Good place to hang out. They have a variety of chats and north Indian dishes in their menu along with amazing "Family" of desserts. The staff here are friendly. They have self service station in ground floor and service station in first floor. The place is well maintained and it has a accessible washroom. The interiors are good and has doodling art on its walls, don't miss out on some amazing one liners in the store sure they will get smile on your face. They have great deals for lunch as well as sweet boxes. The service was quick. The food was good. The food served was hot, fresh and hygienic. There are no good parking places as in either parking is prohibited or the ones available are always occupied in the nearby location so better park at a distant place and then walk to the Mannars.

A hot Thursday afternoon and I stopped by Pataka.. it’s on the sound end road beside Fab cafe , RR gold palace . There is a small section of outdoor seating and also service is in the first floor. Very neatly maintained. Staff very courteous . I tried their Aloo Tikki priced at 25₹... the flavour was excellent . I took away cutlet chole . It did justice to the name and the taste was good. I also took away Aloo Tawa pulav... loved the distance flavours and well cooked Aloo blended so well. Loved it .. alongside the boondi raita.. will come back for more of their menu tasting 😊.. they also have their special sweets and savouries so do check out... a very nice pure veg place for all the chat cravings ! And yes they have affordable power lunch combos

Pataka in hindi means cracker and one visit to this place will let you know why they have chosen this as their brand name. The fare served here are like burst of flavours in your mouth. Absolutely pataka. I am not sure what I must suggest as a must try here because everything that I tried until now are all in that category. I must say I was mighty impressed by the Rasgulla Chaat. Sev puri is delish, although I prefer Nylon Sev that's used in Mumbai Chaats. Pav bhaji was okayish. I was let down by the sourness in the vegetable but the texture is just perfect. The accompanying onions are chopped oh so very precisely. The veg quantity served initially is less and although you can repeat it to your heart's content, its slightly annoying to make the serving guy run up and down for it. Yes, they do have one more floor which is done very nicely with beautiful illustrations of Bengaluru and Mysuru city on the wall. They have two branches in Mysuru and one in Bangalore (jayanagar). We tried the malpua rabdi combo which was awesome and to repeat is a must try. We also parcelled barfi from here. The sweet taste and texture is just apt. The owner also gave us Mysuru Pak, malpua(solo without the rabdi added) and muruku to taste and all 3 were exceptional. Their menu is vast and is categorized into Chaats, Chole Bhature, Pav Bhaaji, Paratha, Sandwich, Tava Palav, Milkshake & Juices, Lassi and Sweets. They have seating place at the ground floor outside the shop(without tables) but not comfortable if you prefer to keep your plates on the table and eat. You will get ample space to park your bike or car. Overall a great place for a family to enjoy and relish.

Best quick eatery in jaynagar. We can try each and evrything in menu. Chats,sweets,parathas,milkshakes everything is worth trying. I felt their gold jilebi is their signature dish which every one shld try. Their service is also very quick. Hygeine is also very good and well maintained.

I visited Pataka with my family. They gave me special attention as a senior citizen, I was treated well by staff and owners spoke to me personally. I really appreciated the good chats and bought nice kaju barfi sweet for my house. Thanks for this nice place in Jayanagar.

Cool and pocket friendly place . Great variety of chats, north Indian food and sweets... loved the Gulab Jamun with rabadi. Quick service and clean place.

Very accessible joint with plenty of parking. Lot of variety in chat and light eats. Sweets are fantastic. Not the run of the mill stuff from other sweet shops. Liked Mysore oak, dry fruits barfi the most. Lot of space to either stand and eat or sit and enjoy with family and friends.

A beautiful place located at a prime location. If you're a fan of North Indian Roti-Curry and stuff, this place doesn't offer you that. This place is meant for Chaat Lovers, you name it and they have it. The quality of Chats, Parathas, Pav Bhaji is good! You need to wait for some time if you're in a big number, else it is good and quick service!
