Review Rock Stone Ice Cream Factory - Bengaluru

We visited the shop at around 12.30 in the night. Had 2 small ice cream scoops. Blackcurrant and dark chocolate. Both was great. Honestly, the dark chocolate tasted more like a chocolate cream biscuit but my friend said he liked it very much. The blackcurrant was really good however.

They are offering plenty of signature ice creams and most of those are really good. Nice ambiance and much spacious. Best place family outing and get together.

Very Tasty desserts. I have ordered through ubereats, packaging is perfect. Brownie was fresh and hot and the icecream both were as it is after delivery because of its great packaging. They have given 2 spoons and 4 tissue papers, so you do not need any extra equipments to consume eat. If you order it through online u can consume it anywhere outside home as well. And last but not the least the whole packaging is environment friendly.

Taste of ice-cream are really goo, nuts are mixed well that every spoon has nuts with ice-cream. Base cone taste could be better. They prepared ice creams on not much cold plate, so the ice-cream is not really cold served .flavours and options are really good.

USP of this place is you can have icecreams till 1am in the morning and could order via swiggy too. Taste is good and usually the spot for midnight cravings

I eat ice cream here at least once every week. But from the last two weeks, no waffle cones. Yea..being a place that sells only ice creams, they don't have waffle cones. Something is seriously wrong with them.<br/>Before waffle cones, 3-4 times it was dark chocolate ice cream that wasn't available. Please get your material ordering processes and logistics right when you're operating business of this kind.

Best place for ice cream in BTM. Nice ambience and good service. It has wide variety of flavours to choose from. My personal favourite is Jamaican Choco fudge and lava meltdown. Also try cup cakes.

I love this place. I've visited twice. The staff are really nice. They're patient  and they make you feel comfortable. I've been to places where the staff just don't care about who comes in and just go about doing their own things before you order. I did not find anything like that here. Absolutely perfect. Couldn't resist when I saw this outlet. <br/>Price range is similar to Cream stone. <br/>I ordered the 'Beyond Darkness Beyond Desire', a dark belgian chocolate, roasted almond, brownie, peanut butter and caramel. I wish there was a zero rating.  They are very unprofessional.  I ordered through Zomato for an ice cream.  They did not come for some time and I gave them a call.  They told they will be coming in 20 minutes. I waited and called them again. This time they gave me the excuse that the bike's tyre is punctured.  I waited and called again. Then they informed me that they are not able to find any road runners and cant do the delivery.  They then rejected the order.  EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a big fan of ice cream and this place really doesn't disappoint. We tried quite a few flavours - all chocolate no nonsense, lychee double double & fruit extravaganza. All of them were really really good. Also would like to mention the staff in particular, they are always smiling and also willing to customise your order. Would surely be visiting again, probably would try and order a cake sometime!!!<br/>

A nice ice cream place in btm.. We actually went to try ice cream at some other place, but landed up here.. They have some amazing ice creams.. Had Lychee double double, all chocolate no nonsense and fruit extravaganza which were all yum.. The only problem is that they dont have apple pie sundaes here, so they should actually remove it from the menu.. The staff was very friendly.. Would surely visit again..

The ice creams here are very tasty and absolutely must try for everyone leaving in BTM. There is a lot of different variety. Only problem is the restaurant does not have much sitting arrangement. Rest the ice cream is awesome.

A stone's throw away from home, this place makes for a great after dinner visit. Considering the friendly staff and great combinations, I'm never let down. Only struggle is finding a seat. Only a tad expensive than Corner House, this place makes sure I don't have to drive out of btm for a good dessert. Sorta also reminds me to hit the gym right upstairs.

After a sumptuous Chinese dinner , happily we trotted for a while in btm not too sure if we still have any space left for desserts but the heart still kept craving for one.<br/>So recommended by a cousin, who was very impressed with this place during his visit and the offer on Valentine's day - we went inside. I must say even I was impressed with the sitting arrangement. We chose our icecream and made ourselves comfortable. Spent a lot of more time than usual but the crew was patient. Its a self service place. <br/>They have icecream cakes too, I need to try them - I realized they sell them piece wise too.

Had an absolute blast! Very much on par with any premium ice cream joint. I happened to try the Nutella Frenzy topped with a Ferrero Rocher, which I absolutely enjoyed. My friends also seemed to be enjoying their desserts.  The prices are apt considering what you get.

Our go to ice cream spot in 16th main. Kids dig this spot. Think we have tried almost everything on the menu...we have not been disappointed!! They never have to yogurt they have in their menu...apart from that all good...ambiance / service / quality - all in all VFM!!!

This is a nice place located in the most happening street in BTM 2nd stage. The service is excellent here. I tried the Rock with Ferrero Rocher ice cream with chocolate waffles. It was very good. Price is a bit on the higher side. Great place to hangout for icecream.

On a hectic work day, ordered their ice cream, <br/>I had a previous bad experience with grofers in ordering Ice cream, it was all melted, but thought will try this once. They had it delivered on time and in a cold chain, so the ice creams remained like icecreams! I must say that the former was a chocolate delight and with respect to the latter the creamy strawberry frosting is worth mentioning. I ended up ordering the gift pack of six. I ordered their raspberry chocolate temptation ice cream cake. Layers of red velvet cake stacked in chocolate ice cream was rich and filling. The raspberry jam was the cherry on top. loved it.

After visiting 4th time to this ice cream parlor got the option to review..They have everything which you will expect from a decent ice cream parlor.. chocolate with no mercy is the item which is must to go for. Having said that they have other good options as well....cupcakes and ice cream cakes are also available in variety of flavors..Rs 350 for 2 person...

Based on the same concept of dessert parlor such as Stoner, Cream & Stone ; Rock Stone also comes in the same league and is a fantastic place to visit especially for residents of BTM.  I have tried their All Chocolate No Nonsense and Rocky Off Road chocolate creations and loved it like anything. This is a nice ice cream place in BTM. They have the concept of preparing ice cream on ice bed and presenting it which is very much common in Bangalore nowadays. But here only(till date) I have seen ice-cream cup-cakes. So I tried their Oreo and chocolate flavored cup-cakes. Frankly telling I didn't like, but it was different try altogether. The place is too good. The service - exemplary, the waiters are the best and the ice cream and cake is awesome. We celebrated a friend's birthday there recently. The ambience and food (cake and ice creams) was perfect. The thing which actually led me to write this review was that the people serving out there were really helpful and cooperative. Without any extra payment or charges, they helped us decorate the entire place and didn't crib at any thing that we did (playing around with the cake). They even set up a dance area for us and played music on demand. Probably the best place to hang out with friends or family.

Well i hav been to a couple of stone ice cream places in bangalore, but this one i didnt like too much. The icecream were ok, service was slow and the rates were high as compared to other stone ice-cream stores. I ordered 1 ferero rocher icecream which i didnt like and 1 alphanso mango which was ok. The ambience is nice. They have chocolate waffle on which they serve icecream and give thats nice.

This place is close to my house. A nice ice cream factory in BTM layout . I have tried most of their items in menu. Staff and service are good. Our beloved classic cream is good and i definitely recommend it. Only thing which I dont like about this place is the packing they use for take away ,they use plastic raps. I would prefer a lid over it

One hell of a place..!! It is mostly painted red all over with red walls and red seats. They have wall hangings of their own items across the walls. The place is air conditioned. <br/><br/>The service is good. The staff is polite and courteous. <br/><br/>I've tried various items like All Chocolate No Nonsense. That is a cold stone ice cream. Also had a Cookies N Creamery Ice Cream Cake and also a Rainbow Fantasy Ice Cream Cake. This is a Red Velvet cake. A couple of Ice Cream Cup Cakes as well like Oreo and Chocolate. Here the frosting on the cupcake is basically ice cream. Every item was really good. The ice cream portion seemed a tab bit small for its pricing and how especially competitors give a little more but nonetheless the taste was quite good. Also, this being the only cold stone ice cream joint in the area is also an added advantage.<br/><br/>The pricing is pretty decent. A tad bit expensive when talking about the ice creams. Good ice creams... nothing wrong with the place just that I personally do not like chocolate and rum combo. . Aaaaaaahhhh!! This new trend for stoned cold ice cream is making outlets pop up all over the city!! <br/>Been casually travelling in BTM and then came across this place and went in!! First thing I realized is that the place is as cold as ice cream,the temp was too low!! <br/>The ambience was to speak about with the red colored walls and seating with that elaborate ice cream counter behind!! <br/>Intriguing part is that the ambience has normal chairs,high raised chairs and also lounge!! Suitable for #tall guys like me!! Thumbs up for the ambience and furniture!!<br/>I tried the Cream n Cookies thick Shake ,basically it was Oreo Shake with cream flavoured ice cream rather vanilla!! The quantity was than expected and thick as any other shake available in other outlet!! Neatly dressed ,took the Strawberry RazzMazz to home and noticed that the creamy nature did not hold up for 15 mins of travel!! Nevertheless the ice cream was good and better than other stoned outlets!! So visited this place called Rock stone at BTM with family to satiate our late night sweet tooth craving! And may I say that this place made me left wanting for more even after I was done! We tried a few things ranging from peanut butter ,butterscotch fantasy and the rock with Ferraro rocher and its was simply fantastic,the peanut butter being my must try on their menu!!the waffles were crisp and tasty,the ice creams chocolatey with the right balance of flavour,creamy and rich in taste!<br/>The ambience is nice and perfect for a scoop of icecream with your loved ones!<br/>the staff is friendly and help you by explaining every flavour of the icecream in detail so you can decide better !<br/>All in all at the end of it all, Rock stone leaves you wanting for more and doesn't disappoint one bit!<br/>Definitely a must visit❤️❤️

They serve some delicious ice-creams with exotic flavours with a really superb concept. Whenever I go here, I make a point to consume as much as calories as possible. That helps me in getting an amazing delight for my taste buds. Friendly staff make sure that you leave the place with big smile and Great place to hangout with friends. The ambience is excellent. I like the way they put waffle on the cup with juggling, that was really fantastic. Must visit place for ice creams and milkshakes. Especially I love the Lychee double double and Doctor nuts the most in all.

The ice cream was creamy and quite heavy and the fruits used were fresh .. Overall the ambience is really good and the staff were friendly ..

We have visited this place on new year... Ordered beyond darkness and Ferraro rochier. The guy was so reckless he made the ice cream while watching tv which is playing some regional movie. I frankly felt why I have visited this place. Even for billing he took more time and did while watching tv. I have to remind him to give the bill and card. Never going to visit this place.

Shakes are good. tried both their "must try" shakes from the menu. <br/>ambiance is good. Christmas decorations are tasteful. <br/>seating is good. sofa is comfortable.<br/>staff is polite.<br/>service is slow.<br/><br/>

One of the great ice cream place near my home, since BTM lacks a Naturals. Had the Rock Stone Banana Split<br/><br/>They do have ice cream cakes, cup cakes, popsicles and most fascinating of all is the "Ice Cold Slab/ Pan", on which the ice cream is cooked according to the customer's want<br/><br/>In my banana split, I had 3 scoops, Strawberry, Belgian Chocolate and Vanilla Butterscotch. The banana was partly raw, which disappointed me a lot. U can add nuts and sprinkles according to your wish

The popular concept of mixing ice cream and other ingredients on a cold stone slab hits the crowded yet happening BTM layout area. The ice cream is not as creamy and tasty as some the ones in some of the popular joints in Indiranagar. The waffle cone, though crispy, tasted old. Apart from the icecream; cakes, smoothies and milkshakes are also on offer.

Happy to see this ice cream parlour in BTM. <br/><br/>Ice creams were yum. We ordered :<br/><br/>1. Chocolate passion for strawberry<br/>- which was average not that great!<br/><br/>2. Rock with Ferro rocher- I must say this one did just justice to the name and is the best choice if you are more of a chocolate fan!<br/><br/>3. Vanilla frensh kisses - thee flavours were amazing and it is worth a try !<br/><br/>The ambiance was decent and the service was good. Overall i liked the place! Worth a visit.

Beautiful ice creams! Pondicherry based rock stone ice creams is a sure treat to your taste buds.. It's got nice variety and good addons.. The French vanilla-Coffee-Ferrero Rocher-Oreo combo is sure to leave you mesmerised..

Was happy to see this a new Icecream place in Btm  ..but sadly  They have only 12 flavours which includes fruit flavours also   .. Every choco sundae has almost the same  combination .. I tried the Ferrero Rocher in a waffle bowl . It was just ok.  Waffle was  burnt  , taste wasn't  good at all. I only enjoyed the Ferrero Rocher chocolate in that sundae . Price - almost Rs. 200 per person. Ambiance is good. Only 2staff handling the store .. It took 20 min to get my order inspite of no crowd. They need to maintain hygiene . I could see the floor n their counter very dirty n sticky .

Finally a good ice cream place is opened in btm. Service and staff are quite good. We ordered fruit exotic trills and rock on Ferrero rocher. They serve in their freshly made wafers which was awesome. Fruit exotic trills had lots of litchi and pine apple with mango and sweet cream ice cream. It was yummy. Rock on Ferrero rocher was also delicious. It was choclaty and crunchy. It costed us around 300 for these two. Must say the place in btm for ice creams.

Happy to see a good Ice Cream parlor in BTM. They have many varieties like Ice Cream sandwich, Ice Cream Cupcake.<br/><br/>First experience was good I tried a Sundae with nuts, which was good in taste. <br/><br/>Second time I tried chocolate thick shake, the guy certainly didn't know how to prepare it. He was discussing with me shall I put this Ice cream, do u want anything else? It didn't look like make your own thick shake thing so staff needs to be trained properly. <br/><br/>Ambience and location is good. Will definitely try again to try other varieties.

A nice and much needed place. <br/><br/>Their strawberry ice cream is amazing! Highly recommended.<br/><br/>I had their hot creation (lava something). I thought it would be served as a Sizzler. Nonetheless, it was nice. A touch on the sweeter side.<br/><br/>I've also had the Oreo Cake. Quite good. Much better than the ice cream cakes you get at Baskin Robbins.<br/> <br/><br/>Update:<br/>Best combinations possible to be had:<br/>1. Bean Vanilla + Ferrero Rocher + Chocolate Chips + ( KitKat or a little bit of a Choco Syrup drizzle)<br/>2. Bean Vanilla + Strawberries + Raspberries + Blueberries<br/><br/>YUM!

I am happy to see this ice-cream parlor after suggesting over zomato. My experience was good and I was satisfied with the services. I must say ambience is refreshing with nice color and combinations over the walls. I really liked the ice cream. Above all staff was very nice and responsive. I must say it's one of a good place to have ice cream in btm.
