laughing... it was not cooked properly.. when I called The manager I was explaining its it not cooked Properly he is saying no no it’s cooked all the people will have mis conceptions, it’s actually marinated ... they think people are fools .. I showed to my family members and we called 3 four people and showed all said it’s not cooked .. HSR Layout Bangalore KFC Only his point of view is what ever they give we have to eat like fools ... people don’t cook at home as if don’t the difference between cooked and not cooked the manager is teaching us .. hahhahaahaaaa

Kfc is an amazing place to hangout with your friends and have a nice non veg meal. Everything in their menu is just amazing. I ordered 5 pieces of red hot chicken legs with fries and sprite. it was served quickly and taste was also good.

KFC has always been my favorite place since childhood and continues to be in one of my top 25 fav places.. This visit in HSR outlet was a good experience ad the person taking my order was very helpful in choosing my order and explained about the items which I can get.. Ordered Crispy Hot Zinger burger along with Chocolash and French fries.. As usual the food was brilliant and the ambience was surprisingly good.. Loved it and will surely visit you guys once again..

Love KFC but not this outlet. Staff not trained well. Instead of taking orders, the cashier's feel good to make people wait in a queue and continue with their personal talks. Waited almost 15 miniutes in the queue and then the cashier says his shift is over. Came back without ordering anything. It also happened earlier many times that the frehness of chicken is not good compared to other KFC outlets. Hope the management looks into it before you start loosing customers.

Well what to say!!! Its a usual KFC outlet and it has a good space to sit and enjoy the food. Having said that staff needs to be trained . I had issue with the payments multiple times. Sometimes there card machine doesnt work and what not. When its too crowded it was difficult for them handle

Being situated opposite the bda complex has its perks for this franchise as they serve as the primary contributors to travelers who often run late to board a bus. The customer service provided is excellent as they certainly do meet the customer requirements - priority to such customers, instant packing and billing. I have witnessed this on more than 3 occasions not just with my my friends but other individuals as well.

Food was good. But it had been a difficult task to reach home . At first a wrong delivery boy picks up the order then it had to be cancelled and re ordered. This time delivery boy decides to take short cuts in spite of informing him about the route he is suppose to take . Thank fully after a long wait of 2 hours I got my food.

Later I got Message from my bank that 409 has been deducted, on calling bank they informed that payment was successful from their end. Please look into it.

Ordered through Swiggy. The Fried chicken, as usual was great!But regarding you extra crunchy burger: Why TF would you put potato chips, with weird tasting masala, in A BURGER?! It made it taste horrible. It turned out to be a normal Zinger chicken burger with an odd flavour KurKure on it. HORRIBLE! Learnt my lesson. Wasted money,paying extra for the "Extra Crispy burger".

The service here is just pathetic! They don't care or respond properly to customers. Even if there is a long queue of people, hardly two billing counters are open which work super slow! They forgot to put my order through and I ended up waiting more than half an hour for my takeaway. Nobody responds or wants to even face u after that. KFC was my one of the favourite fast food joint but after visiting this franchise . I have stopped eating in any of the KFC . The food is not up to the level, taste is just on the upper layers of the chicken, air conditioning system doesn't exist in the first floor. Very disappointed

I still believe that KFC is one of the few places that can satiate your cringe for fried chicken with an American taste. Fried chicken in India is prepared very differently and has a different taste altogether. Of course the much hyped secret recipe is one of the USPs of KFC. But what I like more is the patience and service provided at the counter. I have been to KFC many a times and this time I thought of writing a review as well. We had ordered 4 piece chicken and got 2 chicken burgers at an extra ₹10/-. Now, that's another thing that I love about KFC..their offers... The burger was just ok and the chicken was finger lickingly good.. till the last bite... yummy 😋. Ambiance is more or less the same at every KFC store.. in HSR layout it's just a little less crowded as it was a working day afternoon.
