It's a McD, the food is exactly what you expect. This one in particular has a first floor with some cool tables overlooking the entire ground floor. Perfect place to chill while waiting for someone.

Day before yesterday i visited the McDonald's outlet at brigade for the first time , i have to say this the service was at its best especially cashier Dravid helped me a lot in placing my order and also made my day through his smile and enthusiasm. The food was amazing loved it , must visit😍

Standard fare A break in a busy shopping area - keeping to standards. Plenty of kids out for a late breakfast or early brunch. I have visited this store many a times while I come for shopping to Brigade road. Take a softy ice cream and roam around to shop in this shops for your apparel needs. Then post your shopping to have a quick pack of energy get refueled here with the nice Aloo Tickee Burger and unlimited sauce. Their unique product of coke float is awesome with ice cream floating on the chilled coke. I liked the locations of this restaurant and the overall ambience. Plenty of place to enjoy your meal. Nice place for a quick bite. The combo menu were the best one is Rs. 89 another 59. We ordered two combos of 89 each and wanted to have nuggets along with coke extra. I ordered medium coke which cost 71Rupees which I think is expensive. They clearly don't want to sell only coke. May be they don't want people to just order a coke and occupy place. That makes sense. But for myself, Iesson leant. Will only order the combos or meal from now on.

Never disappoint on quality. If you're looking for lite and quick meal go for burger and fries without thinking about any other brand or chain.

Love McD because it's pocket friendly. And you guys must try the coco float that's something very very good. Love the spicy chicken burger and the MC egg.<br/>Veg burger is also very nice and the bun looks so fresh.

The potatoes are fried in around 300 - 400 F until the fries are golden and crisp.<br/>The MCD gets its Coke syrup delivered in stainless steel tanks. The service was not at all good, I had to wait for more than half an hour. Even after that, the staff's behavior was not good and they were rude. They didn't even follow the SOP and the quality of the product was also not that good. The hygiene was also not maintained and didn't have the facility of the e-wallet they were claiming.

As usual a McD, would often do take out from this outlet while travelling out of town, as McD burgers make less mess while travelling, especially on a busy route

McDonalds doesn't need any introduction. This outlet is located at Brigade Rd. Outlet is always busy. Kuddos to the staff who manage the store very efficiently. Always welcoming and courteous. Mccafe and Mc Chicken are my evening snack every second day. The combos meals are total value for money.

Being on Brigade Road, place is always crowded - weekday or weekend. So, service is slow. But food is good, at the end wait dosnt seem to be all waste of time.

The staff here is very ignorant.... Their service is horribly late. They keep chatting inside kitchen and don't attend to the customers. This will only spoil the reputation of McDonald's and they better do something about it.

Tried Chocolate mocha at mc donalds it was just perfect. If you ever feel hungry just grab one and you are on the go ! The place needs to msintained properly ! The place wasn’t clean like other outlets !

The staffs behave ridiculous sometimes when you ask them to fill the glass of coke properly because they have just half filled it. They would even make faces if you try using offers or just have any issues with your order. Though the issue might be resolved but it's never with a happy face.

I visited this place for a quick lunch. I ordered the maharajah Mac meal. It consisted of chicken burger, fries and coke. The burger was good and the fries were okay.

McDonald's at Brigade road is a good place to try out some burgers and fries. I visited this restaurant and tried their Chicken Burger which was like an American style with jalepenos and cheeze. <br/>I took a combo of it which came with fries and soft drink. The order was prepared in no time and the staff was courteous to serve it to our table as we had two senior citizens with us. <br/>The ambience is just like any other McDonald's.

Good place to eat. Easily accessible and prices are nominal. Sufficient to accommodate good number of people. Self serving.Customer service is quick and well. Parking would be a problem here as it is in the crowded shopping area of the city.

So I visited this outlet on a weekend. As you can expect since it's a weekend it was pretty crowded. But the service was good not too slow or fast, average. The food was fresh and hot. Talking about ambience it is by the side of the road quickly accessible. Sufficient room to sit and chit chat for a while.

I walked in at 9 am, on a Monday morning, smack in the middle of their breakfast service, only to find out, that they weren’t ready for orders. After a fifteen minute wait, I’m told to replace the coffee in my meal with tea, as the outlet is out of COFFEE on a MONDAY morning. Also, no brown sugar. Just glad that they did still have the Sausage McMuffin with Egg. <br/><br/>Enough said?

Have usually had just soft serve here, but the service is fast and the staff is polite. And you will almost always find a queue and tables full at this joint.

I love McD. Affordable price to stop your hunger. Its nice that the outlet is available in every corner of Banglore. Its nice to shop and take a break in this place. The quality of the food is awesome and tasty too.

To be honest the quality and atmosphere of this place has drastically dropped down to a horrific state. The food is franchise standard. The service is horrible. Overall okay experience.

Mac taste wise it's good and perfect especially the juicy and creamy mayo filled inside with crispy hot 🍟 fried chicken 🐔 it's awesome with filling of fresh veggie overall everything is great and perfect

Poor service level at all. When we placed order they prepared softdrink immediately and after almost 10 minutes we got other stuffs. Not understand what we need in first time. Cleanness is also not upto mark.

We found more mosquitoes here than the variety of McDonald's offering. Even ketchup sachets were not provided. I would never recommend it to anyone.

I was about to travel and was here for a quick bite before boarding the bus. I never really write reviews for joints like mcd's KFC burger king etc but the staff at McDonald's Brigade road outlet forced me to write one. So I was in the line and there were two customers from a particular foreign continent and the staff was so damn rude to them and so disrespectful initially. i understand he is not that well versed in English to get the accent of foreign customers then why work in a global food joint! When they told him they didn't want ice in their coke they (the counter guy and another staff) just lashed out at them. That's not all when they requested for some ketchup they just again yelled saying its self served with the cups given! Hello!! is it even mentioned and why don't you'll place the machine in a much more remote location of the outlet without any signs of where it is stationed. This is the first time I've witnessed such kind of racism that too in a food joint serving world wide. The counter person looked as if he just was involved in a brawl or something with his shirt untucked with pen marks all over and yeah without even a name badge when I looked for it to report him. The bill does suggest his name to be Anil Kumar but idk how far its accurate considering multiple staff using the same system to take orders. I mean the worst ever behaviour without even a little touch of customer service. Nothing much about the food just the same old taste. But did try the chicken kabab wrap and it was delicious. Overall the outlet was completely dead at 9pm on a Thursday night thanks to may be the disrespectful staff. I'd never visit this place.

A place that I love to visit frequently. The food is reasonably priced and never disappointing. Servers are polite. This outlet is pretty spacious covering 2 floors.

I dropped in after AGES to a McDonald's, and  it is immediately apparent that the drive to keep prices low has resulted in quality being consigned to the depths of tastelessness. The mcgrill and mchicken patties are both thinner and bland. The soft serve was no better, with only the slightest taste of vanilla being discernible. The servers also put the barest amount of hot fudge sauce on it, as if it's liquid gold. It is only on pointing out what a token amount was present that they grudgingly added a little more.<br/><br/>Even if I'm terribly hungry after a beer in the neighborhood, I'll just go home, slap a slice of cheese onto some bread and call it a day, rather than come by here again.

Well Mc Donald's doesn't need any introduction they are quite famous for their burgers. What fascinates me are the happy meal, though I'm a bit disappointed by the increase in their prices but that is unavoidable I suppose.<br/>I had their maharaja mac burger and it was a cheesy overload and their original spicy mc chicken or even their big wraps are always great for a quick but filling grub. They are one of those place that follow the no plastic rule and it is really appreciated.<br/>Food - 4/5<br/>Ambiance - 4/5<br/>Service - 4/5

The Chicken Maharaja Mac tasted so bad. Cold coffee was unsatisfactory, too sweet. The fries were okay. And apparently short and concise reviews aren't acceptable.
