Food, is good, I felt the sandwiches were a little overpriced for the quantity and taste but coffee, pasta, fries and other items on the menu were really good. And filling too... It's a fun place to go to with friends but when there is alot of rush, it becomes quite loud, the seating isnt the most comfortable but it's still okay for a cafe, and the waiters aren't always there at all times, but as soon as they get that they're called they are responsive and nice,

Bangalore is surely a place for variety of things. Food being the top at the list. This place has an amazing ambience as you can see in the pictures. Beautiful decorated and it's very calm. It has a sitting area at the on the rooftop too. But the pictures here are the ones inside cafe. The beverages were good and filling. What I didn't like was that the buns used for burgers were not fresh and crumbled on taking a bite. The pizza wasn't upto the mark. Was disheartened by the food a little but few things were good . Prices are okay-ish.

So this place i keep visiting again n again since last 5yr . Lots of clg time n after clg memories, hanging out with frnds. N they have maintained the quality. For me the best part is u get a gud space to sit n talk with frnds for hours. Our fav is French fries and cold coffee. Do visit this place on 80 feet road opp msrmc

Amazing experience. The quality of food is very good. Clean hygiene and spacious and grand. Location is also adding to it's specialty.

Simple cafe. One of those places where you can work/have conversations without much disturbances. The food is good but not great. Peri peri chicken which is basically chicken steak with a peri peri based gravy, veggies and flavoured rice is my favourite here(picture attached). Apart from that, the coffees and tea are similar to most other cafes. I'd give it a 3.5 star actually.

Cozy place,, well decorated.. courteous, friendly and smiling staff.. Too crampy restaurant,, not good for a big group. Had french fries, paneer manchurian and chicken.. Not so special...

The ambience is awesome. Comfy couches to hang out on. They have free Wi-Fi. Food came quickly. Was told by the owner that the pizza is great but I didn't have a chance to try it. Guess it's an excuse to come back another time.

Best hospitality I've seen in a while, thank you so much! I ordered something that unfortunately wasn't available with them at the time, but the management didn't only provide an alternative but also made up by sending delicious dessert. Extremely communicative, BEST hospitality I've seen in a while. Will definitely go visit for dine in as well. :)

A very quiet place in this surrounding and the prices are affordable when compared with other coffee shops like Starbucks etc. And at the terrace you have a very good atmosphere to spend the coffee with your loved one. And i tried cappuccino, the taste is good. On the terrace you can smoke also. Overall the ambiance is very good...

We visited the open Terrance area for breakfast and coffee. I would put this place as a spot to visit with friend. Would not recommend to visit with family and kids.

Cafe Centralis feels like home and the ambiance is too smooth and soothing also the staff here named Sagar Gurung is very friendly and helping. Overall the staff service and experience makes this place feel like coming back again and again. A great initiative by Cafe Centralis management by hiring such a lovely Staff.

Me and my girlfriend wanted to have a cup of coffee, and we decided to visit this cafe. She was very hungry and we decided to order cheesy chicken pasta and we recieved it with hair in it. It was very disappointing to see something like this. We immediately left the place. The staff weren't friendly, they didn't apologize. They also have a over crowded terrace sitting, not nice, I'll never visit this place again, ever!

The coffee was undoubtedly nice.... And the pasta was really yummy and filling.... The pricing, the quality and the quantity is good...

It was the worst ever soup.. Just horrible and disappointing.. Basically jus hot water with cut carrots it was seriously horrible.. Paneer Manchurian I hated the most.. Just because it’s a take away the restaurant should not provide food which is uncooked.

I had a short time and decided to go here for a quick bite on a weekend evening. The service was so bad, the food and drinks tasted so bad and adulterated. And the worst part all of us who visited fell ill eating the pasta. Chicken cheesy pasta, cheese was like watery, old. Chicken was definitely aged. This was unacceptable. Regret this so bad.

The ambience is okay and the food is average. We couldn't order pasta because the chef was not available. The chicken starters and the drinks we ordered were decent.

Today I got to visit Cafe Centralis on 80 ft road Dollars colony / rmv 2nd stage. I ordered for a Cafe Mocha Frappe and coasted me Rs. 137 inclusive of tax. It's a ice cream blended one. Decent not wow.. Very light hardly any kick of ice-cream or coffee flavour. There is a girl by name shiksha sweet girl lots of patience, when I did ask her to make it little strong n sweet.. Then she did help me out. They have some offers for burgers, sandwiches, pizzas and 4 course meal. Small setup, neat and clean. I might visit again to try there food menu.

Ambience is great. Quite a good place for dining. I ordered for bbq chicken and fried rice . Both tasted good and mojito too.. good place to hangout with friends .

Good atmosphere to accompany loved ones with you.... Moderate price and rate.The open terrace they arranged is different than other cafes. Nice garden seating for tea settings and meetups.

This place has no respect for customer, they keep you waiting forever very unprofessional staff and dirty seating area. torn seats staff playing in mobiles.

Place feels dated and dint give me the feeling of going back here again for anything! <br/>Thank god we just ordered the drinks which was just filled with sugar! Seeing the popularity on Facebook I decided to go,I was a bit nervious about the pricing plus as it has 4.8 star also. I saw the menu the prices are reasonable I just ordered I hot chocolate for now and woohigot a drink which looks delicious ohh when I started drinking it was mouth melting so hot and so much chocolate yummy now it's my favorite place.<br/>Don't know how food will be.....<br/>I will try......as 10percent discount is there in Nov.

The ambience of the cafe is spot on which is very well complimented by the service. But the biggest let down is the food quality which is not at all near the standard set. To make it worst I went there with bunch of my friends ordered from different sections of food available but to my surprise none of them were good. The burger were bland, fries were soggy and to make it worse even the pasta was overcooked.<br/>I have great hope for improvement in the quality of food.

After being in and around BEL road for quite sometime I decided to give this place a shot today, and boy was it something to write about. I would like to clarify that we were the only customers in the establishment and it was not a case of rush hour mistakes.<br/>The waitress who was serving us didn't have a clue about the menu leave alone any sense of what hospitality service is about. We ordered a grill chicken salad, a hot cafe mocha and a watermelon mojito. She didn't understand any of it- I had to open the menu and show her where I was ordering from- but the cherry on top was the fact that she ticked the same on the menu and took it with her so that she didn't get it wrong. I would have let that slide if the order we received would have been as expected, but instead a new server brought us a watermelon juice and a cold cafe mocha- which we obviously returned- much to the disliking of said waiter. Now coming to the salad- land fills have seen better quality of vegetables than what we were served. The lettuce was at least a week old(attaching a photo for reference), if not more, the chicken bordering on being a health hazard, and the so called sauce/garnish was a splash of vinegar mixed with black pepper. Needless to say we just played around with the salad till we had picked all the black olives- the only thing that seemed sanitary to eat- and tried to locate a manager which was nowhere to be found- paid the bill in vain and left. I don't know who is the owner of this place but if they are on zomato I hope they open their eyes to see what services are being provided by their employees in the name of a cafe. You're better off eating out of a garbage can than coming to this place.

Well..the place is really cozy and compact.. They have rooftop which is really nice! The service is a lil slow and the food isn't to crave for. It's good for a chill time with good company! The staff were really polite and friendly!

It's a nice place with great look located on 80 feet road. I would say it's better than CCD. We just ordered caramel latte and chocolate frappe both were good. Nice place to hangout with friends.

I thought this place was fancy and everything but this is honestly a rip off. Really bad service, adulterated food and tap water. No A/C while we're there and that's why we figured out why no one else was there even at peak hours. Don't waste your money here!<br/>

Had been here for brunch. The place is having the best ambience when compared to the other cafes around. Just loved the outdoor seating. Service was good and quick.<br/><br/>We ordered mushroom with cream soup which turned out to be a disaster. The veg burger, potato wedges where ok but not yammyyy. For drinks we choice green apple juice and cappuccino both where enticing. Have been to this place a few times and have only tried 3-4 items on their menu. Have liked everything I have tried so far but my 2 favorite drinks at the place are the Irish cappuccino & the mango smoothie.

Ambience is amazing. Food is okayish. Not that great though its pricey. Service is good. Tried pasta and steak. Steak was good. Pasta was okayish.

I cannot say about the whole menu, but I just ordered a roasted chicken pizza (10"), it was YUM. For the price, you'll prolly never get a decent pizza like this. Would love to try out the other items on the menu! Can't wait!

Cafe Centralis has an ambience suited for a formal and informal dining get -together. Very few spaces in it's locality provides the kind of food and affordability that this restaurant does.

My review depends on the taste of the food mainly. 2.5 overall for thee normal cafe with nothing special foods. Hot and cold beverages are too good no doubt. Also tried a mojito, spinach chicken pasta, chicken burger, roostie pizza and death by chocolate. Burger was disappointment. Pizza had zero salt and when we told it to the manager they dint even correct it also. Thay was bad. Pasta was decent. Dessert was only good this. Loved it. Hope you improve please or else this will be a small smoke place limited to coffee and tea.<br/>Taste - 2.5/5<br/>Service - 3/5<br/>Ambience - 4/5

Food was decent. The place is quite dull and heavily understaffed. Same person is in the billing counter and taking the order and shuttling between first and ground floor. They don't seem to have knowledge of the dishes and seemed lost. Not happy with the service.

Honestly all though the name and the restaurant is really good the taste is really okayish and too bland and in the items I had I really like the garlic bread hence the 3 star <br/>Their version of cheese sticks is just cheese spread on top of French fries <br/>And Shanghai fried rice was just too bland <br/>I do not know about desserts are drinks and it may not be satisfying also <br/>But the garlic bread is totally worth it

Though from outside the place looks fabulous, it has a sorta dull ambience once inside. The caramel latte was way too sweet but maybe that's how they make it. And service was a little shoddy.

I love the chicken momos and Peri Peri chicken with rice. they have really improved the place, before it wasn't that great but now it's amazing.

Definitely not recommended to try. Food here is just too bad to be paid for.<br/>

The place is divided into 3 sections- ground floor, first floor and outside. The interiors are well done and seeting isnt comfortable for a long time. It's nice for long chats and to meet up.I was there for a long time with my friend. It's not crowded on a weekday afternoon. We ordered a ceaser salad, which was tasty and had a good variety of ingredients and also a roasted chicken pizza, which was a small size pizza and stomach filling. And also brownie milkshake which was pretty thick and yum. And for dessert, the ice cream was bad. Over all, the staff is friendly and I might visit again.

Good food, good location, good ambience but needs to ensure good and quick service.<br/><br/>Chicken club sandwich and Dragon chicken wings are my personal favorite till now, lots more items and dishes to check out.

How do i start...wanted to go to truffles didnt get a seat so decided to try CAFE CENTRALIS. ordered a aglio olio pasta (fussili) which wasnt available so had to go for penne pasta and trust me this was the worst pasta ever. Too dry no sause no cream and full of huge pieces of vegetables. HORRIBLE and ya rates mentioned in zomato are wrong its almost double plus taxes.

You'll like the food here but not love it. They have improved their menu with a lot more, new options. It's not put up in Zomato app version. Coffees, Lattes, Mochas, Frappes and cold blends are good. Service is extremely slow I must say. They have 3 divisions basically. The entrance, the side-outdoor narrow strip of a place and the first floor. The cafe is air conditioned. Seating is comfortable and staff are courteous. I ordered for a choco-chip mocha, and got a delicious blend of mocha with chocolate. Pasta was pretty decent, but needed more sauce base.

This relatively new café in the New Bel Road vicinity caters to the patrons seeking a relaxing time and chitchat over a cup of coffee and few bites. Centralis offers all that albeit the taste factor fizzles down the excitement.<br/><br/>Coffees are alright, nothing great to talk about. I have tried Capuccino with Hazelnut shot, Mocha and a pastry. Taste is modest and portions medium. I was particularly unhappy with the pastry. It was average tasting and did not feel fresh. Service was alright, not really fast as you would expect in any café. Music when I visited was a bit louder than normal – which was unpleasing for conversations or taking calls. It’s not pretty on the wallet as well with all the taxes added.<br/><br/>The décor though is very well done and the seating is comfortable. Not really recommended by me. Best place to hangout with friends!!!! The staff is very friendly and the food is amazing... I have tried almost every item on the menu and I can't find a better place for the combo of coffee, food and ambience.... can't complain about anything....

Amazing Staff and food especially the Manager Rafiq he is really good and manages the orders with no waitin time👍 and the ambience are neat...

The tables on the outside on the ground floor are crowded, I mean I could literally hear what the people sitting in the table next to us are talking, other than that service is unsatisfactory and each time you need to go out or order something(since they don't come and ask if you would like to order) you need to make sure you don't cause inconvenience to the people sitting in front of the door. <br/>Service: 1<br/>Ambience: 1<br/>Food: 1

Was here on a weekday for lunch, this place was barely occupied. <br/><br/>Got a seating in their upper floor and the ambience was neat and welcoming. Their staff is friendly and I didn't have to repeat for anything. Yes my order took a while but you wouldn't notice if you were here for a meet. <br/><br/>Their combos are a money saver! I had the burger combo and another pasta with some cheesy fries and an orange juice. The food was good.

I really liked the ambience . Nice place , comfortable seating , friendly staff . I have no idea why the rating was so bad . Coming to food , we ordered creamy pasta, dragon chicken , some sandwich . Food wasn't all that great , pasta too salty (4/10) , dragon chicken - not bad , good enough (7/10) . Sandwich is just not a good idea <br/>Drinks are good , I had cold chocolate frappe. Fine caffe with nice sitting arrangement, good interior and of-course tempting smell of coffee beans. This is the second time I visited this place. I ordered chicken sandwich and Americano (black coffee). One dandwich is sufficient for 2 people for light snack. It was served with French fries. The coffee was real good. Good strong flavour with rich smell. Cost is moderate. Will recommend to coffee lovers who would like to have a coffee in a quiet ambience unlike other coffee shops full of chaos around this area :)

Not sure why people have been giving bad reviews about this place. Maybe there has been a change in the management. I'm a regular here and I've been dining at centralis for over 3 months now. The ambience and the service has been good till date & when it comes to the staff, they're friendly and responsive. The place is well organized and is suitable for any occasion let it be a date, hanging out with friends or a family dinner. The food tastes really good and would suggest you guys to try the chicken nuggets, hot chocolate latte and the pizzas because those have been my favorite so far. I totally respect all of your opinions, but I would suggest you guys to try it one more time because I strongly feel there have been changes and my taste isn't that bad :D

I came here last week to Centralis and was greeted warmly by staff there. I ordered a mocha and waffles and both were served swiftly and didn't take much time at all. Can't deny its cozy effect which I felt was a relaxing ambience. I feel as its a new establishment things take time to pick up and no place is perfect at the very start. It takes time. I think some of the comments I have read are way too harsh and yes I would indeed come back again and bring my friends too. The best thing about Centralis is the relaxing ambience and after a tiresome day I would choose this place to relax with a bite to eat and drink...!

A nice newly place on the 80ft road. Makes brilliant coffee :) Nice ambience. Pasta arabiaita needs little more improvement regarding the consistency. Cheesy Pasta is a must try.

Really bad! We had to wait for like half an hour for a coffee and french fries. The staff are not friendly. The rating is only for comfortable seating thats all.<br/>The pizza is the only edible food here.<br/>

Sigh. . .it's such a shame that a place that looks as warm and beautiful as this could be so hollow and uninviting on the inside. Ever since I have seen this on one of my favorite roads in North Bangalore, I've wanted to visit and what a let down it was today.<br/><br/>The menu is limited which isn't a problem if they have everything that's listed there and if it's good. Well, in this case it was neither - the pesto spaghetti pasta wasn't available and all of their food and drinks were made with off the shelf pre-mixers. Be it the Arrabiata sauce or the berries in the smoothie.<br/><br/>I haven't even a very long time done this but today I left the food and drinks unfinished, it was that disappointing.<br/><br/>My suggestion don't get fooled by the glass facade and cozy interiors, there's sadly nothing warm or comforting about this cafe.

Went there even after I read a lot of negative reviews about this place hoping I'd get something good to eat but this place is nothing but a disappointment. The Creamy chicken pasta wasn't even creamy and the chicken sandwich had no flavor to it and the fries were way too salty, however the death by chocolate ice cream was better compared to the other two. Honestly I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

For a café, it has a little less options in the menu... being on the far end of 80 ft. road, New BEL Road, it's not able to gain much attention of people unless they're travelling that way... the food is good enough and the portions are quite reasonable...

The place has a good ambience. However the food was not that great. We had ordered for a Mediterranean pizza- wch was bland and did not have a thin crust as mentioned, pasta arabiata- did not taste anything close to how it's actually served in other places, seemed like home made pasta and berry smoothie- too sugary wch spoiled the taste. So overall a moderate experience, hoping atleast the coffee would be good here. Service was pretty quick. Food not as great as the cafe looks.

The first thing about Centralis is its Fresh lounge-cafe ambance. Then is the service. Inchara, Rafiq and Thiru with the rest will make you feel at home. No dour faces, so common in Coffee chains. Here it is smiling service. The best part is the food and drink. Real juicy filling burgers and pasta and pizzas. No apologies for sandwiches, but real big fillers. Coffees, tea, coolers, deserts. So what are you waiting for?

Been there for the second time, Awesome place to hang out with friends.<br/><br/>The speciality of the cafe is the inside atmosphere which is build so good with the cool music n cool temperature. <br/><br/>Ordered a cup of cappuccino along with chicken rosted pizza, taste was pretty good n qty n prices are better than Truffles. <br/><br/>Enjoyed with friends, next time im gonna celebrate the birthday of my buddies.<br/><br/>Overall good ambience.<br/>

Went to this place only because truffles was full. The place looks real classy with its lighting and ambience.The food here is not at all good. Even Mcaloo tiki tastes better than the veg burger here. Food here is not at all worth the price it charges.The mango smoothie was good though. Ordered a cold coffee too which they literally took 30 mins to deliver and was rather bitter.

Only the place looks wonderful and that's where everything stops.. The cold coffee I ordered ended up to be bitter and they literally took around 30 minutes to deliver that.<br/>Although they happened to replace it quickly but it wasn't that great either.. <br/>People can give it a try because I see pretty good reviews as well.

I went here the other day while crossing new bel road for a cup of coffee, I wasn't expecting much as to me coffee all round tastes the same, I ended up ordering the red velvet cake which turned out quite good and came across the owners of the cafe, they were quite hospitable and even gave me a pasta complimentary to try out and give reviews to them, seems that as they are newly opened and being short staffed they do have some issues with with delivering on time, which can be understood. I would say hatsoff to the owners for their commitment towards customer service and for the interiors which look really classy. Hope to come again soon. Overall good ambiance and good food. Cheers..

Alright..Zomato had this place as "opening soon" n I had to inform them with pics yesterday (15/4/16) that's it's already "open" since a week or so!<br/><br/>Anyway, was keen to visit here as it's a new one in my area n had to see how it's gonna be as the look from outside did look "cool" n "posh".<br/>Nice interiors, good seating, lighting, chandeliers with a big TV each at G floor n 1st floor. There's outdoor seating facing the road, apt for family n couple dining! Nice.<br/><br/>I step into the place...click a few pics with permission n then look at the menu. Ordered a margarita pizza...(168 bucks with taxes against 120 of original menu price). <br/><br/>BUT I was surprised to see that the prices on the menu that was uploaded in Zomato yesterday to the out let's menu today, did vary! <br/>I questioned them n said I won't pay more (to see wt would the response be) but all I got was puzzled n not so happy faces. No proper explanation or courtesy. Later I was informed that new menu is on Zomato too. I checked, found both new n old menu. Why???? Can't they just have recent ones available?<br/><br/>Anyway, it's been abt 20 mins I sit here on a nice sofa with half drafted review of the place...but my food hasn't arrived yet!<br/>I would've had more patience if I was told abt my wait time in advance...<br/>It's been 25 mins now, the lady at the counter informs me it's gonna take 10 more mins!!!? They're confused with the order!! OMG!<br/><br/>Not happy with wait time, but at least glad of finally a courteous info provided.<br/><br/>Finally..here comes my pizza...after 45 mins!<br/><br/>Am I happy with 1st look? Yes!<br/>Does it taste good? Good, not great.<br/>Is it worth the money? Nope!<br/>Is it worth the wait time? Definitely not!<br/><br/>I'm not usually harsh with comments on new places. But I really want them to "up their game". Bigggg time!<br/><br/>Else, all the investment on a new venture with posh interiors is gonna go for a toss!<br/><br/>I guess I'm not gonna come back.

The interiors are good but don't get attracted as the beverages are horrible. The Service is even more worse. Don't even give it a try. It's extremely bad.

So the interior of the place is nice but i guess that is where the nice part stops. The place is overpriced and even a basic coffee is something that they have not been able to do justice to. With excellent places like truffles in the vicinity the least they could've done is have a good standard of food.
