Nice cafe good thing is that it open up to 11pm we can go and hangout there outdoor sitting also available here . Nice staff it is on 80 feet road near 12 th main road entry from 80 feet road next to restaurant.Lightning was good parking also available at outside of this cafe so we can enjoy batter than 12 th main road where most of the time parking problem is there so we should go for a coffee here.

A coffee shop, which has expanded its options to other quick bites. A cosy place which is good for discussions and get together. You have 2 wheeler parking, but parking for 4 wheelers is an issue.

Good place for working, has WiFi and a comfortable tables. The atmosphere was nice, a little bit darker inside. The staff is friendly. It's more expensive that other places.

Good well maintained CCD. Good ambience. Satisfactory service. And most importantly located in excellent place. So overall 5* without any doubt.

Had ordered Belgium cold chocolate and it was Amazing .. right amount of sweetness . Worth every penny .

A good place to relax and have the choices provided by Cafe coffe day in the busy traffic of jeevan bhima nagar. A better place to spend time peacefully in the busy area. When asked for pizza from CCD, but there was no menu for the pizza... The attitude of the staff was pleasing but many staffs couldn't understand English..

Nice cozy corner Cafe with spacious interiors and adequate seating outside. Aroma of fresh coffee brewing definitely adds to the pleasure of sipping a hot cup of cappuccino in the Cafe. Cons- No parking space for 4 wheelers in vicinity. You need to make an effort to have a cup of coffee. Very little choice of snacks available.

This is a small and cool joint. A typical Cafe coffee day outlet that serves good coffee, fast food food options, cold coffees and much more. They have schemes and discounts available from time to time. Good place to chill with friends. Staff are friendly. The above is feedback is based on experience I got during my visit.

Coffee Day has become the goto place for a matrimonial visit :-D What to say, it's definitely over priced, or I'm not sure if my choices were bad all the time. But we go and pay for the ambience, not for the food as such! So that's it. Disclaimer: comments are generic and not specific to this particular outlet.

Good place to sit and work. They have comfortable seats and tables, so it works well for freelancers as a makeshift office. Staff and service are good as well - they don't bother you much.

Best place for weekend work, the furniture is quite comfortable. Weekends usually get crowed, the smoke gets filled in the non-smoking area as well. Cafe latte doesn't taste good!

For sure ccdhas been a classic meet up place for more than a decade however the quality has decreased quite a bit. I would still give the ambience of this branch a 4/5 however the highlight of the place which is coffee is average at best and so is the food .for the price and quality I think I have done justice towards my rating

CCD has always been famous for its brand.<br/>But, unfortunately nowadays only the brand and ambience seem to be good, not the core part; food.<br/>Last week, I bumped into Indiranagar store with my frie nd.<br/>We tried out Orangy Delight and Classic Cold Coffee.<br/>Surprisingly, the qquality of food was extremely poor. Cold coffee! coffee day is best for cold coffee! Peaceful place! Hangout with friends! Sandwiches were good and service was good and staffs were friendly

Easy to find...right on the main road...Not bad but Gets very crowded though!<br/><br/>Taste detetroting day by day... Specially the cold drinks which is dumped with ice cubes only!<br/>

We asked for coffee and got plastic in it. Pathetic service. The guy asked for 7% tax where as when the bill came it was 5% . He put drops of whipped cream , after shouting he put whipped cream properly only in one coffee. The worst part was plastic. So sad that only night coffee place is ruined.

Went here for late night snacks and ordered a pizza and two drinks. The pizza was uncooked and staff wasn’t ready to accept the fault. Staff wasn’t accommodating at all and tried to pin it on us. When asked for replacement they microwaved the same pizza and server that smugly. Highly disappointing experience. Adding to this they didn’t have their card machine working. Not recommended.

At times wifi not working , they issues in changing TV channel ....will put western music on TV on mute. Or teleccast only Indian T20 matches on mute.....other matches , give some lame excuses every time ..it's a time pass place if u HV gossip and girls to chit chat ...not a place for value for Money

Disappointed.ordered coffee, club sandwiches and burger. found several ants moving around the plates. Also there were dead ants inside the burger. The coffee mug was also chipped at the brim. Not expected from such a big outlet.

This outlet has ample seating space, which is rare in other ones. Even better for late night coffees. Menu availability is good compared to nearest outlet again. Staff was unaware about the coffee flavour but was quite polite.

It's a good place to handout.. Loved it more and went along with my friend to enjoy my birthday it was really nice. Would recommend this place

Ambience is without any doubt is good. You can bring your laptop to work or simply book an appointment with someone for a meeting. Also good place for hang out. I was alone so ordered Mocha Butterscotch Cup which was too sweet so my rating for this one is 2*. If you are health concious so better be mindful. I also ordered masala chai by Roosh which is their own product. Try without milk then only you wud like it abd my rating is 3.5*. I also tried their crispy vada which goes well with tea. Loved their tomato chutney so my rating is 3.5* as well.

What's not to like at coffee day ?! Definitely on a pricy side for a coffee house , but can't resist the best hot chocolate that they serve!

Ideal hangout for late night coffees after a dash of alcohol at Indiranagar's famous pubs. The location is excellent - bang on the 12th main road and 80 feet road junction.<br/>The ambience is relaxed, yet chirpy (as it is mostly packed), and has been maintained really well over the years.<br/>The staff is courteous, but keeps changing it seems. I see new faces every time I visit!<br/>This CCD is almost legendry and you should not miss it! Perhaps you can head out for some dosa in empire after a coffee here ;)

The best branch of Cafe Coffee Day in Bangalore, right at the 12th main junction on 80ft road, Indiranagar. Good, courteous staff and quick service (Don't expect miracles, tho).<br/>New F&B menu is introduced periodically. But food at CCD has always been, well, not much to boast of.<br/>Classics like Cafe Latte, Cafe Frappe and Capuccino are the best. Mysore Nuggets Coffee is a heady mix of coffee and milk. Kids and youngsters are sure to love Cold Popcorn Latte and Crunchy Frappe.

A nice cafe to enjoy your evening coffee. Amazing ambience with good customer service. Must for any coffee lover. Love the Smoked chicken sandwich and Tropical Iceberg Cold coffee here.

Been here multiple times and love the shakes and sparklers here . Best place to hang out at late nite with ur frnds . Shakes were utterly delicious esp the mango and chocolate ones . Almond rabdi frappe is ma all time favorite here

You cannot buy happiness , but you can buy coffee !! <br/><br/>Though coffee makes me happy , I dont quite get the whole hype about the coffee chains and the logic behind the pricing !! I do enjoy a cuppa once a while but find the filter coffee more comforting and tasty , Also at a lesser than quater the price!!<br/>However i love the interiors and ambience at cafe coffee day .<br/><br/>And the large and Strategically located outlets make it easy for meetings and a place to while away time in between your errands / appointments in that area , as going back home for an hour or two just doesnt make sense in bangalore traffic !! Went into one after ages and had my usual cappacino , which was alright and could have been more stronger as the flavour was not very intense <br/>The menu seems to have more options now compared to earlier days , will try out some snacks next time before i put out a detailed review ! <br/><br/>

Somehow my heart sinks when I go here. They always deliver quality less stuff. I go here mainly for my business purpose because they have amazing and cosy seating plus outdoors as well hence business meetings go well in here. Just that once tri d a lemonade I mentioned I wanted it sweet they mixed sale and sugar ok let's say that was healthy later I ordered a blue cool or something and I got blue water in crushed ice. Now let's talk about the snacks I ordered planner sandwich the bread one it was stale. I love this place because of the seating but if they give such substandard drinks I don't know where else will I sit and work. I am sorry but next time of the management has no issues I am telling the staff there to give me something that they think good so if it's bad I will return. Just letting you know in prior.

I feel bad to give even 1 star rating to this place. The worst place ever... This is the second encounter I had today... During my 1st visit they served me the cappuccino in an unwashed cup. And today I pay Rs. 198 for the tandoori chicken sandwich which had a bread as hard as rock and as crispy as Rusk. Not even served hot. You guys better close down before you turn down the CCD brand name.

The service is really pathetic and they didn't even give the bill. They kept switching off the air conditioner. I would not recommend this place to anyone

They don't have anything in coffee section except regular cappuccino and latte. No cranberry, red velvet or inverted or any other fancy item you would really like to try.<br/>The service is slow and we have to call the servers to clean the table .. <br/>I am not happy :|

The CCD is close to my heart and I love the way it has been put up. They offer cozy interiors and spacious outdoor seating for smokers well. There's nothing much to talk about the menu however the service is fast and responsive.<br/><br/>All in all, a great joint for a fun session anytime of the day.

Best place for the worst of everything! The cashier kept lying about everything, made up some rules about little app coupons and later admitted that they were false. He even refused to take freecharge payment (there was a good offer on freecharge). And worst bit is that I'm sure the management has told him to behave that way.

I think of all the ccds I've been..this one I'd rate the best...maybe the location where it is situated..and it has the seatings outside very nicely set for smokers...and the service is also better unlike other places where people don't listen and bring some other stuffs what we didn't even order..the seatings inside also is very nicely arranged which makes it one of the good places to meet up..they even do 🚗 services if you're unable to get down from that low lying lambos..good place to go for evening ☕..

One of the really nice CCDs I have been to. Located well, with separate smoking and non smoking zones and variety of seatings.<br/>We ordered cafe frappé and sat for 3 hours chatting.<br/>The staff maybe got bugged and presented us with a menu after our 2 hour seating and expected us to order. Anyway we did order a sizzle dazzle brownie desert and it was simply great, molten sizzling chocolate with soft brownie and vanilla. <br/>Liked the place, worth sitting and spending hours, better than any over rated and uselessly expensive Starbucks.

Had ordered two cups of Cafe Mocha and 3 Chocolate Truffles. To be frank - I did not like the Cafe Mocha at all. The taste was that, which one could get from any regular coffee vending machine and it was not even blended properly.  However, the savior was the truffle cakes. They were delicious, fresh and had been baked to perfection. <br/><br/>Been tried out numerous CCD outlets - I can state that, Belgian Choco Shots and the desserts offered here, are the safest options to go with, always!

This is one of the better ccd's due to staff and location. Always one of the best ccd's to try out their new items. I use this location as a meeting point often. Once I even had to come sit here since I was locked out of my house.<br/><br/>This time we had the cranberry specials which was part of the magical brews. The cranberry Latte was ok , tasted just like the regular Latte but the cranberry hot chocolate was delicious with a strong flavour of cranberry. The staff recommended the crispy veg wrap when asked about something fresh and it was fresh and nice. Now looking forward to trying the red velvet specials from the magical brews series.<br/><br/>The restroom here needs to be maintained better (complaint from last visit), else everything good here -mainly the friendly staff.

I am writing this review after a few days as I am quite irritated with this outlet Manager’s attitude.<br/><br/>Stopped by here for a Caffe Americano as I had a long evening ahead and a caffeine boost would do me good.<br/>Since there was some time to spare and the décor and ambience of this outlet is much nicer than the usual outlets, I decided to walk around and take a few pictures. <br/><br/>But as courtesy demands and as is my usual practice I inform the staff I would like to take pics. However they came back to me mentioning their manager says pics are not allowed to be taken. I fail to understand the reason behind this as I have taken pics at other CCD outlets without any such restrictions. <br/><br/>I do understand that Food & Drink quality and taste are of utmost importance and only then followed by ambience and service however such attitude does not definitely leave a nice thought in one’s mind especially for a return visit. <br/><br/>In addition to their Americano, I also picked up their in-house made bottled drink called Mushy Mango, which is pretty good. Do drink it chilled!<br/><br/>PS: I do notice that my fellow reviewers who have visited this outlet had no trouble taking pictures of this outlet. Guess it was one of those days for me!!

The place is simply awesome my mind is extremely not clear due to my personal issues but when I came here and ordered a vanilla cappuccino after a sip from it really a lot of changes happens over a cup of coffee and the staffs are fabulous specially I would like to mention the guy who is handling the cashier part he guided me well with a smile and makes me feel so comfortable and thanks to the girl who serves me and thanks to the team will visit soon

Best place to hang out. My favorite is Devils Own and choco frappe. Ambience is also good. They have big table which can be really useful if you have a big group.

Big crunch veg cheese burger is a big big promoter (forcer) of big stale onion pieces... As that is all our burger had... The burger patty was just okay... But the old stale smelly and bad tasting onion pieces coupled with very hard to bite bread buns just killed the appetite... Though price model moderately, CCD can still do much better.. also, if bill cannot be printed... Please be kind in telling the customer upfront about it... It bad service to stay quite and simply not serving a bill at all.... This is one of the well-kept in the Indranagar area. Many folks living in the locality would be aware of it but then new comers will not be able to spot it easily. It might shock or surprise, when I say that there are 4 outlets in the locality. Which means, anywhere you go in Indranagar area, CCD will be close by. Compared to the other 4 outlets, I feel that this has better ambiance. Let me share more experience from my recent visits.<br/><br/>Location <br/><br/>If you are on the CMH Road heading from Ulsoor side. Drive until the end of CMH Road and then take right turn. As you keep driving on this road, keep looking to the right side. There is a right turn at this road where you can see people taking turns, the CCD is located in the corner.<br/><br/>Ambiance<br/><br/>The ambiance is quite nice this place. There are huge glass doors on looking the traffic outside. There are nice sofa seats next to the glass door and then it leads to small section where there is souvenir stand with glasses and saucers. There is one huger stand that has coffee beans and powders that been bought from CCD.<br/><br/>The outlet has these special fancy fans fitted to the ceiling which also adds to the décor of this place.<br/><br/>Something special I should mention about this place is that they have a long table with seats across. And if you are looking to just find a seat to sit and have coffee and not worry about who is sitting on the other side or beside you, you can opt for any of the seat.<br/><br/>Apart from this there is also this huge glass shelf where the food items can be seen and ordered from. The menu is also mentioned on poster that is put upon the wall behind the billing counter.<br/><br/>Food<br/><br/>The place has multiple items in terms of food and drinks. <br/><br/>Chilly Cheese Toasts<br/><br/>This is a toast that has cheese and chilli on top. It is warmed in microwave and given with ketchup. The taste is better when you take it with coffee.<br/><br/>One of the most common snack item that anyone going to CCD will end up ordering coz of simple reason that it is a simple dish, quite consistent anywhere and goes along quite well with the coffee.<br/><br/>Almond Biscuiti<br/><br/>This is actually the rusk that we get at bakeries that can be dipped in coffee / tea and taken. The taste of the biscuit is quite good and it goes along quite well with the coffee that we end up taking.<br/><br/>Drinks<br/><br/>This outlet has the similar kind of coffee like the other but then I don’t remember ordering anything apart from Cappuccino and Café Frappe from this store.<br/><br/>Cappuccino is the strong coffee that comes with foam. Ideally whenever you need to feel refreshed, this is the best drink to take. I would also go one step further and stay that you should be taking the large size that comes in a huge glass. Taking the entire glass will make you feel a lot better.<br/><br/>Café Frappe is the cold coffee option at CCD which is very popular among lots of people. Reason is quite simple that the taste is quite good. It’s the coffee + milk + ice-cream. The ice-creams are added in good quantity which added to sweetness. It isn’t the bitter cold coffee that you might get elsewhere.<br/><br/>Overall Experience<br/><br/>This is a good place to come along with friends and family, have a conversation over coffee. One experience that surprised was that the person at the store was quite hesitant when I wanted to click pictures. He was telling that it was against policy. I was a little surprised why he did that coz I have not heard of it anywhere. I would leave it up to the CCD Management to handle.<br/><br/>My rating on the basis of the food, drinks and experience is 3.5/5. Extremely good place to spend my weekend with one of my best friend....<br/>It was a rainy day we ordered Irish coffee and some burgers... the coffee was so good that I couldn't resist an other one.....

Where ever you go, when you need a coffee boost up, the first place I search for is a nearest ccd! They have awesome coffees and sandwiches ! Love your cookies and potato fries. And you can sit here for ages they wont throw you out!  They had this wonderful outlet of ccd lounge in Indira Nagar , which they closed for some reason. I still miss the food there. Please bring the lounge back.   If anyway if you can reduce the tax amount charged I am very sure some of my ccd fan friends will come back to this place. :)

Stumbled across this joint while taking a pleasant evening stroll. Their outdoor seating attracted me towards it. It's very pretty and gives you a sense of peace and quiet even though its situated on a busy road.<br/>I, however, went inside. I'd ordered a strawberry cupcake, chocolate cupcake, Belgian chocolate shot, Irish and hazelnut flavored cappuccinos. Cupcakes were sad, Belgian chocolate shot was good. Coffees were nice but didn't really taste much of the hazelnut in the hazelnut one.<br/>The wooden beams on the ceiling added to the beauty of the place. Spacious and good seating.<br/>This is place doesn't. offer anything new but good for catching a steaming hot cuppa in the wintry evenings of Bangalore.

Situated on the 12th Main Road this Cafe Coffee Day was buzzing with people. The outlet is of decent size with an open section. Due to the crowd and noise from the traffic outside it is almost impossible to hear what the next person is saying. <br/><br/>Anyways ordered a Hazelnut Karat Pastry, asked to warm the pastry a bit. The Pastry just melts in the mouth but is a bit too sweet. Also had the Green Apple Soda, think its a complete waste of money. <br/><br/>The Verdict:-<br/>Food/Taste – 6/10<br/>Service – 6/10<br/>Value for Money – 6/10<br/>Ambiance – 5/10<br/>Quantity/Quality – 6/10<br/><br/>Good food items, drinks doesn't stand up!

CCD located on 12th Main of Indiranagar offers the same items as any other CCD in the city, the quality also seems to be the same. The differences I noticed compared to the other outlets are - Quieter ambience although located in the busiest locality and open until midnight.<br/><br/>The coffees served here is not premium, the range of the items is no different from other CCDs, this is no CCD Lounge or Square per my understanding wifi is slow most of the times. But the pricing seems higher compared to the other CCD outlets which I fail to understand.

Have been to many CCDs but found this one really better. Calm space in a busy neighbourhood.<br/>Ordered Lounge Frappe , pasta, Sizziling brownie with hot choclate sauce and ice cream. <br/>Lounge Frape was good , Pasta could be little better. <br/>Loved the sizzling brownie. <br/>They should definitely look for a better service as it was too slow. <br/>Good place to hangout !!!

We all know that Cafe coffee day is one of the famous brand in india for coffee....so there is hardly any negative comments on coffee....this place is on good location and on corner of 12th main ......and interior is also decent....service is very quick and music is also good...

Currently sitting here and wasting my time writing this post. But it's necessary to remind CCD the kind of drinks they serve and their service as well. I ordered frappe just now and when I had a sip, it tasted worse than a sour milk, either the ingredients were stale or the drinks tastes so, I just can't figure out. They got me another glass of the same drink and alas ! Here I am tasting another hell of a drink. Along with this, I ordered chocochip and I got messed up packet. It was all in bits. I am still sitting here waiting for some response from them, but all in vain. I ignored shouting at the counter and creating a fuss, rather preferred taking my seat and get engrossed in reading ( this is why I came here ). But I see no apologetic response from them. If u really don't wanna take revenge with your taste buds, please avoid this place big time.

CCDs, be it anywhere, seems like such a nice place to just hang out with friends over a cup of coffee (or a plethora of other food-items that they have). <br/><br/>Since I was in Bangalore for 2 odd days, I had to search out a nice CCD to just check out the place. Inquired around & got to know about the Indiranagar outlet, and I must say it did nod disappoint. The crowd was young, the music was good, and ofcourse their coffee was amazing as usual.<br/><br/>I think, if you're in Bangalore, and have some time on hand, you must try and visit the Indiranagar outlet ot CCD.

Nice ambience ... Good to sit here and enjoy the snacks. It would be perfect place for small get together or small business meetings. Enjoy.

Ambiance is really good. One place where me and friends used to hang out over most of the Sunday. The best part is its open way until the mid night. Separate zone for smoking area. This has to be the worst CCD ever. Looks like the manager here has a personal vendetta every time you complain about the shitty coffee. <br/><br/>Nothing on offer is good here. Have ordered cappuccino atleast 3-4 times and every time I have dreaded the final result.<br/><br/>An extra 0.5 for the outdoor seating and the fact that it is open till 12:30 am on weekends.

I order cold coffee while ordering they asked about ice cream flavour. so I thought ice cream is part of my order but I surprise when I saw my bill..... they charged extra for ice cream. But while taking order they didn't told about any charges.<br/>And finali my bill is out of my budget. <br/>

Went to this CCD outlet for coffee this weekend. The ambience and location of this outlet is very good. Only downside is there is hardly any 4 wheeler parking space but there is ample space for 2 wheelers.<br/><br/>We Ordered:<br/><br/>2 Regular Cappuccino<br/>2 Chilli Cheese Toastizza<br/><br/>Service was prompt and Coffee was quite good. Chilli cheese toastizza goes very well with coffee for me and I liked it as always.<br/><br/>We had originally planned to utilise coupon code for 2 free coffee from Cadbury at CCD but they said these coupons are not working for some days due to system issues.
