It has good ambience and service. Also the food ( starters ) were good ! Main course ain't that great but yeah decent. Reasonable price. I Would suggest to go for dinner than lunch !

This place is food heaven or what! its my first time at buffet restaurant and I won't forget it! The live grill on the table, the starters- prawns fish different chicken preparations tasted so so yummy! The main course was great and the dessert options are very nice! So worth for many things! Nice ambiance. Very very courteous staff was specially courteous and went out of his way to prepare a special pineapple dish which was not even on the menu. Finally it is a great dine out. I Was here along with my work team. Very welcoming staff but couldn't find a place earlier to the said time. Took a bit to set our table up. BBQ Starters were exceptional. Me and most of our team were stuffed with starters and almost skipped the main course. staff here were courteous, and frequently checking what was needed.. thats a good service here. We enjoyed every bit on the platter not a thing to complain.

This place has a good Barbecue buffet. The staff are friendly and the ambiance is nice. It's a rooftop restaurant and located in central Jayanagar. The appetizers and desserts are very good. They serve both veg and non-veg.

One of the best restaurants I've ever been. Best service, valet parking is also there. One of worst,pathetic place i have ever been to.. Christmas night and before reaching the venue got a call from manager saying they will close 10:30pm..All together we were 11 people..starters were ok not that great.. And service was pathetic.. You need to wait for 20mins for the barbeque to get filled with items.. And you need to follow up the staffs for a cup of sauce.. Coming to main course,less options with bad taste.. At last they gave the finger bowl with cold water.. How on earth someone can give you finger bowl with cold water.. And top of it cokcroaches came out when staffs removed the barbeque from rhe table.. I will never ever visit grill square again and will never recommend anyone to go.. I had to give one star as half star was not available..

On the day we went to hotel lift was not working. All the to third floor we were forced to use the stairs. Food was not that good and lt was ok. On the grill it was only mushroom and other items were banana, watermelon, potato, pineapple and sweet corn. Price is on higher side. Ambience is not that good and also cleanliness. I will not recommend to others

Neither liked the ambience nor food . Only Indonesian grill fish ( starter ) was relatively better .but mutton roghan juice was worst . In fact I got food poison having that . Not worth it ..��

We had been to this place quite a few times, I must admit when it started, food, service all was good. But gradually over years, the quality of food and service has depleted. We had been there yesterday and have now decided that this was our last visit to this place. Starting from parking, though it says valet parking, but drivers were not available. Chat counter was closed. Food served was not very great and service was damn slow, we had to remind them every time to serve food after one serving. Soup was not hot and lacked taste. Main course spread was good but lacked taste. Sweets were just few and not so great. I have a question- I understand there will be less no of visitors on weekdays for you, but does that mean you should not plan properly for your weekdays customers? And to top it all, we came down and were waiting for searching for valet parking guy for 10 mins and he was not there. Then we just thought of checking if his drawer is open for our keys and to great our surprise, drawer was open, we could find our keys just in front. We took it, left our second parking card there and went away!!! Was this safe??? Had someone else taken the car keys, who would have taken the responsibility!!! ????

BBQ starters was ok! Main course with less option and not that tasty! Service people were very courteous! However comparing to other BBQs in Bangalore, this one is fair and with less food options and bit costly! Ambience was very bright! No liquor and drinks option! I will not recommend!

Food well below average, starters were cold, hot, sweaty climate inside, the only thing that can be praised is their service. Nonetheless, strongly recommend skipping your visit.

We had non veg buffet which was just very average. The place was empty and place is dirty. the food had no variety . For 790/- it’s not worth.

Quality of food is bad, restaurant was empty during afternoon. Chicken was stinking, they covered the stale meat with chilli powder. I think they served yesterday’s food. Surprisingly we also had guest appearance from cockroach (photo attached)

Not so bad restaurant in the area. We had non-veg buffet and we've the fish BBQ and mutton curry of all. The beauty is here we can have both veg and non-veg at Rs. 750. I don't recommend veg frm here. Had bad experience with the burnt Paneer and salt-less mushroom. On the whole, it's good but not a must go.

This is place is not at all worth the money that is being asked.<br/>To begin with, the plates were not clean when we arrived.<br/>I wished I could be positive about the food, but it's really hard to be positive if the fish and the paneer is spoilt. Not worth what they charge for. There is no A/C, no ambience and the restaurant is old and not kept tidy. The buffet has very less options and we had just one desert. Terrible service, bad food and terrible quantity. this used to be such a good place, it's disappointing how bad it's become. The staff didn't have anything ready even though we had a reservation. in spite of asking repeatedly for food, we weren't given anything on time. Very disappointed.

At the restaurant now it is one of the worst dining I've ever been the whole experience was so bad we have run out of the restaurant while we were half way through our dine in. They brought the starter before soup and they brought the wrong one as well. The gravy ordered was very very greasy.

We went on a team lunch and were blown away at the quality of the food. Everything that came up for grilling was under cooked. Cockraches live were delivered along with the grill - the staff removed it after complaint. <br/><br/>Even though the whole rooftop was empty, the service was slow. The only things that got cooked in 15 minutes were fish and prawns using the grill.<br/><br/>Vegans will be shocked to see the uncooked mushrooms and paneer that won't ever be on the grill. The only thing that would be grilled are pineapple and watermelon.<br/><br/>Potato kaju cream and corn Masala are the only things that can be considered starters.<br/><br/>Item that saved the day is main course.<br/>Hyderabadi chicken dum biriyani, egg curry and raita in non veg. Noodles and panner curry in veg will help you fill the stomach.<br/><br/>Check the freshness of the fruits kept for salad. We found watermelon was stale.<br/><br/>Dessert - The only thing that left a good taste in my mouth. Ice cream and hot gulam jamun were just right.

At 8pm on a Sunday there was hardly anyone. Food wasn't ready by then. Once we got the food, this was the worst barbeque buffet we ever had. Most of the food items were either under cooked or burnt. AC wasn't working and even the card machine wasn't. The only positive was the size of the prawns, by then the taste was poor.<br/>Staff even offered to pack the food as people were eating so less. They know how the food tastes :)

I used to visit this place quiet often back in 2015 and used to love the ambience and the food. There were barely 3/4 starters in both Veg and Non-veg and even the taste was not that good. Only Chicken Leg Piece was worth eating. For Main Course they had only peas rice, and white rice. There were no Live Counters. There were no chat stalls. Coming to the desserts, previously they used to stack up 3-4 types of cake and Sweets. There used to be 3/4 flavours of Ice Cream and a lot of cut Fruits. This time there were absolutely NO cakes, two sweets, one of which was over and they didn't bother to refill. Coming to Drinks- prior they used to have a 2 page menu for just cocktails and juice. This time only 2 items - Fresh Lime Soda and Fresh Lime Juice. No other options.<br/><br/>Ambience - The place looks much more larger and spacious compared to before. The seating was pretty comfortable and the whole place looked nice.<br/><br/>Staff - The staff seemed pretty lazy. They took forever to bring out the stuff we asked for. We had to ask for starters thrice before they brought it out. They were not at all enthusiastic and looked as if they wanted us all to leave.<br/><br/>Worth the Money - Definitely not! They are charging almost as much as Barbeque Nation and they don't even have half of the items that they have. Horrible food and service.<br/>Several items are exhausted and not refilled. Some items e.g.noodles, sides are even cold which indicates the staff are callous. All of this when there is hardly any crowd. The funny part is there was no manager on-site and there is no accountability.<br/>Visit at your own peril.

I visited this place on Sunday because I got a voucher from XOXODay. Unusually empty for a Sunday evening. We were the only customers from 7:30 - 9:30. The Welcome drink too was not great. We booked a table on Thursday night. We opted buffet, at the first we received the barbecue. The fish meat was bad and followed by chicken wasn't that good. When it came to buffet most items was very bad. I was very disappointed. The french Fries was soggy, the peas pulav was under cooked, the chicken curry was bad. Mainly the taste of food was flavorless. The only thing we really liked was the sabudana kheer and of course the ice cream and gulab jamun which was mainly outsourced. These guys have to work on their food. They charge us 750/- inclusive tax and its not worth a penny. The service is okay however the ambiance also needs some improvement.

Probably one of the best BBQ buffet's in south bangalore with a very good spread from soup, BBQ starters, salads, rice and roti main course, sweets, cakes and ice cream. They also have an ala carte menu as I've been here more than 10 times now and I can definitely say that one has to visit this place for BBQ good buffets suitable for all Veg & Non Veg eaters.

Food quality deteriorated compared to 2 years back when we had been there. Veg spread is not great including desserts. Place is not tidy and service is ok ok. To top all this they said cards had some server issue and hence cash only was accepted. Will not go to this place again.

The worst place I’ve ever eaten. The Combo they offered for 499 was stomach filling but pathetic in taste. The basmati rice smelt bad. The chicken leg piece and grilled chicken were hard. There's nothing good about the whole spread of food. Prawn BBQ was too much smoked flavor. When we requested for a spicier BBQ, they added red chilli powder on the same thing and got it :\ white sauce on the pasta was sweet and had a custard texture. The noodles and fried potato sticks were all soggy as the water due to the steam was falling back on top.<br/><br/>Ambience :<br/><br/>Hotel is on the 4th floor. Interiors is spacious. However, hygiene issues is severe. While having lunch cockroach was crawling over the table!<br/><br/>Service :<br/><br/>The hotel is rated between pathetic and ok. There was one waiter, who didn't understand anything we said. He just looked at us confusingly, mumbling something. Maybe he wasn't sure with the language. Another waiter was the guy who we called when we saw the cockroach. He just took a tissue from the table and flicked it away, like it were a daily affair. And didn't bother to apologize!<br/><br/>Later on the manager came and offered us another table. He said pest control was just done few days back. If this is the condition with pest control, I could only imagine the earlier state.<br/><br/>After all this, we just left the place without any further discussions. Unclean place and arrogant folks who are there to help you. The food is average. The reason I rated it 1 star is because we found a cockroach on the table and crawling into the plate. Unfortunately the person who was attending us was least apologetic about this. He nonchalantly changed the plate. After escalating this issue they offered to change the table. I refused the offer as we were not comfortable continuing dining there.

Food quality has deteriorated. While the non veg buffet includes prawns, I wasn't given and we had to ask for it. We had taken achari mushroom, Asian chicken, bharban potatoes, hot n sour soup, manchow soup, coastal prawns. Out of the lot only the chicken, manchow soup n potato were OK. The prawns were underdone and had to much raw coriander powder in it. The hot n sour soup tatsed metallic. The stewards looked tired and spaced out. Service was OK . it was not a good experience.

I have been to Grill square three times now, first time the food was great but the last two times the food was very disappointing. Most of the items lacked any taste and I found myself leaving some on the plate because it was so bad. The place has taken a turn for the worse.

Best place to have BBQ foods with for team lunch. Nicely grilled all veg ang non veg starters like, Chicken, Fish, Prawns, Mutton Tandoori, Panner, are especially good and numerous in options, as are the BBQ's.

An average restaurant in the heart of jayanagar. Concept is similar to BN, AB... Barbeque on the table. Valet parking is mentioned, but no drivers were available. The service was a little confused, got served all the starters before the soup arrived. Staff is friendly. <br/>There is buffet or a-la cart. I tried the A-la cart. The food was very disappointing. The grilled fish was one dish which was ok, it had a soft consistency. The murg Bhanu kebab was ok. The chicken manchow soup was not great. The chicken biryani was bad, the rice was totally bland, the chicken was stale and hard. The quantity is decent and the pricing is not high. <br/>On the whole, disappointed by the taste of the food.

On a scale of 1 to 10, food was a hard 10, no doubt. What it did lack was a little mood. The ambience was chaotic. Loud pop music plus overdramatic reality TV could only amount to noise. One of the best restaurants I've ever been. Best service, valet parking is also there. Loved BBQ Panner, BBQ Pineapple, Crispy corn, Sahi thukda, and much more... my stomech was about to blast with so many items . Ambience was also great. Best for friends nd family spends.  I will come back here again.

One of the best BBQ restaurant in Jayanagar 4th block that is affordable yet incredibly delicious. Packed with customers all the time which means you will have to wait for some time if you plan to dine there! especially on week ends

its good that we did Reservation as it was too crowded on Sunday. Loved their non veg starters. Main course items are very good. Desserts are good. Courteous waiters. Valet parking. Unlimited food. Keep your tummy empty before going.

OK so v had organized our seniors farewell party out here. The restaurant is spread over, 3rd floor being the air conditioned, and the fourth floor being a terrace.<br/>We had our event organized at the terrace.<br/>The service is really good as the waiters were extremely corporative.<br/>We had our own set of events going on and they had given us a limited buffet menu.<br/>Our menu did not Include barbecue items so i wouldn't comment on that.<br/>The ambience was nice. Dim lighted.<br/>I was in love with the Mango pasta salad and seafood salad.<br/>Also I liked the baby corn crispy.<br/>Veg jalfarazi was a bit bland<br/>The biryani murgh was extremely spicy. Way to spicy that someone can expect guess they can rectify that factor.<br/>Chocolate ice cream was good. Gajar halwa stole the show.<br/>

This is the worst place I have ever been...poor quality of food... serving is very late...no hygiene...I could not see one plus point to visit again...staffs r really unbearable...if u could eat dishes with cockroaches dine here...I think they should shut down this place as soon as possible...👿👹

I won't recommend this place to anyone one should wait for 15m to get some sauce ,food and ambience is like normal non veg restaurant. Compared to absolute barbecue and barbecue nation this is no where. Cost is almost similar to absolute barbecue but the quality standards are very low<br/><br/>

Had a very bad experience at Grill Square Jayanagar. I went with my family for a lunch buffet. The staff was so immature, they have placed fish gravy in the vegetarian section and name it a veggie dish. When I taste it, I felt that something was wrong and immediately call the person working over there. They informed that the staff was not educated and by mistake it happened. Later when i asked for restaurant manager, he was not available there. This is absolutely undesirable and unacceptable. Will never visit this place again,

Had been to Grill Square tonight for Dinner.<br/>This has to be the cheapest Barbeque dinner one can have in this part of Bangalore - in all sense.<br/><br/>This place is managed horrendously and given that it was Saturday, even with a moderate crowd, the staff was struggling to tend tables and keep up with speed.<br/>Each starter took atleast 15-20mins to be refilled and had to remind the staff each time.<br/>When the mocktail and starters never came I had to call up the floor manager to speak and only then things picked up pace.<br/><br/>Buffet had a good spread of main course and looked appetizing. Roti, butter Naan & Kulcha all are good.<br/>Roasted Egg curry & Paneer curry was good while the Non-Vegetarian curries were really bad.<br/><br/>Salads fell flat and a very poor choice of desserts except for an outstandingly tasty kala jamoon.<br/><br/>PS: Restrooms are badly maintained too relative to the overall quality of this place.

I had been to this restaurent for a Team Lunch. Thumbs up for the taste.<br/>But, nothing much spcl compared to other barbeque places, infact they rank low when compared to the surrounding restaurents. The same food items clearly shows their lack of creativity. Minimal choice in main course too. No "Live-Prepare" Items. Minimal choice for desert too. The place is just above average. It needs a lot of improvement in all the sections

The buffet includes a wide variety of starters ( around 15 items including barbequed fruits). Although you have got much going on the grill, the taste of the food was below par and the main course doesn't get decent either. The dessert section has very less items but are great compared to other sections. There are many restaurants which offer decent food for the same cost. The service is good and the staff is polite. Ambiance is tolerable but not astonishing.

Inspite of reading n seeing the reviews I and my wife visited this place for dinner on her birthday thinking that people might have had a bad experience but after the starters were served v came to know that the starters n food here is not up to the mark. An another barbeque place u can even think off is this instead of BBQ nation. Its low of cost . The prawns were perfectly fired . They even give us a complimentary juice. The food is very good ..... Its easily locatable too.....one of the best BBQs ......

Worst food ever you can have around Jayanagar. Service was pathetic, used to not serve unless you ask for.  Almost every thing were served burnt. Overly priced!!

It was a super disappointing experience. Place looked decent and had buffet and a la carte... We opted for a la carte option. But the whole staff was just bothered about buffet and we had to wait for more than 30 minutes for our food. The chicken was stale and hard and smelly. For a bbq place that's really sad. Fish and Paneer starter were still good. We ordered drinks and papad which came at the end of our meal even after reminding multiple times. The main course was also served very late and by that time our hunger was lost. The main curry had raw spices smell which meant it wasn't cooked properly. In short a very very bad experience. Wouldn't recommend anyone. If there was a negative score option, I'd give that.

Hi all, I have been to this place about 5 times in 2016, the food then was amazing. Now, since the management has changed the food has become pathetic. Very bad food and no cleanliness maintained. To add on the prices have also increased. When I wanted to talk to the manager about this, he wasn't available. From my personal experience, I would suggest you not to visit this place. NOT WORTH A TRY TOO!

This place is a disaster now!! No where close to how it was earlier. Apparently the management has changed! Ambience is terrible. Food quality is bad. Not much variety even. Not worth a penny!

Celebrated one of my friend's Birthday here and had a big bash celebration along with staff, such a friendly staff they are.. good service and good BBQ food. Good will visit again )))))
