Review Tandoor Hut Restaurant - Bengaluru

Ameet K
This is one of our family's favourite north Indian food joints in Bengaluru. It's a budget place with modest decor but the taste of the food trumps all. Highly recommend.
Yahaya Magdum
It’s is our family’s favourite restaurant in Koramagala. The owner is very humble and always have a smile.. In mani course Murg methi Hyderabad and paneer methi Chaman are to die for and starters paneer chilly kandari kabab are my fav..

One of the best restaurant in Koramangala. I'm visiting the restaurant since 2012. Whenever I go to Koramangala area Tandoor Hut is my go-to restaurant. The taste of the food is awesome be it the Lahori chicken or Malai chicken kabab or just the plain rice and dal fry. Price is reasonable and easy on pocket too. The service is good and the staff are very polite and well behaved. I strongly recommend Tandoor Hut for tasty food at great price.

Wanted to have some North Indian food went to Tandoor Hut and was impressed. The food was really good, very tasty. We had ordered gobhi manchurian, kulcha, butter garlic naan and some chicken gravy. Everything tasted really good. They served us the gobhi manchurian first and rest is history. Got distracted by food forgot to pictures of the rest of the items. The gobhi manchurian was crunchy, slightly saucy and it was perfect. The butter garlic naan was also good and was soft and tasty. Overall it was great. The staff were also well trained and very professional. Wasn't expecting the food and the service to be this good at a normal place like this. Overall space is small but not tiny can seat atleast 20 people.
Boss
Being a regular at this restaurant. They serve some amazing North Indian food. A must for tandoor lovers. The staff are extremely cordial, so are the management. The best part is that they serve food pretty fast after placing the order. Don't miss

Always best and evergreen restaurant to eat. Don't miss their Murgh Methi. Have been eating from 10yrs and taste and quality is still maintained today. Hood job by the owner and chef who cooks there.

Food was delicious and mouth watering. Please renovate your interior will give much positive vibe to the customer and it helps a lot instead of having food under a low lighting.
Vaibhav Bajaj
A nice small place in Koramangala to have north indian food. The tandoor dishes are delicious and the service is decent as well. The dal makhni tastes really good coupled with kadhai paneer and tandoori roti. Do visit the budget friendly place for the food. The place can be crowded sometimes during the afternoon.
Abilash Srivatsav

One of the best decent places in Koramangala for having indian / northern non veg. Kebabs, methi paneer, Hyderabadi vrg and methi chicken are some of the items worth trying.

Considering the kind of rubbish that is doled out in the name of food in almost all food joints inside Bangalore, Tandoor Hut is one place where one can find authentic, palatable and proper food. This is the "go to" place for all food lovers from across the country.
G Karunakar Reddy
One of the best places for tandoori chicken. Just yummy.. And Chethan is an amazing owner.. He takes care of his customers very well.

I didnt take much pics because I was busy eating😅.
This place is small and ambiance is so-so but food is really good. I recommend going there for pocketfriendly lunch /dinner. All the kebabs are good. Its a paradise for non-vegetarians.

I don't know how this restuarant got a rating of 4.1 on zomato. Seeing the rating we visited this place (my family) and too our disappointment not only the food but also the service was very bad. About the food, we ordered butter chicken (-1/5), yellow daal(2.5/5), kadhai paneer(2/5) and tandoori roti(2/5) which were all pathetic. The butter chicken was supposedly prepared in coconut oil as it tasted sweet and coconuty , just pathetic. The daal had so many red chillies and curry leaves in it and the kadhai paneer was so bland. The rotis were made fresh and warm but it was difficult to tear them and eat.
About the service, even though the restuarant was empty except for two 4-seater tables, the waiters didn't care to bring cutlery or serve food without asking them, forget food they didn't even serve water without asking. We had to ask them to bring the menu, to take the order, to bring water, cutlery after the food came they just hastily put it on the table and went away , we had to serve it ourselves and since the food was hot we had to ask them to serve a dish. Not just one but all the 5-6 waiters were like that, I wonder how the restuarants hire such unprofessional people.
DoNOT waste time and money going here.

This place has really great Indian food and fantastic service! Every time we go there, we never have a complaint and always leave that place so happy.

Good service and food really good...usually atleast 1 dish would be flop but here from service to food really excellent keep going same way..

One of my favourite place to have dinner. I almost went around 15-20 times . When I have no choice,I definitely close my eyes and choose this resto. My menu will be constant paneer methi chaman and methi roti. I never had this dishes so well prepared anywhere else. My wife also big fan of this resto
Chaitanya
Ambience is really good, service is really slow tho.
I expected this place will serve tasty paneer tikka and chicken tikka but i was really disappointed. They serve really blant and weird tandoori dishes. Will not recommend this place for tandoori items.
AAKASH S PUNJABI

Since it's a lazy Sunday, thought of trying this place for home delivery. Delivery was quick. Food tasted okish. Ordered Chilly Chicken and Murgh Mughlai along with Butter Naan. Portion size is very small compared to the price.

Overall it was a mixed reaction for this place.
Eliyana Duzinia
it was great

Randomly visited this place. Pretty decent family dining restaurant which serves Indian cuisine.
We tried their murgh malai kebab which is perfect for people looking for non spicy options.
It's very delicous and was perfectly cooked. The chicken pieces very moist and tender.
Need to try this place again!
Aravind
I came here with my friends by mistake and I didn't regret it. Order anything with paneer and it'll be the best thing your tongue will taste and your teeth to chew on. Malai Kofta will get your mouth watering and wanting for more. Ghee rice that satisfied my south indian craving. Will definitely visit again

The biryani is very fabulous here & a special evening to make your evening special with friends and family, the best person to meet here is Chetan the owner of the place......
Cutiiee Aniie
Quantity was way too less, like 5 pieces of veg Manchurian.
Harshal Khebade
Rating is actually - 3.5 but don't have that option.
Ordered from this place for lunch. The delivery was on time. However the packaging could have been better since the curry and oil was outside the container. We ordered chicken tikka masala (ok and a little too sweet), daal tadka (a bit oily but good) and Garlic naan (a little chewy but ok). The food arrived piping hot so that was a plus. A little onion salad would have been a good accompaniment but then very few places actually give that. Overall:
Food - 3.5/5
Delivery - 4/5
Packaging - 3/5
Vfm - 3.5/5

Simple and tasty, these are the words that anyone can describe the food of Tandoor Hut. The decor and food presentation of the restaurant is nothing to go gaga, but who cares when the food is that good. I have been there many a times that I can't remember. My personal favourite is Paneer Methi Chaman, which is a different type of gravy altogether, not so sweet not so spicy and it goes best with a garlic naan. There starters are good as well, chicken tandoor starters have an average taste because they are bit dry, so they can improve on that. Apart from this everything tastes good here and above all it does not burn a hole in your pocket.
Smrithi Vishak
Decent north Indian cuisine at a reasonable price. The taste is above average to good depending on the dish you order. Butter chicken with garlic naan is a good choice when you're here.

Visited this place for lunch on a Saturday. The place was fully crowded, still we got our without much waiting time. I ordered for Butter chicken with garlic naan, chicken tikka, butter wheat roti, and sweet Lassi. The service is fast. The taste is above average to good depending on the dish you order.

Definitely a good place to have tandoor chicken stuff.
Saif Hasan
Worst chicken delicacy ever had in recent times.
I git tempted by the title 'tandoor hut special chicken' & ordered straight away.
I got some yellowish gravy with chicken chunks & boiled egg pieces.
The taste was horrible.

Tandoor hut best North Indian restaurant.in jothy nivas college road.. food was delicious.
nice Ambiance.
Exallent sarvice.
Recamaded this restaurant.

Being a hardcore non-vegetarian and a craver for Mughlai cuisine, i dropped by tandoor hut. The ambience and homely feeling this place has to offer is something that makes it stand out. The staff are very welcoming and the service is quick. The owner himself puts in an initiative to make this a good dining experience for you.
Getting to the main part, the food. The Kandhari Kebab and butter chicken are definitely something you have to try at this restaurant. Chicken tandoori and Panner tikka were also recommend to me by the staff which were good too.
If you want a good and hospitable visit, this restaurant in Koramangala is worth a try👌
Anumeha Singh
This is my favourite place when i am running short on money. It’s a trusted place with a guaranteed good food and service. The ambiance is average. Their tandoori chicken are my absolute favourite.

Asked for extra Onions but they didn’t provide onions !!

Had been to Tandoor Hut with friends to celebrate one of our friend's bday.. Dinner at Tandoor Hut was simply great.. Made our day special.. Their team of waiter and cook were fast at serving our orders.. Each table was attended well by the team of Tandoor Hut.

Now coming to order. We ordered Masala papad it was just tasty and light to start with.. 👌

It was followed by chicken Manchow Soup, it was ok type, not so great about it. Chicken pieces were too less to have. 👎

Kalmi Kabab full plate we ordered. 4 Chicken leg pieces were served, which was well marinated and juicy.. it was mild in taste.. Just the way we 4 friends were craving for.. ✌️

Chicken Tandoori kabab again full plate we ordered. It had 8 pieces to it..It was bit spicy but at the same time it was tasty. Enjoyed the starters.👍

In main course we had Methi Chicken and Mutton Rogan Josh..( Gravy ).. With butter Garlic naan, tandoori roti, and stuffed kulcha.. ..

The show stopper among all items was stuffed kulcha..it was Allu stuffed maida kulcha which was crispy and allu stuffing was in good amount..Loved it..😋😋

Mutton Rogan was tasty and less spicy.. methi chicken was creamy and good to have.. 😊😊..Too much of food we had..So we had sweet lime soda to wind-up our dinner.. 🍹

In front of the Tandoori hut u can spot a pan wala bhaiya. We relished its meetha pan..

A well spent Friday night at Tandoor Hut..!! Keep it up and hope you maintain the service same as always..Fast and prompt....

(Parking at peak time might be problem. But you can always park your vehicle opposite side of the road or behine Tandoor Hut lane) ..

Happy Eating !!👍👍
Value for money. Had the paneer starters and green peas masala. Quite flavourful, and also served in good quantities. The place also accommodates few people, so you have a peaceful dining experience. Would head here again for sure for yummy meals that are light on the pocket!

Tandoor roti was soft and authentic. Liked food specially chicken Tikka masala and biryani.. Service was also fast and clean restaurant. Enjoyed the food

Love for the amazing dal and biriyani 😍

The good thing about tandoor hut is the quantity and quality of food offered, I am sure that it’s a budget friendly place that offers good food in Koramangala. Must try !

Very cheap and very good. This a deadly combo for a restaurant to be a instant favourite among crowd. Kebabs are their speciality. A definite place to have food with low pocket pinch. Don't expect much from interiors and ambience though.

Was an ok dine out. Wasn't that great by the name. Chicken tandoori we ordered was bad in taste n not cooked properly. The only rating I gave is for paneer methi Malai..it took my heart. We had ordered butter naan with that and it was delicious in taste. It was suggested by the person who took the order and was worth having.

A decent place to have food. Taste is pretty decent and services are also good. Few chicken gravy items are really good. Pretty decent price in koramangala

Almost every Saturday, I go on food expedition. One such afternoon, I went to this place. This place is not so very big but cosy enough.
We had ordered lasuni kabab, soft drinks, plain naan and chicken Tikka masala. Starting with the kabab, it was well prepared except for the fact that the chicken could have been softer. It had 6 moderate sized pieces, more than enough for two people. Plain naan was soft and served hot. Chicken Tikka masala was the best. The gravy had just the right amount of spices, making it not very spicy yet spicy. Naan and the chicken masala combination was great. The chicken masala also had 6 moderate sized pieces which were soft and tenderly cooked.
The most appreciable thing I should say was the service. It was lightning fast and that too served hot.
Food : 4/5
Service : 5/5
Ambience : 3.5/5
Worth for money : 4/5

Tandoor is awesome at this place specially the chutney with tandoor. A must visit place for tandoori lovers. Dishes are very light and less spicy.

Have been visiting this place for good north Indian cuisines. The staff is humble and offers quick service. The menu has variety for veg and non vegetarians. Their Kalmi kabab , tandoori chicken, chicken kadhai, veg hyderabadi , paneer tikka followed by veg ball manchurian ( :P) is a must try.

Overall food is well marinated with good flavors. This is good budget friendly restaurant.

Cheers !!

No frills place to catch a meal. The chicken dishes are good and they go well with the roti and the rice varieties. Briyani is not for everyone who likes the Hydrabad Style

I have probably tried everything on the menu so far and I have to say that everything is scrumptious. The chicken is so tender, juicy and cooked perfectly. The Methi chicken is to die for. If you like garlic, the garlic tandoori roti is your pick.Being from North I happen to really be attached to this place, as it is great food at affordable price.

I was here for lunch on a sunny Thursday afternoon around 1. The place was fully crowded and we got our table in 5minutes. I ordered for lasooni tikka, chicken tikka, butter wheat roti, egg green masala and sweet Lassi. The starters came in 15minutes of the order. Both tikkas were very well marinated and cooked to perfection. It's a little more on masala but definitely lip smacking. Then the roti and egg masala combination was very tasty too. To finish up, the sweet lassi was just perfect for the sunny travel across the town and a perfect cool finish. Definitely a top place to have tandoor chicken stuff. Will be back soon for somemore of it (: cheers team
Taste - 4/5
Ambience - 3.5 /5
Service - 4 /5
Went there for a weekday lunch. It's nearby Nagarjuna. We ordered half plate chicken tandoori, chicken biriyani , kadai chicken and paratha.
Chicken tandoori here is awesome. The pieces were well cooked and juicy. In lot of places I find the chicken dry. So I liked it here a lot.
Kadai chicken and butter paratha were good. Biriyani was served with 2 pieces of chicken which was good in quantity but the the rice was less spicy according to my taste. If u prefer hyderabari biriyani u might not like the biriyani here.
Recommendations :- tandoori chicken, Kadai chicken.
Prices are affordable
Tunday kababi is just beside this place. Since it was an ac restaurant we preferred this over that and we did not regret the decision at all. We ordered Kalmi Kabab,Haryali Tikka and Lahsuni kabab and Kalmi kabab was heavenly. It is a must try. Main course is not that great but the kababs are worth trying.
Swapna Obulareddy
I am repeat offender of Tandoor Hut food. I love the tandoori chicken kebabs.. The biryani rice /chicken biryani is so good.. One of the best tandoor rotis of my life you get here.. Just order Palak Paneer or Dal tadka or Tawa chicken with tandoor roti.. The Cachumber salad is yum yum.. Never tried desserts.. Not sure if they have any.. The price for 2 people is INR 400-500

I love Indian food and they didnt fail to offer some lip smacking food.

It is very small and a decent restaurant in Koramangala. None the less it has brilliant chef who made my dinner a delicious course of meal. We chose to go to this place on the 1st of January and i was disappointed with the outlook but it won my heart when we directly jumped to the main course and had Butter Kulcha's and some Kofta curry along with Boondhi raita. My mouth waters even now when i think of the satisfying dinner in a not so fancy restaurant.

A must try. And i must mention the service is real quick and as far as i remember there was only one guy who took orders for all the tables and yet didnt miss on anything. Loved it. Im sure to go back to this place.Reeshav Paul

Good food, great staff. The best north Indian food in koramangala. We usually order take outs from here and it has never failed to make it's Mark on taste of the food.

This place is a saviour for me for past 3 years . They are specialist in North Indian and serve yummy food . Very economical and worth every single penny .
Little conjusted place with limited seating .
I want to specially mention the owner of this place , I never spoke to him but every single time I went to the place he would be busy with some other customer serving with a pleasant face.
Strongly recommend !

This place has good ambience. Good to visit with family where u can chit chat long with enormous good and tasty food. Khandari kebab tastes well and chicken roll tastes yummy. The owner himself discovers the good food which suits ua taste buds and makes customer satisfied. And yes, the owner is such a handsome guy.

A frequent visitor here, never disappoints. The Paneer Lajawab, Stuffed Kulcha, Dal Makhani and Murg Kasi are must-haves!
Food’s great and so is the staff.

We were just looking for a quick food delivery, then Tandoor Hut caught our attention. This outlet located at Koramangala 5th Block serves North Indian dishes at reasonable prices.

We ordered Chilly Chicken and Daal Tadka. The Chilly Chicken was super spicy. Chicken could have been more tender. Wasn’t that bad though. Loved the Daal Tadka. Was prepared in Dhaba style with a lot of spices. Must try.

Overall, if you are looking for a decent place, good food and reasonable price, head to/order from Tandoor Hut.

Best place to have food in the area. You wont be disappointed at all. Try dhaniya chicken, murgh mughlai with butter naan. Its heaven. Its my go to place for any kind of dining.

Tandoor but has been around for ages have eaten there and used to always take away parcel for the next day
😂
This time it was a lazy sure day evening and the slight drizzle made us all the more order in
Felt like eating something spicy and hot
Decided on the mutton rogan gjosh
Yup it was nice overly oily but i have eaten better earlier
The tandoori chicken was a stand out winner perfectly cut and spiced and cooked in the tandoor
We had it along with some tandoori rotis
Must say it was a huge satisfying happy feel meal
Will order in again to try out the Dal a d other stuff

Nice place to enjoy tasty punjabi food with family and friends. The taste and food quality is good. Ordered stuffed kulcha naan and special vegetable gravy, both were well cooked and delicious.
Anwesa Mishra
To have some in budget good food you guys can visit this place. It's a fair place. I had ordered chicken hariyali tikka and chilly chicken. Chilly chicken was very tasty it was good. Hariyali chicken tikka was good in taste but the chicken was not so tender as it should have been.
Nisha Prakash
The food here is absolutely phenomenal! The tandoori chicken kebab is the show-stopper hands down. Mind you, the chicken is delicious, portion size is pretty big and the cost is comparable to other restaurants.

The tandoori roti is also brilliant. Crisp and soft at the same time. Special mention goes to the curries - Bhindi masala, Veg Diwani, Hyderabadi methi chicken curry, Murgh Lahori, Dal makhani - all of which are excellent. You can get a true Punjabi taste in all the dishes here.

Although I haven’t tried it yet, I’ve heard that they make a mean fried rice. Overall, a great place to go for a pocket friendly, hearty Punjabi meal.
Saleem Umar
Been here for dinner. Overall good experience but must improve a lot.
Food: The waiters were really good, they can suggest good food. The chicken dishes were quite delicious, chicken Kandara, chicken methi was also good.
Mutton dishes are downright bad, the bhuna gosht was bland and the mutton Rogan Josh was just awful.
Ambience: was good, nothing great but not bad as well.
Service: The waiters are good but few. Not sure if many were absent today or it was regular scenario. They must hire more waiters.
Sindhoora Dinesh
Been here a couple of times. My standard order here has been garlic naan with veg kolhapuri, which is really good. Today we ordered veg kadhi, malai kofta with garlic naan and ghee rice. All were just average. But this place is value for money. You can fill your tummy with yummy food for just 200 bucks if you ordered the right thing.
Esha
Best taste.. vfm.. quick service.. lipsmacking sasta chicken Tikka masala.. courteous waiters.. butter on garlic naan.. right in the heart of koramangala.. definitely a delight for tight pockets..
what more you need?

Hell, I've dined here alone on a rainy Saturday with no complaints!
Totally satisfied.. kudos

I had been to this restaurant with my family and the food was very good and reasonably priced as well considering the point that this place is based out of Koramangala.

We ordered Tandoori Chicken, Butter chicken and Naan. The owner is very attentive and will go out of his way to make your dining experience pleasureful.
Gautam
Been to this outlet for having a dinner with my friend. The ambience of the restaurant is decent. We had Tandoori roti, Chicken lazwab, butter kulcha. All the foods were served at perfect temperature and good in taste. Coming to the service, it's okay. A good place with a reasonable price.

This is also one of my regular "to-go" places.
Whenever I want good tasting authentic north Indian food and a great service in very genuine pricing, Tandoor Hut is the only place that comes to mind.
Regular customer here from more than 2 years now. I can gladly say i have dinner here once in every two weeks minimum.

Coming to food - very nice taste both veg and non veg. Be it Starters, main course or extras like Raitas n all. Totally 5/5

Service - Great service as well. They are overcrowded over the weekend but still manage to handle all guests very nicely. Owner is a great guy and totally down to earth person handling each guest personally. Again 5/5.

Ambience - A totally normal regular restaurant type Ambience. Clean, nicely maintained. Cannot ask for more.

Love this place. A must visit for north indian food lovers.
Ashwin
I will rate 5 a hundred times for this place.. I see the average rating less than 4 from ~900 Reviews.. Weird.. I don't know why but I have been going there since 6 years now and would continue to go there for as long as I can..
Tulika Kolay
Home delivery is pathetic. The delivery guy was very rude. They didnt even bother to serve the complete order. Food is decent. Overall disappointed.
Munmun Sarkar
An average place to have some north indian food. Visited couple of times. The place is decent, clean atmosphere, staffs are polite. Their mutton biryani is quite good and amount served is quite huge. But mutton kalimirchi though tasted good contained very tiny pieces of meat. Paneer butter masala was decent and it also contained very small pieces of paneer. The chicken noodles that we packed for home hardly contained any chicken but had few pieces of eggs. So I felt the price they charge for the items are not reasonable, there are better places available nearby.
Paras Kodwani
Very expensive! Its 400 for 1 person instead of 2 ! Food is good but costlyyy! Service is also very average ! Try something else instead if this!
Barun Patra
This is the place you want to be if you want to eat tasty food at a modest price! Adding to that, the service is really good. I tried out the Chicken Tandoori and Chicken Tikka Masala and both were really good!
Shobhit Bhatnagar
A humble place. Went there for Lunch and tried their Butter Paneer. Average taste. Decent prices. Good if you don't wanna spend too much for Lunch.
Himanshu Gugnani
Ordered food from this place and it was not at all delightful. Ordered malai kofta, paneer, khasta roti, kulcha and nothing was up to the mark. Not great experience
Roxanne David
I visited this place for snacks. .. had their aloo ka parantha and chicken roll..both were pretty good. The parantha was made naan style and served with curd. Their appetisers were pretty good aswell as my friends Loved them !
Payel
I liked the food here and would recommend it.

I ordered garlic naan and malai kofta. It was good, however, the taste of the malai kofta was not as great as I had at many places but definitely not bad either. Garlic naan was tasty and I liked it.

Visited this restaurant with friends this saturday around 8.45 p.m. This place is next to roll over ice cream parlour. And is a decent place to have dinner within budget. There were not many people even though it was a Sunday. 4 people were non-vegetarians where as 2 (including me) vegetarians. In starters we ordered paneer tikka ,chicken tikka which was served with green chutney and two chicken manchow soup. Paneer tikka was tasty lightly seasoned and chutney with it was also good. Whereas chicken tikka was also very tasty thought it had a little oil in the plate in which it was served. Soup was refreshing.

In main course we ordered kadai paneer, murg masalam and murg kadai. And in breads we ordered 2 garlic naan, 1 butter naan,4 tandoor roti ,3 butter roti.Kadai paneer's gravy was tasty and had good quantity of paneer in it. As for non-veg they liked both the subzi.
So for six people bill came was 1300. So it was worth the visit.
Ambience:3.5/5
Service:4/5
Food:4/5

Tandoor hut has survived the 'restaurants invasion' ! in Koramangala over the past decade or so. One of the joints that I have seen flourish here for over 17 years. They serve Multicuisine fare though I have enjoyed their North Indian dishes more. Limited seating but quick service which is a plus for the working population from nearby. They have managed to keep prices competitive 👍. Landed for afternoon meal with my sister.

***Paneer tikka ***
Standard square - flat chunks of paneer . Colourful and average on taste. I have started to like the tender, smooth taste of paneer(north India types) being served off late in bunch of authentic north Indian restaurants in Bangalore. Wasn't expecting that kind of paneer in this multicuisine restaurant .

***Kandaari Kabab ***
Tandoor cooked chicken which my sister found to be very low on flavour. We checked with the waiter and he apologised and promised that it will be better next time !! We would have liked them to do something this time itself 😐

***Mix Veg curry ***
The base was very much like makhani. Paneer and beans blended well in the gravy. The portion size was fair for the price. Served us good with the butter roti and naans. The roti and naans themselves were ok and nothing special to write about.

***Summary scores ***
Taste - 3.5/5
Quality/Service/Ambience - 3.5/5
Value for money - 4/5
Portion size - 4/5

Have been to Tandoor Hut many times since the early 2000s. Its stood the test of time and still is pretty packed on a weekday lunch.
The service is decent, food above average. Some of their chicken dishes are pretty good but have never really liked the veg dishes much.
In terms of value for money, it's good too.. a word of caution though.. don't charge more than MRP for bottled water, it's now illegal, I heard another guest mention the same to the waiter. Dropping half a point only for this reason or else would have rated 3.5

Been their at this place many times. Taste of food is good .Veg people can try mashroom starter ,tatse is really nice.
But staff is in always hurry and sometimes they will serve you main course even before you finish your starters.
Hotel becomes suffocated some times due to smoke.

Food quality is very good. I tried Paneer methi chaman and sabji haveli, both were extremely good. Food is not very expensive, its a place to go with family and get nice food.

Another jewel in terms of food. Was a regular when I was working on this side of town and loved their Kebabs and rotisserie. While I am not a big fan of their role I won say the are average. But in terms of their Kebab Ike the chicken Tikka are really good.
Thierry butter naan drips with butter making you go on a guilt trip. The ambiance is not that great but they have a location advantage. Real value for money

Tried Rice & Dal Fry along with Tandoori Chicken. The tandoori chicken was not well done. Waiting time for take away was longer than expected.
Service could have been better.

We ordered tandoori roti, butter naan, chicken lahri, and one more chicken item(i dont remember the name).
All of them had nyc taste though chicken lahri wasn't as spicy as they promised it to be.. the place is crowded so the waiters will stand on ur neck to make sure u eat and leave asap however this does not guarantee early arrival of ur food on the table..
Decent place for a visit.

A good and pocket friendly place to have lunch and dinner. Mostly crowded in the noon time. All the starters and main course are okay. Don't look at the ambiance as you won't find it here.
We ordered gobhi 65 and baby corn manchurian in starters and kashmir pulav in main course. I must say kashmir pulav is awesome and is one of a kind that you will only get here. Service is fine. Overall a good place to eat.

I discovered this restaurant from my first day in Koramangla" and the food was GOOD that I came back here in every week, the whole period I stayed in the city. It is a great restaurant for vegans and for people who enjoy healthy food.
The price was right and was so fulfilling after the day's adventure. Given more time/money I definitely would have returned for a round 2. Only thing I wish they could have done was serve beer but there was a bar across the street so I made it happen anyways. LOL

Ambience is normal.
Place is budget friendly.
Serves both veg and non veg..
Jeera rice is one of the best food there and other dishes also tastes good.
Anyone just want to have good food for less budget in Koramangala can try this place..

I go to this restaurant when I have Punjabi food cravings. This place is generally crowded at nights as at weekdays as well. As compared to many Punjabi restaurants in Koramangala & Indira Nagar, the food is v tasty here.
U can get actually good non veg North Indian food in reasonable price here. Also the restaurant owner is a friendly guy who will sometimes see to it that u get ur order properly. Service is average. A must try restaurant u can blindly choose without burning a hole in ur pocket.

Me and my friends had lunch from this place. Ordered paneer kaalimirchi, chicken kaalimirchi, chicken butter masala, Veg kolhapuri, Fried Rice and Butter Naan. all the dishes were pretty good. The quantity was also sufficient. Price is also affordable. The ambience was also decent. Overall a good place to have north indian food.

Budget friendly delicious food. Have tried most of the chicken dishes in here and never have I been disappointed. With minimal budget you can get good amount of food here and the taste is even better.

This place is quiet close enough to Delhi type food in Bangalore. Located on the same street that leads us to the busy JNC road. The waiters and the manger are kind enough to suggest the best dishes. Service is good, price is economical and food is tasty. What more would one want? I loved their Tandoori chicken in starters and Dhaniya chicken in main course and have been repeat ordering this stuff :)

This place is serves good dhabha style food. Visit on Sunday, it was typically crowded place. We ordered tandoori chicken and kali mirch kebab with garlic nan. Super fast service and quite different and good tasty food.

I am frequent visitor of this joint. Food is awesome, ambiance is okay. Service is great. Much try: Kandhari kabab, special panneer tikka, chicken kalimirch, veg Patiala. Best time to visit to avoid waiting in queue is before 1pm, especially on Fridays.

Budget-friendly dhaba-style food in Koramangala! I liked the food here and would recommend it.
I ordered garlic naan and malai kofta. It was good, however, the taste of the malai kofta was not as great as I had at many placee but definitely not bad either. Garlic naan was tasty and I liked it.
Ambience has nothing much and service is also average. Overall, a good and inexpensive place to try Punjabi food in Bangalore.

It's the kind of place you end up eating at when you are on budget and want to eat good food. Everything we ordered was delicious. Would definitely recommend this place. I've had dinner here a few times, every single time I came out with a big fat smile on my face. The place may not strike to you as something unique or special, but it is definitely worth going back.

I have visited this place couple of times.Good quality food at reasonable rates. This is what you get there.Nothing special about the ambience.Service is okay.

A very very very bad looking, dingy place! Says family place but not even suitable for bachelors 🙄 Disgusting quality of food. I literally felt like I was in some cheap bar with creeps staring at a girl like they've never seen a girl before !

Just one of the places you can blindly pick when you don't have time to decide and you r already late for lunch and starving. The food is tasty, portions are good and the quality is consistent. And the price too is quite reasonable. Full satisfaction guaranteed. This is our go to place for a hearty meal.

We usually have Paneer Methi Chaman and Butter Garlic Naan. Which is the best combo this place has to offer. We also tried Murgh Methi Hyderabadi and Murg Punjabi. All good. Specially like the Kashmiri pulao (picture attached).

But a little advice, don't go for Chinese. This is a North Indian restaurant. And its good at just that.

The restaurant is on the road from Jyoti Nivas College to the 100ft road. Seating and interiors are a bit dull. They had a large TV which wasn't on though. Any sports channel could be switched on the TV. The restaurant wasn't air conditioned but it looked so from the outside.
Our order - A Hot and Sour Non Veg soup. 1/2
Full Tandoori Chicken.
2 Butter Naans and a butter Kulcha.
Murg Kalimirch Gravy.

The soup was good which generous helpings of meat in it.
The Tandoori Chicken was the pick of the dinner. It was hot and the aroma made my mouth water. The size was also perfect for two to share. The side of green chutney was perfect.
The breads and gravy was brought too early to our liking. We had only just started on the Tandoori Chicken when it was brought to our table. We left it too late and the bread became very cold and chewy.
The gravy tasted good and it was really spicy. We wanted it to be extra spicy and it didn't disappoint.
The cost also is apt and not too much nor too cheap. A good place to have Tandoori Chicken.

We made a big mistake by opting for home delivery from here.
The food was so disappointing. We ordered for Murg Musallam and Butter chicken but it were nothing more than sloppy, greasy, thick, oily sauces that drowned everything and to our horror there were no chicken pieces in both the gravies... just few shredded pieces here and there. Even the tandoori rotis were burnt.
Everything had to be dispatched to the bin.
In a few words...you should better try McDonalds on the main road... That bad!!!
Fou
Good place nd pocket friendly restaurant
It was quite crowded but manageable nd service was fast too

We ordered peas pulav
Punjabhi tandoor gravy
Nd butter nan

Poor quality food along with pathetic service. They don't even give you water if u don't ask. Waste of money
A big NO for this place......
Cheap place with cheap food

Punjabi khana craving brought us here, the place looked full but the staff got us a place. The menu has a variety of non-veg and veg cuisines, we being hardcore non-vegetarians went for non-veg. The rates are quite reasonable. The staff are really very friendly and cooperative.
So, we ordered for malai kabab, butter chicken and butter naan. The malai kabab wasn't hot as expected, who doesn't like hot food, that too a kebab...slightly cold is what I meant here. It was okay, I would say I have tasted better malai kabab. But for 160/- the pieces were big enough even though they were boneless. Talking about the butter chicken, well, when it arrived, it looked like a bowl of sauce. The butter chicken that I've had so far are orange in colour, but this was thick red. One funny thing that we found was that the chicken were sliced and put, boneless though it wasn't mentioned, this came in as surprise and did not have much quantity. Naan was the better than the rest, a bit elasticy but good.
On the whole, it wasn't a pleasant experience. I would give the -
Food - 2/5
Ambience - 3/5
Service - 5/5
