It’s a great end to end experience to buy Car from prerana Motors. I got my new nexon Today. Showroom is big enough from inside to have display of all Car Models. Staff is very good and cooperative. Mr Suhas m r from team helped throughout the process from test drive to final vehicle delivery. Very well behaved and helpful and highly recommended to deal through him. His recommendation at each and every step helped to take the appropriate decision. Special thanks to suhas m r for all your help and support. Excellent showroom with expert and knowledgeable sales persons. Rahul Ganga helped us show different cars in my budget, arranged test drive for all the different cars I was interested in. He gave honest feedback and views on the different cars. During decision making time he never pestered with phone calls. Once I decided on buying the car response from him was very prompt. The car was delivered within 2/3 weeks time. Every step was smooth and taken care of well. Will highly recommend this showroom and Rahul Ganga as the sales consultant.

To, Rahul and prerana motors Your explanation regarding the car, and its specifications are really nice👍 But we're not happy with the pics, it's just like ghost images, this is our first car. Our lifetime experience. When the scheduled delivery time is late evening, they should have planned this inside the showroom. I hope atleast for other customers good place is arranged with proper lighting Other than this everything is fantastic 😊

Booking Experience - We were sure of getting an Altroz but only the variant wasn't fixed. As soon as we entered the showroom we were accompanied by Mr.Suhas who was very friendly and guided us in selecting the variants. At first we were thinking about going for the XZ variant, later switched to XZ+(S). Mr. Suhas was very helpful and kept us updated via WhatsApp regarding the price of the confused variants without the need of coming to the showroom. During booking he made sure that we got every single offer that we can get on the final bill and reduced the costs by a huge margin along with bonus accessories. Waiting Period - The car had to be shipped from Pune to Bengaluru, being a curious head, used to call him for every small query, he used to reply patiently and clarified every single doubt I had and cooperated with my requirements, even when he was unwell for a few days. D-Day ( Delivery Day ) - We wanted the car to be delivered on a special occasion sadly all slots were booked and the possibility was 0. Mr.Suhas made it possible that we got it on that special day and the time we wanted. Overall Prerana Motors made sure that there is no extra price in their insurance and other stuff which is later reduced in the name of discount. Hospitality was top- notch, humble staffs. Should I call myself lucky or the skill how the cars are handled by this dealer, as of now there is no major exterior scratches I saw during the delivery except a small one. No repaints and as such, accessories fitment was also good. Small here and there mud marks near the door hinges of the car maybe caused due to rain in the stockyard. Thank You Prerana Motors and Mr.Suhas for the wonderful experience 😁. Cons, a small one Mr.Suhas forgot to call back a few times when he was busy. 😂 Suggestion - Please open a service centre near your showroom.

Overall a great experience with the showroom. The car was delivered earlier than the expected wait time and our car consultant, Hemanthkumar was always available to answer any queries we had. He gave a complete clarity on the Tata Altroz and he was very well aware of all the features and specifications of the car. And make us great happiness on the delivery time. The staff were kind and calm, also brought in a cake to celebrate the purchase :) Still needs to improve with customer interaction by one of team member who introduced vehicle accessories.
