Rooms need updating but can't fault the staff or the service, the food in particular was very good.
I had an issue with extreme noise caused by another guest one night, however the management have dealt with to my satisfaction, in particular relation to this issue the front desk were excellent.
I am a big fan of the buffet breakfast and the kitchen/cafe staff were always brilliant. Room service was also good, the chilli chicken and paneer 65 I had were really nice indeed.

We stayed here 2-bed apartment with family for 3 weeks and it was a very comfortable homely stay. The rooms are spacious and clean and have all the amenities (A/C, TV, Wifi etc). The kitchen had all the required appliances and cooking stove. They also have generator backup which came in very handy when the electricity went off due to rains. The surrounding area is also very peaceful.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. The chef there is excellent and the morning breakfast buffet is very good. For lunch and dinner he customised the food as per our needs. Very tasty and affordable as well. My friend also stayed in a 1-bed and that also was very comfortable and spacious. Will recommend it to anyone looking for a service apartment to stay. I prefer this to staying in hotels.

Stayed at this hotel for the second time in a row and was very impressed.
The breakfadt here is very good with lots of varieties. The rooms are big enough for families cor a comfortable stay.
Special mention for Rakesh from the kitchen department for the new chicken honey dish that he had offered as complimentry.
Over al a very good hotel.

Very good accomodation, especially for families. Will be handy for familes conducting functions and marriages. Expect for the absence of lifts in the apartment block (main building has a lift) food is also good. Close to ring road so very easy to go out for tourists visiting other places.

Stayed for 2 nights. Comfortable place. Special mention to their chef (Liphan). The food was really good. Taste is close to home food and well prepared. Never felt going out to eat.
Though thy assigned me 2 BR room in opposite building on 1st day despite hvng booked well in advance. The room was not good but The premium suite in main building(I booked this) is good for a family. There is a kitchen but no gas cylinder. Thy charge extra for cylinder (really funny).

My family and I are from the US we stayed for 3 weeks at the Maple Suites and I was impressed. Our 2 bed 2 bath apartment was spacious and clean an so quiet. The staff was so sweet and helpful. We so enjoyed the yummy breakfast every morning and the kitchen staff was great. I will stay here again!

I booked a studio suite for a night but they upgraded it to premium suite for me. The stay was really fantastic with very spacious rooms, very clean, quiet, and extraordinary furnishing. The complimentary breakfast was also good. I wish I had stayed much longer there. Now I will make sure this becomes my go-to place whenever I visit Bangalore. Thanks Maple Suites for amazing hospitality. Coming back soon :)

We ( my wife and I ) stayed in Maple suites during March 18-20 th , 2016. It has been a very pleasant stay. Our room, a deluxe suite is scrupulously clean. The air in the corridors and rooms are free of any odor unlike many hotels ! The furniture in the room is well maintained. As the building is located in a cul-de-sac road, it is very quiet even during peak traffic hours. On both the days , I could get a ola cab with in 5 min of booking. The reception counter is managed by efficient staff with a very pleasing manners. The breakfast ( ours was complimentary as per the T& C of our booking) was served on a roof -top place, nicely done with potted plants. We enjoyed the simple tasty breakfast in a great ambience.

Perfect for long stay. Premium rooms are quite spacious and have lot of natural light and ventilation. Hotel staff is good. Kitchen staff too is good. Food tastes like home cooked food. Have been staying here for past two months. Locality is good.

I was there to meet a relative of mine. Hardly 100 meters away from the Bannerghatta road. The receptionist was helpful and polite. The room was well maintained and with a private balcony. The only downside, the balcony was right next to an electric transformer, so the balcony door was always closed. They have a tea coffee maker, a mini fridge- not bar. Overall pleasant experience.

Very nice service apartment. The one I am in is. Studio and not so luxurious, but it is comfortable enough and has a spacious balcony which makes me feel like home.the staff is very cordial and cater to all the the needs. Highly recommended!

Spacious rooms and courteous staff. The staff are really helpful and work 24/7. The curtains seemed to show it's age but I heard the place is up for renovation in a couple of months. Definitely recommended.
