Review Rahham's Families International Restaurant - Bengaluru

Saqib Jameel
Good biryani and kabab varieties. Though the food is good, found the place to be quite crammed and no parking for cars.
soumalya mitra
If you are a biriyani head like me and if you think when it is biriyani then it is mutton, this is the place for you. The taste of the famous shadi ki biriyani, less spicy, filled with flavours. A bit pricy but cmon anything for that perfect biriyani.. love it.
Manmay Sethi
This place makes me nostalgic. I love all the dishes but my favorite is Biriani . A must visit in Bangalore.
Pranay Saha
Delicious food.. value for money. Mutton chop was great!!
Nazima Nadeem
The food is really delicious and unique. The best part is mutton biryani.Must visit this place
Karthic Bhaskar
Very tasty mutton biryani, even after so many years the taste at rahhams as not changed one of the best mutton biryani in Bangalore
Remo Rahaman
A place in upscale Bengaluru where you can have a quick meal. Surrounded by top class restaurants around the place this serves the purpose to low budget foodies. Food are tasty and reasonably priced. All the staff are really good mannered and polite. They would customize the food on your request. The place is quiet and easily accessible. I went there to grab some regional dishes when I was absolutely tired of having top class food in the Leela palace and other upscale restaurants.
padmanaban sridar
Still one of the Best Mutton biryani in Bangalore, been eating here for close to 10years but covid has changed the restaurant, recently when I went to dine in I could see only their best sellers available or may be it's because I went post 9PM

Fab place for Biriyani lovers. They have pretty fab Chicken and Mutton Biriyani. They are pretty awesome in serving North-Indian dishes as well. Tasty non-veg starters if you are a non-vegetarian lovers. Have had Biriyanis here for years but it still is great. Should work more on expanding the dining space.

This restaurant is situated near 5th and 6th Cross road in kodihalli , Bangalore . The place serves hot mughlai food . They also provide options like North and South Indian food as well as Indian Chinese meals. They have thali & à la carte system. The ambience is pleasant and there isn't much crowd. The food quality is moderate . However , the quantity served is way more than one can expect. Therefore , the price in comparison to the amiable staff service and food quantity , is alright. But they always have the scope of improving their food quality. One should never miss to try out their mughlai dishes , where are really lip-smacking . This place is perfect for people who desire to enliven their mood after they've had a bad day in office. So drop by and have some fun 😁😉👍

Good place to tuck into biriyani and kababs. Biriyanis are a bit oily but very tasty. Service quick and efficient. Gets quite crowded during meal times. If you don't want to wait for lunch, reach before 1 pm.
Rohit Khare
Price wise taste was pathetic and we ordered Mughlai chicken but got something different, worst experience, this was my last order and ensure I will spread the bad word about the restaurant as doesn't want others to suffer
Jaz
I was a huge fan of ur restaurant however the last two experiences have left me disappointed, very disappointed. Ordered mutton biryani which for the price quoted should atleat have a good piece of meat however there was a marrow with little meat, two tiny pieces of meat probably added by mistake. Rice was bland not the usual flavour, colour and richness. The rice had no spices except for a few pieces of tomato. What happened to your rich flavourful food. Disgusting...this food is a rip off for 499/- a plate..I wouldn't recommend ordering the biryani ever or this outlet .
Mahesh Manohar
Food taste its very bad condition in old air port road Rahhams,
Neha
Paneer fried rice was not at all cooked well. I kind of felt weird inside stomach after eating.
Winston Martis
Ordered chicken hariyali gravy. And I got it with a cockroach in it.
Aaron Karthik
There are some places where you look past the mediocre reviews, the bad seating. Their mutton Biryani is to die for. It's a hardcore Muslim home-cooked style Biryani which can get you salivating immediately. Just try it.
Kara Satish Kumar
Worst food and service. Biriyani was waste along with paneer butter masala and pahadi chicken. Will never go there.
Vivek
They have an a gravy on offer which is 100rs for 100 ml and only a photo can explain the rest. I’ve been a customer if this restaurant for years and I dint expect them to have such a corny offer to cheat customers ...very disappointed
Gagan D
Biryani was not that bad but pricing and ingredients make it bit bland in taste. 310 per plate is way more than expected when you are not getting basmati rice.

I m sorry I might be wrong but it is nothing but properly cooked ambur biryani.

Sunitha Pai
Best mutton biryani in this style of making. Taste was great but very oily, looks like they cook in lots of fat to get the flavour. Aroma of mutton was ingrained into each grain of rice. The sides were average. Price of biryani is on the high side. I had better experience in delivery order than dine in experience which was nondescript kind of outing.
Melrose Haxley
Though the food was good, the amount of kheer that we got was only a spoonful. The Biryani was very oily and no consistency in the taste, every time the taste and texture of the rice is different.
Abin
A small place with an awesome mutton Biryani. Will not recommended Chicken Biryani. Parking is a challenge. Not very friendly staff, but Biryani are quick to serve.
Sajin Mathew
Just because you give offers doesn't mean you cheat people and give the food quality so less I am not a kid to have in a small quantity bases. Spend 150 for this stupid shit. Really ?? Rahhams ?? And you call this Superhero combo !! well just turned out to be SUPERZERO !!!
Pooja
Heard about this place for their biriyani and hence decided to go their.
But the service was poor and we had to repeatedly ask the waiter to fulfill our order.
Chicken sholay starter was good but biriyani was extremely oily and meat not properly cooked.
Ambiance is not appealing, limited seating not well maintained. I won't visit this place unless there's nowhere else to go.
Too expensive for its food quality and taste.
Akhil K J
Wooden furnished hotel. It is not so great from outside to look. We (4 of us) had food(dinner) on 3rd March and we got to see a live rat inside the restaurant. Thanks to the owners. I am trying hard get rid of the food I ate. Sorry if my review is harsh or hurting any people who had food at this restaurant...would like to ask the food inspector questions on the existence of such hotels!
Tanveer Munavar
We order for mutton chops pepper fry usual starter we have , but we got a different item not satisfied with the taste too.
Gautam Singh
Oh!! just love the mutton biryani of Rahams. I wish they open a branch near sarjapura or electronic city as we have to travel very far for biryani, which is worthit but banglore trafic makes it very hectic.
Isaac
The food was oily (mutton biryani) and the service is at snails pace.

They dont live up to the minimum expectations. So please dont go here untill you dont have any other choice and have all the time in the world to kill.
Someshverma599
This restaurant is a scam. The food, the service and the price. Ordered two Biryanis and a tandoor roll. Not recommended for any biryani lovers or foodies in general. Also they do not provide the bill making it more suspicious about the actual price.

Vinay S P
Had a very disappointing experience. I actually ordered mutton Korma from and actually got so called mutton keema. So worst in taste they actually put all side parts in this keema and claim it to be keema. Allah will definitely punish u guys definitely. I request u guys don't go here and eat and spend your money it's waste to even cal this restaurant name. ALLAH WILL DEFINITELY PUNISH THIS SO CALLED RESTAURANT
Korobi Roy Saha
Mutton biryani got over by 10:00pm, which was disappointing. in fact, all mutton dishes were over. Pretty strange. So, we settled for the chicken biryani. The chicken biryani was cooked well, nice aromatic biryani, however, the biryani was cooked in the afternoon. The staff looked very bored and uninterested. Basic ambience.
Farooq
I ordered mutton sholay. It was quite bad. Mutton was hard and rubbery.
Neelu Guntu
Biryani is not good... Biryani prepared with normal rice...which is not prepared with biryani rice.... Too bad...wasteage of money.....and bum also not good.... Only one price and that is also too small
Khai Khai Mom
Ordered chicken Chow mein and Hong Kong chicken. Total bill around 500. Found but expensive not value for money considering items r so easily available in any restaurant. Quantity wise good.
R. Naveen Kumar
Chicken Biryani was tasty, quantity was good, but packaging should have been better. Sholay kabab was spicy and delicious. Afghani Tikka was too bland for our liking.
Monisha Boya
Well ordered chicken Biriyani from this outlet around 4.30 in the evening from zomato.. Even then biriyani was piping hot.. Taste of biriyani was too gud,Dey use normal rice instead of Basmati rice juz d way i like it.. Its like less spicy version of hyderabadi Biryani.. Quantity was way too much.. Couldnt finish one.. Luvd the packing.. D way it was wrapped in plaintain leaf.. Overall luvd it.. will order it again❤️
Rupzz
not worth for money.
Pradeep S
Very good place for non vegeterian ordered some garlic chicken, Hariyali kebab and chicken biriyani all of them were tasted really good a must visit place ..

Mohammed Swali
Ordered mutton biriyani worth of ₹300 and the restaurant took 1 hour to prepare. finally I recieved as late order and delivered cold biriyani with one small piece of mutton. Such a bad experience.
Harrythefoodie
Ordered food worth Rs.2,400 thru swiggy, they did not check anything while sending. There was no onions,no raitha,no extra gravy.Butter chicken full was less half in quantity,Kebab was over roasted, pathetic horrible taste. Will never order from Rahams again, disappointed & totally unsatisfied.
Chaitanya Donepati
This is located on Main Road of Old Airport Road. Must try items are Biryani and pahadi Kabab. Prices are little bit on higher note. May not be a place to look for ambiance. May be for love and taste of biryani, the place keeps busy.
Alok Tripathy
mediocre food for the price
Amrutha Kn
Priced higher when compared with other restaurants with better taste!!
Punith R
taste was too good,excellent
Shivamma KC
Pathetic service, they cancelled the food order without our consent,we waited for more than 2 hours.Zomato is the culprit here.Didnt even bothered to talk to us.
Shobith Vivek
tasty food and mutton was very good. mutton pieces could have been a bit more
Jaikiran Chandrashekara
Best Mutton Biriyani with ghee roast chicken, Bangalore style biriyani completely opposite to Hyderabadi biriyani loves it. Chicken starters are too good
Shylesh
Worst food ever : worst packaging through swiggy. 800 bucks for just couple of roti’s and bowl of used oil. DONT EVEN BOTHER WASTING YOUR MONEY ON THIS !!
Niranjan Nair
We ordered few kulchas, butter rotis, chicken patiala, chicken biriyani and paneer butter masala. The gravies tasted good. The breads did too. But biriyani was just okay. I've heard they're known for their biriyani but somehow felt it was not up to the mark.
Kunal Shrivastava
Well, extremely disappointed with the take away stuff. Took two chicken biryanis and half Sholay kabab. One had no chicken piece! And the other had just two small ones. Realised it only after coming home. And this is when the order was made at the start of the lunch hour (and not at the end of it). I would not have written this if it was one off, this is the second consecutive time. So this is not at all a goof-up, it’s just cheap play. My recommendation - dine in instead of take away. You can at least point out and get decent food.
JS
very bad quality for the price

Well, if you have been in Bangalore, then you have surely heard about Rahhams. I was very excited to taste the biryani and obviously my expectations were high.

The service was average. The chicken
And mutton biryani was good but It was nothing out of this world. We also ordered Egg Fried rice and Dal Tadka and rotis. The food tasted good but was a tad bit oily as can be expected. The Dal Tadka was surprisingly good.

The choices beyond Biryani are also extremely limiting- for example we struggled to order beverages as choices were mostly Thumbs up or Sprite. No desserts either on the menu.

I am not sure if I will go again. Maybe to the other branches !
Sheena Rao
Hi I always love their biryani for the taste and have been getting biryani delivered for quite sometime. This time when it was delivered I was shocked to find a pen cap in my biryani, as we had already opened the pack and eaten we were not able to do anything about it. PLEASE MAINTAIN CLEAN HYGIENE STANDARDS.
Savitha8284grace@gmail.com
worst food rahhams food taste is not like b4, specially ghee rice 😝😝😝
Suraj
I had ordered one mutton biryani. First of all the packing was very bad . they have just wrapped in the silver foil . and the biryani didn't have one good price and it costs 347. Worst experience . Bad food just spoils your day .
Sujith Kumar
We thought of having Rahhams Chicken biryani but when we went there they said its over. We were surprised that by 9pm the biryani was out of stock.
We just ordered biryani rice and kabab.
When we asked for the bill, they said we don’t give bill for biryani rice and only cash we will take.
After putting some pressure on them finally they gave the bill.

Really a bad experience at Famous Rahhams.
Sakasra Karthikeyan
Tandoori chicken Little more burnt out and quantity also not satisfies me. Cost is bit higher than other restaurants.

My review is based on a dining experience and a takeaway 3 years ago on a mid week holiday. So don't blame me if you had a bad experience recently. This place was highly rated by a friend of mine who was ready to drive from Whitefield to Kodihalli just to have the Chicken Chops at Rahams. The things people do for food ☺️. Anyways I don't have much to complain. I thought we were lucky to get tables because it was full immediately and people were waiting for tables by the time we were done. The food was good. The Chicken Chops which is a kebab is definitely a must try. Nice and juicy portions, I guess the marinade must be secret. My main dish was their Mutton Biryani which was very good. Not sure about the style, but found some faint resemblance to the Malabar Biryani we are used to. Surely a refreshing change from the spicy versions popular in the City. Overall a satisfying experience then, hope they are retaining the standards now. And never dine from their Shanti Nagar outlet.

It’s a good restaurant located in old airport road their mutton biriyani is really good but rest of the things are overpriced and not worth the money
Srirang S Rao
The food at this place is way too oily. Not a good place for someone who is health conscious and wants to keep their cholesterol levels low.
Supriyo Dey
Situated right on the Old Airport Road, opposite to Anjaneya Tech Park and between Leela Palace Hotel and Domlur Bridge, this a place can be located very easily. It offers Mughlai food, but not satisfactory quality. It shall not suit every one's pallet.
Stanz M
This is the best place to eat mutton biriyani. This is on the main Raod of old Airport road just before the Leela palace. We Always visit this place for mutton biriyani. Must try biriyani at Rahhams don't miss it. I'm eating here from past 5 Years Always same taste. Must try
Swathi Shaly
The service is really good..the staff is courteous..the food is pretty ok..nothing too great..the biriyani is good though but not the best..
Hussain
Food is nothing extraordinary here. Biryani is ok.
The Roadside Ambur biryani tastes 100 times better than the biryani available here.
260 for a chicken biryani is a total rip off.
Not coming here again.
It would be better if you too skip this restaurant.
Manjunath Srinivasa
Disgusting unhygienic restaurant, Nothing on the menu is available yet they have order online option which resulted in these fools cancelling my order after wasting 1 hour my time, Now idiots at Zomato are not even taking the complaint. #Idiots.
Sumeet Pattanshetty
Worst ever experience with the much hyped Biryani in town. Biryani was very usual and definitely NOT value for money spent. These guys charged parcel charge of 400 for 18 biryanis, which is senseless, besides the packing was horrible. NEVER will recommend this place to any of my connections. Hands down to SHARIEF BHAI @ Koramangala.....
KARTHIK Sk
Best mutton biriyani and mutton chops in bangalore😋............................................................Regular customer for the past 10years
Sachin Muddappa
I didn’t find anything great. I guess the taste is getting faded along with the service. Had been for lunch yesterday and ordered for starters, biryanis and the PEPSI. Every thing came at a time and they didn’t even serve to the plates. If it’s a fine dining restaurant then atleast they will have to do this.

The Raita never came had to ask for that. The taste was also not great felt a mistake to go and have here.
Deepa Subhakar
More than two hours to deliver food
Venkat Karthik Mukidichetti
We had Afghani HAIR chicken.. coz the chicken. Had hair in it and the service is so bad.. they didn't have the courtesy to let us know that kitchen is closing and by the time we wanted to order more.. they come up saying it's closed.. the ambience my God the worst ever the water dripping from the ceiling and the seats are torn..

Final review worst place EVER
Raaji
Have ordered from here a few times, mostly mutton briyani. The mutton pieces are soft and perfectly cooked. The rice is slightly bland for my liking and there is generally an insane amount of oil in the rice, which can be reduced.
Baldeep
Bad experience:

Attend to complaints, speak to the customers listen to them and you’ll do well.

Raw rice mixed in Biryani, just image how’ll it be when you chew and burnt Kababs.

Returned Biryani, again received the same rice, I should’ve understood and cancelled the order because Biryani will be cooked once and how many ever times they replace it will be the same.

Nobody to speak about it, cashier says you should’ve told us and he sits outside the restaurant facing the road, do you expect me to come out to the road and speak to you, eh?

Service is on top, house full with only three waiters and every customer is yelling for their food.

Be happy in your own world.

Roja Reddy
Chicken steak was not good . Service was good . For Biryanis dont go late . Pahadi chicken was good . Check ur bill twice while swiping card specially.
Rommanne
Rahhams has a take away counter outside the restaurant this is something I prefer because the price is almost 40% less when you parcel the food. Also, the service for take away is good.

I mainly go here when the cook is on a holiday. The 'only chicken shawarma' is good and filling. The kababs are tasty and the biryani tastes good.

However, in my last few visits I found some of the dishes in the menu not available. I was told that I have come past 10pm and the stock is over. So please be on time to savor the food!
Umang Trivedi
I'm kind of surprised why is this restaurant rated so low. The ambiance is not great, but the food is certainly worth. A little more oily then it should be, but the taste is really good. I didn't like their mutton starters. However, I found the chicken starters to be really good. The chicken tuliman soup was delectable, way beyond our expectations. I never finish soup, but this one I did. Go here for food and not ambiance or crowd or other points which should not really matter to a foodie.
Paulami
Very disappointed with the taste and service. We ordered 1 mutton biryani and 1 chicken biryani for parcel. After coming back home when we opened, both was chicken biryani. But they took cash for mutton. Coming to the taste, the worst biryani ever. Just pathetic !
Amar
Service has declined and so has quality of food. Been going here since last 7 years.

Now I visit the place just for its really good and signature mutton biryani (used to be really really good or let's just settle for "used to be excellent"). It's own disctinct flavour with smaller rice that adds to the charm and very subtly mixed spices. The biryani, when you look at it, just looks like pieces of mutton and fried rice but the real taste kicks in when it hits your tongue.

And, patthar gosht are delicous too.

I would rate it just for these dishes as I don't order anything else anymore.

And yes, very reasonable prices. Also, even though service has gone down (not sure but they might have moved more to the "delivery" side) - the staff and the management remain as courteous and polite as they used to be. I would still recommend this place.
Arnabnexus
Ordered 2 mutton biriyanis and Chicken bulbul for dinner. Chicken item was really nice also the mutton pieces in biriyani was soft and tender. But the rice was pathetic, it was no where near to any damn biriyani . Tasteless, bland sticky rice, nor the rice or mutton had any flavour and scent close to any biriyani on earth. Worst part got 2 strands of hair in biriyani. Please try to improve the hygiene at least if not the taste. Also you can give it a separate name other than biriyani , as the one you serve is an insult to actual biriyani & biriyani lovers !!!
Chicken Bulbul just saved the night.....
Ajith Nayak
The worst food i had ever had, they served Chicken Shrawma on the road side costing around 100 bugs, taste was bad not cooked properly, size was also very small, as comparative it was not even worth 40 bugs
Vinod Tavva
With all the hype given by few of friends for their Biryani.. been to this place but quite disappointed with the ambiance and too congested. Coming to the food Biryani taste was okay not price worthy and oil in the Biryani was too much while eating you feel like your drinking oil(might be I went on a wrong day)

Over all coming to the rating.

Ambiance: 2
Staff : 2.5
Food : 2.4

Got a chance to visit Rahams Old Airport again for a friends treat. As always we ordered their much popular Mutton Biriyani. They consistently maintain the quality of the Mutton which is so tender. But what excited us that day was the starter Mutton Sholay. Man that was such a delicious stuff. Generally I finds most of the mutton starters to be bland or too spicy. This one was well marinated and balanced. My taste buds still gets excited thinking about it ;). It was a 10/10. If you visit Rahams, go for it.

Food Quality- 4/5
Ambience- 2/5
Price - 4/5
Utpalendu Bhagawati
You can separate every rice in the Biryani when you touch it .... feels good.... I was so impressed by the smell n look of it, wish I could say the same about the taste .... it's not bad but it's just another Biryani ... another thing for my dislike is the huge chunk of mutton pieces as for me it should be small delicate juicy pieces. Overall not a bad experience
Almas Fathima
Really very bad....... Dont ever go.... Waste of money and time.........................................................................
.......... Zero ratings
Sarthak Gakhar
Visited this place on a weekday. Ordered a chicken Tikka roll.

It was horrible. We could hardly find chicken in it. The chapati was hard and difficult to chew.
Daniel Justus
Decent place for meet. Their mutton dishes are very nice. Either it is briyani or kebab mutton is good. Chicken is average in taste. Little bit pricy.
Rajat Garg
Visited a few days ago with my friends. We ordered Mutton Karela Biryani, Mutton Liver, Chicken dopiaza, Paneer Butter Masala and 3 lime soda (1 sweet and 2 salts). Being a veggie I only tasted the paneer butter masala and it was okayish but my friends liked Mutton Karela Biryani but they didn't like mutton liver and chicken dopiaza.
Food (2/5)

Staff and Service: Poor, worst service I have ever seen. They mixed our order, instead of 1 sweet and 2 salts lime soda he brought 2 sweet and 1 salt and was not ready to admit his mistake. (1/5)

Ambiance: One word -> Poor. (0.5/5)
Can not visit here next time. Very disappointing place.
Pramod Korah
Tried Rahhams Mutton and Chicken Biriyani. This was part of a Biriyani tasting session with friends wherein we bought single portions of Biriyani from 5 restaurants as walk ins.
The best Biriyani of the lot was Rahhams. The mutton Biriyani rice was very flavourful. ...kacchi biriyani. The mutton pieces were also nice and soft.
Chicken biriyani, though the rice was good, the chicken was very bland.
Shweta Kamal
Visited rahamms couple of days ago and regret to have visited. The chicken ghost was cold and mutton biryani was lousy. On complaining about the food being cold the same left over dish was heated and served with no regret. We wanted the mutton biryani to be changed to chicken but was told that the chicken biryani was not available. However, the chicken biryani was served to the next table. A horrible place to visit from all perspective.
DeoVaishnav Nandam
It is nice to be here . The food mainly we have to taste is starters because there were many and many number of varieties but only once we can taste not so regularly. The thing don't expect more spicy in this place . I suggest for the non spicy guys 😉
Nabeel Akram
Too expensive for shawarma rolls . They charging 140 rs plus tax for single shawarma roll. No good service . Totally disappointed . But shawarma rolls are tastie ones but price wise its not worth
Kevin Dennis
Biryani is worst. Expensive without any taste and the biryani was cold felt like old biryani... Too much for less taste. There are many other restaurants which has good taste of biryani which is at affordable price
Praman Arora
After a hearsay review which termed its Mutton chops as being the best in Bangalore, we decided to take a chance with the place. Full portion of Mutton Chops had about 8 pieces and they look appetizing as well. But what a disappointment, they uncooked and rubbery. After having a few bites they went straight to the dust bin. Its going to take a lot efforts to really be able to order from here again.
Dharshan Nagendra
Nice place for mutton biryani . Chicken biryani also tastes good must give a try if you are in search of biryani's , , kebabs are good
Ambience 3/5
Taste 4/5
Service 3/5
Value for money 1/5

No doubt the mutton biriyani tasted really good. The rice was moist, the meat was soft. One can eat the biriyani just by itself...doesn't need the sides or salad.

But weird, I immediately got some irritation and mild pain at my throat as soon as I stepped out. It lasted a couple of days and left an otherwise good experience in questionable territory. May be it's some of the ingredients, may be it's some infection that's going all over Bangalore.

I may not return.
Ganesh Mirajkar
I go here to eat only ambur mutton biryani. Especially on Friday afternoons. Mutton biryani may not be available on other evening's unless you go early by around 7:30 pm. In the Afternoon, it is available by around 1pm. They actually bring it from their other branch. So gets over very quickly when it comes. I usually go there at 1pm. Other than that they also serve some good kebabs like botti, and sholay.
There is no need to describe their mutton biryani, since everyone one knows that it's the best ambur mutton biryani you ll get in this area.
Senthil Kumar
Wow!! Yummy, Mutton Briyani. I'm basically from Chennai. When I visited Bangalore for a business visit, my manager ordered a Briyani from here . His choice was right :)

P.S. The rating is only for Mutton Briyani. As I see from other reviews, some items in the menu was not available. Suggest you to prefer take away.
Jitender Meena
Rahhams ... what can I say ... it's just awesome. ... delicious food ... nice gentry ... appetizing .. aromatic ...atmosphere. ... to summarize simple restaurant with great food...

I consider Rahhams biriyani as one of the best biriyani's in Bangalore. Hence I was quite surprised that I had not visited this particular outlet of theirs.
Landed up here by purpose with hubby for lunch. The restaurant is a bit cramped with tables a little too close to each other. Since it was a working day it was packed with office goers. Almost every table had their famous biriyani which is not too surprising since we also landed up ordering the same.
I am a Chicken biriyani person but it's only this place that I land up ordering Mutton biriyani since the meat just melts in your mouth. You can also order just a biriyani rice if you still have the place to eat to more. Their Sholay kabab and malai kabab are also very good.
Point to note, none of the food is cooked there instead brought from a central place ( they call it HQ) every afternoon and evening!
Lincy Hepsiba
Being a hardcore biriyani fan... Always on the lookout for a good adda for mutton biriyani.
A perfect blend of flavor n taste.. The mughal style biriyani...
A must try of one of the biriyani type...
My favorite place for mutton biriyani...
Definitely a must try ...
Period..I have said too much
Tanima
Tried the chicken biriyani. Inspite of telling them to give good chicken pieces the biriyani was third grade. Very small bone pieces of chicken. Very high price. Please do not waste money by buying from rahams. They will cheat you.
Anwesha Mazumder
Have always passed by the Old Airport outlet and one day decided to get some food packed.

Had Shole Chicken and Chicken Biryani. The shole chicken is a dry fried dish n the biryani was a typical karnataka style dish, light in spices and both tasted good.

Also they did give a yum portion of Payasam complimentary!
Shruthi Anchalkar Rodrigues
Muslim marriages = yummilicious mouth watering biryani and that's exactly what you can expect at rahhams. The melt in your mouth tenderness of the mutton in the the subtley flavoured biryani rice is to die for..
The quantity for the amount given is justified. Tried their chilli chicken and it was fabulous.
Definitely will eat here again and again and again.
Only drawback is that they do not have delivery.
Raghuvinder
Awesome food. Mutton chops, Chicken Pahari and A Lamb Biryani. What a combo. Love the food. Place could have been much better. Nevertheless, for the taste of food, go for it.
Amisha
Prefer taking parcels from here than dine in. The place isn't very clean. Neither are the staffs friendly. Food can be rated as 3/5 and ambience 2/5. They are usually out of items on the menu. Not a great fan of this place.
Angelina
Ordered a mutton biryani takeaway from this place and I loved it. The meat is juicy and well cooked and the biryani is so tasty! Would not suggest the place for dine in. Get the takeaway.

Food - 4.5/5
Ambience - 2/5

My verdict: Go for it!
Saba Kousar
well mutton biryani lover can visit this place as its meant for it and mutton fried rice ,service is not up to expectation and very high rates on dishes with not much good quantity and quality .
Sneha Patnaik
The biryanis here are exceptionally delicious and its all dhum biryani which is authentically cooked and gives this amazing aroma that makes your mouth water and gets your tastebuds ready for a blast. Awesom place. Love it.

I had high expectations from Rahhams after hearing so much about their supposed "best" biryani in the city.
Finally went here today and got takeaway.
There's a huge display just at the entrance to the restaurant which showcases the kebabs and the dishes of the day. There's also a counter outside where you can order for takeaway.

Got a mutton biryani, a chicken biryani and a Chicken Hyderabadi.
The order was done in no time and we got our parcel within minutes.
But the biryani was a huge letdown. Three of us couldn't even complete the biryanis and had to throw it away.

Hands down the worst biryani I've ever had. Bland rice and boiled meat that wasn't properly cooked.
Taste wise and portions wise it was bad.
The Chicken Hyderabadi was your average tomato based chicken gravy with small pieces of meat floating around, nothing special.

Maybe the Frazer Town outlet which is rated well on Zomato does justice to its reputation but surely this one can be skipped.
Huge disappointment.
Not Recommended at all.
