It had been couple of years since I had a wish to make eye correction and remove spectacles forever. Finally I did in a timeline of a week, I had my tests of eligibility completed on a Friday and we took few days time to decide on a date to do the surgery. Both me and my fiancée got operated for lasik treatment for correction of our eyes. I must confess the process was seamless and both of us didn't face any issue at all. A special thanks to our counselor Usha who kept us updated about every next step and is a Saint to talk to. The doctors here suggest customized treatment based on patient eye condition that too without making a hole in patient pocket. Highly recommended.

The surgery cost was bit higher than other hospital, which is why 1 star reduced. Other than that everything else was very good. Good staff and the counsellor(Selvi)w explained about the surgery also explained everything very nicely.

My father underwent a cataract surgery here. The process is systematic and streamlined. There's minimum waiting time at every stage of the process. Staffs are very courteous and friendly, and they'll help you with any queries. They've the next gen bladeless Laser technology procedure and the surgery only took roughly 30-45 minutes enabling a speedy recovery. Our doctor, Dr. Prashanth is well experienced and answered whatever doubts and queries we had post surgery.
My husband is extremely satisfied with the surgery. He was very tensed and nervous about undergoing this surgery. But once it was over he was so happy that he felt no pain. Even after two days he was glad he felt no discomfort.

Doctors are excellent. Some of the Staff need more training. Also, enough information should be given to patients about different lenses available. After surgery, patients should not be kept waiting for the discharge summary. They have to visit the hospital the next day for review and the summary can be handed over then. Staff keep administering the eyes drops one after the other after surgery without a break of even 5 minutes. They should be instructed not to do so. Feedback from patients should be collected more often.
Dr prashanth did cataract surgery for my father. He explained us in detail about surgery and what kind of lens is good for diabetic patient and answered our queries patiently.
Staffs are polite here. They speak all local languages along with English.
