Review Lazzez - Bengaluru

Zaheer
Lazeez by Shiraz is a true taste of Calcutta. The dishes are prepared in original Calcutta style and taste amazing. The ambience and interior has a nice glimpse of Calcutta. Highly recommended for people from Calcutta or people who like the food from there.

Good mughlai cuisine. You will get authentic bengali biriyani here in Bangalore. Good phirni. Small place with 7-8 tables. Often go there to satisfy the urge of having bengali biriyani.

One of the best places in Bangalore to have the classic Kolkata Awadhi style biryani and my go to place here in the city...the taste is as close as it can get to the delicious Calcutta biryani..very few tables and a small no-frills restaurant. Staff are polite and service is good. The biryani rice itself is not too oily and not too dry..very balanced..the mutton pieces were pretty good but could have been just slightly more tender, soft and juicy...the decent-size potato piece (invariably the main highlight of the biryani) too was very tasty but could have been aa little more on the tender side...Do note they don't provide the egg which is a must...so make sure to ask for the boiled egg separately which we did :)..overall it remains my favourite place for Kol-style Biryani in Bangalore and Bengalis here must visit to get a decent taste of our homeland's most favourite dish.

The best kolkata style biriyani with potato (but they serve it without egg, half star deducted for that) I had in Koramangala Area is this, Lazeez. The biriyani was light, mutton pieces were soft n tender, aloo too. But my vegetarian colleague took a paneer dish with roti, and seeing that I thought edible oil prices had a catastrophic fall. (Other half star deducted for the abundance of oil in other dishes).

Closest to authentic aadhi-Kolkata Biryani you'll get in Bangalore. The place has been revamped and remodeled but still it looks dimly lit and a bit unclean. What makes it a must visit is the food. The biryani is near authentic Kolkata food It's slightly on the expensive side, but this is expected considering it is one of the costliest cities in India. Can be a try if one is in the food from Kolkata.

Firstly m a Vegetarian and I know we do not have a Biryani dish still we say ( Veg - Biryani because we don't havan e option ). They ordered MUTTON BIRYANI. And my friends and I went for dinner. Biryani was good as my friends speak. Their words:- Satisfaction, Santushti, Just like Kolkata Biryani, Wow, Awesome. These words came from their mouth during eating. BUT Dear Vegetarians, ( I ordered Roll :- and it was not up to the mark ) Don't go there they have Veg - Biryani and Biryani Rice on their Menu but they do not serve them. But they have options in veg ( Roll, Veg kebabs, etc. )

Excellent kolkata Biryani. Authentic food. The naan was just like what we get in kolkata. The Chicken Chap was too good. The Chicken and Mutton Biryani were beautifully aromatic and rice was so good.We had packed Chicken Rolls too. They were extremely delicious.very tasty. Please visit this place for authentic kolkata Biryani.

One of the best restaurants in Bangalore to enjoy mughlai cuisine the bengali style. Although the interiors and ambience is not so impressive however the taste is top notch. The Biriyani and mutton kosha with different choices of breads are my favourites. The prices are light on the pocket as well.

I reach out there fr Amazing tasty (Kolkata style) Biryani & Rolls. Must mention, Chicken Chaap is also quite tasty there. Price is arnd Rs. 250 for Mutton Biryani. Not the best comfortable place to dine, but surely One of the Tastiest Biryani places in town. It's in 5th Block, Kormangla!

The glass what used to serve water was stinking like hell, food is good, service also Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options.

Food was yumm. We had ordered Kolkata Mutton and chicken biryani with a starter..All were great!

For Lazeez Calcutta style cuisines I've visited this place for a few times now and their food never goes wrong. I always take a roll, bread is crispy from outside & soft within and fillings are delicious. I've also tried few other dishes and all of them are good. I went to weekends and I never had to wait for a table here. I guess the reason is their simple ambiance and focused menu (do not serve a large variety of cuisines). Their prices are also very affordable which make it a delight. If you want to enjoy some flavorsome savory meal, this is one of the place.

Ordered the following- Mughlai Chicken Biryani, Mutton Biryani, Chicken Tikka Kabab, Phirni Mughlai Chicken Biryani is worth the money, both quantity and taste wise. Mutton Biryani tastes decent too. The Chicken Tikka Kabab was a tad bit disappointing, lacking taste and a bit overcooked. The phirni was not as it should be, much thicker like jelly and tasted a bit more sweet. Overall, good experience. Good for a heavy lunch.
Rituraj Singh
Food was really good with North Indian taste. A bit expensive but that's okay. You'd feel the quality of food matches the kind of money they're asking.
Pankaj Chand
Excellent food and good service. Ambience is not very good. Hygiene is as expected for a small restaurant selling local food.
Sandeep Surendran
Happened to try their mutton Biriyani today and absolutely loved it…..if you’re someone who enjoys the authentic Arabic flavour of Biriyani with less spices and over powering masala then you will love this treat from Lazeez….the mutton was so tender yet Smokey and was cooked in such a way that we could taste the meat and not the masala….rice had a very sutle flavour of masala and rather had the mutton fat and essence pierced into it which is very tough to find these days! Must try!

I ordered from Lazeez, Koramangala. It's comes like that. I attached the picture ofy order. Food Spilled outside of the plastic. In the situation of corona viruses, How they provide food like this?
I spent 377 rupees for this shit! Egg and potato come in a plastic bag.
Tell me one thing in India plastic is banned or not?
I had ordered 3 rolls with egg on each of them and paid extra for each. However, when I received the order eggs were not put in the rolls. I contacted customer support and they informed me that restaurant was not picking up calls. I have sent photos to customer support
Somnath Chatterjee
Authentic Kolkata style biriyani. When they write Mughlai it signifies additional piece of meat and an egg.
Very bad quality food very salty we couldn’t even eat properly and the biriyani delivery was done in 20 mins I don’t know how is that possible. The mutton was fried and added in the old biriyani since the aloo were broken and tasted from last night
Very bad not recommended at all

The only place in Bangalore where u can get a good kolkata biryani. Prices are a bit high but hey it's bangalore and u have to sacrifice somewhere
Tushar Singh
I ordered tawa chicken, spring onion in it was not washed, food was completely full of dust. And found chicken head inside, no wonder these people didn't grow in last 12 years. Unhygienic, poor quality of everything. Had to throw my food.
This place is near to the Jyothi Niwas College, next to Tunday Kababi. This is one of the few places in Bangalore serving Kolkata Biriyani. I came here many times and this time I sat in the floor undergrouns. Parking can be a problem, you need to find a suitable parking. We ordered Chicken Cheese Kabab, Chicken Tikka Kabab, Butter Naan, Mutton Biriyani and Firni. The chicken kabab wrapped with cheese was melt-in-mouth, mildly sweet on pallette. The chicken tikka kabab was on the spicy side. Chicken sheek with cheese alone is a rockstar. The tikka kabab goes very well with Butter naan. Next comes the aromatic Biriyani with succulent mutton pieces and aroma of spices. You can order extra Aloo (potato) and boiled egg here. People familiar with Kolkata Biriyani must know that Potato and Egg are must have in our biriyani. Quantity is humongous. packs a punch. After the heavy meal comes Mildly sweet Firni, a dessert made of milk served in earthern pot. It refreshes your taste buds and gives a good finishing touch to the whole Biriyani saga. Price is also moderate in nature. The decor should be improved. The stuff are courteous.
Food - 9/10
Ambiance -6/10
Service - 8/10
Value for Money- 9/10

Anyone visiting Lazeez really has to understand that it essentially caters to the Bangalore settled Bengali population unless you are a foodie and would like to take a chance. I love the place. I love the food. I love everything about it. I am a biriyani eater and of course the Chicken Chap. My all-time favourite! Lazeez can't go wrong with their Kolkata style Biriyani. And the Aloo! Yum! Soft as a pillow. Please do not expect a fine dining experience there. Of course, the AC won't work and the tables will have an oil stain. You really have to turn a blind eye in order to enjoy sumptuous food on your plate. So go there to enjoy the food and not the ambience. The food you won't regret, the ambience you might.

Was craving to have Chicken Chaap after I tasted it at Arsalan in Dubai, unfortunately did not order after looking at what was available at Lazeez. Had the Chicken Biryani and Mutton Rogan Josh, both were average, I used to frequent this place long back and the taste here was amazing especially the Biryani - Unfortunately the standards have dipped and its not the same anymore. I really had to convince my wife to go to this one - will not take such risk next time though...The rolls were great when they had an outlet in Commercial street but thats closed now.Still looking for that authentic Chicken Chaap.
Debadrita Jadhav
Mutton Biriyani had no taste... They probably forgot to put salt also, the potato was partially cooked. We ordered for mutton chaamp , got mutton bones in gravy instead. Very very disappointed with the quality and taste of food.
Susandhya Nayak
I am a regular customer here, I used to go there every Monday n also I ordered on Monday if it's not possible to go there, but the problem is not the first time, I ordered chicken biryani with extra aloo when they changed for it but they don't give, why I don't know, not for the first time, it's happened with me two times.. Seriously this is disgusting

I'm from kolkata তাই বুক ঠুকে বলতে পারি এটাই Bangalore এর সেরা kolkata Biryani Alishan o fail, mark my words & don't worry about the rating.

The biryani still is just as tasty as it used to be 10 years ago with the aloo n chicken piece. Chicken roast curry n kulcha is just exceptional..finger licking delicious

Don't expect a clean n cosy place though, even after all the renovation n move from basement to a higher floor ambience remains..go there only for the food
Bipasha Majumder
Being a bengali, I miss the Kolkata biryani with aloo but lazeeez brings home closer to heart. After a hard day's work, the mutton biryani with the quintessential aloo and the mutton chaap is what a bengali craves for and lazeeez fills the gap. Kudos for keeping the awesome taste of Kolkata (almost) intact in Bangalore
Rahul Tilak
This was the place famous for rolls, we have been going here since 2000s, the rolls are really good, the firni is also pretty good, tasted the biryani, nothing much can be told about the biryani, its kinda ok dok.. try the mutton roll and double egg mutton roll.
Riticka P Jalan
Good paneer egg rolls

If you want authentic Biryani in Kolkata style in Bangalore, I think this is the right place. If you're missing the melting piece of aloo in your Biryani in Bangalore, then your search ends here. They have chaaps as well and tandoor items along with Naans and rotis.

We even visited during Durga Puja and this place was packed as Koramangala is a hub of bengalis and Durga puja. Everybody had to wait for quite some time to get a table. Anyways, the biryani tasted brilliant along with chicken chaaps. Just like the one we get in Park circus or New market.

Highly recommended to all the biryani lovers!
Soumajit Goswami
Changed the recipe of Chicken chap, not anymore authentic.
Rajesh Ghosh
Worst experience paid 300rs and got only one small piece of mutton in Biryani and 3rd class taste
Deepak Kumar
There was nothing freshly made and the chicken was stale

Lazeez, known for its rolls and calcutta style biryani, however not many know about its 2 dishes which are quite famous or I would say a bunch of us love it.
Its the Mutton Pasinda (medium spice) and Chicken Bharta (no spice). "MP" available only on wednesday n thursday.
We go almost every thursday,,,I guess from past 1 year now for lunch, to eat these 2 particular dishes with roti and end it with kesar firni.
A must try dish for meat lovers.
Keshav Kunal
We had -

1. Mughlai Mutton Biryani
2. Chicken Rezala

The Mughlai Mutton Biryani was average in terms of taste.. The mutton was hard.. The Chicken Rezala wasn't good either...

My rating - 2.5/5

Last weekend, we wanted to check this place out as its quite famous among certain groups.

Chicken Tikka Kabab - Took almost an hour to arrive. Decent quantity and taste. Was good - Not Great.

Paneer Tikka Kabab - Came quickly, the paneer was fine but the Chatni they served along with it wasnt.

Paneer Roll - Was OK. It had less filling than needed.

Veg Biryani - Lets just call this Pulav. Was OK for a Pulav. Higher on the oily side.

Overall the prices were decent. The service was a quite slow and the taste was JUST OK.

The place can seat 50 - 60 at once. It wasn't very crowded hence not needed to book in advance.

I had been to lazeez kormangla yesterday around past 8 pm..ordered mutton rezala and tandoori roti ..which we always relished.we travelled from.jp nagar to eat the best tandoori roti in the city ..
The mutton pieces were not very fresh ..looked somewhat disentegrating ..flesh was not tight..did not relish the food ..
Quality has gone down ..guests looked reduced fromwhat it would be when we were living in kormangala .
As we continued eating ..a small black round thing appeared from the rezala ..it was not peppercorn ..
Soft in nature ..
RAT DROPPINGS.
Cald the perdon and asked him what was it ? He took it inside ..and brought a fresh plate ..telling me he threw the black thing and agreed on touching it was soft and disintegrating ..
My mistake i did nottake a picture ..even thpugh i asked for my plate ..they did not gv it back to me .
LAZEEZ WITH RAT DROPPINGS IN FOOD .SAD

Ordered for home delivery... Food is good. If you are a Fan of Authentic Kolkata Style Biryani then you must try from here. The only feedback the Chicken chaap what usually we have in Kolkata it's no where similar to that how ever the Dish was Tasted well at it's own way. Highly recommend for the mouth watering Biryani :-)

taste was worst....my worst experience with chicken biryani I could not eat even....I spent rs270 for this It was not even for rs30....I want my money back...this is not acceptable.
SUBHAMSHREE SAHU
Very bad food quality... N quantity also... I had ordered egg roll and chicken roll.. Both were very bad in taste... Super oily.. N dry also... Too spicy..... There is no sauce in any 1 of these rolls... Very bad.... Very poor... You must look into your food quality.
Samreen Pamoo
Ordered chicken roll. Wasn't completely satisfied with it but yeah for a lunch break of office when you can find nothing this did some justice.
Nishant Nair
Ordered a tandoori roti, one Nan, Mutton Rogan Josh and Firni for the sweet end.
The service was quick and the food was delicious.
Though the Nan and roti were a little cold by the time it reached me. Mutton Rogan Josh was amazing! Super delicious and yummy.. would love to order more and check.
Firni was also good.. just the right consistency and just the correct sweetness so as to not feel you guilty and still enjoy a full portion.

The only place in Bengaluru with 100% authentic Kolkata biryani and other mughal dishes. Ambiance is average non-ac yet it's difficult to get a seat and quick serving on weekends owing to its quality of food. Its mughlai biryani is good enough in size for two and its kebabs, rolls, and phirni are other specialties among its must tries.
Things to try must - Chicken Tawa, Laccha Paratha, Mughlai Chicken Biriyani.
Sudipto Biswas
This place goes back in time by being the one stop place for Kolkata style lucknowi biriyani with potatoes. It's a break away taste in the middle of all the hydrabadi biriyani places in Bangalore. Hence it was more of a visit, nostalgia per say that we made here during one of the lunchtimes at office.

I was dissapointed by starring at a mouth full of oil in everything they served. Oil can never take over taste. Even though moghlai dishes are traditionally made with a lot of ghee and oil, they usually taste good too.

The chicken in the biriyani was well boiled and marinated and that the golden color of it was probably the only silver lining at this place. Didn't expect to see a whole lot of hospitality neither a decor but just taste. But I was left with a regret of loading up on calories than finding a worth in doing so. 3 stars for serving up a miniature taste of Kolkata in Bangalore.
Tushar Kanti Das
it was a big mistake ordering from Lazeez on a sunday afternoon. chicken biryani(rs.264), mutton biryani(rs 287), mutton kasha(rs 264) for home delivery. the biryanis even didnt fill half of a standard dinner plate. so less in quanity. other restaurants give atleast 3 times the qty at the same price. had only one piece of chicken in the biryani.same for mutton biryani. the mutton kasha didnt taste like actual mutton kasha with only 2 small pieces of mutton...which were mostly bones.feel totally cheated ordering from here. ruined the lunch and mood.would never recommend nor would ever order from here any more. just looting in the name of Lazeez!!!way way too costly for the quiality and quantity delivered.and they even charged rs 10 for each of the aluminium foils and the plastic packet in which meagre quantity of raita was given.the one rating is because i couldnt give any lower!!!

Morton and Chicken briyani is really awesome its like I'm having briyani in Kolkata and mutton and chicken khosa is average, the ambience is not at all good , the place is a little bit dirty according to me . Overall its just an average restaurant
Venkat Teja Ratakonda
Don’t order from this outlet. Poor quality chicken biryani . In the name of chicken biryani they gave white rice and fried chicken . Just pathetic ....
Shubhayan Chakrabarty
A pretty much "sprite"(Seedhi baat no bakwaas) type resto. Just come eat & go. They just believe in serving delicious food superfast. The best Kolkata biryani I had Bangalore. Was 2 hungry to even click a pic. 😐
Sayanti Biswas
Kolkata roll and biriyani. Not as great as we get in kolkata but it serves the purpose well. The chicken pieces are too huge which destroys the charm. Hope they make awadhi biriyani which is my all time favourite.

The Biriyani and the mutton shammi kebab sent me back to Kolkata, so writing this review at 2am. Loved the taste! A tad oily, but who cares. It's pure love.
Lohi Reddy
I taken chicken thandhuri 🍖and chicken biryani 🐔🍛it was better but some what oillish I mean to say is biryani observes more oil reduce oil content in biryani..... Thanduri is very good and tasty serving was nice and after taking these items finally I taken cool 🍷 it was very tasty to after having all these.....
Adi!!
Heard about this place from friends and about their biryani specially,so quality ordered their chicken biryani online.Though the quantity should been more.Coming to the taste,it was really fresh and flavourful,as I was looking for.Definitely will order again.👍👍👍
Karan Dudeja
The mutton shaami roll was really bad and the person waiting the table refused to accept the fault in the serving. He instead refuted that the customer must know everything that goes in the dish and should accordingly mention the requirements while placing the order. I was stunned and his arrogance was remarkable. I was not offered anything in order to compensate for the bad dish and this disappointingly poor Experience.
Rinju George
We visited the outlet and ordered chicken biriyani worth rs 240.. got cardamom flavoured yellow coloured uncooked rice with 1 piece of tasteless chicken... the quantity and quality was not worth.
definitely waster of money.. will never visit again and will definitely tell our friends not to visit..
Subham Chakraborty
Ever wanted to know what a biryani made in hospital would taste like? Your wait is over. Lazeez would give you the exact feeling no matter what biryani or chicken dish you order. To make it more more realistic they will also add the hospital charges along with the food bill. A 10/10 recommendation if you have the craze for hospital cooked meals.
Danish Syed
M writing this review so that the staff pays little more attention about it's service!..I had to wait for about half an hour for 4 garlic naan..although there were just 1 or 2 customers, the guy was taking his own sweet time to make!.They started after 20 minutes of waiting even though he was free..please make sure u inform the customer that it would take time to make!..I like the food but not the service! And please teach some manners to the one who makes the tandoori roti!..Needs to learn how to behave !
Amrita
Had biryani and rolls here. Rolls were ok but quantity was compromised. But Biryani was so terrible. plain rice- colored and half cooked chicken was put in and served on a plate like they are so unprofessional. Really bad , we even let them know bt they were least bothered to take the feedback.
Kuntal Das
This guys are selling chicken gravy and calling it 'chicken kosha'. Very disappointed as, not only they gave the wrong dish but we're also very adamant on that, they were right. Not acceptable as I am a typical Bengali and the manager was trying to convince me in a very rude and arrogant manner that it was a chicken kosha. Please be sure what you order and confirm with the waiter that the the dish is as per your desire.
Monomoy Das
So I was served with an extra piece of protein.. Great!
This was just beyond expectation. Disgusting. And Zomato won't let me post this review in less than 140 words.. Awesome job guys! Awsome.

If you are missing Kolkata’s Biryani then this is the right place for you. This place is famous for its Biryani with Aloo.I’ve tried Chicken Biryani which is almost similar in taste to Kolkata’s authentic Biryani. In desserts, the Firni is really good 👌🏻.

We drove from marathalli to this place for Bengali biryani and rolls. It was biggest let down. Started were hard and over cooked. Biryani was too sweet and mutton was not cooked properly. Only the saviours were rolls! Definitely won’t recommend this place at all.
Fazal Mohammed
Ordered Mutton shami kebab those were pathetic one half thrown in trash bin and another which was eated half which made me started vomit 🤮 worst experience ever wish I can give minus 🌟

Disappointed with the order.. Didn't get what was expecting...
Worst food... All the eaters started vomiting after having the shami kababs of this place... Never go to this place...
Arindam Ganguly
Very dissapointed lunch in my life in Bangalore till now... Ordered before also from here and just really loved that one but today it's horrible. Ordered a resmi Kabab and Mutton biryani but really I felt very bad. If I order Mutton biryani by rs 250/-+ tax then I should expect good quantity.. But no that is not also enogh for a single person too... For reference I have attached photo along with this Pls check.
Taste wise it was good but portion size is very bad.
Anyway Pls try to rectify those problems..
Simran Gagnani
Biryani rice had only essence, no taste. Rude staff, bad service. Pictures are inaccurate af. Wouldn’t recommend for good Mughlai biryani. Also, there was no difference between the regular chicken biryani and the Mughlai.
Akash Rana
A joint famous for biriyani in Bengali style and rolls. I personally did not like the taste of biriyani, may be because I’m a fan of hyderabadi-style biriyani. They have good variety of rolls also. They will customize rolls as per your choice.

Being a loyal customer of this place for over a decade, am writing this review with a very heavy heart!!! Was our weekend hangout since time immemorial, have seen this place undergo multiple transformations... guess the last change of management took it's toll on this place.

Just back from a sad and forgettable dinner comprising of an almost tasteless chicken rezala (mutton was over - sigh!), a few tandoori rotis and a khushka which did not have its most precious possession - the alu (which was over as well).

Lackadaisical staff, dingy seating arrangement and a lot of other stuff you would not look forward to in a restaurant.

Sad....Dejected....Heartbroken....
Dishani Sen
It is the best place for Biriyani. The mutton mughlai biriyani is the catch here. The firni is also awesome. The food is authentic bengali biriyani. Quality and quantity wise , it’s worth it totally.
Ipsita Mitra
Really disappointed with food quality.ordered mughlai chicken biryani on some special occasion.but sorry to say food was stale.seemed like leftover packed and given off.this 2nd or 3rd time happening 😡😠😫

When I wanna eat ugly/dirty/unhealthy, I sure do remember Lazeez for their Kolkata rolls and Biryani.
Another time I remember Lazeez is when I am really late at night and missed all other restaurants as they all are shut!! Lazeez becomes a default favourite at 12:30 in the night!! 🤪🤪🤪

Oily, greasy, but tasty!!
Aritra
Eat chicken biriyani from here. If you love kolkata style biriyani then you must try from here. Tasty and nicely cooked. But the negative point of this is it’s too much dalda. So for the cooking team please use little bit of less dalda.
Varsha
I ordered chicken rogan josh. the taste was good but the quantity was very less. for 200 rs 2 piece of chicken is expensive so pls kindly pay attention to the quantity.
Arijit0088
very poor quality.

Guys don't order from this pathetic Restaurant.
Worst meal ever eaten. We ordered Naan OMG it was equal to hard book and not cooked. Along with it we ordered Paneer Makhani it was disgusting. The taste was very bad, it was spoilt. The gravy was in gravy color to my shock. It tasted like onions paste. My friend has vomiting after eating this food.. luckily I chose not to eat.
To discuss this we called the Restaurant and we received a very bad, harsh and rude response.

Highly not recommended!
Sushmitha
Worst food ever.. we ordered Panner Makhni and got a gray colored spoilt gravy which looked like onion paste along woth chunks of panner delivered.. upon asking for a replacement, we got a very rude reply from the hotel..

quality and quantity 👎
Karthik Karthi
i think the quantity was less compared to last time

We got the chance to taste the Calcutta styled rolls... We had egg and chicken rolls... Taste was fantastic... You need to be precise what you want and what you don't want in your roll...
They will make your customized rolls as per your requirement...
Lovely experience...

I hope the manager sees this.

Today I saw you sitting at the corner, talking to someone, else I would have preferred to say this to you in person.

Lazeez has been a pioneer for Bengali biriyani and an equivalent replacement for Arsenal (Kolkata) in Bangalore. There was a time when every Bengali would name lazeez for it's biriyani. In my views, you guys are still leading that category. But there are so many other good Bengali places come up which will topple you, and it's just a matter of time.

The main problem with your store is the laid back attitude and you are tremendously understaffed.

We ordered our food. We got our food. Someone in the other table asked for water, and that's when the waiter realized he didn't give anyone glasses. He gets the glasses and finds there was no water to serve. He asked another helper to get the water while he waited another table. The other guy served water in the first table, took order from them and left. Remember, we were already having our food and the empty glasses staring right at us.

10mins before we asked for bill, we got the water. That too after we asked for it. This guy was visibly tired from waiting all the tables all by himself. You guys need to recognize this. This is how the previous lazeez closed() and you guys are walking the exact same line.

You already are serving good food. You need to take care of your customers as well. There are plenty of people around kormangla/btm serving quality biriyani..

I'm and always have been a pro lazeez fan.
Please buck up.
Rituparna Biswas Chaudhuri
The bill amount being 430 the delivery guy couldn't give the change for 500 and as a result we had to face difficulty.

The rolls are not up to the mark at all. I order mutton rolls and hardly I could find and mutton pieces in it. The paneer rolls was somewhat ok. I won’t prefer rather not order from here

Nice food
Tried two types of kebab
- Chicken Tikka Kebab
- Chicken Peshawari Kebab
Both were really good.
The quality of chicken was also good .
Server: Mohd. Ziauddin❤️

Food quality gone down now a days . Biryani price is not matched with the quality. Packaging of food is not acceptable with that price. While open the take away product got rotten smells in biryani. Overall disappointed very much.

Walking and seeing Bangalore city is a difficult task. One needs to eat. So we visited lazeez for it’s rolls. Truth be told, they were heavy on the stomach but not so much in the flavor department. Didn’t bother to take pictures.

Stale food, smelling roll, threw it, everyday specify to add chillies, instead they don’t add chilli

Great taste and closest to authentic Kolkata style biriyani, rolls and firni. I am concerned about the hygiene of this place. Most of the times I have faced a stomach issue post having food here.
I wouldn't recommend this place.

worst rolls !!! lazeez has lost its charm.. never recommended

One of the worst experience. Wanted to try Kolkata spl and we had ordered mutton biryani and mutton Roganjosh which turned out to be one of the worst gravies I hv ever had till date! Gravy was very very tangy n waterish wen asked bout this dey told that's how mutton Roganjosh here is, we were surprised n really v couldn't hv it any more v sent it back n asked just to get mutton biryani which turned out to be bland n taste was not promising. Never have seen good hospitality here, also wen we sent back dey din ever bother to ask y it is not good or wat cld hv been better dey charged us as usual without even apologizing !! DISAPPOINTING that Lazeez is no longer the same Lazeez it used to be few years ago. I had visited the place yesterday as I was craving to eat some Calcutta Biryani before relocating to a different country. Exited, both my husband and I traveled from Rammurthynager to Koramangala just to eat the delicious food from Lazeez for the final time and we were both so very disappointed with our decision. The biryani now has become so greasy, rice overcooked and no longer biryani rice and the quality and taste was compromised to a big extent, we ordered Chicken Korma and what we got was some 5-6 pieces of small boneless chicken thrown into some tasteless watery gravy and 1 boiled egg. It was horrible, we had to waste the entire thing and come back disappointed. To add to it when we wanted to give our feedback to the staff there, they were very rude and told us that it is what it is and this is what you get here. So this is it. We will not go to this place anymore , have told our friends already and I would recommend people to think twice before going to Lazeez and eating there...

I come to this place to have some good mutton biriyani (Kolkata style) . It is a good restaurant for family and friends. You can try this once if you are from Bengal and love kolkata style biriyani with Potato egg and mutton. Also tried Paratha with Chicken. It's also good.

Food (4/5), Service 4/5. Ambiance 3/5. All over 4/5.
