Review Vasudev Adiga's - Bengaluru

Aarti Mansukhani
Found this restaurant to be reasonably priced over other restaurants on MG road. Needed a quick lunch with my family and was easily accessible. We tried all types of food in the 2nd floor of the AC restaurant, North Indian and South Indian thali, paratha combo and Chinese combo meals. All was food and tasty. Service is slow. Ambience just has table and chairs in a hall. As the 1st floor was full, the 2nd one just had 4 tables occupied.

Best Kayendhi bhavan in Bengaluru as of my opinion. Affordable. Qualitative. Quantitative. Best for it's Dosa varieties. So good taste. Fast Billings and service for customers.
Akshay M
Probably only South Indian veg restaurant around this place. Serves good tasty food and very reasonable price. It has two types, one typical darshini style and stand and eat and on the first floor a air conditioned table arrangements.

Had tricolour idly, vada and masala dosa for the breakfast. They served with 3 different varieties of chutneys, which were really good and tasty. Sambar was also good & hot. Prices are on bit higher side for few breakfast items, but meals , other rice items and snacks are reasonable. Located below the Trinity metro station. All breakfast combo worth rs.110 is must recommend. Ample parking space

Located just outside the Trinity Metro station. Adiga's is a very famous chain of restaurant's across Bengaluru. They are famous for their South Indian snacks and they live upto their name. The idli vada sambhar is good. The tea is also good. Its a self-service joint(the ground floor, other floors have fine dining as well). Parking is a head ache..though they have places..for four cars and 7-8 bikes..but most of the times they are occupied. The food items are priced reasonably.

I had cheese masala dosa its nice chatni suites very well. Filter coffee also top notch.

Got my todays breakfast from this place via Swiggy. One fruit bowl salad and Strawberry lassi. It came really fast and the packing was also good. The fruit salad contained only two fruits pineapple and watermelon and was fresh and strawberry Lassi was also good i felt it a bit sweetish but was fine for a healthy breakfast.
Sashank Nyapati
Idly Vada + strong filter coffee is the best combination here. Will keep you going for a long time!
Aditya Kalkur
A decent hotel around the area. The food is fine too. Prices are affordable too.

Quality fast food, stand up and eat counters. It's at trinity metro stop and compares to 65% of a2b's quality and price. They have different varieties of Lassi's to try at the doorstep. Very very tasty sambar vadas.
Chandramouli Subrahamanayan
Love those fast food as well as south Indian speciality. Convientitly located right outside the metro station.
Jaisheel B
Very nice place for South Indian breakfast, lunch. Jilebi is one of my personal favorites. Their online ordering machine is super cool...
Ashish V
They have very good south Indian food. It is a vegetarian restaurant. The dosa, vada and idly are a good chice. Don't forget to try the coffee there. It is also good.
Kimberly Schreiber
Amazing filtered coffee! Nice staff and good prices.
Satsandh
Ordered Paneer Manchurian. No flavour at all and didnt like the taste of the oil used.
Seeyab Mohammad
Spoon is not there food nice ok
KADAMBI VARADARAJ RAGHURAM
Very poorly made with out adequate daal and insanely spicy. The curd rice seemed to be made from buttermilk! I know how to cook and do a better job. Do not forsake quality for profit. Keep the good name of Kannadiga cusine alive

Guys please don't order from here. Zomato plz remove this place from safe & hygiene list. We are worried so much about the Covid-19 & seeing this restaurant in hygiene list we ordered dosa. Can you just imagine how they have done it's packing? The dosa has been wrapped in a silver foil & they have given just like without any box/cover to delivery person with tiny boxes of Chutney n sambar. If you're thinking to save your money then pack Chutney n sambar polythene but atleast u Shud pack dosa in a box & everything together in a brown cover. How can anyone be so brainless/careless during such situation I really don't understand. Upon that chutney was spoiled. It was not of the same texture as it use to look before of Adiga's chutney. And cheese masala dosa had no cheese at all😂 I was like is it a duplicate restaurant or wat. You people are spoiling your brand name with your foolishness. Come on guys be responsible & show some humanity as people dying from the virus all over the world.

This hotel does not exist at the given location but still Zomato is taking orders. My order was taken and cancelled after 1 hour of waiting by Zomato. Order dated 4th feb and till date not changed despite complaint raised.correct or close your business. Do not make people wait for your wrong doings

Good Taste

Tried rava masala dosa from adigas Indiranagar branch, a relatively new branch and was pretty satisfied with my order. The dosa tasted good and was decently crisp on delivery. Best thing was serving both sambhar and coconut chutney in plastic bowls, unlike other brands that serve flat dried chutney inbetween polythene layers and sambhar in a polythene bag. This was good and I could happily enjoy the Chutney with good fluidity. Packaging is good and delivery on time.

They have become my favorite ordering in place, especially for evening snacks. (gave 4 stars earlier).Edit: From being my favorite ordering place to they have become 'never ever order again place'. They delivered incorrect items twice. On Sept 26th, They sent regular idli in place of palak idli  - - which thanks to Uber eats I got a full refund without questions asked. But, again today Sept 30th, they packed one regular idli with vegetable idli. Never again going to order from them.

Adidas is a typical darshini located in indiranagar. It makes some delicious masala dosa and filter coffee. Kesaribath is also tasty as well .<br/><br/>The place is maintained clean and the service is pretty fast. The price is also on the average side unlike the A2B nearby which charges exorbitant prices for similar items.<br/><br/>You need not go in search of thos place, but can try it if you happen to be around the place when you are hungry:-)
Nikhil Pandey
Food quality is not upto the mark, service is also very slow and inconsistent. Food is cheap though and whole menu is not available at all the times. Masala dosa is must try.

This place was a favourite when it came to ordering in. The South Indian meal was perfect quantity and had a variety of tastes. Always arrived freshly prepared and packed. Loved the slight hint of pickle they add to the curd rice as it just elevates the flavour to another level. Bisibele bhath was also cooked well.<br/>Overall, a good place to order south indian cuisine from.<br/><br/>Bon Appétit

You need to check your interiors. The roof chips are falling in the plates when we eat.. Even the service is very slow.. Sambar taste is very bad now. Not the Adigas Sambar as it had to be. Waiter keeps talking to themselves won't even turn towards the table once server initial dish.
Krishnapriya
I ordered food through swiggy, really shocked by seeing a bundle of rubber bands inside the masala of masala dosa. Very poor quality of food.
Vijeeshkumbalath
Really bad experience. Make sure you tell less oil while ordering or you can’t eat it. <br/>You can find ratđŸ± running in the restaurant. <br/>Better not to try this restaurant.

Horrible service... Their menu card is very good - brilliantly designed and has lots of items. But, on any given day they only have 20 to 30% of the listed items available.<br/><br/>They are listed to be accepting Dineout, but in reality they don't - excuse the cashier doesn't have the app installed and doesn't have the authority to install apps.<br/><br/>They also have stickers claiming they accept PhonePe, but they don't accept. The cashier simply doesn't accept and talks very rudely. He told us that he won't install any apps on his mobile, but wanted us to install PayTm and pay using it. He was very rude - below is the photo of the cashier.<br/><br/>No wonder the place that used to be the choice for fine vegetarian dining is now sparse. The quality of ambience, food, waiters and staff has gone down. Only their menu card is good though.<br/><br/>Lastly to say, the Tandoori podi idly was really rotten.
Nikita Jhunjhunwala
I have ordered twice from this place. First time I ordered veg balls dry which was super tasty. Even though it was Chinese but they had added cashews to it which obviously lifted the mood! They also serve good quantity for the price they tag. Second time I had ordered combo meal of kaju masala with tandoori roti(in pic). I have seen various versions of kaju masala served in different restaurants, some add veggies to it too. Vasudev Adiga’s don’t, instead they just provide a generous helping of crushed cashew nuts. The taste was ok and the roti edible until it reached me. Overall its been a good experience.

Visited vasudeva adigas at indiranagar tonight for a meal with the family. Food was good and service was great. I was however horrified to see a huge rat running around in the seating area. Leaves a lot to be desired. Adigas needs to get their act together and focus on health and upkeep of the restaurant!!
Unni Kriishnan
Have never visited the restaurant and this review is purely based on home delivery experience.<br/><br/>Ordered paper butter masala dosa and am now a big fan of it. It's tasty, filling and works well for brunch. I have also tried the sagu masala dosa, equally good. And thanks to some authentic filter coffee to top it. The chutney is also made of pure coconut. The sambar is very much like Karnataka sambar, slightly on the sweeter side. So in case, you don't have a taste for it, the sambar may not be as endearing.
Aca.ankur
Not a nice experience at all. Food was pathetic and I got a insect in the sambhar. While showing this to the supervisor, he was insisting to change the food.<br/>
Shraddha Bhowad
I have eaten here before. All home deliveries. I always wanted to try their Adiga's Special Rawa Idli. When someone calls something 'special', like Chef Special, Adiga's special, I feel this irresistible urge to see if it really does have that 'specialness'.<br/><br/>This Rawa Idli was definitely better and vitalizing than all the other Rawa Idlis I have had until now. It was full of ginger, nuts, coriander.. one idli was filling enough, but I had another peak to conquer..Grilled Veg Sandwich. I honestly feel that potatos and capsicums should not go together. It leaves mushy, bitter taste behind. I like raw capsicums sticks, but hate it when they are chopped and grilled. This is my personal preference though. This sandwich must be crunchy when they grilled it I guess, but when it reached me, it was soft and soggy. Pity!<br/><br/>All in all, satisfactory!

South Indian breakfast / snacks craving : not the best option but not a bad one either. Trying to be hip but failing to reach there. <br/><br/>Cleanliness. 4/5<br/>food quality 3/5<br/>Food quantity 4/5 <br/>Service 2.5/5 <br/>Variety 3/5 <br/>Music 1/5<br/>Ambience : 2/5

The worst. The foot wasn't tasty, and the guy was rude when I complained about the late delivery. His attitude was, "Who are you to complain?!"
Lakshmi Narayana Pedapudi
The service here is horrendous. The lead server has zero patience. Walked away cause we took 1 minute to order. Had to call thrice for sugar. Rushed us to pay the bill and walk out.
Kalyani Natarajan
I ordered via Swiggy Kharabhath, Rave idli and Vegetable dosa. I have been ordering for past few months, and normally have good quality food. I was surprised to find a small cockroach in the kharabath today. It was disappointing to see the deteriorating quality of the sanitary conditions of the the restaurant.
Mahesh
I ordered for curd rice, there were atleast 3 chilies in every spoon. taste was horrible. they had used horrible curd which stink. I will never order from here
Pragya Sharma
I had delicious bisibele bath here. The accompaniments were great! Loved the prompt service and attention as well. The rates are very reasonable and they have good variety of local food.

I used to frequent this food joint during my stay in Indiranagar. Mostly ordered Open Butter Masala dosa and rava idli for lunch. Being very close to Indiranagar BDA it enjoys a huge footfall throughout the day. Would recommend this place for a quick bite, they need to work on their cleanliness a bit.

Review Based On Delivery<br/>First things first, I used swiggy for getting the food delivered since its hassel free.<br/>Now coming to the food, ordered for chole bhature and a sweet lassi which reached me on time .The food was packed really well and Adigas have started to deliver juices/ lassi in nice glass bottles ( like the once u get at milkshake places(eg.keventers) so yes we can reuse the bottles.<br/>The chana bhatoora was delicious, the bhatoora being perfectly made. The pack has just one bhature unlike the other restaurants who serve minimum two.Lassi was average in taste though. I bought all of this inclusive of delivery charges at 200 bucks which is fine. No complaints Adigas is definitely good to go.

Feels really good whenever we visit. We are a regular visitor here and each time we experience the same great service and food. Manager is very hospitable and takes good care. Great restaurant to be with family. Soothing live music adds vibrancy to the ambience.
Syed Shoaeb
The restaurant location is near the BDA complex of Indiranagar, away from hustle & bustle which makes it an ideal location. The service is fast , the ambience is not upto the mark...place is dark...with some dirty corners ...the restaurant has AC.  2/5<br/><br/>Ok the reason for my rating is the basic expectation from a restaurant....Food....we ordered south & north indian meals along with a Baby corn manchurian......we got meals first then baby corn machurian followed.....the north indian meals except for roti, pulav and one of the gravy everything else was poor in quality & taste, the south meal was off taste, bland or sweet taste in some dishes..... also it appeared there was a lot of soda added..... the value for money is 1/5<br/><br/>Generally the restaurant needs have a more cheerful ambience & improve the food quality & taste as per the standards set by south indian restaurants in the city which serve both north, south indian & chinese

This place was such a talk initially, went in for breakfast today, the self service area, it was so shabby and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages.<br/><br/>I ordered for a Kesari Baath, Vada Sambaar, Onion Rava Dosa and my friend ordered for a Masala Dosa.<br/><br/>Kesari Baath: it was decent, just about average, decent serving as well.<br/><br/>Vada: it was crisp, sambaar was good, vada had too much ginger.<br/><br/>Onion Rava Dosa: wasn’t roast, got soggy coz of the warmth. It wasnt great, it was mostly bland.<br/><br/>The hygiene here is highly questionable. The kitchen, the tables, the corners everything seemed so dirty including the hand wash.

Very bad experience here .. The food was initially good and now a days it is average and not good .. I would recommend people to not to go to this place unless your a government officer working opposite to this hotel

Ordered food online from this place for breakfast and the food which was delivered was not which I ordered for and was stale.Tasted real bad.

I had ordered 5 plates of small samosas with 4 nos per plate and 4 plates of aloo bonda with 4 nos per plate required for 12 people. They were partially out of stock - so, in the 1st place they should not have accepted the offer. Secondly, they should have compensated with alternate equivalent dishes. During zomato pick-up, the delivery person called me from the restaurant to inform me about the shortage. After so much discussion, they finally delivered 6 big samosas (don't know how many plates) and 1 plate aloo bonda. Adiga's should be blocked by zomato for online orders. I have no clue what customer service that was. How do I distribute this for 12 people, that too in office when we had no access for any such food areas for immediate use? For refund, I had to contact zomato support. Though zomato refunded me, I still do not know if it is the correct amount because the order itself was wrong both in dish and in quantity.

A Multi Cuisine restaurant... Been here numerous no. Of times in last 10 years... South Indian is quite good... Steamed Idly, Butter Dosas served with Sambar & Coconut Chutney tastes good...<br/><br/>The North Indian cuisine also fairly good...<br/><br/>But in my last couple of visits I felt the quality of food had deteriorated quite a bit... Not living up to it's name for which it is known... On asking the Waiters regarding the change they informed us that the management had changed about few months back...<br/><br/>Hope they work towards improving there food quality... We miss the Adigas original touch :)

We found cockroach in Paneer Butter Masala, they did not even bother to provide a replacement. The place was empty on Sunday afternoon we should have understood then itself but went ahead with our plan. Biggest mistake. Never visit not recommend.

Waste restaurant.dont ever go here..staffs are rude and food also not satisfactory.<br/>They treat cusotmer like as we came there for some free food.no value and respect to the customer.
Kishan KP
Waste restaurant.dont ever go here.. unfortunately there is no zero rating option in Zomato.<br/>food here are not worth for the money. Ordered dosa it was tasting wired may be the batter was not fresh. And staff behavior also rude and they r not friendly.they act like we came there for some free meals.need to look into this at high priority..teach ur staff to how to behave.remember u guys not giving food for free..we pay and it's ur responsibility to give proper service.
Chetan K
Worst food and staff. Don't visit the place with high expectation. Poor quality of food and behavior of the staff is so rude. They don't know how to interact with their customers
Priya Nayak
Ordered from here for the first time. Had high expectations bcoz it's Vasudev Adiga's. Got the Schezwan paneer masala dosa & Spring onion dosa. The Schez paneer masala dosa was a thick under cooked tasteless uttappam with some awful red chilli paste smeared on it. I looked for the paneer masala couldn't find any!! Surely my eyesight can't be failing me! So I have renamed this dosa to Schezwan missing paneer uttappam! On the other hand the spring dosa was burnt. So was the filling inside that I couldn't figure out the veggies. It was a salty, spicy & burnt dosa. I have renamed this dosa The SSB dosa. The chutney was pathetic. The sambar was the only thing tolerable. Absolute waste of hard earned money & a ruined meal. Did not expect such poor food quality from these guys. The fact that they screwed up dosas. Unbelievable. Just because a customer orders food online for home delivery it should not become the restaurant's advantage to send uneatable food & customer's disadvantage. I WANT A REFUND.
Sabista Aanam
please send spoon if you have rice and raita in thali
Pramod Mukati
vada sambar in the evening time they serve was very bad it was toooo hard and sambar was also cold rest everything was good when we ask with waiter he said it was like only we serve
Nirbhay Kundan

Adiga's is the go-to place for breakfast for bangaloreans. But its sad that the quality of food here is not that great. <br/><br/>Food: In the poori bhaji dish, the pooris are so oily, the south indian meals are not upto the mark forget about the north-indian meals. The only saving grace is their idli's and the filter coffee. <br/><br/>Ambience: ok ok. seating is comfortable. Its just a small compact place.<br/><br/>Service: they have a very slow service and feels like that their staff doent want to work.<br/><br/>Also I have ordered online also from here through zomato. No restaurant has given such a bad service as this one. i received the order after a delay of 1.5 hours and on top of that the delivery person said that i could't locate you address. real pathetic service.<br/><br/>You should go only when you have no other option.
Ajay Ghai
Average dosa with real bad sambar and no chutney
Aparna Mishra
Order online... After delay of 2.5hrs... My order got cancelled... Pathetic service... Pls don't order anything from here if you don't want to die of hunger.
Anupam Sehgal
The idli I ordered was just about good , the sambhar average , the coconut chutney lacked the seasoning ! The onion Uthappa was too oily & served half burnt . Would expect decent food from a good old brand ..will try again though .
Fooodictive
I was really really hungry and this place was right in front of my eyes.<br/>Ordered their cheese dosa it was very oily and I got this greasy texture at the back of my throat and then I ate their pav bhaji the pav was bad but bhaji was good.<br/>The hot coffee was the only element that tasted right.<br/>
Manuraj
Your meal cannot go any worse peeps! I decided to have my South Indian meal and which was 98â‚č on the menu and once bill came it was 113â‚č and I asked about it and they said sir GST effect and asked why have you added another 18% if the 113â‚č is already with tax no answer he had and he said no weekend meal rates are diff ( no info about those in the menu). He refused to answer and he said talk the manger but now pay the bill. Wordy and shitty experience I had I'm bet I won't step in again. Have copy of bill attached
Joash Soans
We dropped by when we were really hungry and decided to go for Self Service since we wanted something quick. Looks like any other Self Service hotels. They offer different varieties when compared to other Vegeterian hotels they have quiet a unique menu. And also they have Combos on offer where they offer Mini Dosa, Idli and other combination of chutneys and Sambars which is unheard of in Veg hotels. As usual thier service was pretty fast. I went for the Butter Masala Dosa offered with different kind of chutneys, They were fresh crisp and tasty all done perfectly. Also the open Dosa was also tasted good. Parking is on the road. Price is not that too expensive as well. Loved the food here Must try it out.
Vaibhav Ram
I have been here a couple of times now and found the food quite satisfactory. The service hall is located in the first floor. Service was good. Decently priced. Good place to have South Indian food.
Vicky Bachani
Superb food, neat and clean ambiance, and super fast service..sums it all! We need such outlets in Pune. Can't wait to go back to Bangalore and jog on. Kudos!
Yogish M
Too pricey and the food served here is almost tasteless. Have been here for breakfast and would recommend anyone who's planning to visit this place to look for an alternative.

I am sorry to give rating 1 as we do not have zero option.<br/>This restaurant is very pathetic in delivery and unresponsive. They won't even bother about the customers. I have ordered at 8 AM and it's 10:22 Order is not yet delivered. I have called restaurant four times no one picked my call. This is not first time it happened. But still I am not sure why I booked my food here..! Dear Adigas, first respect your customer and their Hunger, it doesn't mater how big you grow if u don't have little common sense..! Grow up..!

Had very bad experience visited this place at 3.30pm asked for their thali they said lunch time is over then ordered for masala dosa and curd rice dosa was nice and crispy tasty <br/>Curd rice was just curd mixed with rice with some 2 pieces of green chili and couple of onion slices taste very bad and adding to that they are not served any pickle along with that when I asked him then he served pickle by the time I was finished almost my curd rice <br/>Very bad service bad food no VFM <br/>Will never suggest anyone to this place
Vivin Vva
This place is interior not seen on main road. <br/>Adigas is famous as we all know. Let me tell u what i liked more . the Manchurian ,chinise combo ,must try is paneer butter masala dosa don't forget to order this item. During summer they serve cool fruit flavour lassi in matka try that.<br/>Ambiance average say 3<br/>Food 4 <br/>
For The Luv Of Food
One of the most noted south Indian veg cuisine franchise & people throng here, take my word you have to wait in queue for quite sometime. You can try their variety of dosas (would definitely recommend open butter masala dosa), idlis, south meals & fast foods. But whats depressing is that a franchise known for its simple & authentic south meal doesn't serve south meals post 1:30pm (happened twice), while the manager pushes to opt for north meals which are pathetic. Their paneer butter masala is nothing but sweet tomato gravy with paneer in it. Veg gravy is so neatly done that it's almost similar to sagu. So my ultimate question is- How can a south restaurant not serve south meals? <br/>Place- they call it premium but make sure you get the table pretty cleaned. <br/>Taste- again just too good for their south delicacies <br/>Price- moderately high but you will relish (south cuisine)
Sandeep Sathyanarayan
I had ordered catering for lunch for 35 pax, and paid Rs.250 per head for the same. The Indiranagar outlet manager Kempegowda had assured that he would provide food for atleast 5 people more, and therefore atleast 40 people could comfortably be served.<br/><br/>But to our horror,  the food wasn't sufficient for even 30 people! And the quality was so horrible, nobody wanted to eat more than one or two mouths. We eventually had to order extra food from Nandhini.<br/><br/>When we mentioned this to the cheat kempegowda, he says he could have served 50 people with that quantity! I wonder how this fraud could have served 50 people with food that wasnt sufficient for even 30 people with just a couple of mouths per person!<br/><br/>I even doubt that the food was from Adigas itself. That cheat Kempegowda had probably arranged the food from some slum and sold it to us in the name of Adigas.<br/><br/>
Ankita Vashista
A good South Indian restaurant. The reasons I am giving 3 is:<br/><br/>1. It is slightly more expensive when compared to other famous south Indian joints offering exactly the same menu sometimes even better.<br/><br/>2. Packaging for home delivery is not up to the mark, the boxes look good but the chutney is runny and spills around (some is absorbed by food item) till it reaches your place.<br/><br/>Good place if you sit there and eat. You won't regret your visit.
Ridhwan
Being here quiet a few times to eat some south indian meals and rotti curry. South indian meals is very normal but they charge a bomb now a days. Rotti curry is good, the rotti will be very hot and soft. Podi dosa is really good and tasty. I would suggest not order fried rice which was absolutely a waste of money. <br/><br/>VFM - 2/5<br/>Service - 3/5<br/>Food - 2/5

We have blacklisted Vasudev Adiga's for more than a year now for their pathetic service. Just today, in a lapse of judgement I had the misfortune of ordering food from here (since we wouldn't need to be served on the table, an experience that made us despise them in the first place). And every single dish is so inedible, we couldn't even gulp it down by force. How can you screw up Tomato Soup dear Adiga's? Buy Maggi/Knorr's tomato soup, pour hot water and then into a bowl; print a bill for 150 bucks! Really surprised how they still manage to be in business. I'm so enraged, I downloaded Zomato to write my first review. A bit sad it had to be a bad one but it is what it is!
Darshan Chheda
Ordered online via Zomato. It never got delivered. Tried calling the restaurant multiple times to check the status of the order but no one answered the phone. Finally after 2+ hours and much trouble with the Zomato support, was able to cancel the order. Horrible experience. Never order online from this place.

The best way to manage your hunger, enter this restaurant to minimize your hunger pangs.<br/>When it comes to quality and quantity, I must rate it as 4.5/5. A , rather very clean restaurant to dine and have breakfast and lunch together.

Okay so you know when you wake up one morning(if you live with housemates you can relate) .. all the food is gone and there is nothing the fridge to make any food?<br/>Well I've experienced this many a time and I have always turned to Vasudev Adigas during these times and I've never been disappointed. <br/>I am seriously considering ordering breakfast here every morning :)<br/>
Hemanth R
A very nice place to have typical South Indian breakfast in mornings or any part of the day...<br/>The idli/vada,masala dosa, set dosa, onion dosa and rava masala dosa are excellent with superb filter coffee..breakfast for 2 costs Rs 150/-<br/>Coming to lunch and dinner, wonderful south and North Indian thali are served here...<br/>My personal favourite is the mughalai biryani which is just do nice with baby corn manchurian...wow<br/>Lunch and dinner for 2 costs around Rs 450/- and is worth it<br/>Service is excellent..<br/>Parking available

Ohhh crap I don't have rating in negative. Worst the worst hotel ever. If someone wants to see what is dirty ambience what is the worst dirty cloths a server can wear you have to visit this Adigas in Indiranagar. The floors are dirty. The tables look dirty. The servers dress looks like not washed from a week. The worst part is you have to call the waiter ask for water you have to ask boss take my order. Also you have to say boss give bill. Worst place ever.

One of the joints to dig into southern breakfast. Funny murals on the walls, James Bonda! Hilarious.<br/><br/>Go for the breakfast combo, its worth the price. It has a mini masala dosa, khara bhaat, kesari bhaat, one idli and medu vada.<br/><br/>Fan of the gunpowder they sprinkle on your dosa!<br/><br/>

I was a fan of Vasudev Adiga's Food but somehow I feel the quality and taste of their food is going down. Kindly keep up the good work that you did before.

Pretty decent food and taste was really surprised with the variety of chutney they provide... Should say this is the first common outlet who provide those varieties of chutneys apart from other regular sagars, really good ones too... Been here this morning after cycling for breakfast, was a good feast for mouth.. Good job guys!!!

It's located just opposite to the BDA complex. <br/><br/>Have never tried lunch or dinner here. But had breakfast numerous times. Perfect idlis they have I would say. Dosa often gets spicy and I have to ask them not to apply the red chutney. Pav bhaji is good as evening snacks here. <br/><br/>Very handy outlet for snacks. And it's self serve, so no question of waiting time.

The snacks may be nice here, But I went in at lunch time. At around 2. I ordered for two south Indian meals. The order got messed up and they gave me only 1 meal. Then after explaining to them in my poor Kannada, got the other meal. The rasam was too spicy by any south Indian standards I know (even Telugu standards :D)<br/><br/>The curd rice was stale and spoiled. Couldn't touch it after a spoonful. Sambar was ok, nothing special about it. The palya was ok.

This happens many times with many of us when you some Saturday morning u have to wake up early and go c some government officials without even having a cup of coffee just to stand first in queue and that happened to me last weekend and after having a hectic time and pleasure of completion of work u will all of sudden realize u r damn hungry and myself along with my friends ended up here as this was the first restaurant we saw.<br/>Location perfect, cleanliness lacks commitment, service is fast but not the food. Hat I personally felt is they are here to take advantage of the location as I have been to many other places of same chain of restaurants where u will b served really great authentic south Indian breakfast. Very disappointed Vasudev Adiga's

The food here is not the quality that one has come to expect from Adigas outlets. We had ordered Cheese Masala Dosa and Paper Butter Masala Dosa. The dosa's were over roasted. Paper dosa was not the thin and crisp it is supposed to be but just a bigger normal masala dosa. On the positives, the waiters are polite.

Had been here to have dosa now. Taste not like before der open dosa used to be so delicious but now it's just plain n blunt. Rava dosa was too thin and small not stomach filling. Size of plain dosa is so shrunk from tat they used to serve before. <br/>The ambience is horrible not worth sitting and eating der. <br/>The menu cards in horrible conditions is been thrown away on table for u to see n order. <br/>Highly not recommend place

Simple and decent South Indian Food!! Very pocket friendly and a good place to have quick meals. All that they prepare is good and very comfort.

Horrible service and wait time for mediocre food. This guy is looting money for the quality and quantity of food served. Never felt so cheated. Never had such stale Masala dosa which had no taste. He just has some private equity investors who do no know how he is fleecing everyone. The attitude of the staff think they work for MTR. Never ever again.

Been here often and love their Ragi Dosa, rava idli. Their sagu dosa is good too. Good food at relatively cheap price.I have tried their Paneer butter masala dosa too which is too spicy for me but you might find it good if you like Paneer.

Best coffee place ever! Love the food here! Proper Indian cuisines with that desi finishing. I loved almost everything that I've tried. The ambiance is fine. Very very pocket friendly. Must visit!

Pretty much a safe option to have some filling breakfast. I have gone multiple times and tried their masala dosa, set dosa, coffee, rava idli, vada sambhar and the like. Though I wouldn't say that the dishes changed my life, they were quite decent and above average. But I have definitely had better. <br/><br/>But we all know that for places like Vasudev Adiga's, the history of their existence is a more important factor than their present food/service.

This place used to serve good South Indian food with a variety of innovative stuff 4-5 years ago but over time the quality has come down so much. Very average food, last three recent times I had brekkie/lunch here. Not to mention, everything was way too oily than required.

Really good place for a quick breakfast. Had idlis, vadas, and coffee.<br/>The service is fast, and place is clean.<br/>Nice part is they have some cool quirky posters!

Good place to get a South Indian breakfast. Place is basic...service is okay. My favourites are idli sambar, masala dosa and set dosa and coffee.

Go to dine in. Take Breakfast combo at Rs99 which offers one Idli one Vada one crispy masala dosa khara bath 3 types chutney and sambhar. One tea or coffee.except idli all are smaller size n quantities. Ur stomach is full with this yummy food. I have been visiting this since it has opened,,very good taste I shud say.world best uppittu is available here which I can never replicate at home. Another signature food but not in combo is bisibelebath, one of the best taste in Karnataka .few more are adigas next to manipal center, Mtr near lalbagh etc<br/>Visited today for breakfast. Chutney taste has come down, khara bath slight less tasty..masala dosa very crispy n tasty, vada very crisp n tasty, filter coffee was awesome.

This is a classic restaurant with just decent food at decent price. Nothing extraordinary, nothing bad, but it just delivers a good dining experience. The reason why the brand is very popular in Bangalore evades me. Perhaps, it is because they have many branches across Karnataka. Anyway, they are doing a good work providing good food to its customers.

One of the known places in the vicinity to have good south indian food. In case you want to just try every main dish on the menu then you can order a combo for Rs. 99 which includes one small plain dosa, idli, khara bhath, kesari bhath and a coffee.

This outlet is really good in South Indian delicacies. Always a fan of adiga's chain restaurants. Have visited this place on multiple occasions. Ambience is ok. Cleanliness is ok. Taste is superb. Well economical also considering the quality.

This is one of my favourite places to eat. One of the very few restaurants which still serves water without question and before asking. It is such a rarity these days. They have also launched a breakfast buffet recently. Its a fairly good deal specially as a brunch on weekends. Anything South Indian they serve is exquisite. However the Chinese/North Indian dishes could use some improvement. Considering I rarely eat those dishes, I have very little to complain about.

A little more oil and the khara bath could have started floating on my plate :-/ . Lot of improvement. Perhaps you can take a lesson from the Srinidhi Sagars on khara bath, they offer something healthier, tastier and cheaper. Thanks!
