Highly recommend this KFC outlet. Regularly order from here via Zomato delivery. Food is consistent and they keep the standard quality. Never had a bad experience. Sometimes there will be delays during peak hours. Order in advance.

It is pretty decent outlet and located at the entrance of the mall. Food Varieties are similar to other KFCs and food was good. They have added two sauced to their menu and both were good. Overall a good place to take food.

Usually KFC food was good. But yesterday ordered 12 pic of chicken strips and 1 buddy meal. Overall nothing was good. i felt chciken was very hard to eat and kids whoever had those food were not feeling well. Worst experience from KFC for the first time.

Ordered a KFC bucket. Got it delivered. When opened the packet I could see chicken pieces are over fried which i could literally smell that they have fried it twice or thrice..I mean to sell the old stock. Too much oil in it and too much of salt. Highly disappointed and disgusted.

Ultimate Savings Bucket which contains: Pepsi Pet bottle, 6 pieces boneless strip, 6 piece hot wings, 4 Piece hot and Crispy 2.Classic Chicken Zinger Burger -04 Numbers Out of the above order following Items were missing: 1. Pepsi Pet Bottle 2. Chicken Zinger burger -01 Number. I have tried chatting with your customer support chat and explaining the situation. The first person put me waiting for 30 minutes and at last, came out with an answer that he does not have the number of restaurants and helpless. Second person who came after him also told the same. I called the KFC helpline and received the funniest answer! They don't have the total outlet phone number. Please don't order on line from KFC as they cheat ..

It's a bloody rip-off.. these guys are passing stale burger and fries while doing home delivery. The bread was hard..lettuce was looking black..and fries were totally dry.. didn't realise the total mall outlet had a 3.3 rating before ordering.. totally regret it

Problem with KFC is their consistently. The whole point of a franchise model is so that it taste uniform or atleast almost uniform in every outlet. I ordered some hot wings from this place. I absolutely loved them the first time. The next time I was so excited to try them again but it was disappointing because the chicken was undercooked. They really have to try to maintain the quality every single time. That being said KFC is one of my favorite brands for their popcorn chicken and the wings.

KFC is challenging they serve fresh crispy chicken. But actually it's not. I complained and they wrote on a wall for guests to free visit to kitchen prep area. When I ask they said you can't go inside. How they serve poor quality smelled chicken crispy.surmmm. But their longers are good..I enjoyed.

Kfc at total mall is not at all concerned with quality, i ordered devils chicken, all they did is pour so little devil sauce on it that it hardly made any difference in taste. Quantity of sauce on four pieces of chicken will be as much as we get on one sache of sauce from there. And checkout how stale the chicken in the attached image Till they improve their quality i would recommend have kfc from any other branch other than this.

Nothing to mention about taste of KFC, it's same everywhere with some good offers. What differentiates such QSR is service and this was really pathetic , most of the tables were dirty and someone comes to clean after 5 mins that too making faces.

We ordered chicken zinger burger and one box meal. The chicken in the zinger burger was not cooked. This is the 1st time I saw a KFC where the chicken was not cooked and it was raw. Very disappointed with this. Never expected this kind of food serving in KFC. I will avoid this and will not recommend this outlet to anyone.

I visited this outlet many times. This outlet has a good ambience and plenty of room especially when you go in groups. Service was quick and food was served hot and fresh. If you visit total mall and you want have food and sit down, KFC is the place!!

So KFCes have their own pros and cons. Users do not need a review from me to actually get an idea of KFC products. But what makes an outlet different from the other one in case of chains such as the KFC is just and just the service. Total mall is fairly crowded space. And getting the food to the customer is the key. And this is one outlet of KFC which I absolutely hate to go to. The order takes for ever to get delivered ans this feedback is based on over 10+ visits to this outlet. Taste is universal, but I have had issues with quantity of serving more than once at this particular outlet. My fav kfc dish has been the rice bowl with popcorn chicken. And the quantity of chicken is inconsistent and differs from one visit to the other. Which is something the customer would never want. And for me i am forced to go to this outlet sheerly due to convenience of the location. Hope they improve. But dont see that coming as my previous feedbacks too have seem to have fallen on deaf ears.

Have been here couple of times as this is a part of TOTAL MALL. KFC vibes is a must-have for every foodies out there. I have tried all sorts of varieties- singles bucket, triple bucket, rice bowl etc. Crispy and smoky grilled pieces will always be in my hunting list. Wings, strips not so good but not so baad too. Ambience is decent, friendly staff. Overall a good place to hangout.

The worst possible kfc outlet. Tables are never cleaned. I had to wait for 20 mins for somebody to clean the table. The burgers is horrible. Potato crisper just had a patty and half slice of onion. I can make better burgers at home.

KFC franchise serves chicken almost the same across the globe. They vary a little as per domestic market taste. Therefore, the difference in experience is just based on the outlet's location and services. Well this outlet was disappointing as per KFC standards. Just for a burger and a meal, we were made to wait for close to 10-15mins. Frustrating as it was, they billed some, 'Hope Donation' charges. When asked to justify, they mentioned it was paid as charity by previous customer but came in our bill. Our bill price from 290 shot to 305(6 rupees additional for take away bag) and they charged us 300 bucks. We just left, by paying 5rs extra. The point is 15rs in total went to charity(may be) without its proper whereabouts in the billing. Ratings- Location - 3.5 Ambience - 3 Food - 3 Service - 2 Value for money - 2.5 OVERALL - 2.5 Tip: This outlet smells chicken as soon as it is entered, heads up for vegetarians.
