Extremely welcoming and comfortable seating. The ordering mechanism is streamlined with the panel displays. The staff was cooperative and attentive. Had Corn and Cheese burger, McAloo Tikki and a hot chocolate.

Very good ambience, excellent service by the waiter. Food is also very tasty

Kitkat McFlurry which is ₹99 for two in McDonald's app is a limited edition and a 10/10. I highly recommended everyone to try this out.

This Mc Donalds branch is the most aesthetic one ever😍😍😍 I loved the new renovation done to the place. It's very lively and the staff is very much friendly and helpful. 😄 As always the burger and fries which we get at MC Donald never fails to surprise as per taste is concerned ☺☺

Generally I avoid Qsr's but I thought of giving this McDonald's a try. My lord my decision was not wrong as earlier it used to be dark and shabby and now So Cheerful and Fu of "Aura". Employees here are super energetic and there was Addition of Mccafe as well. All covid protocols were followed religiously and I'd like to mention Mr Ritesh and Miss Padma for their dedicated service and time towards me. Cheers to New Bel Road McDonald's and it's new team!!

The Service and the people at the counter are not fit to serve the customer, they just take orders and make us to stand in a long queue and wait for our orders and when asked... The taste is not too great, but compare to KFC, the cutlets in the burgers are much better, crispy n crunchy fries. Size of their burgers are getting smaller.

The place is awesome. Menu like every other outlet. The only problem is the parking. Don't ever think to go by car. You'll have to do a lot of circus in two wheeler it seems. The entire road is a no parking/stopping zone.

They charge rs.164 just patty and a bun I need my money back

Eating at McDonalds after long and it’s getting better. Like the idea of the wheat wraps and buns. The quality of their McVeggie does seem to have gone down though. The spicy paneer wraps are amazing! Fries are always yummy. Mc Maharaja is also now available in vegetarian options but very cheesy for my liking. Soft serves are still so good and affordable. They’ve replaced plastic straws with paper straws and limited out all the wastage of tissues, ketchup, etc. Nice to see them going towards sustainability, I hope it’s more global.

I tried to order a large fries and piri piri.. My order total was 130, but my grand total with taxes came out to 217! When I checked to see.. This is what i found.. Rs 87.. For taxes packaging and delivery etc..<br/><br/>Are you kidding me? Packaging fries in gold and delivering it on a flower basket or what?<br/>What kind of a loot is this!<br/><br/>Please apply a lil bit of brain when you introduce yourself as a food chain. An "always place" for me. I like going there for egg and chatpata naan. This outlet has amazing ambience and is really a good place to hangout with friends and special ones. Always loved McDonald's. I remember going to McDonald's as a kid every Sunday and having the kids happy meal . The burgers in McDonald's has always been the bestt nothing can beat them at burgers.<br/>I always order the Mc chicken meal (large of course) with peri peri fries it's the best . The Mc spicy chicken is really good too. I recently tried the chicken Maharaja burger and it's worth the price. It's absolutely yum and so big. Another amazing burger is the American supreme love the chicken in it and the pickels too. Alwaysorder these burgers with cheese double cheese ;)<br/>I rarely order vegetarian but when I do I order the mc aloo tikki it's the best.<br/>The softy's at McDonald's have always been a classic ice cream I always eat. I had ordered through food delivery service and these guys i had made my order perfectly fine. I had ordered the McChicken meal, a large one. Burger was made well with no issues. No leaks and no delivery issues also. Best thing for midnight hunger cravings

Best product you can get here is the mcspicy paneer roll. Although really bad service. Whenever I order at he, I give the instructions to put no tomatoes but everytime without fail I get it with them.

One thing good about this outlet is it's ambience. The seating is always disturbed because of loads of people. Can visit when you have to grab a quick bite. I think no one cares about much about ambience when we go to a quick service outlet like MCD. The food and service should be good enough.here u Won't find any of that, the guys who take order are rude. I got my order after a good 15 mins. Avoid this pathetic place. The food also sucks.<br/>

One thing I would recommend is increasing the size of the AC section, since it gets filled very easily in the summers.

This is like any other MCDONALD'S and the ambience remains the same....it usually is not crowded as there is a large variety of restaurants in its vicinity.....Orders are given out pretty quick and can't find a fault in it....it's like any other McDonald's.....

So, I'm generously giving 3.5 rating to this outlet.<br/><br/>Located few meters away from the MS Ramaiah Signal, it attracts a huge crowd even on a weekday. Maybe due to its competitive pricing or its outdoor seating it has a large number of patrons than any other similar restaurants on the same road.<br/><br/>AMBIENCE: If you want to reach the serving counter, first you must walk through the series of maze created by inappropriately placed tables and chairs. The only word comes to my mind to describe its overall ambience is "Andar-Bahar". Yup,  they have both indoor and outdoor seating, most of the people including me prefer outdoor seating to avoid the congestion created near service counter due to slow pace service and to enjoy a great view of New BEL Road. <br/><br/>SERVICE: As I described above it's very very slow but the staffs are friendly and they do remember your specific requests. They don't add anything extra to your order. I have observed them getting confused in the kitchen and sometimes they have forgotten to add sauce to the Mexican fries.<br/><br/>FOOD: As far as burgers concerned, it scores just good in my views but not the best. But yes, their breakfast menu is quite promising and spicy paneer burger is nice.Today it happened to taste their swirl ice cream and to be frank it didn't appeal too much. But if you want to enjoy the outdoor seating and view of New BEL Road munching some fries, yup you are in right place.

Ordered for a delivery, thru app, which was prompt, however they need to work on packaging. The fries, which are my favourite, were too soft and soggy had to wast most of it, the cokes packed in paper cups had gone flat, by the time it was delivered.the burgers had gone cold as well. They are good in dine in business, but delivery a long long way to go. 👎

Just like other outlets. Food is nice and service is prompt. They do have a card program. Loyal customer service in which they give good offers. I used the most out of the coke offer where they give you coke for 5 bucks. We exploited it a lot!!

The best thing about BEL Road's McDonalds is their roadside open sitting area, you can enjoy the view while having your meal. Otherwise, McChicken-Maharaja Mac-Chicken Wrap-McFlurry tasted same as other McDonald's.

I visited this outlet of McDonalds when I went to visit my aunt who stays in RMV II stage. I went with her kids and had a good time. Ordered for Burgers, Fries, Wraps & McServe. The service is good here !

The quality of mcd outlets in india has gone down drastically because they get a lot of customers they act like that they do not care. I had ordered LARGE fries they game me medium fries and when i told them that they just shifted them to a large packet and gave them to me . I had ordered a maharaja veg and a shezwan veg , they buns were not fresh to start with , the big mac was toooooo cheezey and had a bland taste the shezwan was good and had a nice kick to it.

If you need to grab a quick lunch then McDonald's is the place for you. Spicy paneer wrap, Mc Aloo Tikki taste great. Piri Piri Fries are addictive and for dessert Mc Flurry Oreo ice cream is great. The place is quite big and there is seating on the inside as well as outside.

Located in a very happening area in New BEL road. Neither food nor ambience is that great over here. Most common dishes ordered are McVeggie burger and French fries. :) Not one Paneer cube was found in the chilly paneer packets. Paneer is too raw in Mcspicy paneer. Quite disappointing. Like every other McDonald's outlet. Very lively place & crowded most of the time. The french fries here are better than any other fast food outlets. A hangout spot with my friends whenever there is a let off at college. The Mcfloat is filled with ice rather than coke/fanta which annoys me.<br/><br/>P.S : Free wifi but finding parking is a nightmare. ;_;

I hate writing bad reviews because of the impact. Well.. I was there few days ago. We had chicken mcgrill, MacChicken burger and fries. I love fries from McDonald's. Much better than KFC. The worst service in the world. I just ordered only 3 items including a Oreo mcflurry. But the delivery guy came 15 minutes late and apparently forgot to bring the Oreo shake and he never came back in the night to deliver it. I hope McDonalds learns that they can't sell any rubbish to India. I sincerely hope McDonalds stops branding itself as an American brand as it has no quality of service.

A regular visitor to this McDonald's branch. Was there before 2 days in the afternoon. Since we were thirsty went there to grab a drink. Also we had a neck ringer in which they had mentioned free French fries with a coke or Pepsi. Really uncourteous staff, treated me as if I were there to get something without money. They did not accept the ringer, said not available. I asked them "why do you circulate these if they dont have the offer. " No response from any of the staffs. I left the place after waiting for 10 mnts. Don't know how they appoint such staffs in a well known chain of restaurant. Strongly suggest them to be cautious while appointing staffs.

Typical McD outlet similar to other one's across the city. This one very near to the Ramaiah hospital junction and finding a parking here is a nightmare. The menu is different across so the only thing that differentiates is the service and the ambiance of the outlets. Service needs a lot to be desired, There is a take away counter just as we step in but I have hardly seen anyone taking orders there in atleast 2 visits that i've been to. The main counters too were not fully functional, there were only 2 people taking orders and delivering. Our order was a small one with just an aloo tikki , wrap and veg burger, it took more than 15 mins for it to be ready. The delay is understood if the place is packed but it was literally empty being a rainy day as well. The Happy menu is cheap but so is the size of the wraps and burgers. Somehow , feel like the kati roll stalls that have popped up in quiet a few places serve awesome wraps than the one available here. <br/>From my previous experience , the breakfast menu is the best that McD has and has the right combo's other than that it is not a place that I would prefer going to frequently.

McDonald's is quite a common place in Bangalore. It was my regular breakfast joint, consisting of McChicken Meal Large with an added McAloo Tikki. Crowded yet happening. Cheers!. No demand's & no complaint's. A must visit as always, no matter whereever you are because the taste is universal.

This macd is small and if you a big group then you might have problem in sitting. They give free WiFi. What else can I say the food is same as every where so it just a sit and go and there's nothing special.

There's nothing particularly special about this McDonald's, however, it's located directly above a fitness store.<br/><br/>I like the McSpicy Paneer Burger, but I can't see myself ordering anything else. Well, not unless you tied me to a chair and fed me. The happy meals are always cool though, and it's great fun playing with the happy meal toys...I can't believe I admitted that on a public review.<br/><br/>Anyhoo, it's a good option when you're at a new location in India. At least you won't be paying them to give you cholera. Hopefully.

Another place which helped me survive college initially with no good place around this area. <br/>Mcdonald being an international brand keeps consistent quality. Food is good. Though prices are high. <br/>But once newer places came this has become a rarity in our daily go to places. I'm a regular visitor to McD , Hebbal, Kempapura for my baby's favorite HAPPY MEAL . Honestly when they hear about happy meal, the behavior level goes down . So whatever it may be , I wont rate a restaurant good IF STAFF BEHAVIOR is not upto expectation. We are paying for it simultaneously actually. So overall bad.
