Great Ambience, good food, polite staff, fun to play pool but music too loud. Good concept of tap on the table, this will take a couple of months to get implemented but looking forward to it. Overall, a good new hangout.

St marks road has a new party destination thats cafe mojo. The place is perfect for an evening out with friends. They have the finest alcoholic beverage menu. The food is also great. A pint of beer costs about Rs.125

Big place to enjoy the evening. Good sound system, nice song selection. You can have verity of foods and drinks.

Happen to be our office party, horrible dj, I could have played better music than him or anyone. Music is the only thing which make any pub famous. Being on a good spot, you cannot give amateur service to the public who pay money for a good time. Went for a ladies night. Pathetic service right from the start. The music was too loud and quite annoying. We had to ask for the menus, then hail the waiter multiple times for water which was served in a way I have seen nowhere else - 1 glass for the 5 people on the table. Only the 4th time did we get served with 5 glasses.<br/>The menu we were given was different from the one on this page. The food variety was very limited and quite pricey. Taste didn't justify the rates. Add did I mention the DJ was pathetic!

Guys it's just an average place to hangout.<br/>Nothing much special here but beer tap on table is something that makes this place more popular.<br/>We ordered burgers but it was just below average, I haven't had a DRY burger like this in any of the pubs in bangalore.

I'd already read previous reviews about this place. None of them were like really impressive. However, I thought let's give it a try and it's really sad to say that the bad reviews were real.<br/>The staff kept running from one corner to another. Food took ages to refill. Drinks were being served in wrong glasses.<br/>DJ, was totally off beat.<br/>However the staff behaviour was really good irrespective of undercooked pasta and over minted mojitos.<br/>I'd really not recommend the place to anybody because it's not really worth your money.

This was our 'batch party' place! We celebrated our Farewell and get together (around 150 odd people) at Mojo! A delightful experience, I must say. So many people and yet the service was pretty good. The starters were good. We had french fries, chilly paneer and baby corn. The second time however, they gave us onion rings which tasted bad! Drinks were kinda diluted given that it was a group party and the waiters thought they could get away with it. We however, forgive them because the experience was worth it and the night went smooth without any hazzle. Hence, we decided to host the second party in the same place, which was again, a hit! Visited this place on a Saturday night. The place is spacious with a pool table and enough seating tables. They also have a smoking zone. The place had a bit dark (a little shady) lighting and the music was deafeningly loud. I remember asking the server to reduce the volume a bit since we could hardly hear anything. We ordered Bira blondes (350 a bottle - one of the most expensive places for the beer, also they said they didn't serve pitchers after a certain time), fish fingers (ok), Beef chili fry (they served us chicken at first but then bought beef after realizing the mistake. the beef was well cooked). We didn't feel like staying there longer and we left. It's a good place for a group which enjoys playing pool and if u want to dance). Visited on a Saturday afternoon for a Magician's meet up. Nice ambience, great music but average food. Starters were disappointing. Would rate vegetarian pizza was the best out of all that we ordered.

Decided to go on a Saturday night for the Bollywood party they hosted. Reached around 8:30 and the place didn't have enough tables. Waited for 5 minutes and a server got us a table from the smoking room. The ambience is quite hip and happening but found the service quite a bit disappointing. Left our table after informing for a few minutes only to come back and see another group occupied. We also got blamed for apparently not informing the correct server. The food and drinks are a bit on the pricy side but the food does have good quantity. I asked for a dip along with my fries quite a few times and never got any. Bollywood night was also a downside as I honestly didn't feel the energy from the choice of music or the crowd. Overall. It does lack the mojo one expects to go looking for. Staff could be more customer friendly.

Went for lunch and was quiet surprised at the space available. What I don't understand though is the way the ambiance is..quiet shady if I may say so. <br/><br/>The food and the service was really good. The only reason I knocked off points is because of the bill :(..... What is printed on the menu does not come as the bill. The first explanation when I asked was GST. Seriously you expect public not to know what GST is?? Only when I asked for the menu did the guy serving me say that it's an old menu and the new menu is being printed.<br/><br/>Shouldn't the management let the guests know that the new menu is being printed and update guests on the new rates??<br/><br/>Spoilt the entire good time I had there would have defi marked a 4 but then small mistakes can cost you!!

overall decent but unorganized place! they have huge and relaxed sitting area but again unorganized. you can play pool if you like but again crowd.waiters are running here and there and full confused.<br/>dancing area also confusing. it's perhaps new entity so they will improve in future.<br/>but food wise beef chimichuri was awesome and cool & crisp salad was also fine.<br/>overall cost effective place with lots of improvements.

I go here just on Sundays and for a reason.big joint and the food is well cooked. A littler of Goa comes to namma ooru....right next to trufles on st marks road, this dingy entrance leads to a lively place with rustic decor, live music and lip smacking food.<br/><br/>Go for Paneer shaslik and Goan Pizza

Cafe Mojo has the perfect ambience for an evening hangout with friends. Great options on the starters and food menu. Had cheese balls with jalapenos. And the beverage selection is definely a thumbs up. I particularly liked the projector where they were playing IPL. Interiors were lit sufficiently well for a pub ambience. Watched Jenny and friends sing to a relatively sober audience. Has a very cool live music vibe and space to this place. Totally loved my first visit to this place! Way to go, folks. Keep it up! Have Heineken too in stock for me though. ;)

Went to cafe-mojo for lunch with 2 friends and ordered the 3 course meal. At the end they gave an overcharged bill with hidden expenses which they didn't care to explain. When we asked for proper division of taxes, they did it in excel and gave a print to us. Only when we raised our voice did they refund us for the hidden charges they added. Anyway going forward with the review for the food :<br/><br/>Pros:<br/><br/>- Good food<br/>- Clean place<br/>- Helpful servers<br/>- complimentary mock-tail<br/><br/>Cons :<br/>- price to quantity ratio is bad<br/>- only 1 starter and main course per person<br/><br/>Would never go back as the altercation is not something preferable with food. It's a great pub to sit and have a beer, but on it's best nights it turns into Little Havana from Dirty Dancing or a roaring, upbeat karaoke scene! It has a great vibe with it's selective days of fun. When you have to pay the small entry fee before you get in, you know it's going to be fun.<br/><br/>On other nights it's a quiet place with a pool table. Very 90's vibe... music is always changing. Beer taps but no beer through them, however they also have a pretty good range of cocktails! And they make em extremely well. <br/><br/>Food is great, excellent sauces with their finger food so do ask for that!

Visited Cafe Mojo a couple of days before for an office party. They place was quite quiet and we got a gigantic table for our party of 10. We quickly ordered our drinks and moved on to the food menu. The food appeared and disapperard within a few minutes. We intiially ordered fries, Peri Peri chicken, crispy chicken and Lord of the rings. The fries and crispy chicken was decent but we gorged on the rings and Peri Peri chicken. The rings was super crispy and nicely friend. I loved the chicken too. It gave me a proper goan feel and we soon moved to round two. Round two had more rings, wings, garlic bread and a couple of pizzas. I loved the garlic bread. One of the best I have ever had. The pizzas were also quite good. The staff were quite friendly and were super open to feedback. It's a great place to have a good time and I am definitely going back.

Awesome food. The bbq pizza is a must try. Shahana and i had a very good experience in this place. The ambience of the place is very good that u feel like u r in a place apart from Bangalore

Terrible ambience. No light. No ventilation. The Goan food is not worth ordering and isn't authentic. It's street bar food at expensive prices. I wish we only left earlier and paid attention to that little voice in our gut that said 'leave'. Overall a shady operation from the staff to the place.

The new resto pub on st.marks road does not quite go with the name as it as no mojo attached to it. Perfect place to be for a Salsa social (primarily because of the vibe at the place and the feel of the music) Food is delicious. Pool table is a perfect recreation.

Decent food, ambience is not the best. If it is not a big group, doubt this place will be much fun. Office parties, boys/girls night outs etc, this is passable. Anything more involved than that, not so much.

It's an okay place. The ambience is not great. But the waiters are polite and the food arrived on time. I tried their chlorophyll burger which was good.

We had been to this place on a Friday night - Bollywood party with office friends. The place is not open, and I think doesn't have any windows or ventilation. We had reserved a table as there were a huge group of lawyers having a gala time there. We had beer, Ballantines, cake, cheesy fries, chicken dishes, fish finger etc. Everything was good. <br/>The atmosphere and crowd was amazing - perfect party place - where you can dance to your heart out. One of the few times when I heard a pub playing Hindi DJ tracks and I simply loved it. Don't know why pubs in Bangalore always play English tracks - its not that I don't like it - but there is nothing like a Hindi remix song which won't make you dance. Good, spacious seating arrangements. There was a snooker table and smoking area too. It is also situated on St Marks Road - one of the prime areas. The service was also very good as the attenders waited on us to pay the bill. <br/>Altogether, nice experience and a must for all office goers to chill down after a tiring day!

This place! If you love Goan cuisine just as much as us then you're going to fall in love with Cafe Mojo. Tucked away in St Marks road right next to Truffles, Cafe Mojo is a Goan retreat. We happened to visit there last week and try their yummy food and today we are going to tell you all about our experience. :)

Nice place.. Good ambience.. Food is great.. Though not worth the price they charge.. Also the quantity they serve is less.. The must try thing is peri Peri chicken and chilli french fries.. <br/>

Had one of the worst experiences here. We went for lunch here on a Friday. The place was way too dark. So can't say much about the ambience. The staff were nice. We ordered starters and few main course. But waited for almost 40 mins without getting even a single item from our order. Few other customers around us were also complaining the same thing. The waiters just kept telling 5 more mins on enquiring each time and the 5 mins never came. The last straw for us was when the power went off. They didn't have any back up or atleast a single candle. We waited for 10 more mins with lil hope in complete dark, being so hungry and finally left the place (still no food) after wasting almost 1 hour of our time. Based on this, definitely not recommending to anyone!

I have been to this place on Wednesday evening , i must say its actually designed as a Irish pub, and they have very nice smoking area with cartoons printed on the wall, which will give you Goan feel,  They have a nice Goan Dishes with authentic goan taste.... ...<br/>But everything means our whole experience started getting spoiled when a group of people came inside and they were foreigners ( south african or nigerians) , and the kind of profile they were carrying and disturbing everyone in the pub was horrible. They were everywhere creating issues, even if you want to go for a washroom, there you will see guys in ladies washroom and ladies in guys washroom, but i dont know what management was doing, they should have stopped them in entering or controlled them in this kind of beautiful pub.<br/>Everything was good whether its a food, service and Ambiance, but if i am not feeling secure then definitely i wont come back to this place.<br/>I am giving 4 points because of food, service and ambiance and rest is up-to management whether they want there guest to be happy in their pub or not, because we have many option to enjoy in other places.

So the girls and I decide to give this place a shot and walk in at 1 for a Friday lunch. We were ushered in at 1 with just 2 other tables occupied. We picked 4 starters (2 veg and 2 non veg) and a vegetarian pizza from the ala carte menu and waited for food to arrive. And waited. And waited. And waited. And waited some more. Over 45 mins to be precise. <br/><br/>After checking with the staff atleast 3 times and being told "2 mins mam" all three times, our pizza is placed at the table. Not the starters that we had been kept waiting for, the main course. It was little consolation that all other tables were complaining about how the main course came to them before the staters.<br/><br/>Half way thru the pizza (it felt like biting into rubber with cheese on it) the appetisers started to show up. <br/>Mind you I won't be able to tell you what the food looked like because somewhere through this joke of a dining experience, there was a massive power failure and they either didn't have power back up or that failed too. <br/><br/>My non vegetarian friends had ordered a peri peri chicken which they said was sweet. There was a prawn starter too which they said was causing a very unpleasant stinging sensation on their lips.<br/><br/>Our Popeyes secret, some kind of a creamy spinach cigar, was mediocre , neither spectacular nor bad. The Bollywood crackers description on the menu said that there was a surprise inside. Shock would have been a more accurate adjective. It was ice cold on the inside. Something frozen had to be deep fried and it wasn't done right!? We sent it back and cancelled it. <br/><br/>We had our lunch in complete darkness because the light was not back on until we left and candlesticks were placed on our tables just before we asked for the bill.<br/><br/>Simply because I have not one nice thing to say about the experience, I will commend the swiftness with which the bill was presented to us. Lightning fast! And I must appreciate the concern for customer's ability to actually be able to read the menu and acting upon it by proving us with candles. Bravo! A word of advice though, please show the same efficiency and respect for your client's time when serving food. <br/><br/>On a more serious note, I didn't mind the power failure too much, it seemed like a genuine problem and a major one at that. I'm willing to let that one slide. But there is no excuse for the hour long wait for the food. The service reeked of complete disregard for their client's time. I don't know with what face they presented the bill. It was 1300+<br/><br/>A shoutout to the folks on the table next to us who walked out after waiting for half an hour, I wish we had the sense to do it :(<br/><br/>Gargi

New place located on st marks road . We went there for lunch . The place is decorated perfectly but its a little too dark .ambiance was good , the waiters are friendly and responsive. I got the bbq chicken pizza while my friend got the 5 course meal. The curry was a little bland and lacked spices . The pizza was nice . Soup was ok . Salad and appetizer were tasty .

Visited Cafè Mojo recently and the food was excellent! The cocktails were wonderful and unique, made especially for us. The American Cheese and Chicken is truly divine and a must order dish! We also loved the fish in creamy sauce, but remember to save space for the Red Velvet cake as that was truly divine.

This place was in my mind from a really long time. The interior of this place comes to the shady side. It's very huge and accommodate many people and they have dancing area as well. <br/>We had ordered for many things and everything was amazing, like crispy chilly potato, plans, chicken,paneer sauté etc. The only thing I didn like was pasta. <br/>The best part of this place was the service, when we ordered food, the kitchen had closed. But the manager's actions were so quick that he literally called chefs and asked to open the kitchen and served us everything. <br/>One should visit this place to have the best service and some drinks

It has a great atmosphere on weekends. The DJ was really awesome. The Food served was also good. The Chicken Wings tasted really well. Even the Veg Pizzas were good. Though the Chilli Chicken wasn't that good. And the Non Veg Pasta was a Disaster. And the management should make sure food is served properly because we had to repeatedly ask the waiters to bring the food. We had visited for the event hosted on 1st April for Jain University Graduation Party. Overall it was a Blast but disappointed because food wasn't served properly.

It's a decent place if you have nowhere to go but you want to crunch on a few things while you enjoy the wide variety beverage menu. The ambience of Café Mojo is great! The food was good as well. I had attended an event and it was very well handled. The venue was a big part of the success. Great place!

I went here with my friend a week ago. The entrance to the place a a little shady (probably adding a couple of lights would help), the food was really nice , but- I am highly allergic to egg. I chose the 3 course meal option , all was very good -when the dessert was served I specifically asked if there was egg in the brownie, I was told no twice. On being told no so confidently I went ahead and indulged. After getting home I suffered cause there was egg in the brownie. I called the restaurant and the manager was helpful, he apologised but the fact remains that the waiter or the chef surprisingly did not know if the food contained egg or no, due to which my entire evening was ruined.<br/>I would request the management to be more careful in the future as this could also be dangerous for some !

Has a claustrophobic setting. Completely closed with no ventilation. Food and drinks r horrible.. we ordered jalepenno cheese balls which tasted like idli batter with cheese .. and definitely do not order the mojo ice tea. N even the beer was flat .

Well to start off with the cafe is well placed at a convenient location and with its vibrant ambience , just the right amount of lighting well spaced out making this an ideal place for Food , drinks with your family and friends . I'm hooked onto their table beer taps concept and most of the food I've tried there . Not to forget a well interactive management catering to all our needs and it's lit parties on a regular. Hy folks... <br/>Very happy tht i visited cafe mojo which is one of the best place in town.<br/>visited last week with my frnds and service was excellent along with food, pricing is very decent and must visit place for everyone.<br/><br/>Chersssssssss.

Came here a second time and was blown away once again. The people here recognized me instantly and proceeded to treat our group with complete respect and professionalism. Food was spectacular as always. I tried their start and veg pizza this time and it was simply scrumptious. Pricing is worth the food, quantity and ambience. Located right in the heat of St Marks Road, I will definitely be a regular hereon.

Great place... Lovely music... Awesome ambiance. A must visit with friends. Recommended by me of course. So you do know the place is open to dancing unlike shiro

Brilliant Food Brilliant Ambiance Must Visit on Saturdays and other days as well. Smoking Zone also is very nice and spacious. Try the ceasers salad its excellent

This is my first visit and the entire team made me have a wonderful and amazing experience.... the food was tasty and yummy... oops I had no stomach to have more but the mouth watering menu was just thought right Wat bangloreans want... ambience was fantastic with a very nice live music program where the girl just sang amazing... I loved the hospitality from the team Cafe mojo especially Mr.Raj and waiter Bablu and Mr.anoop who is the event manager on the floor... no doubt my weekends would be spent here for sure...@ nisha naveen.

The place looks bit shady and dark as soon as you enter with a feel of the pub/bar.<br/>The ambience looks good with few snooker tables around.<br/>The food & drinks was good we loved whatever we ordered .<br/>However place looked empty on Friday evening as it wasn't crowded.<br/>The management seemed very nice.

The staff are very courteous. And the food is served swiftly. All their food items has been delicious. Do try their spicy chicken pizza and slow roasted chicken :D

I had been here a couple of weeks ago with a few friends on a Friday evening. It was quite crowded, nonetheless it is no reason for being served wrong dishes repeatedly over the course of the meal. What made being the wrong dish served wrong, was the fact that we being group of vegetarians were served non veg. The management made it even worse when they tried to cover their fault by offering us a couple of shots and eventually getting agitated. I request the management to look into such issues to ensure this doesn't repeat.

Love love love the food out here. The owner was kind enough to open the restaurant for us when we landed at the Cafe at 11.20pm. Staff needs to be trained in communication skills. Every dish is just out of this world.

Went to grab lunch on the V-day, the entrance to the cafe was decked nicely with the heart shaped balloons.But it was dark,inside the cafe as well,i felt I was in a dungeon (very less lightning). The menu has a lot of options to choose from.We Ordered the Goan chilly fry pork ,It was OK(the pork was very dry)and Spagetti Marcopolo, portions were pretty good.<br/>The place hasn't fascinated me very much.

To start with this place has valet parking - once you take the lift and reach the place, the entrance is very dark - the staff outside assist inside the place which is big but comes very dingy. The music is very loud. Although I would say the good is very good taste wise and portion wise. A bit on the higher price but worth it. The management needs to seriously reduce the volume and get in some more bright light as it doesn't give a very good feeling in the place. I would visit this place again over a weekend just to check on the actual crowd that comes as that plays high importance in future visits.

I could speak about the food but did not get the food I ordered.I am a vegetarian and a pork dish arrived at my table (which I took a bite of),so ya,I thank you so much for the same😑,nobody apologized and the manager who was freindly at first ,got cocky and pushy and did I mention that we were moved from our tables for no apparent reason.Overall I recommend this restaurant for all the folks who want to have a FORGETFUL evening 😊.

Very arrogant people. Was very disappointed with the quality of food. Will never go to the place again and will not recommend any other people for the same

Terrible service. Don't even expect getting the item you ordered. The wrong dish was served three times. There was also an error in the final amount in the bill. On the whole, just pathetic :)

We visited this place very often when we are in group and this place can provide best service option and prompth excellent quality of food ambience add another great value to this cafe mojo

This new joint in the CBD, has opened shop in a fairly old landmark building on St. Marks road, which once again made me wonder as to what was here before.<br/><br/>The approach to the pub is simple - drop your car with the valet and head straight up the lift which faces the main road. But upon getting off the lift on the 3rd floor,  one wonders why the lights are off? 3/4th's of the long hallway is the reception podium and behind it the entrance to Cafe Mojo.<br/><br/>It's a long hall split into parts - the DJ console with a pseudo dance floor, the Bar with high stools & tables around and the more comfortable arm chair seating area. Tucked away in a corner is the smoking hall wherein the walls are covered with cartoons and caricatures, of sorts.<br/><br/>The menus are well structured and have variety to offer. Food is predominantly continental comprising of an all farm animal pizza amongst others, spinach rolls,  cornflakes coated fried chicken strips,  nachos, etc.  For beverages their martinis and long drinks, have some good options to try from.<br/><br/>The service is super quick and the servers are courteous. Since they have a lot of space , the loos are spacious unlike most places. The music though good, was loud therefore making the place conversation unfriendly.  Pricing is above average but the food & drinks quality make up for it.  Would I go back?  Umm,  not sure.

Was here on a Saturday afternoon. Ambience is a bit on a darker side, service is excellent as the waitors are well trained. The onion rings is too good. Not much options for pizzas for veggies. Nonetheless, a good experience overall.

A place which remind you of fun and enjoyment bringing an awesome experience directly from the land of goan culture.<br/>Lil dim for clicking the beautiful snap of finger licking food.<br/>Goan chilly pork just melts like butter and its sinful flavours make you go crazy and craving for more.<br/>Slow grilled chicken in mushroom sauce was great to have.<br/>Nice music lil oh high bass.<br/>But overall great place.<br/>They even have tap on the table.<br/>Try for yourself .

The place is on St marks road next to truffles. Valet parking is available. The place s completely furnished with Goan theme they ye huge screening u can sit back n watch football n circket. Lighting was too dim coudnt even click pictures. Music was slow n nice but got too loud later Cos of DJ night. For starter v ordered bollywood cracker which was a secret ingredient dish of this place. Goan chill pork fry which melted in mouth. Towards end we ordered the dish named "shroom it which is cream cooked mushroom a must try at this place.

Cafe mojo really loved the experience they have given to us.<br/>A menu which is just mouth watering and you really want to try all the food selection on the menu.<br/>Over and above crazy noise just make your feet dance.<br/>Great service.<br/>Hope they keep going like this.<br/>Love the place.

We visited the place during the afternoon and I wasn't too happy with the ambience. The place seems dingy with music that's too loud.<br/>We ordered the wild blossom and lusty chocolate cocktails. The lusty chocolate was extremely sweet. I would recommend the wild blossom.<br/>For starters, we had the crab dip and fiery potato fries. The crab was absolutely delicious. Worth every penny.<br/>For mains, we had the fish in Thai broth, slow grilled chicken in mushroom sauce and vegetables in pink sauce. All of them were delicious.<br/>The ambience of the place can be excused since the food is so good.<br/>I'd definitely go back despite the prices being a little steep.

Café Mojo, a recent addition to Bangalore’s party scene. As their tagline says ‘Goa in a pub’; from interiors to food, this pub has got a lot of Goan elements and it’s located on St.Marks Road. I have been there twice for parties and absolutely love everything about this place. Some of the highlights are tap-on-table (yeah you don’t need to go to the bar counter for refilling your beer), lip-smacking food, groovy music, comfortable high seating, friendly and attentive staffs and great ambience. What else one needed on weekends?<br/><br/>I love the posters at Café Mojo. My friends and I had a great time at Café Mojo and some of my favourite dishes include Chicken Cafreal (a Goan special dish), Beef Chimichuri, Chilli basil prawns, and prawns masala rava fry. These were cooked perfectly and one will never get bored of eating these delicious appetizers. All you need is some beer to wash down the extra calories and chillax :P From drinks to music, Cafe Mojo has something for everyone and you'll enjoy the time spend here. Some of the Goan tunes and pop music will make you dance. Both the times I had a great time at Café Mojo and would love to go back there again to explore more.

Cafe mojo visited here on new year celebration just to awesome place to go for new year.if you have missed better try out on valentine day or next new year.<br/>Good food and service.beautiful ambience and decent crowd for a joint which is quite new.<br/>Will visit again.

been to this place on 31st for new year celebrations, its a decent place, i enjoyed being there with my friends. Staff was very friendly & drinks were supper. Over all great experience.

Cafe Mojo has beautifully captured the essence of Goa in their handpicked food and drinks menu. Their prawns Balchao, chicken cafreal and other signature goan dishes are simply brilliant. All this coupled with oodles of space (which is a rarity in Bangalore), great music and tasteful ambiance makes it a must visit for the discerning food/drinks lover. You can sense the relaxed and cheerful goan spirit every time you walk in which always makes me come back for more.
