One of the best cake deliveries in town. They have wide range of selection from pastries, cupcakes to mousse jars. The packaging is very neat and taken utmost care. The pastries I ordered were beautifully packed. I had ordered * Pineapple Pastry - it was very subtle and was delicious. The cake was moist and the frosting was amazing. * Chocolate Truffle Pastry - Chef special and was absolutely delicious. One of the best chocolate pastry. * Mango Mousse Jar - season special mousse jar. Totally loved it. * Choco Lava Cake - Cake was moist but can be more gooey. * Red Velvet Cupcake - Cupcake was little dry but the frosting was spot on. Had a good experience would love to try more.

We got Cakes delivered from Cake Zone. Delivery was prompt and on time All the Desserts were neatly packed and reached us in one piece. What we tried Chocolate Cupcake 9/10 it was delicious, only issue I had was the cake part was much more for the cream, so felt a bit dry. It was yumm though Death by Chocolate Cake 10/10 every bite was a chocolate heaven, spongy and silky and yummy Red Velvet Pastry 10/10 it looked amazing, the cake was fresh, not dry at all, the cream was so fresh and yummy. Chocolate Dessert Jar 10/10 total value for money, the portion size is huge, can't be completed by a single person. It was Chocolaty and creamy. Choco Lava Cake 10/10 just a 10 seconds heating in my microwave and the chocolate sauce was oozing out. Loved it, in fact all of us fought over who gets d last bite Really loved every dessert. Perfect for those sweet cravings. Desserts were not too rich, just d perfect sweetness.

Hi, This is the best online cake delivery in Bangalore. I need to make an order and I need my order at 11:00pm. Initially customer care guys has denied to deliver at 11:00pm but one guy among the team came up with an Idea which helps me a lot. Cake was yum no doubt. Even if it gets delivered, it'll be whatever they had in their store, someone else's order or will be delivered after your special occasion is over. They made me suffer twice. Hence writing this review. They have no respect for customer. You will go through hell while chasing them for your order.

A friend recently brought me a couple of cake jars from this place and I was in love. The cake was soft, creamy and so, so delicious. Heavenly, for sure. The flavors were just right- not too sweet, and the cake wasn't very heavy either. I really enjoyed the cake, and the jars are so cute too.

Ohh this is our late night sweet craving outlet and you know what's the best of this they have cake jars ohh my god lovely. And the sponge of those cake is amazingly soft . It takes me to the heaven.

Ordered chocolate cake and the delivery cake was fully molten down. The design of cake was not same as shown in photo. Worst part the delivery boy was not able to speak hindi (he would start talking in local language) leading to lot of communication issue finding the address. Unprofessional and pathetic service.  Ordered cake was not delivered on time , despite they have sent wrong flavored cake which was not fresh and delivered during morning time while it was ordered to deliver in night. Completely disappointing. Never trust their online delivery. if you call they argue unnecessarily and doesn't understand your point. doesn't value customers.  for each and everything they seek for more money. Not happy.

Never order from this website they will cancel at last moment and will spoil everything. They will make a number of excuses. No value for customer . They dont care they will simply sau please cancel the order.

Ordered an egless Ferrero rocher cake. for my friend's birthday. The cake tasted too good and was the best so far. The best thing about cake zone is we get to place order for any time slot of delivery and the delivery is on time, and of course the cakes are always yummmm.

I ordered for a customised cake for my sister and I have to say I am amazingly moved by my experience with cake zone..!! Such brilliant service right from customer interaction to making changes in the order to timely delivering of the product.. all of it with utmost patience and lot of cooperation by their employees!! They have very nice variety of cakes for delivery 🚚. We ordered red velvet cake and it was very fresh and tasty 😋. Would like to order from here again and again. They have 5 to 6 branches too.

First of all a Bigggggggg Thanks guys :) For the first time we ordered from CakeZone.com Pineapple vanilla & Chocolate Truffle  and literally we loved it. <br/><br/>Pineapple Vanilla: Smooth Soft and so "pineappleeee", every layer had pineapple pieces and people just went gaga for it.<br/><br/>Chocolate Truffle: Well coated with chocolate and multi layered , loved it.<br/><br/>Couldn't get how to review in CakeZone.com, so putting the review in zomato :)<br/><br/>Please keep up this good service, we will be returning to CakeZone with same expectations :) craving for the best cakes :)

Had ordered via uber eats. Had ordered the 3 pastry box and a cake shake. Had got chocolate cake, pineapple and red velvet cake. By far the best cake i have ever eaten. I had also ordered the brownie flavored cake shake. This was also good.

While the cakes may have been delivered on time, one of the cakes was so soft, the pineapple one, it could not even be. It. Had to be eaten out of a spoon. The writing also was incorrect. Instead of darling it was written as daring. That too, was my son's 21st birthday and such a glaring blunder!

Very bad experience.. Ordered for black forest cake..but got red velvet cake with white whipping cream on top n chocolate shaving...not worth the money.

For a person not fond of buttercream frosting its not the ideal red velvet.<br/>It didnt taste anything like an aunthentic red velvet cake. - 2/5<br/><br/>2) Choco lava - Much better than the Red Velvet. Chocolaty goodies oozing out of the cake. Creamy texture. - 4/5<br/>

So I ordered this cake from cake zone and it was horrible . There was not even a single person who liked this cake . Whosoever is reading this review pls don’t order from here . They charged me around 1200 for 1 kg red velvet cake which was okay since I went with game of thrones theme cake for my husband but it was disappointing since the cake dint taste like red velvet. Absolutely surprised me with the cake, its taste and delivery. My wife ordered my birthday cake from here and i thought to reciprocate by buying one on her birthday from cakezone. I was a little apprehensive reading so many negative reviews. Had ordered a rose cake directly from their website at noon for Same day delivery at midnight. It was delivered at 11:30 PM. Right on time. The cake was freshly baked and an absolute gastronomical pleasure to chomp on. Guess not many people add good reviews here so thought to give them their due credit. Thanks for making our day. Their midnight delivery comes at an extra cost of Rs 175. I dont mind paying extra as long as i get whats promised. Gonna order more.

4 star - for quality and an extra star for their service.Have ordered a Pineapple Rasmalai cake but due to some internal miscommunication(as told by the executive), they delivered me a White Forest. After raising a complaint, they immediately responded, with an apology and assured me for redelivery. And, as per their commitment, they redelivered it. On time.!! The best part of their sincere apology is "they did not ask for the return of White Forest, even they said to use it as a complimentary". :) :) :)Excellent service guys. Keep it up..!! Will visit soon..!!

Worst experience with cakezone in my life. Ordered red velvet cake on my wife birthday occasion and the cake quality at its worst. Cake is not at all fresh, tastes different. Worst cake I ever had. I don't recommend cakezone based on my experience :-(

Ordered red velvet pastry.... expensive and Pathetic dessert, full of cream and only cream, hardly any pastry in red velvet pastry. I will never order it go to this place.

Checked many online cake delivery sites but none of them had wide variety as cakezone... It even has half kg cake and other gifts which goes along with cake for a gift....  Ordered chocolate truffle cake for my frnd.... On time delivery.... It was damn tasty....

Have ordered from here multiple times. Good experience Everytime. Way superior in quality when compared to brands like Freshmenu( Jars especially)

My husband ordered a cake for my birthday. They delivered on time. But when we ate that cake... well or should I say FOAM. Because there was hardly 1 cm of cake layer. It was all foam and not the usual cake icing... there was nothing to eat except for the cherries. Absolute waste of money. Better to buy from some other place. For all that foam, 1 star or none...

Avoid cakezone as much as possible. Ordered cake for my wife. Cake delivered was not fresh. Pricing is too high. On top of that they will charge you 200 delivery charges. Prefer others over it.<br/>

Had ordered a birthday cake, must say the service rendered and the cake was delicious and yummy.. everyone liked...keep it up.. great job... Would recommend this to all...

Prior to this, I had a very disappointing dinner. So, was counting on this cake a lott. But, it didn't help much.<br/><br/>There's nothing I can pinpoint actually. Cake was soft & moist, not too sweet, packed in a pretty jar, too much cream perhaps, but it lacked that wow! factor. It did nothing for me. I used to believe that Cakes and Ice creams make everything better. I don't think I do anymore.

I ordered for one portion of vanilla, red velvet and blueberry cupcake each. Choco lava cake was given complimentary for being Zomato treat member. I specifically asked them to write "Happy Anniversary" on any of the cupcake which they did not do. Delivery was just a little late. Taste of everything was good and so was the packaging. It's just if they would have considered my request, I would have given it 4-5 stars. Everything was fine but it still destroyed my surprise.

Ordered for a blueberry cheese cake and got some kind of pastry instead. 2 stars- One star for late night availability and one star for the delivery service.

I ordered death by chocolate cake. I was supposed to get a complimentary coca Cola cup cake free. However I never got it. This is cheating.
